本发明提供一种高阻隔防渗透医用床单复合新材料及其制备方法,该高阻隔防渗透医用床单复合新材料由纺织品层、功能层和位于纺织品层与功能层中间的粘结胶层构成。所述的纺织品层是纯棉布或棉与化纤混合织物,所述的功能层是聚氨酯膜,所述的粘结胶层是反应型热熔胶层。该方法按如下步骤进行:熔胶:将粘结胶置于熔胶机中熔融;涂布:将溶化的粘结胶涂布在纺织品上;层合:将纺织品和功能层利用层合单元压合在一起;卷曲:将层合后的产品平整卷曲;固化:经固化,得产品。在生产和使用过程中,反应型热熔胶不挥发,不产生有毒有害气体,无环境污染。产品具有耐高温、耐低温、耐洗涤、防水透汽阻隔等多种性能。

本发明属于纺织层合类,特别是一种高阻隔防渗透医用床单复合新材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
据资料统计,仅中国医疗机构约60000余所,每所医院按150张床位,则需900余万床;另外,占中国总人口6.96%的老龄人口约9000多万,随着家庭病房和社区保健的普及,约6%测算的家庭病房需求540余万床。以每个床单位2.5米测算,上述市场仅15%的年更换量即可达540余万米。在医院的特定环境中,加强对医务人员和病患人员的有效防护十分重要,较好解决医务人员在治疗和手术中不被细菌和病毒感染,预防病床床垫中的细菌和病毒对病人的二次感染,床单是对医患双方起到良好的保护作用必不可少的用品之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是提供一种用于医用床单不仅耐洗性好,可重复使用,还可耐医学高温消毒处理,耐低温,防水透汽、使用寿命长,具有良好的阻隔效果,能有效地保护医护人员健康的高阻隔防渗透医用床单复合新材料;目的之二是提供为实现目的之一的制备工艺简单的制备方法。

上述步骤熔胶所述的粘结胶是反应型热熔胶,步骤涂布所述的溶化的粘结胶是指反应型热熔胶的粘度为10800-11200mPa.s;步骤层合控制温度为105-115℃,张力为30N-50N,复合速度为15-20米/分钟;步骤固化的温度为20~30℃,湿度为65~75%。
本发明的高阻隔防渗透医用床单复合新材料结构为三层复合物,包括防水透气功能层、胶粘剂层和纺织品层,基本技术原理为该高阻隔、防渗透新型医用床单是选用防水透汽材料,利用反应型热熔胶合技术而成。防水透气性是织物的结构允许水汽穿过织物的本体透出,同时防止外界的液体渗入织物的能力。利用防水透汽技术:分子透气技术和微孔透汽技术。两种技术都能在保证水汽传输的同时防止外界液体的渗入,解决了防水和透汽、湿性两个根本矛盾。
亲水膜是致密的无孔薄膜.水汽渗透过程可称为“主动扩散”过程,水汽利用膜两侧存在的压力差扩散渗透到薄膜的另一边。聚氨酯膜的亲水成分提供了足够的化学基团作为水蒸气分子的阶石,水分子由于氢键和其他分子间力。在高湿度一侧吸附水分子,通过高分子链上亲水基团传递到低湿度一侧解吸,形成吸附-扩散-解吸过程,达到透气的目的,亲水分子可以是分子链中的亲水基团或是嵌段共聚物的亲水组分;聚合物的化学结构和薄膜的厚度是决定渗透力的主要因素,其防水性来自薄膜自身膜的连续性和较大的膜面张力。由于亲水膜完全没有微孔,外界的物质甚至如病毒也无法通过。
1.微孔膜是其结构中存在很多像毛细管一样的微孔,孔径大约1NM左右,介于水滴与水分子之间,这些微孔构成了允许气体通过的通道,但由于外界的液体液滴的直径大于微孔的直径所以不能通过。气体穿过薄膜的渗透力取决于微孔的大小。水分传输率与薄膜的表面积和浓度驱动力呈正比。在微孔膜中,薄膜的物理结构是渗透力的决定因素。
2.反应型热熔胶层合技术属于纺织复合技术中的层合类,其工艺特点是使用一种功能性的隔离层与织物“胶合”。纺织品本身具有一定结构,利用反应型热熔胶作为粘和剂,使功能层胶合于纺织物上而成为复合结构。热溶胶受热熔化,冷却后形成初始粘结强度,然后胶粘剂会与空气中的湿汽反应,形成稳定的粘接效果。在生产和使用过程中,反应型热熔胶不挥发,不产生有毒有害气体,无环境污染。产品具有耐高温、耐低温、耐洗涤等多种性能。
3.粘接强度主要取决于胶粘剂的温度和粘度的控制。当温度过高时,胶的粘度过低,层合后胶粘剂渗入纺织品太深,保留在功能层和纺织品之间的胶量不足,不能形成良好的粘接:当温度过低时,胶的粘度过高,层合时,胶粘剂与纺织品的润湿程度不够,同样不能形成良好的粘接。

经高阻隔防渗透性功能性医用床单复合新材料研发的产品经多种消毒液的浸泡消毒、环氧乙烷气体灭菌、紫外线照射和压力蒸汽灭菌(132℃)后,高阻隔、防渗透功能均无改变,医院常见致病菌阻断率可达100%。在临床应用中,要求该产品高阻隔性、防渗透性。且经过80次的洗涤—烘干—消毒的循环后,仍然具有良好的防水透气性能、阻隔性能和良好的粘结强度。用于医用床单不仅耐洗性好,可重复多次使用,还可耐医学高温消毒处理,使用寿命长。因此,云龙复合技术制作成的医用床单对于病毒,具有良好的阻隔效果,能有效地保护医护人员的健康,还可提高使用寿命,具有良好的舒适性。
本发明的工艺特点是使用一种功能性的隔离层与织物“胶合”,纺织品本身具有一定物理结构,利用反应型热熔胶作为粘合剂,使功能层胶合于纺织物上而成为复合结构。热熔胶受热熔化,冷却后形成初始粘接强度,然后胶粘剂会与空气中的湿汽反应,形成稳定的粘接效果。在生产和使用过程中,反应型热熔胶不挥发,不产生有毒有害气体,无环境污染。产品具有耐高温、耐低温、耐洗涤、防水透汽阻隔等多种性能。
纺织品和聚氨酯膜性质不同,弹性、韧性和延展性的各种指标都不同,当把纺织品和聚氨酯膜两种基材合为一体时,两种基材相互制约,只有使两种基材的张力相匹配,才能使层合产品达到平整、柔软的效果,申请人经过若干次失败和长时间的不断摸索,才摸索出控制张力为30N-50N和复合速度为15-20米/分钟的生产控制数据。
本发明应用于医疗卫生领域,以产品的高阻隔、防渗透的优越性能来解决医院床单位消毒困难导致交叉感染的问题,可使水、脓、血、尿、便、痰等液体不能渗透到床垫或枕芯内部,达到三防一透一阻效果。

卷曲:将层合后的产品平整卷曲;
固化:在温度为30℃,湿度为65%条件下进行固化,得产品。

该高阻隔防渗透医用床单复合新材料的制备方法按如下步骤进行:
熔胶:将反应型热熔胶置于熔胶机中熔融;
涂布:将溶化的粘度为10000Pa.s的反应型热熔胶涂布在纺织品上;
层合:将纯棉布和聚氨酯膜利用层合单元控制温度为115℃,张力为300N,复合速度为20米/分钟压合在一起;
卷曲:将层合后的产品平整卷曲;
固化:在温度为20℃,湿度为75%条件下进行固化,得产品。
实施例3:
该高阻隔防渗透医用床单复合新材料的制备方法按如下步骤进行:
熔胶:将反应型热熔胶置于熔胶机中熔融;
涂布:将溶化的粘度为9000Pa.s的反应型热熔胶涂布在纺织品上;
层合:将纯棉布和聚氨酯膜利用层合单元控制温度为100℃,张力为40N,复合速度为17米/分钟压合在一起;
卷曲:将层合后的产品平整卷曲;
固化:在温度为25℃,湿度为70%条件下进行固化,得产品。
