一种可选的实现方式中,所述第三结构件上套设有第一支撑部,所述第一支撑部上设有第一导杆,所述第一滑槽内设有与所述第一导杆匹配的第一导轨;所述第四结构件上套设有第二支撑部,所述第二支撑部上设有第二导杆,所述第二滑槽内设有与所述第二导杆匹配的第二导轨;当所述第一结构件和/或所述第二结构件围绕所述转轴转动时,所述第一导杆沿所述第一导轨滑动,所述第二导杆沿所述第二导轨滑动。由此,实现了第三结构件与所述第一结构件的滑动连接,同时实现了第四结构件与所述第二结构件的滑动连接,减小了第一结构件和第二结构件转动过程中对柔性屏的拉扯 力,提高了柔性屏的平整性。
一种可选的实现方式中,所述第一结构件包括:第一叶片和第三叶片,所述第一叶片上设有第一凹槽,所述第三叶片上设有与所述第一凹槽匹配的第一滑块;所述第二结构件包括:第二叶片和第四叶片,所述第二叶片上设有第二凹槽,所述第四叶片上设有与所述第二凹槽匹配的第二滑块;当所述第一结构件和所述第二结构件围绕所述转轴转动时,所述第一滑块在所述第一凹槽内滑动,所述第二滑块在所述第二凹槽内滑动。由此,实现了第一叶片和第三叶片的滑动连接,同时实现了第二叶片和第四叶片的滑动连接,进一步减小了第一结构件和第二结构件转动过程中对柔性屏的拉扯力,提高了柔性屏的平整性。
本申请实施例的第二方面,提供一种折叠显示终端,包括:柔性屏,以及如上所述的转动机构,所述柔性屏的第一区域与所述第一结构件相连接;所述柔性显示屏的第二区域与所述第二结构件相连接;所述柔性显示屏的第三区域与所述转轴相连接;其中,所述第三区域位于所述第一区域和所述第二区域之间。由此,采用上述转动机构的折叠显示终端受到的拉扯力更小,提高了柔性屏的平整性。

此外,本申请中,“上”、“下”等方位术语是相对于附图中的部件示意置放的方位来定义的,应当理解到,这些方向性术语是相对的概念,它们用于相对于的描述和澄清,其可以根据附图中部件所放置的方位的变化而相应地发生变化。
本申请实施例提供一种折叠显示终端,该折叠显示终端可以为手机、显示器、平板电脑、车载电脑等具有显示界面的产品。本申请实施例对上述折叠显示终端的具体形式不做特殊限制。
为了方便理解本申请实施例提供的折叠显示终端,下面结合附图1,对已有的一种折叠显示终端介绍如下:
如图1所示,折叠显示终端01包括柔性屏10。该柔性屏10可以为有源矩阵有机发光二极管(active matrix organic light emitting diode,AMOLED)显示屏。
AMOLED显示屏作为一种自发光显示屏,无需设置背光模组(back light module,BLM)。因此,当AMOLED显示屏中的衬底基板采用柔性树脂材料,例如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(polyethylene terephthalate,PET)构成时,AMOLED显示屏能够具有可弯折的特性。
此外,如图1所示,折叠显示终端01还包括用于承载柔性屏10的转动机构20。
该转动机构20包括第一结构件201、第二结构件202以及位于第一结构件201和第二结构件202之间的转轴203。
转轴203与第一结构件201、第二结构件202相连接。第一结构件201和第二结构件202可以分别绕转轴203进行旋转。第一结构件201和第二结构件202可以是壳体,也可以是电子设备的中框结构。
其中,第一结构件201和第二结构件202可以用于承载柔性屏10,使得柔性屏10在使用过程中尽量保持平整,并对柔性屏10的非显示面进行保护。
柔性屏10的一部分通过胶层30固定于第一结构件201上,一部分通过胶层30固定于第二结构件202上,一部分则通过胶层30固定在转轴203上。该胶层30可以为涂覆胶水后形成的薄膜层,本申请实施例对于该胶层30的具体形式不进行限定。此外,第一结构件201和第二结构件202上还可以设置有其他的电子元件,例如,摄像头、耳机、听筒、按键、电池等,本申请实施例对于第一结构件201和第二结构件202上设置的其他电子元件不进行限定。
第一结构件201和第二结构件202可以分别沿转轴203的轴线O-O进行旋转,从而带动柔性屏10折叠或者展开。如图1a所示,柔性屏可以弯折和展平,其中,图1a为柔性屏从180°展平到0°的展平过程,或者从0°折叠到180°的折叠过程。
如图1b所示,当第一结构件201和第二结构件202之间的夹角α为0°时,柔性屏10处于折叠状态。
或者,如图1c所示,当第一结构件201和第二结构件202之间的夹角α增大至180°时,柔性屏10处于展开状态。
然而,在第一结构件201和第二结构件202不具备弯折特性的情况下,柔性屏10上与第一结构件201、第二结构件202、转轴203通过胶层30相连接的区域在折叠和展开时会受到拉扯力,影响柔性屏的平整性。
为此,本申请实施例提供一种改进的转动机构。
为了减小第一结构件和第二结构件转动过程中对柔性屏的拉扯力,如图2、图2a所示,转动机构还包括第三结构件204和第四结构件214。所述第一结构件201上设有第一滑槽2011,所述第二结构件202上设有第二滑槽2021。
所述第三结构件204和所述第四结构件214可以为柱形结构的转动件,所述第三结构件204和所述第四结构件214的截面例如为圆形或多边形,本申请实施例对第三结构件和第四结构件的截面形状不做限制。第三结构件204的第一端与转轴203转动连接,第二端如图2所示,可以伸入所述第一滑槽2011内,并与所述第一滑槽2011滑动连接。使得当第一结构件201围绕所述转轴203的轴线O-O转动时,所述第一结构件201相对于所述第三结构件204,能够沿靠近或远离所述转轴203的方向滑动预设距离。
同理,第四结构件214的第一端与转轴203转动连接,第二端可以伸入所述第二滑槽2021内,并与所述第二滑槽2021滑动连接。使得当第二结构件202围绕所述转轴203的轴线O-O转动时,所述第二结构件202相对于所述第四结构件214,能够沿靠近或远离所述转轴203的方向滑动。
本申请实施例对第三结构件204与所述第一滑槽2011的连接方式以及第四结构件 214与所述第二滑槽2021的连接方式不做限制,只需实现滑动连接即可。
在本申请一种实现方式中,如图2所示,第三结构件204第二端的端部设有第一支撑部2044,第一支撑部2044上还设有第一导杆2045,第一导杆2045的轴线与第三结构件204的轴线方向垂直,所述第一滑槽2011两侧设有与所述第一导杆2045匹配的第一导轨2014,当所述第一结构件201转动时,所述第一导杆2045可以沿所述第一导轨2014滑动。
同理,所述第四结构件214的第二端的端部设有第二支撑部2144,所述第二支撑部2144上设有第二导杆2145,所述第二导杆2145的轴线与所述第四结构件214的轴线方向垂直,所述第二滑槽2021两侧设有与所述第二导杆2145匹配的第二导轨2024,当所述第二结构件202转动时,所述第二导杆2145可以沿所述第二导轨2024滑动。
示例性的,如图2b所示,当所述第一结构件201和/或所述第二结构件202围绕所述转轴203转动,使得所述第一结构件201和所述第二结构件202之间的夹角α小于180°时,柔性屏10被折叠。
在柔性屏10的折叠过程中,所述第一结构件201相对于所述第三结构件204,沿靠近所述转轴203的方向滑动,所述第二结构件202相对于所述第四结构件214,沿靠近所述转轴203的方向滑动。由此,第一结构件201能够相对于第三结构件204滑动,第二结构件214能够相对于第四结构件214滑动,可以释放部分弯折力,减小了对柔性屏的拉扯力,避免弯折过程中对柔性屏的拉扯力过大。
或者,如图2c所示,当所述第一结构件201和/或所述第二结构件202围绕所述转轴203转动,使得所述第一结构件201和所述第二结构件202之间的夹角α增大至180°时,柔性屏10处于展开状态。
在柔性屏10的展开过程中,所述第一结构件201相对于所述第三结构件204,沿远离所述转轴203的方向滑动;所述第二结构件202相对于所述第四结构件214,沿远离所述转轴203的方向滑动。由此,第一结构件201能够相对于第三结构件204滑动,第二结构件214能够相对于第四结构件214滑动,可以释放部分伸展力,减小了对柔性屏的拉扯力,避免伸展过程中对柔性屏的拉扯力过大。
本申请实施例提供的转动机构,所述第三结构件与所述第一结构件滑动连接,所述第四结构件与所述第二结构件滑动连接,减小了第一结构件、第二结构件和转轴对柔性屏的拉扯力,提高了柔性屏的平整性。
在本申请另一种实现方式中,请参考图3,图3a,图3b,第一结构件201包括:沿背离所述转轴203的方向顺次设置的第一叶片2010和第三叶片2019,第二结构件202包括:沿背离所述转轴203的方向顺次设置的第二叶片2020和第四叶片2029。柔性屏10的一部分通过胶层30固定于第三叶片2019上,一部分通过胶层30固定于第四叶片2029上,一部分则通过胶层30固定在转轴203上。所述第一叶片上例如还设有第一凹槽2018,所述第三叶片2019靠近所述第一凹槽2018的位置设有与所述第一凹槽2018匹配的第一滑块20191。
所述第一滑块20191伸入所述第一凹槽2018内,并与所述第一凹槽2018滑动连接。使得当第一结构件201围绕所述转轴203的轴线O-O转动时,所述第三叶片2019相对于所述第一叶片2010,能够沿靠近或远离所述转轴203的方向滑动预设距离。
同理,所述第二叶片2020上设有第二凹槽2028,所述第四叶片2029靠近所述第二凹槽2028的位置设有与所述第二凹槽2028匹配的第二滑块20291。
所述第二滑块20291伸入所述第二凹槽2028内,并与所述第二凹槽2028滑动连接。使得当第二结构件202围绕所述转轴203的轴线O-O转动时,所述第四叶片2029相对于所述第二叶片2020,能够沿靠近或远离所述转轴203的方向滑动预设距离。
示例性的,如图3a所示,当所述第一结构件201和/或所述第二结构件202围绕所述转轴203转动,使得所述第一结构件201和所述第二结构件202之间的夹角α为0°时,柔性屏被折叠。
在柔性屏的折叠过程中,所述第三叶片带动所述第一滑块20191在所述第一叶片2010的第一凹槽2018内沿靠近所述转轴203的方向滑动,所述第四叶片2029带动所述第二滑块20291在所述第二叶片2020的第二凹槽2028内沿靠近所述转轴203的方向滑动。由此,可以释放部分弯折力,减小了对柔性屏的拉扯力,避免弯折过程中对柔性屏的拉扯力过大。
或者,如图3b所示,当所述第一结构件201和/或所述第二结构件202围绕所述转轴203转动,使得所述第一结构件201和所述第二结构件202之间的夹角α增大至180°时,柔性屏处于展开状态。
在柔性屏的展开过程中,所述第三叶片2019带动所述第一滑块20191在所述第一叶片2010的第一凹槽2018内沿远离所述转轴203的方向滑动;所述第四叶片2029带动所述第二滑块20291在所述第二叶片2020的第二凹槽2028内沿远离所述转轴203的方向滑动。由此,可以释放部分伸展力,减小了对柔性屏的拉扯力,避免伸展过程中对柔性屏的拉扯力过大。
本申请实施例提供的转动机构,通过第一叶片与第三叶片滑动连接,第二叶片与第四叶片滑动连接,进一步减小了第三叶片、第四叶片和转轴对柔性屏的拉扯力,提高了柔性屏的平整性。
在本申请另一种实现方式中,如图4所示,转动机构包括:转轴203、第一结构件201、第二结构件202、第三结构件204和第四结构件214。
所述第一结构件201包括:沿背离所述转轴203的方向顺次设置的第一叶片2010和第三叶片2019,第二结构件202包括:沿背离所述转轴203的方向顺次设置的第二叶片2020和第四叶片2029。
所述第一叶片2010上设有第一滑槽2011,所述第三结构件204一端与所述转轴203连接,另一端伸入所述第一滑槽2011内,并与所述第一滑槽2011滑动连接。
所述第一叶片2010靠近所述第三叶片2019的位置还设有第一凹槽(图中未示出,可参考图3b中的2018),所述第三叶片2019上设有与所述第一凹槽匹配的第一滑块20191,所述第一滑块20191伸入所述第一凹槽内,并与所述第一凹槽滑动连接。
第二结构件202和第四结构件214的结构可参考第一结构件201和第三结构件204的描述,在此不再赘述。
由此,第三结构件204与第一滑槽2011滑动连接,第一滑块20191与第一凹槽滑动连接,通过设置两组滑动连接组件,进一步减小了转动过程中第一结构件和第二结构件对柔性屏的拉扯力,提高了柔性屏的平整性。
本申请实施例对所述转动机构的具体结构不做限制,在本申请一种实现方式中,如图4所示,所述转动机构包括:2个沿轴线方向顺次排布的转轴203,以及位于转轴203两侧的第一结构件201和第二结构件202。
其中,第一结构件201包括:2个第一叶片2010和1个第三叶片2019。
每个转轴203上连接1个第一叶片2010和至少1个第三结构件204,且每个第一叶片2010上设有一个第一滑槽2011,第三结构件204与第一滑槽2011滑动连接。
每个第一叶片2010靠近第三叶片2019的一端还设有1个第一凹槽,第三叶片2019上设有2个与所述第一凹槽匹配的第一滑块20191,所述第一凹槽与所述滑块20191滑动连接。
第二结构件202的具体结构可参考上述第一结构件201的描述,在此不再赘述。
本申请实施例还提供一种转动机构。图5为本申请实施例提供的另一种折叠显示终端的结构示意图。图5a为图5中的M-M剖视图。如图5、图5a所示,所述转动机构包括:第一结构件201、第二结构件202,第三结构件204、第四结构件214、和转轴。所述转轴包括:第一转轴2031和第二转轴2032。其中,第一结构件201、第二结构件202、第一转轴2031和第二转轴2032的具体结构可参考上述,在此不再赘述。
在本申请一种实现方式中,如图5、图5a所示,第一结构件201包括:沿背离所述转轴203的方向顺次设置的第一叶片2010和第三叶片2019,第二结构件202包括:沿背离所述转轴203的方向顺次设置的第二叶片2020和第四叶片2029。
所述第一叶片2010上例如还设有第一凹槽2018,所述第三叶片2019靠近所述第一凹槽2018的位置设有与所述第一凹槽匹配的第一滑块20191。
所述第一滑块20191伸入所述第一凹槽2018内,并与所述第一凹槽2018滑动连接。
同理,所述第二叶片2020上设有第二凹槽2028,所述第四叶片2029靠近所述第二凹槽2028的位置设有与所述第二凹槽2028匹配的第二滑块20291。
所述第二滑块20291伸入所述第二凹槽2028内,并与所述第二凹槽2028滑动连接。
由此,通过第一叶片与第三叶片滑动连接,第二叶片与第四叶片滑动连接,减小了第一结构件、第二结构件和转轴对柔性屏的拉扯力,提高了柔性屏的平整性。
接着参考图5、图5a,所述转动机构例如还包括:连接器205。连接器205可以为C型卡。为了便于说明,本申请实施例以C型卡为例说明连接器205与转轴的连接关系,C型卡不构成对连接器205的结构形式的限定。所述第一转轴2031通过所述连接器205与所述第二转轴2032连接。
示例性的,图6为图5中连接器的结构示意图,如图6所示,所述连接器205至少包括:第一C型卡2051,其中,所述第一C型卡2051套设在所述第一转轴2031上,当所述第一结构件201转动时,所述第一C型卡2051不动,所述第一转轴2031在所述第一C型卡2051内转动。
在第一转轴2031转动过程中,第一C型卡2051会产生第一形变或第二形变,其中,第二形变的形变量大于所述第一形变的形变量,当第一转轴转动至特定角度区间内时,第一C型卡2051由第二形变变为第一形变,其释放的能量可以为第一转轴2031 提供扭矩,驱动第一转轴2031转动,进而带动第三结构件204和第一结构件201随之转动,实现了柔性屏的自动展平和折叠。并且,当第一C型卡2051的形变为第一形变时,可以为第三结构件204和第一结构件201提供保持力。下面结合图6、图7a、图7b和图8进行说明。
如图6所示,所述第一C型卡2051一侧开口,且其内侧具有第一平面20511、第一曲面20512、以及与所述开口部相对的第一凹陷部20531。
所述第一平面20511到第一C型卡中心的距离为L1,第一曲面20512到第一C型卡中心的距离等于L2,其中,第一凹陷部20531到第一C型卡中心的距离则大于L2。
图7a为图5中一种第一转轴的结构示意图,如图7a所示,所述第一转轴2031为柱形结构,其中,所述第一转轴2031用于与C型卡接触的表面包括:与所述第一平面20511匹配的第三平面20311和第五平面20312,以及与所述第一曲面20512匹配的第二曲面20313。
本申请对第三平面20311和第五平面20312的相对位置关系不做限制,只需使得当第一转轴2031在第一C型卡内转动到预设位置时,第三平面20311可以和第一C型卡的第一平面配合,与此同时,第五平面20312可以和第一C型卡的第一凹陷部或开口配合。
在本申请一种实现方式中,如图7a所示,所述第三平面20311和所述第五平面20312相对设置。
在本申请另一种实现方式中,如图7b所示,所述第三平面20311和所述第五平面20312之间的夹角可以为90°。其中,所述第五平面20312与第一转轴2031轴线之间的距离,以及所述第三平面20311与第一转轴2031轴线之间的距离均为R1,R1=L1;第一转轴2031第二曲面20313处的半径为R2,R2=L2。
如图8所示,所述第一C型卡2051的第一平面20511和所述第一转轴2031的第三平面20311接触,且所述第一转轴2031的第五平面20312位于所述连接部的第一凹陷部20531,第三平面20311到第一转轴轴线之间的距离R1等于所述第一平面20511到第一C型卡中心的距离L1,第五平面20312到第一转轴轴心之间的距离R1小于所述第一凹陷部20531到第一C型卡中心的距离,此时,所述第一C型卡内部各位置受力均匀,所述第一C型卡2051的形变为第一形变。
可以理解的是,从图8中所示的状态开始,当第一结构件201带动所述第一转轴2031沿顺时针方向或沿逆时针方向旋转时,所述第一转轴的第三平面20311离开第一C型卡的第一平面20511,第一转轴的第五平面20312离开第一C型卡的第一凹陷部,所述第一转轴2031的第二曲面20313与所述第一C型卡的第一平面20511接触,第一转轴2031第二曲面20313处的半径R2大于第一平面20511到第一C型卡中心的距离L1,所述第一转轴2031的第二曲面20313对所述所述第一C型卡的第一平面20511产生推力,所述第一C型卡2051的形变为所述第二形变。
由此,可以将C型卡产生第一形变的位置作为柔性屏的展平位置或折叠位置,能够为柔性屏的折叠或展平提供保持力。并且,当第一转轴转动至特定角度区间内时,例如,当第五平面20312开始和第一平面20511接触时,即使没有外力作用,C型卡 释放能量提供的扭矩也可以驱动第一转轴转动,带动第一结构件随之转动,实现了柔性屏的自动展平和折叠,提高了用户体验。
示例性的,当所述第一结构件201与所述第二结构件202处于折叠状态或展开状态时,所述第一结构件201与所述第二结构件202的夹角例如为0°或180°,所述第三平面20311或所述第五平面20312与所述第一平面20511配合,此时,所述第一C型卡的形变为所述第一形变。
当所述第一结构件201与所述第二结构件202处于折叠状态或展开状态之间时,所述第一结构件201与所述第二结构件202的夹角在0°和180°之间,所述第一转轴2031的第二曲面20313和所述第一平面20511接触,此时,所述第一C型卡的形变为所述第二形变。
由此,当第一C型卡由第二形变变为第一形变时,第一C型卡回弹并释放能量,为所述第一结构件的转动提供扭矩。从而在转动机构闭合时可以提供闭合力,使折叠过程更轻松;在转动机构从折叠到展平的初始阶段提供适当阻力,避免柔性屏展开过快;在转动机构展平到特定角度时开始提供适当助力,实现自动展平;在展开后提供展平保持力。
在本申请另一种实现方式中,所述连接器205还包括:与所述第一C型卡2051开口方向相反的第二C型卡2052,所述第二C型卡2052套设在所述第二转轴2032上,所述第一C型卡2051通过连接部2053和所述第二C型卡2052连接。
由此,当所述第一结构件201转动时,所述第一C型卡2051不动,所述第一转轴2031在所述第一C型卡2051内转动。当所述第二结构件202转动时,所述第二C型卡2052不动,所述第二转轴2032在所述第二C型卡2052内转动。
其中,所述第二C型卡2052的结构和工作过程可参考上述第一C型卡2051的描述,所述第二转轴2032的结构和工作过程可参考上述第一转轴2031的描述,在此不再赘述。
本申请实施例提供的转动机构,通过设置C型卡,可以为第一转轴和第二转轴的转动提供扭矩。第一转轴和第二转轴可以将该扭矩通过第三结构件和第四结构件传递给第一结构件和第二结构件,最终作用于柔性屏,为柔性屏的折叠或展平提供保持力。
本申请实施例还提供一种转动机构。图9为本申请实施例提供的另一种转动机构的结构示意图。如图9所示,所述转动机构包括:第一结构件201、第二结构件202,第三结构件204、第四结构件214和转轴203。
所述第一结构件201上设有第一滑槽2011,所述第二结构件202上设有第二滑槽2021。
第三结构件204的第一端与转轴203转动连接,第二端如图2所示,可以伸入所述第一滑槽2011内,并与所述第一滑槽2011滑动连接。
第四结构件214的第一端与转轴203转动连接,第二端可以伸入所述第二滑槽2021内,并与所述第二滑槽2021滑动连接。
第三结构件204与所述第一滑槽2011的滑动连接结构,以及第四结构件214与所述第二滑槽2021的滑动连接结构可参考对图2的描述,在此不再赘述。
其中,转轴203为2个,2个转轴203从上往下顺次排布,每个转轴上均连接有 一个第三结构件204和一个第四结构件214。第一结构件201和第二结构件202均为1个,每个第一结构件201上设有2个第一滑槽2011,每个第二结构件202上设有2个第二滑槽2021。每个第三结构件对应1个第一滑槽2011,每个第四结构件214对应1个第二滑槽2021。
图10为图9中转轴的结构示意图。如图10所示,所述转轴203包括:第三转轴2030,所述第三转轴2030上依次套设有:螺母2033、第三结构件204、第一弹性部件2034、平垫2035、凸轮2036、凹轮2037、第四结构件214。
其中,所述弹性部件2034例如为碟簧。
所述第三转轴2030与所述第四结构件214的配合面,以及所述第三转轴2030和所述凹轮2037的配合面均为光滑的圆柱面,使得所述第四结构件214和所述凹轮2037能够绕所述第三转轴2030转动。
所述第三转轴2030与所述凸轮2036的配合面、所述第三转轴2030与所述平垫2035的配合面、所述第三转轴2030与所述弹性部件2034的配合面,以及所述第三转轴2030与所述第三结构件204的配合面均为光滑的棱柱面,使得所述凸轮2036只能沿所述第三转轴2030的轴线方向滑动,以压缩或释放所述弹性部件2034和所述平垫2035。同时,使得所述第一结构件201转动时能够带动所述第三转轴2030转动。
所述螺母2033与所述第三转轴2030的端部固定连接,所述螺母用于将所述第三结构件204、第一弹性部件2034、平垫2035、凸轮2036、凹轮2037、第四结构件214限制在所述转轴上,避免所述第三结构件204、第一弹性部件2034、平垫2035、凸轮2036、凹轮2037、第四结构件214在使用中脱出。
其中,所述凹轮2037上设有凸块20373,所述第四结构件214上设有与所述凸块相匹配的凹陷20374。工作时,所述凸块20373插入所述凹陷20374中,当所述第四结构件214绕所述第三转轴2030转动时,所述凹轮2037能够随之转动。
所述凸轮2036上设有凸部20361,所述凹轮2037上设有平面部20374,以及与所述凸部20361匹配的第一凹部20371和第二凹部20372。
在第三转轴2030转动过程中,凸轮2036上的凸部20361会转入凹轮2037上的第一凹部20371和第二凹部20372内,所述第一弹性部件2034的形变为第一形变。
第三转轴2030继续转动,凸轮2036上的凸部20361从凹轮2037上的第一凹部20371和第二凹部20372中转出,并与所述平面部20374接触,所述第一弹性部件2034的形变为第二形变。
所述第二形变的形变量大于所述第一形变的形变量。
当所述第一弹性部件2034由第二形变恢复为第一形变时,其释放的能量可以为第三转轴3020提供扭矩,驱动第三转轴2030转动,进而带动第三结构件204和第一结构件201随之转动,实现了柔性屏的自动展平和折叠。并且,当凸轮2036上的凸部20361位于凹轮2037上的第一凹部20371和第二凹部20372内时,可以为第三结构件204和第一结构件201提供保持力。
下面结合图11进行说明。
如图11所示,所述凸轮2036的凸部20361与所述凹轮2037的第一凹部20371配合,此时,所述第一弹性部件2034产生第一形变。
可以理解的是,当所述第四结构件214绕所述第三转轴2030转动时,所述凹轮2037随之转动,所述凸轮2036的凸部20361逐渐从第一凹部20371或第二凹部20372中转出,与所述平面部20374接触,使得所述凸轮2036沿所述第三转轴2030向远离凹轮2037的方向滑动,所述第一弹性部件2034产生第二形变。
或者,当所述第三结构件204转动时,所述第三转轴2030随之转动,带动所述凸轮2036的凸部逐渐从所述凹轮2037的第一凹部20371或第二凹部20372中转出,进而使得所述凸轮2036沿所述第三转轴2030向远离凹轮2037的方向滑动,所述第一弹性部件2034产生第二形变。
当所述第四结构件214绕所述第三转轴2030继续转动,或所述第三结构件204继续转动带动所述第三转轴2030转动,直到所述凹轮的凹部再次转动到与所述凸轮的凸部所在位置。此时,所述第一弹性部件2034和所述平垫回弹并释放能量,对转轴提供扭矩,使得所述凸轮在所述弹簧的作用下回到所述凹轮的凹部中,所述第一弹性部件2034产生第一形变。
可以将凸轮和凹轮的配合位置作为柔性屏的展平位置或折叠位置,能够为柔性屏的折叠或展平提供保持力。
示例性的,当所述第三结构件204与所述第四结构件214处于折叠状态或展开状态时,所述第三结构件204与所述第四结构件214的夹角例如为0°或180°,所述凸轮的凸部与所述至少一个凹部匹配,所述第一弹性部件的形变为所述第一形变;
当所述第三结构件204与所述第四结构件214处于折叠状态和展开状态之间时,所述第三结构件204与所述第四结构件214之间的夹角在0度和180度之间,所述凸轮的凸部与所述平面部接触,所述第一弹性部件的形变为所述第二形变。
由此,当第一弹性部件2034由第二形变恢复至第一形变时,第一弹性部件回弹并释放能量,为所述第三结构件和所述第四结构件提供扭矩,从而在转动机构闭合时可以提供闭合力,使折叠过程更轻松。转动机构从折叠到展平的初始阶段时,第一弹性部件2034首先由第一形变到第二形变,为所述第三结构件和所述第四结构件提供适当阻力,避免柔性屏展开过快;在转动机构展平到特定角度时,第一弹性部件2034接着由第二形变恢复至第一形变,为所述第三结构件和所述第四结构件提供适当助力,实现自动展平;在展开后,第一弹性部件2034为第一形变,能够为所述第三结构件和所述第四结构件提供展平保持力。
本申请实施例提供的转动机构,通过设置弹性部件、凹轮和凸轮配合,可以为第三转轴的转动提供扭矩,第三转轴可以将该扭矩通过第三结构件和第四结构件传递给第一结构件和第二结构件,最终作用于柔性屏,为柔性屏的折叠或展平提供保持力。
并且,当凸轮和凹轮运动至特定角度区间时,例如当凸轮开始进入凹轮中时,在该位置无需提供外力,即可带动第三结构件或第四结构件转动,实现了柔性屏的自动展平或者自动折叠,提高了用户体验。
本申请实施例还提供一种转动机构。图12为本申请实施例提供的另一种转动机构的结构示意图。如图12所示,转动机构包括第一结构件201、第二结构件202以及位于第一结构件201和第二结构件202之间的转轴203。
所述第一结构件201包括:沿背离所述转轴203的方向顺次设置的第一叶片2010 和第三叶片2019,第二结构件202包括:沿背离所述转轴203的方向顺次设置的第二叶片2020和第四叶片2029。
其中,所述第一叶片2010和所述第三叶片2019之间的滑动连接结构可参考图3、图3a、图3b对应的描述,在此不再赘述。
此外,如图13、图14所示,所述转轴203包括:导向内轴2038和导向外轴2039,所述导向外轴2039罩设于所述导向内轴2038,所述导向内轴2038可以通过螺钉2001与所述导向外轴2039固定连接。
如图15、图16、图17、图17a、图18、图18a所示,所述导向内轴的外径例如小于所述导向外轴的内径,所述导向内轴2038朝向所述导向外轴2039的一侧设有外圆弧,所述导向外轴2039朝向所述导向内轴2038的一侧设有内圆弧,所述外圆弧和所述内圆弧相对设置,所述内圆弧和所述外圆弧围设成圆弧形的滑道20380。
所述第一结构件201靠近所述转轴203的一侧设有第一旋转件2012,所述第一旋转件2012位于所述导向内轴2038和所述导向外轴2039之间的滑道20380内,当所述第一结构件201转动时,所述第一旋转件2012随之在所述滑道内绕导向内轴2038转动。
同理,所述第二结构件202靠近所述转轴203的一侧设有第二旋转件2022,所述第二旋转件2022位于所述导向内轴2038和所述导向外轴2039之间的滑道20380内,当所述第二结构件202转动时,所述第二旋转件2022随之在所述滑道20380内转动。
其中,第一旋转件2012和第二旋转件2022沿轴线O-O依次间隔设置,且第一旋转件2012和第二旋转件2022共用轴线。由此,实现了第一结构件201和第二结构件202同轴转动。
如图19、图19a所示,所述转轴203还包括:第一转轴2031、第二转轴2032。
其中,所述导向内轴2038的长度小于所述导向外轴2039长度,所述导向外轴2039长度方向的第一端相对所述导向内轴2038长度方向的第一端沿长度方向延伸,其中,所述导向内轴2038长度方向的第一端靠近所述导向外轴2039长度方向的第一端,或与所述导向外轴2039长度方向的第一端平齐。所述第一转轴2031和所述第二转轴2032设置于所述导向内轴2038长度方向的第一端与所述导向外轴2039长度方向的第一端之间。
所述导向外轴2039的开口处还设有压盖2004,所述压盖2004用于将所述第一转轴2031和所述第二转轴2032固定在所述导向外轴2039内。
如图19所示,第一转轴2031的轴线例如为O’-O’,第一结构件201通过第三结构件204与所述第一转轴2031转动连接,第一结构件201可以绕轴线O’-O’转动。
同理,第二转轴2032的轴线例如为O”-O”,第二结构件202通过第四结构件214与所述第二转轴2032转动连接,第二结构件202可以绕轴线O”-O”转动。
其中,柔性屏的轴线O-O与第一结构件的轴线O’-O’和第二结构件的轴线O”-O”不同,第一结构件和第二结构件转动过程中容易对柔性屏产生较大的拉扯力,影响柔性屏的平整性。
为此,在本申请一种实现方式中,如图20、图20a所示,所述导向外轴2039上设置有第一开口2013和第二开口2023,所述第三结构件204第一端与所述第一转轴 2031连接,第二端穿过所述第一开口2013后伸入所述第一滑槽2011内,且第二端的端部设有第一支撑部2044,所述第一支撑部2044上还设有第一导杆2045,所述第一导杆2045的轴线与所述第三结构件204的轴线方向垂直,所述第一滑槽2011两侧设有与所述第一导杆2045匹配的第一导轨2014,当所述第一结构件201转动时,所述第一导杆2045可以沿所述第一导轨2014滑动。
同理,所述第四结构件214第一端与所述第二转轴2032连接,第二端穿过所述第二开口2023后伸入第二滑槽2021内,且第二端的端部设有第二支撑部2144,所述第二支撑部2144上设有第二导杆2145,所述第二导杆2145的轴线与所述第四结构件214的轴线方向垂直,所述第二滑槽2021两侧设有与所述第二导杆2145匹配的第二导轨2024,当所述第二结构件202转动时,所述第二导杆2145可以沿所述第二导轨2024滑动。
由此,第三结构件201与第一滑槽2011滑动连接,第四结构件214与第二滑槽滑动连接,减小了第一结构件和第二结构件转动过程中对柔性屏的拉扯力,提高了柔性屏的平整性。
然而,可以理解的是,当第一结构件201与第二结构件202转动不同步时,例如当第一结构件201转动,第二结构件202不动时,第一结构件201与第二结构件202对柔性屏的拉扯力不同,容易使得柔性屏向一侧偏移,影响柔性屏与转动机构连接的稳定性。
如图20、图20a、图21所示,所述转动机构还包括:第一齿轮2041和第二齿轮2141。所述第一齿轮2041套设在所述第一转轴2031上,且所述第一齿轮2041与所述第一转轴2031转动连接。所述第三结构件204靠近第一转轴2031的一端与所述第一齿轮2041连接。
同理,所述第二齿轮2141套设在所述第二转轴2032上,所述第二齿轮2141与所述第二转轴2032转动连接。所述第四结构件214靠近第二转轴2032的一端与所述第二齿轮2141连接。
所述第一齿轮2041和所述第二齿轮2141并列设置在所述第一转轴2031和所述第二转轴2032之间,且所述第一齿轮2041和所述第二齿轮2141啮合,使得当所述第一齿轮2041转动时,可以带动所述第二齿轮2141同步转动,或,当所述第二齿轮2141转动时,可以带动所述第一齿轮2041同步转动。
下面以第一结构件为例对该转动机构的工作过程进行说明。当第一结构件201转动时,所述第三结构件204和第一齿轮2041随之围绕第一转轴2031转动,同时,通过齿轮的啮合作用,可以将第一齿轮2041的运动和动力传递给第二齿轮2141,使得第二齿轮2141获得转速和扭矩,进而带动第四结构件214随第二齿轮2141的转动而转动,并带动第二结构件202转动。由此,实现了第一结构件201和第二结构件202的同步运动,提高了柔性屏与转动机构连接的稳定性。
可以理解的是,所述第三结构件204作用在第一结构件201上,所述第四结构件214作用在第二结构件202上,在转动过程中,齿轮的啮合作用能够为在转动机构的展开和折叠过程中传递扭矩。
本申请实施例提供的转动机构,可以通过齿轮的啮合作用为转动机构的展开和折 叠传递扭矩,实现了第一结构件和第二结构件的同步运动,进而实现了转轴两侧的柔性屏的同步。
同时,由于转动件直接与齿轮连接,力臂的长度约为转轴的半径加转动件的长度,上述两个实施例中,分别通过C型卡和凸轮提供扭矩,其力臂的长度约为转轴的半径,与上述C型卡和凸轮结构相比,力臂更长,扭矩更大,能够更好的为转动机构的展开和折叠传递扭矩。
如图22、图23、图24所示,在本申请另一种实现方式中,所述转动机构至少包括:第一结构件201、第二结构件202、第三结构件204、第四结构件214和转轴203。所述转轴203包括:导向内轴、导向外轴、第一转轴2031、第二转轴2032。所述第一结构件201、所述第二结构件202、所述第三结构件204、所述第四结构件214、所述导向内轴2038、所述导向外轴2039、所述第一转轴2031以及所述第二转轴2032的具体结构可参考上述实施例,在此不再赘述。
其中,所述第一转轴2031上套设有第一凸轮2042,所述第二转轴2032上套设有第二凸轮2142,所述第一凸轮2042可以与所述第二凸轮2142固定连接。当第一结构件201和第二结构件202转动时,第一转轴2031、第二转轴2032、第一凸轮2042和第二凸轮2142相对于转动轴心是不动的。
所述第三结构件204靠近所述第一转轴2031的一端设有能够沿所述第一凸轮2042运动的第一运动件2047,其中,所述第一运动件2047与所述第三结构件204可以是一体成型。
同理,所述第四结构件214靠近所述第二转轴2032的一端设置有能够沿所述第二凸轮2142运动的第二运动件2147,所述第二运动件2147与所述第四结构件214可以是一体成型。
此外,所述第三结构件204沿靠近所述第一结构件201的方向依次套设有第二弹性部件2043、第一支撑部2044,以及用于防止第二弹性部件2043和第一支撑部2044脱出的第一限位部(图22中未示出,可参考图26中的2046),且所述第一支撑部2044上设有第一导杆2045,所述第一导杆2045的轴线与所述第三结构件204的轴线方向垂直,所述第一结构件201的滑槽两侧设有与所述第一导杆2045匹配的第一导轨2014,当所述第一结构件201转动时,所述第一导杆2045可以沿所述第一导轨2014滑动。
所述第一弹性部件204可以是弹簧。
下面以第一结构件201为例对转动机构的工作过程进行说明。由于第一凸轮2042不同位置处的半径不同,示例性的,如图24所示,所述第一凸轮具有第一表面20421、第二表面20422和第三表面20423。其中,所述第一表面20421和所述第二表面20422为平面,所述第三表面20423为弧形面,所述第一表面20421和所述第二表面20422到第一转轴2031的轴线的距离小于所述第三表面20423处的半径。所述第一表面20421和所述第二表面20422之间的夹角可以为90度。
当第一结构件201转动时,所述第三结构件204带动第一运动件2047沿第一凸轮2042表面运动,当所述第三结构件204与所述第四结构件214处于折叠状态时,所述第三结构件204与所述第四结构件214之间的夹角为0度,所述第一运动件2047与所述第一表面20421接触,所述第二弹性部件2043的形变为第一形变。
当所述第三结构件204与所述第四结构件214处于展开状态时,所述第三结构件204与所述第四结构件214之间的夹角为180度时,所述第三结构件204与所述第二表面20422接触,所述第二弹性部件2043的形变为第一形变。
当所述第三结构件204与所述第四结构件214处于折叠状态和展开状态之间时,所述第三结构件204与所述第四结构件214之间的夹角在0度和180度之间,所述第三结构件204与所述第三表面20423接触,所述第二弹性部件2043的形变为第二形变,所述第二形变的形变量大于所述第一形变的形变量。
因此,当第二弹性部件2043由第二形变恢复至第一形变时,第二弹性部件回弹并释放能量,为所述第三结构件提供扭矩,从而在转动机构闭合时可以提供闭合力,使折叠过程更轻松;在转动机构从折叠到展平的初始阶段,第二弹性部件2043由第一形变变为第二形变,为所述第三结构件提供适当阻力,避免柔性屏展开过快;在转动机构展平到特定角度时,第二弹性部件2043再次由第二形变变为第一形变,为所述第三结构件提供适当助力,实现自动展平;在展开后第二弹性部件2043为第一形变,能够为所述第三结构件提供展平保持力。
由此,可以将第一运动件2047和第一凸轮的第一表面和第二表面的配合位置作为柔性屏的展平位置或折叠位置,能够为柔性屏的折叠或展平提供保持力。
在本申请另一种实现方式中,所述第四结构件214沿靠近所述第二结构件202的方向依次套设有第三弹性部件2143、第二支撑部2144,以及用于防止第三弹性部件2143和第二支撑部2144脱出的第二限位部(图22中未示出,可参考图26中的2146),且所述第二支撑部2144上设有第二导杆2145,所述第二导杆2145的轴线与所述第四结构件214的轴线方向垂直,所述第二结构件202的滑槽两侧设有与所述第二导杆2145匹配的第二导轨2024,当所述第二结构件202转动时,所述第二导杆2145沿所述第二导轨2024滑动。
所述第三弹性部件2143可采用与所述第二弹性部件2043相同的结构,在此不再赘述。所述第二结构件202的工作过程可参考上述第一结构件201的描述,在此不再赘述。
可以理解的是,所述第三结构件204作用在第一结构件201上,所述第四结构件214作用在第二结构件202上,在转动过程中能够为转动机构的展开和折叠提供扭矩。
本申请实施例提供的转动机构,通过弹簧、凸轮相配合,可以为第一转轴、第二转轴的转动提供扭矩,第一转轴可以将该扭矩通过第三结构件传递给第一结构件,第二转轴可以将该扭矩通过第四结构件传递给第二结构件,最终作用于柔性屏,为柔性屏的折叠或展平提供保持力。
本申请实施例对提供扭矩的结构的种类和数量不做限制。每个转动机构中可以设置1组或1组以上用于提供扭矩的结构,为转动机构的展开和折叠提供足够的扭矩。
在本申请另一种实现方式中,所述转动机构包括3组用于提供扭矩的结构。如图25、图26、图27所示,所述转动机构包括:第一结构件201、第二结构件202、转轴203、第三结构件204、第四结构件214、第五结构件206、第六结构件216、第七结构件208和第八结构件218。
其中,所述转轴203包括:导向内轴、导向外轴、第一转轴2031、第二转轴2032。 所述第一结构件201、所述第二结构件202、所述第三结构件204、所述第四结构件214、所述导向内轴2038、所述导向外轴2039、所述第一转轴2031以及所述第二转轴2032的具体结构可参考上述实施例,在此不再赘述。
第三结构件204、第四结构件214、第五结构件206、第六结构件216、第七结构件208、第八结构件218例如可以采用相同的结构。
所述第三结构件204、所述第五结构件206和所述第七结构件208可以并列设置在第一滑槽2011内。
同理,所述第四结构件214、所述第六结构件216和所述第八结构件218可以并列设置在第二滑槽2021内。
所述第一转轴2031上套设有第一齿轮2041,且所述第一齿轮2041与所述第一转轴2031转动连接。所述第三结构件204靠近所述第一转轴2031的一端与所述第一齿轮2041连接。
同理,所述第二转轴2032上套设有第二齿轮2141,且所述第二齿轮2141与所述第二转轴2032转动连接。所述第四结构件214靠近所述第二转轴2032的一端和所述第二齿轮2141连接。所述第二齿轮2141,与所述第一齿轮2041啮合。
所述第一转轴2031上还套设有第一凸轮2042,所述第五结构件206靠近所述第一转轴2031的一端设有沿所述第一凸轮2042运动的第一运动件2047。其中,所述第一运动件2047与所述第五结构件206可以是一体成型。所述第一运动件2047例如同时套设在所述第三结构件204和第七结构件208上,使得第三结构件204、第五结构件206和第七结构件208可以同步转动。
所述第二转轴2032上还套设有第二凸轮2142,其中,所述第一凸轮2042与所述第二凸轮2142固定连接。所述第六结构件216靠近所述第二转轴2032的一端设置有沿所述第二凸轮2142运动的第二运动件2147,所述第二运动件2147与所述第六结构件216可以是一体成型。所述第二运动件2147例如同时套设在所述第四结构件214和第八结构件218上,使得第四结构件214、第六结构件216和第八结构件218可以同步转动。
所述第一转轴2031上套设有第三齿轮2081,且所述第三齿轮2081与所述第一转轴2031转动连接。所述第七结构件208靠近所述第一转轴2031的一端与所述第三齿轮2081连接。
同理,所述第二转轴2032上套设有第四齿轮2181,且所述第四齿轮2181与所述第二转轴2032转动连接。所述第八结构件218靠近所述第二转轴2032的一端与所述第四齿轮2181连接,所述第四齿轮2181和所述第三齿轮2081啮合。
所述第一转轴2031和所述第二转轴2032两端还设有用于控制所述第一转轴2031和所述第二转轴2032之间的轴间距的第一垫片2002和第二垫片2003。

在本申请另一种实现方式中,所述第四结构件214、所述第六结构件216和所述第八结构件218上依次套设有第三弹性部件2143,能够同时沿所述第四结构件214、所述第六结构件216和所述第八结构件218滑动的第二支撑件2144,以及用于防止第三弹性部件2143和所述第二支撑件2144脱出的第二限位部2146,且所述第二支撑件2144上设有第二导杆2145,所述第二结构件202的滑槽内设有与所述第二导杆2145匹配的第二导轨2024,当所述第二结构件202转动时,所述第二导杆2145沿所述第一导轨2024滑动。
下面以第一结构件201为例对转动机构的工作过程进行说明。当第一结构件201转动时,所述第三结构件204和第一齿轮2041随之围绕第一转轴2031转动,通过齿轮的啮合作用,可以将第一齿轮2041的运动和动力传递给第二齿轮2141,使得第二齿轮2141获得转速和扭矩,带动第四结构件214转动;所述第七结构件208带动第三齿轮2081围绕第一转轴2031转动,通过齿轮的啮合作用,将第三齿轮2081的运动和动力传递给第四齿轮2181,使得第四齿轮2181获得转速和扭矩,带动第八结构件218转动,进而带动第二结构件202转动。由此,实现了第一结构件201和第二结构件202的同步运动。同时,在转动过程中,齿轮的啮合作用能够在转动机构的展开和折叠过程中传递扭矩。
与此同时,当第一结构件201转动时,所述第六结构件216带动第一运动件2047沿第一凸轮2042运动,当第一运动件2047运动到第一凸轮的第一表面或第二表面时,第二弹性部件2043的形变为第一形变。当第一运动件2047运动到第一凸轮的第三表面时,第二弹性部件2043的形变为第二形变。所述第二形变的形变量大于所述第一形变的形变量。当第二弹性部件2043由第二形变恢复为第一形变,能够回弹并释放能量,为转动机构提供扭矩。
第二结构件202的工作过程可参考上述第一结构件201的描述,在此不再赘述。
本申请实施例提供的转动机构,可以通过齿轮的啮合作用,实现转轴两侧转动件的同步转动,避免只有一侧转动件转动引起的柔性屏偏移,提高了柔性屏与转动机构连接的稳定性。同时,在齿轮的啮合作用、以及凸轮与弹簧共同作用下,在转动机构闭合时可以提供闭合力,使折叠过程更轻松;在转动机构从折叠到展平的初始阶段提供适当阻力,避免柔性屏展开过快;在转动机构展平到特定角度时开始提供适当助力,实现自动展平;在展开后提供展平保持力。
并且,转动件的布置为与转轴的轴线垂直,力臂更长,扭矩更大,能够为转动机构的展开和折叠提供足够的扭矩。同时,多个转动件共用一个转轴,耦合后的结构件占用空间极小,有利于转动机构的小型化。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种转动机构,其特征在于,所述转动机构包括:
    转轴;
    第一结构件,所述第一结构件设置有第一滑槽;
    第二结构件,所述第二结构件设置有第二滑槽;
    第三结构件,所述第三结构件的第一端与所述转轴连接,所述第三结构件的第二端设置于所述第一滑槽;
    第四结构件,所述第四结构件的第一端与所述转轴连接,所述第四结构件的第二端设置于所述第二滑槽;
    当所述第一结构件和所述第二结构件围绕所述转轴转动时,所述第三结构件的第二端相对于所述第一滑槽滑动,所述第四结构件的第二端相对于所述第二滑槽滑动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的转动机构,其特征在于,所述转轴包括:第一转轴和第二转轴;
    所述第一转轴和所述第二转轴通过传动结构连接;
    所述第三结构件与所述传动结构的第一端连接;
    所述第四结构件和与所述传动结构的第二端连接;
    当所述第三结构件驱动所述传动结构的第一端绕第一转轴转动时,所述传动结构的第二端带动所述第四结构件围绕所述第二转轴转动;
    或,当所述第四结构件驱动传动结构的第二端绕第二转轴转动时,所述传动结构的第一端带动所述第三结构件围绕所述第一转轴转动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的转动机构,其特征在于,所述传动结构包括:套设在所述第一转轴上的第一齿轮,以及套设在所述第二转轴上的第二齿轮,所述第一齿轮和所述第二齿轮啮合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的转动机构,其特征在于,所述转动机构还包括:弹性部件,
    当所述第一结构件与所述第二结构件处于折叠状态或展开状态时,所述弹性部件的形变为第一形变;
    当所述第一结构件与所述第二结构件处于折叠和展开之间的状态时,所述弹性部件的形变为第二形变;
    所述第二形变的形变量大于所述第一形变的形变量。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的转动机构,其特征在于,所述转轴包括:第一转轴和第二转轴,所述第一转轴和所述第二转轴连接;
    所述弹性部件至少包括:设置于所述第三结构件上的第一弹性部件;
    所述第一转轴上套设有第一凸轮;
    所述第三结构件与所述第一凸轮表面接触;
    当所述第一结构件转动时,所述第一凸轮相对于所述第一转轴静止;所述第三结构件沿着所述第一凸轮的表面且绕所述第一转轴转动;
    所述第一凸轮具有第一表面、第二表面和第三表面;
    当所述第三结构件与所述第一表面或所述第二表面接触时,所述第一弹性部件的 形变为所述第一形变;
    当所述第三结构件与所述第三表面接触时,所述第一弹性部件的形变为所述第二形变。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的转动机构,其特征在于,所述第一弹性部件为弹簧或弹垫。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的转动机构,其特征在于,所述转轴包括:第一转轴和第二转轴,所述第一转轴和所述第二转轴连接;
    所述弹性部件至少包括:套设在所述第一转轴上的第一C型卡;
    当所述第一结构件转动时,所述第一转轴相对所述第一C型卡转动;
    所述第一C型卡内侧具有第一平面、第一曲面,所述第一转轴包括与所述第一平面匹配的第三平面和第五平面,以及与所述第一曲面匹配的第二曲面;
    当所述第三平面或所述第五平面与所述第一平面接触时,所述第二曲面和所述第一曲面接触,所述第一C型卡的形变为所述第一形变;
    当所述第二曲面和所述第一平面接触时,所述第一C型卡的形变为所述第二形变。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的转动机构,其特征在于,所述转轴包括:第三转轴;所述弹性部件至少包括:套设在所述第三转轴上的第二弹性部件;
    所述第三转轴上还套设有:凸轮和凹轮,
    当所述第一结构件转动时,所述第三结构件和所述凹轮相对所述第三转轴转动,所述凸轮相对所述第三转轴滑动;
    所述凸轮上设有凸部,所述凹轮上设有平面部,以及与所述凸部匹配的至少一个凹部;
    当所述凸轮的凸部与所述至少一个凹部匹配时,所述第二弹性部件的形变为所述第一形变;
    当所述凸轮的凸部与所述平面部接触时,所述第二弹性部件的形变为所述第二形变。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的转动机构,其特征在于,所述第二弹性部件为碟簧或弹垫。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的转动机构,其特征在于,所述转动机构还包括:弹性部件,所述转轴包括:第一转轴和第二转轴;
    所述第一转轴和所述第二转轴通过传动结构连接;
    所述第三结构件与所述传动结构的第一端连接;
    所述第四结构件和与所述传动结构的第二端连接;
    当所述第三结构件驱动所述传动结构的第一端绕第一转轴转动时,所述传动结构的第二端带动所述第四结构件围绕所述第二转轴转动;
    或,当所述第四结构件驱动传动结构的第二端绕第二转轴转动时,所述传动结构的第一端带动所述第三结构件围绕所述第一转轴转动;
    当所述第三结构件与所述第四结构件处于折叠状态或展开状态时,所述弹性部件的形变为第一形变;
    当所述第三结构件与所述第四结构件处于折叠状态和展开状态之间时,所述弹性 部件的形变为第二形变;所述第二形变的形变量大于所述第一形变的形变量。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的转动机构,其特征在于,所述转动机构还包括:第五结构件;
    所述第五结构件设置于所述第一滑槽;
    所述传动结构包括:套设在所述第一转轴上的第一齿轮,以及套设在所述第二转轴上的第二齿轮;
    所述第一齿轮和所述第二齿轮啮合;
    所述弹性部件包括:套设在所述第五结构件上的第一弹性部件;
    所述第一转轴上套设有第一凸轮;
    所述第五结构件与所述第一凸轮表面接触;
    当所述第一结构件转动时,所述第一凸轮相对于所述第一转轴静止;所述第五结构件沿着所述第一凸轮的表面且绕所述第一转轴转动。
  12. 根据权利要求2-3、5-7、10-11任一项所述的转动机构,其特征在于,所述转轴还包括:导向内轴和导向外轴,所述导向外轴罩设于所述导向内轴;
    其中,所述导向内轴的长度小于所述导向外轴长度,所述导向外轴长度方向的第一端相对所述导向内轴长度方向的第一端沿长度方向延伸,所述第一转轴和所述第二转轴设置于所述导向内轴长度方向的第一端与所述导向外轴长度方向的第一端之间。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的转动机构,其特征在于,所述导向内轴的外侧面和所述导向外轴的内侧面围设成滑道;
    所述第一结构件上设有第一旋转件,所述第二结构件上设有第二旋转件,所述第一旋转件和所述第二旋转件均位于所述滑道内;
    当所述第一结构件和所述第二结构件围绕所述转轴转动时,所述第一旋转件和所述第二旋转件在所述滑道内绕所述导向内轴转动。
  14. 根据权利要求1-13任一项所述的转动机构,其特征在于,所述第一结构件包括:第一叶片和第三叶片,所述第一叶片上设有第一凹槽,所述第三叶片上设有与所述第一凹槽匹配的第一滑块;
    所述第二结构件包括:第二叶片和第四叶片,所述第二叶片上设有第二凹槽,所述第四叶片上设有与所述第二凹槽匹配的第二滑块;
    当所述第一结构件和所述第二结构件围绕所述转轴转动时,所述第一滑块在所述第一凹槽内滑动,所述第二滑块在所述第二凹槽内滑动。
  15. 根据权利要求1-14任一项所述的转动机构,其特征在于,所述第三结构件上设有第一导杆,所述第一滑槽内设有与所述第一导杆匹配的第一导轨;
    所述第四结构件上套设有第二支撑部,所述第二支撑部上设有第二导杆,所述第二滑槽内设有与所述第二导杆匹配的第二导轨;
    当所述第一结构件和所述第二结构件转动时,所述第一导杆沿所述第一导轨滑动,所述第二导杆沿所述第二导轨滑动。
  16. 一种折叠显示终端,其特征在于,包括:柔性屏,以及如权利要求1-15任一项所述的转动机构,所述柔性屏的第一区域与所述第一结构件相连接;
    所述柔性显示屏的第二区域与所述第二结构件相连接;
    所述柔性显示屏的第三区域与所述转轴相连接;
    其中,所述第三区域位于所述第一区域和所述第二区域之间。
