Claims (12)
- 一种可拉伸显示基板,包括:位于衬底基板上的多个岛以及与每个岛对应的多个连接桥;所述多个岛,呈阵列分布且彼此分隔开;所述每个岛对应的多个连接桥,用于将每个岛和与其相邻的岛连接起来;其中,所述每个岛和与其对应的多个连接桥之间均设置有电学检测结构,在所述可拉伸显示基板被拉伸时,所述电学检测结构的电学参数发生变化。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可拉伸显示基板,其中,所述电学检测结构包括:电容、电阻。
- 根据权利要求2所述的可拉伸显示基板,其中,所述电容包括第一极板和第二极板,所述第一极板位于一个连接桥上,所述第二极板位于所述连接桥和与其对应的一个岛的交界处。
- 根据权利要求3所述的可拉伸显示基板,其中,所述第一极板,与所述可拉伸显示基板的栅金属层同层、同材料设置;所述第二极板,与所述可拉伸显示基板的源漏金属层同层、同材料设置。
- 根据权利要求3所述的可拉伸显示基板,其中,所述第一极板和所述第二极板均与所述可拉伸显示基板的栅金属层同层、同材料设置;或所述第一极板和所述第二极板均与所述可拉伸显示基板的源漏金属层同层、同材料设置。
- 根据权利要求3所述的可拉伸显示基板,其中,所述第一极板和所述第二极板呈S型或梳型。
- 一种可拉伸显示装置,其包括如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的可拉伸显示基板,还包括:与所述电学检测结构连接的显示驱动电路,用于检测所述电学检测结构的电学参数变化量,并根据所述电学参数变化量确定所述电学检测结构所在区域的拉伸量,根据所述拉伸量进行显示补偿。
- 一种可拉伸显示装置的工作方法,应用于如权利要求7所述的可拉伸显示装置,包括:通过所述显示驱动电路检测所述电学检测结构的电学参数变化量,并根据所述电学参数变化量确定所述电学检测结构所在区域的拉伸量,根据所述拉伸量进行显示补偿。
- 一种可拉伸显示基板的制作方法,所述可拉伸显示基板包括:位于衬底基板上的多个岛以及与每个岛对应的多个连接桥;所述多个岛,呈阵列分布且彼此分隔开;所述每个岛对应的多个连接桥,用于将每个岛和与其相邻的岛连接起来,其中,所述制作方法包括:所述每个岛和与其对应的多个连接桥之间均形成电学检测结构,在所述可拉伸显示基板被拉伸时,所述电学检测结构的电学参数发生变化。
- 根据权利要求9所述的可拉伸显示基板的制作方法,其中,所述电学检测结构包括电容、电阻,形成所述电容的步骤包括:在一个连接桥上形成所述电容的第一极板;在所述连接桥和与其对应的一个岛的交界处形成所述电容的第二极板。
- 根据权利要求10所述的可拉伸显示基板的制作方法,其中,形成所述电学检测结构具体包括:通过同一次构图工艺,形成所述第一极板和所述可拉伸显示基板的栅金属层;通过同一次构图工艺,形成所述第二极板和所述可拉伸显示基板的源漏金属层。
- 根据权利要求10所述的可拉伸显示基板的制作方法,其中,形成所述电学检测结构具体包括:通过同一次构图工艺,形成所述第一极板、所述第二极板以及所述可拉伸显示基板的栅金属层;或通过同一次构图工艺,形成所述第一极板、所述第二极板以及所述可拉伸显示基板的源漏金属层。
