例えば、上記の図10の制御方法400に代えて、図11のフローチャートで示された部品実装機10の制御方法402が実行されてもよい。図11のフローチャートで示された部品実装機10の制御方法402は、明示されたS22の判別処理を除き、上記の図10の制御方法400と同様にして、S10乃至S20の各処理で構成されるが、S10乃至S20の各処理が行われる順が、上記の図10の制御方法400とは異なる。
Claims (10)
- 基板を保持する基板保持部と、
リード線を有するリード部品を保持し、前記基板に形成された貫通穴に前記リード線を挿入する作業ヘッドと、
第1刃部と第2刃部とが相対的に往復移動することによって、前記基板に挿入された前記リード線を切断するリード線切断装置と、
前記第1刃部、又は、前記第2刃部の少なくとも一方の歪みを検知する歪センサと、
前記基板に前記リード線が挿入されていないときに、前記リード線切断装置を駆動させ前記歪センサの値を取得する制御装置と、を備える対基板作業機。 - 前記リード線切断装置は、前記リード線の切断とともに前記リード線を折り曲げる請求項1に記載の対基板作業機。
- 前記制御装置は、
前記第1刃部と前記第2刃部との間に前記リード線が挿入されていないときに前記リード線切断装置を駆動させる空打ち駆動制御部と、
前記空打ち駆動制御部の実行中に取得した前記歪センサの値に基づいて、前記空打ち駆動制御部の実行中における前記リード線切断装置の動作が正常であるか否かを判別する空打ち判別制御部と、を備える請求項1又は請求項2に記載の対基板作業機。 - 前記制御装置は、
前記基板に前記リード線が挿入されているときに前記リード線切断装置を駆動させる実打ち駆動制御部を備え、
前記実打ち駆動制御部に引き続いて前記空打ち駆動制御部が実行される請求項3に記載の対基板作業機。 - 前記作業ヘッドを駆動させる第1駆動部を備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記実打ち駆動制御部よりも前に実行され、前記作業ヘッドを前記第1駆動部で前記基板へ近接させることによって、前記基板に前記リード線を挿入する作業ヘッド近接制御部と、
前記作業ヘッドを前記第1駆動部で前記基板から隔離させることを前記空打ち駆動制御部の実行中に行う作業ヘッド隔離制御部と、を備える請求項4に記載の対基板作業機。 - 前記第1刃部、前記第2刃部、及び前記歪センサを有するクリンチヘッドと、
前記クリンチヘッドを駆動させる第2駆動部と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記実打ち駆動制御部よりも前に実行され、前記クリンチヘッドを前記第2駆動部で前記基板へ近接させるクリンチヘッド近接制御部と、
前記クリンチヘッドを前記第2駆動部で前記基板から隔離させることを前記空打ち駆動制御部の実行中に行うクリンチヘッド隔離制御部と、を備える請求項4又は請求項5に記載の対基板作業機。 - 前記制御装置は、
前記基板に前記リード線が挿入されているときに前記リード線切断装置を駆動させる実打ち駆動制御部を備え、
前記空打ち判別制御部で前記空打ち駆動制御部の実行中における前記リード線切断装置の動作が正常であると判別されたことを条件として、前記空打ち駆動制御部に引き続いて前記実打ち駆動制御部が実行される請求項3に記載の対基板作業機。 - 前記制御装置は、
前記実打ち駆動制御部の実行中に取得した前記歪センサの値と閾値とを比較することによって、前記実打ち駆動制御部の実行中における前記リード線切断装置の動作が正常であるか否かを判別する実打ち判別制御部を備え、
前記空打ち判別制御部は、前記実打ち判別制御部で使用される前記閾値を、前記空打ち駆動制御部の実行中に取得した前記歪センサの値と比較することによって、前記空打ち駆動制御部の実行中における前記リード線切断装置の動作が正常であるか否かを判別する請求項4又は請求項7に記載の対基板作業機。 - 前記第1刃部、又は、前記第2刃部の少なくとも一方に撓った状態で連結され、前記歪センサが取り付けられた板材を備える請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか一つに記載の対基板作業機。
- 基板を保持する基板保持部と、リード線を有するリード部品を保持し、前記基板に形成された貫通穴に前記リード線を挿入する作業ヘッドと、第1刃部と第2刃部とが相対的に往復移動することによって、前記基板に挿入された前記リード線を切断するリード線切断装置と、前記第1刃部、又は、前記第2刃部の少なくとも一方の歪みを検知する歪センサと、を備える対基板作業機を制御する方法であって、
前記基板に前記リード線が挿入されていないときに、前記リード線切断装置を駆動させ前記歪センサの値を取得する工程を備える対基板作業機の制御方法。
