生活用防水保洁面料及其复合生产工艺 技术领域
本发明涉及防水保洁面料及其工艺技术领域,尤其是涉及一种生活用防水保洁面料及其复合生产工艺。
背景技术
随着科学技术的进步和人们对生活用品性能要求的提高,防水面料越来越多的应用于人们的生活中,例如具有抗菌、防臭、透气、吸湿、防水的柔软面料。一种生活用防水保洁面料及其现有复合生产工艺是十年前创建的(新型专利号ZL200920119052.5,授权公告号CN201406600Y)。一种生活用防水保洁面料结构分为三层:织物层根据使用需要采用全棉、全涤、涤棉、绒布、竹棉、无纺布等;防水层采用热塑性聚氨酯薄膜;中间层为聚氨酯胶粘剂层。现有复合生产技术用的胶粘剂状态为液体,为增强粘结力和流动性,配以架桥剂和稀释剂,导致生产过程产生烷烃和芳香烃“废气”,须经收集装置催化氧化炉进行净化处理后排放。由于现有复合生产工艺中“废气”净化工序的存生,相匹配的是高额净化设施的投入,大量设施运行费用和管理费用的支出,增加了生产成本,抑制了生产发展。
针对现有复合生产工艺的局限,亟须改革现有复合生产模式,杜绝“废气”产生,营造清洁环保的生产环境,减少资源耗费,降低生产成本,实现复合生产工艺的转型开放。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种生活用防水保洁面料及其复合生产工艺,从根本上铲除“废气”产生的源头,实现了复合生产全过程的“三无”,即无废气、无热气、无噪声、确保复合生产全过程的高度绿色环保,同时促进复合生产成本的下降,全方位提高产品的品质。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种生活用防水保洁面料,包括织物层、中间层和防水层,所述织物层和所述中间层同时设置为至少一层,且所述中间层设置在所述织物层和所述防水层之间,所述中间层为含量100%的反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,所述反应型聚氨酯热熔胶常温下为固态, 耐热度大于140℃。

(5)成品固化:将收卷后的成品进行固化,当固化时间为24小时以内时,达到90%固化,当固化时间为5-7天时,90%-100%固化,固化的库房需保持不低于25℃恒温,湿度60%。

(3)使用本发明复合生产工艺生产的生活防水保洁面料,可以多次水洗,反复使用,性能稳定,经测试,产品在90℃的水温中反复洗涤40次,每次30分钟,产品不破损,不脱胶,不漏液,性能稳定,品质良好;
(4)使用本发明复合生产工艺生产的生活用防水保洁面料受到广大客商的认可和欢迎,取得了较好的社会效益和经济效益。
下面通过附图和实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种生活用防水保洁面料,包括织物层、中间层和防水层,织物层和中间层同时设置为至少一层,且中间层设置在织物层和防水层之间,中间层为含量100%的反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,无溶剂,无重金属, 无气味,常温下为固体状态,加热时融化为液体进行涂胶,粘接织物后迅速冷却硬化变成固体,产生强大的粘结力,耐热度大于140℃,也有很好的耐溶,耐水解性能。反应型聚氨酯热熔胶的特点是,分子链端具有活性基因,涂胶后胶体可借助空气中的水蒸汽,分子之间迅速连接成直线链进而形成网状结构而固化,强度迅速提高。
图1为本发明一种生活用防水保洁面料的复合生产工艺实施例的结构示意图,图2为本发明一种生活用防水保洁面料的复合生产工艺实施例的热熔转移装置结构示意图,如图所示,生活用防水保洁面料的复合生产工艺过程中使用的是热熔胶机,所述热熔胶机从前至后依次包括面布放布架1、摆放臂收卷装置2、切边刀3、热熔转移装置4、放膜辊5和里布放料架6,热熔转移装置4包括壳体41、主动贴合压辊42、被动贴合压辊43、被动上胶辊44和主动上胶辊45,主动上胶辊45、被动上交辊44、被动贴合压辊43和主动贴合压辊42均设置在壳体41内,壳体41的内壁上设置有刮胶板46,刮胶板46设置在主动上胶辊45的下方,可以将多余的胶刮掉。
主动上胶辊45和被动上胶辊44设置在同一水平线上,主动贴合压辊42和被动贴合压辊43设置在同一竖直线上,主动贴合压辊42的侧面设置有铝分布辊47,铝分布辊47设置在被动上胶辊44的正上方,对面布进行展幅,防止褶皱。
摆放臂收卷装置2包括架体21、设置在架体21上的摆放臂22、与摆放臂22连接的收卷压辊23和收卷架24,收卷架24设置在收卷压辊23的正下方。传动链条7上方设置有绕式开幅轮8,绕式开幅轮8的后侧和里布放料架6的前端均设置有液压纠偏装置9。热熔转移装置4及里布放料架6的上方设置有电动葫芦10。
实施例1
本发明提供了一种生活用防水保洁面料,包括织物层、中间层和防水层,防水层和中间层均设置为一层,即从上至下依次包括织物层、中间层、防水层,中间层为含量100%的反应型聚氨酯热熔胶。
一种生活用防水保洁面料的复合生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)放布:将面布放置到面布放布架上,将防水膜放置到放膜辊上, 面布放布架与放膜辊同时转动放料;
(2)一次复合:面布通过传动链条传动到热熔转移装置处与通过胶点转移过的防水膜进行复合,防水膜通过主动上胶辊和被动上胶辊之间进行胶点转移,带有胶的防水膜与面布通过主动贴合压辊和被动贴合压辊进行贴合,防水膜在涂胶前,胶桶预热至110℃,涂胶过程中,冬季温度控制在103℃-105℃,夏天温度控制在100℃,湿度控制在60%;
(3)切边:将复合后的保洁面料通过切边刀进行切边;
(4)收卷:将切边后的保洁面料通过摆放臂收卷装置进行收卷得到成品;
(5)成品固化:将收卷后的成品进行固化,当固化时间为24小时以内时,达到90%固化,当固化时间为5-7天时,90%-100%固化,固化的库房需保持不低于25℃恒温,湿度60%,从而得到了一种单面附防水膜的保洁面料。
实施例2
本发明提供了一种生活用防水保洁面料,包括织物层、中间层和防水层,织物层和中间层均设置为两层,即从上至下依次包括织物层、中间层、防水层、中间层和织物层,中间层为含量100%的反应型聚氨酯热熔胶。
一种生活用防水保洁面料的复合生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)放布:将面布放置到面布放布架上,将防水膜放置到放膜辊上,面布放布架与放膜辊同时转动放料;
(2)一次复合:面布通过传动链条传动到热熔转移装置处与通过胶点转移过的防水膜进行复合,防水膜在涂胶前,胶桶预热至110℃,涂胶过程中,冬季温度控制在103℃-105℃,夏天温度控制在100℃,湿度控制在60%;
(3)切边:将复合后的保洁面料通过切边刀进行切边;
(4)收卷:将切边后的保洁面料通过摆放臂收卷装置进行收卷得到成品;
(5)成品固化:将收卷后的成品进行固化,当固化时间为24小时以内时,达到90%固化,当固化时间为5-7天时,90%-100%固化,固化的库房需保持不低于25℃恒温,湿度60%,从而得到了一种单面附防水膜 的保洁面料。
(6)将上述一次复合后的保洁面料与另一面料进行二次复合,具体为将进行一次复合后的保洁面料放置到放膜辊上,将另一面料放到里布放料架上,里布放料架与放膜辊同时转动放料,另一面料通过液压纠偏装置后进入到热熔转移装置处与通过胶点转移过的一次复合后的保洁面料进行复合,然后通过切边刀进行切边,得到带有中间夹有防水膜的多层保洁面料,最后进行收卷得到成品,将收卷后的成品进行固化。防水膜在涂胶前,胶桶预热至110℃,涂胶过程中,冬季温度控制在103℃-105℃,夏天温度控制在100℃,湿度控制在60%。
因此,本发明采用上述结构的生活用防水保洁面料及其复合生产工艺,从根本上铲除“废气”产生的源头,实现了复合生产全过程的“三无”,即无废气、无热气、无噪声、确保复合生产全过程的高度绿色环保,同时促进复合生产成本的下降,全方位提高产品的品质,生产的产品,保持了具有抗菌、防臭、透气、吸湿、柔软、环保等性能。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对其进行限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而这些修改或者等同替换亦不能使修改后的技术方案脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种生活用防水保洁面料,包括织物层、中间层和防水层,其特征在于:所述织物层和所述中间层同时设置为至少一层,且所述中间层设置在所述织物层和所述防水层之间,所述中间层为含量100%的反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,所述反应型聚氨酯热熔胶常温下为固态,耐热度大于140℃。
  2. 一种如权利要求1所述的生活用防水保洁面料的复合生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    (1)放布:将面布放置到面布放布架上,将防水膜放置到放膜辊上,面布放布架与放膜辊同时转动放料;
    (2)一次复合:面布通过传动链条传动到热熔转移装置处与通过胶点转移过的防水膜进行复合;
    (3)切边:将复合后的保洁面料通过切边刀进行切边;
    (4)收卷:将切边后的保洁面料通过摆放臂收卷装置进行收卷得到成品;
    (5)成品固化:将收卷后的成品进行固化,当固化时间为24小时以内时,达到90%固化,当固化时间为5-7天时,90%-100%固化,固化的库房需保持不低于25℃恒温,湿度60%。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的生活用防水保洁面料的复合生产工艺,其特征在于:将上述一次复合后的保洁面料与另一面料进行二次复合,具体为将进行一次复合后的保洁面料放置到放膜辊上,将另一面料放到里布放料架上,里布放料架与放膜辊同时转动放料,另一面料通过液压纠偏装置后进入到热熔转移装置处与通过胶点转移过的一次复合后的保洁面料进行复合,然后通过切边刀进行切边,得到带有中间夹有防水膜的多层保洁面料,最后进行收卷得到成品,将收卷后的成品进行固化。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的生活用防水保洁面料的复合生产工艺,其特征在于:防水膜在涂胶前,胶桶预热至110℃,涂胶过程中,冬季温度控制在103℃-105℃,夏天温度控制在100℃,湿度控制在60%。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的生活用防水保洁面料的复合生产工艺,其特征在于:生活用防水保洁面料的复合生产工艺过程中使用的是热熔胶机,所述热熔胶机从前至后依次包括面布放布架、摆放臂收卷装置、切边 刀、热熔转移装置、放膜辊和里布放料架,所述热熔转移装置包括壳体、主动贴合压辊、被动贴合压辊、被动上胶辊和主动上胶辊,所述主动上胶辊、所述被动上交辊、所述被动贴合压辊和所述主动贴合压辊均设置在所述壳体内,所述壳体的内壁上设置有刮胶板,所述刮胶板设置在所述主动上胶辊的下方。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的生活用防水保洁面料的复合生产工艺,其特征在于:所述主动上胶辊和所述被动上胶辊设置在同一水平线上,所述主动贴合压辊和所述被动贴合压辊设置在同一竖直线上,所述主动贴合压辊的侧面设置有铝分布辊,所述铝分布辊设置在所述被动上胶辊的正上方。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的生活用防水保洁面料的复合生产工艺,其特征在于:所述摆放臂收卷装置包括架体、设置在所述架体上的摆放臂、与所述摆放臂连接的收卷压辊和收卷架,所述收卷架设置在所述收卷压辊的正下方。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的生活用防水保洁面料的复合生产工艺,其特征在于:所述传动链条上方设置有绕式开幅轮,所述绕式开幅轮的后侧和所述里布放料架的前端均设置有液压纠偏装置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的生活用防水保洁面料的复合生产工艺,其特征在于:所述热熔转移装置及所述里布放料架的上方设置有电动葫芦。
