본 발명의 목적은 퍼프 등과 같은 도포수단을 내장한 화장품용기에 있어서, 도포수단이 내장될 때 공기저장공간이 형성될 수 있도록 하고 이러한 공기저장공간의 공기가 도포수단과 효율적으로 접촉하여 도포수단이 쉽게 건조되고 건조된 상태가 유지될 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
본 발명은

본 발명에 따를 경우, 상기 돌출부는 상부는 개방된 수직구멍을 가져, 상기 돌출부의 상면에 놓이는 상기 도포수단에서 상기 수직구멍과 접하는 부분도 공기와 접하여 건조가 촉진되는 것이 바람직하다.
이러한 경우, 상기 돌출부는 상기 수직구멍과 교차하는 횡방향의 관통공이 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명에 따를 경우, 상기 돌출부는 상기 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑의 바닥판의 상면에 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명에 따를 경우,
(a) 상기 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑의 도포수단수용부에는 상기 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑의 바닥판으로부터 상부로 이격된 위치에 판형태의 중간부재가 횡방향으로 설치되고,
(b) 상기 돌출부는 상기 판형태의 중간부재의 상면에 설치되고,
(c) 상기 돌출부의 수직구멍은 상기 판형태의 중간부재를 관통하여 상기 판형태의 중간부재와 상기 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑의 바닥판 사이에 형성되는 제2공기저장부와 연통하는 것이 바람직하다.
이러한 경우, 상기 판형태의 중간부재와 상기 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑의 도포수단수용부의 바닥판의 상면 사이에는 상기 판형태의 중간부재를 지지하는 지지기둥이 설치되는 것이 좋다.
또한, 본 발명에 따를 경우, 상기 판형태의 중간부재는 곳곳에 관통공간부가 형성되는 것이 바람직하다. 이 경우도, 상기 판형태의 중간부재와 상기 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑의 도포수단수용부의 바닥판의 상면사이에는 상기 판형태의 중간부재를 지지하는 지지기둥이 설치되는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명에 따를 경우, 상기 용기부가 설치되는 용기부설치부와, 상기 용기부설치부에 상기 용기부가 설치되면 상기 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑을 덮는 뚜껑을 가지는 외부용기부를 더욱 가지는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명의 첫 번째 측면에 따를 경우, 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑의 바닥면과 퍼프사이에 제1공기저장부가 형성됨으로써 퍼프의 밑면이 공기와 접하고 퍼프의 건조가 촉진된다.
만일 돌출부에 수직구멍이 형성되는 경우, 돌출부와 접하는 퍼프의 부분도 수직구멍을 통하여 공기가 접촉하고 건조가 촉진된다.
나아가서, 돌출부에 수직구멍과 교차하는 횡방향의 관통공이 형성되면, 횡방향의 관통공을 통과하는 공기가 상기 수직구멍을 경유하여 퍼프가 돌출부와 접한 부위로 유통되어 퍼프에서 상기 수직구멍과 접하는 부분의 건조가 더욱 촉진되게 된다.
본 발명의 두 번째 측면에 따를 경우, 상기 첫 번째 측면에 따른 효과와 더불어서, 제2공기저장부에 저장된 공기가 수직 구멍을 통하여 돌출부의 상면에 놓이는 퍼프의 수직 구멍과 접하는 부분으로 유통이 되어 그 부분의 건조를 더욱 풍부하게 이룰 수 있게 된다.
또한, 상기 돌출부가 횡방향의 관통공을 가지는 경우, 상기 제2공기저장부의 공기가 횡방향의 관통공을 통하여 제1공기저장부로 유통되어 제1공기저장부의 공기를 풍부하게 하고 이 부분과 접하는 퍼프의 밑면의 건조를 촉진시키게 된다.
본 발명의 세 번째 측면에 따를 경우, 첫 번째와 두 번째 측면에 따른 효과를 가지면서 동시에 제2공기저장부의 공기가 판형태의 중간부재의 관통공간부를 통하여, 그리고 이후 제1공기저장부를 통하여 돌출부의 상부에 놓인 퍼프의 밑면과 접촉하여 퍼프의 건조를 더욱 촉진시키게 된다. 즉 두 번째 측면에 따른 경우보다, 판형태의 중간부재의 관통공간부로 인하여 제2공기저장부의 공기가 더욱 넓은 면적의 퍼프의 밑면과 접촉하고 이에 따라 건조가 더욱 잘 이루어지게 되는 것이다.
도 1은 용기부와 외부용기부를 가지는 종래의 화장품용기의 구조를 보이는 도면;
도 2와 도 3은 본 발명의 첫 번째 측면에 따른 화장품용기의 구조를 보이는 도면;

이제 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부한 도면을 참고로 하여 상세히 설명한다.
우선, 아래 실시예들에서 쿠션, 파운데이션, 메이크업 베이스 제품류 등의 화장품의 내용물을 보관하는 화장품용기에서 이들 내용물을 얼굴 등의 피부에 바르기 위한 도포수단으로 퍼프(P)를 보이고 있는데, 반드시 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 즉 본 발명의 도포수단은 퍼프(P)가 대표적이지만 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 예를 들어, 얇은 평판의 형태로 만들어진 스폰지(sponge) 등과 같은 것 등도 포함된다.
한편 아래의 실시예들은 보관용기부(15)와 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑(12)을 가지는 용기부(10)를 도면에 도시하고 이를 중심으로 설명을 하지만 이들 용기부(10)는 외부용기부(20)와 결합되어 전체로서 화장품용기를 이루게 된다.
한편, 용기부(10)는 반드시 본 실시예의 외부용기부(20)와 결합되어야 하는 것은 아니며, 다른 구조의 화장품용기에 용기부로서 결합될 수 있다.
아래 실시예들의 도시부호 1000a 등은 용기부(10)가 외부용기부(20)와 결합 된 전체로서의 화장품용기를 의미한다.
도 2와 도 3을 참고로, 본 발명의 첫 번째 측면에 따른 화장품용기(1000a)의 구조에 대하여 설명한다.
도시된 바와 같이, 상기 화장품용기(1000a)의 용기부(10)는 내부에 화장품의 내용물이 보관되는 보관용기부(15)와 상기 보관용기부(15)의 뚜껑인 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑(12)을 가진다.
상기 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑(12)은 퍼프(P)가 수용되는 도포수단수용부(18)가 형성되고 그 바닥판(401)은 막혀 있으며, 이에 따라 바닥판(401)에 의하여 상기 보관용기부(15)와 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑(12)은 상호간에 막혀 있게 된다.
본 발명에 따를 경우, 상기 용기부(10)의 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑(12)의 도포수단수용부(18)에는 상방으로 돌출된 복수개의 돌출부(80)가 설치된다.
본 실시예의 경우, 상기 돌출부(80)는 상기 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑(12)의 바닥판(401)의 상면에, 본 실시예의 경우 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑(12)의 바닥면(124)에 설치되고 있다.
이에 따라, 상기 돌출부(80)의 상면에 퍼프(P)가 놓이면 상기 퍼프(P)의 밑면과 상기 바닥면(124)의 사이는 공기가 저장되는 공기저장부(600a)를 형성하게 된다. (도 3 참조)
이에 따라, 상기 퍼프(P)의 밑면은 공기저장부(600a)의 공기와 접촉하고 건조가 이루어지게 된다.
특별히 본 발명에 따를 경우, 상기 돌출부(80)는 상부는 개방된 수직구멍(87)을 가지는 것이 바람직하다.
그러면 상기 돌출부(80)의 상면에 놓이는 퍼프(P)에서 상기 수직구멍(87)과 접하는 부분도 공기와 접하게 되어 건조가 촉진되게 된다.
또한, 상기 돌출부(80)는 상기 수직구멍(84)과 교차하는 횡방향의 관통공(84)이 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
이러한 경우, 횡방향의 관통공(84)을 통과하는 공기가 상기 수직구멍(87)을 통하여 상기 퍼프(P)가 돌출부(80)와 접한 부위에 유통되어 퍼프(P)에서 상기 수직구멍(87)과 접하는 부분의 건조가 더욱 촉진되게 된다.
도 4에서 도 6은 본 발명의 두 번째 측면에 따른 화장품용기(1000b1)(1000b2)(1000b3)의 구조를 보인다.
전술한 첫 번째 측면에 따른 화장품용기(1000a)와 비교하여, 본 두 번째 측면에 따른 화장품용기들에 따를 경우, 상기 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑(12)의 도포수단수용부(18)에는 상기 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑(12)의 바닥판(401)으로부터 상부로 이격된 위치에 판형태의 중간부재(800a)가 설치되고, 상기 복수개의 돌출부(80)는 상기 판형태의 중간부재(800a)의 상면에 설치된다.
또한, 상기 돌출부(80)의 수직구멍(87)은 상기 판형태의 중간부재(800a)를 관통한다. 이에 따라 도면에서는 수직구멍(87)의 하부에 판형태의 중간부재(800a)를 관통하는 관통공(879)이 표시되고 있다.
본 두 번째 측면에 따를 경우, 상기 판형태의 중간부재(800a)와 상기 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑(12)의 바닥판(401)의 사이는 제2공기저장부(600b)를 형성하게 되고, 상기 돌출부(80)의 수직구멍(87)은 상기 제2공기저장부(600b)와 연통하게 된다.
상기 돌출부(80)는 수직구멍(87)만을 가지거나, 또는 도시된 바와 같이 수직구멍(87)과 더불어 횡방향의 관통공(84)을 같이 가질 수 있다.
이러한 두 번째 측면에 따를 경우, 제2공기저장부(600b)는 공기를 저장하게 되며, 이렇게 저장된 제2공기저장부(600b)의 공기가 수직구멍(87)을 통하여 돌출부(80)의 상면에 놓이는 퍼프(P)의 수직구멍(87)과 접하는 부분으로 유통이 되어 그 부분의 건조가 이루어지게 된다.
이 경우는, 제2공기저장부(600b)로 인하여 첫 번째 측면에 따른 경우보다 더 많은 공기를 접할 수 있게 되어 건조가 더욱 효율적으로 이루어지게 된다.
한편, 상기 돌출부(80)가 횡방향의 관통공(84)을 가지는 경우, 상기 제2공기저장부(600b)의 공기가 횡방향의 관통공(84)을 통하여 제1공기저장부(600a)로 유통되어 제1공기저장부(600a)의 공기를 풍부하게 하고 이 부분과 접하는 퍼프(P)의 밑면의 건조를 촉진시키게 된다.
또한, 첫 번째 측면에 따른 경우와 같이, 횡방향의 관통공(84)을 통과하는 공기가 상기 수직구멍(87)을 통하여 상기 퍼프(P)가 돌출부(80)와 접한 부위에 유통되어 퍼프(P)에서 상기 수직구멍(87)과 접하는 부분도 공기와 접하게 되어 건조가 더욱 촉진되게 된다.
본 두 번째 측면에 따를 경우, 상기 판형태의 중간부재(800a)와 상기 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑(12)의 도포수단수용부(18)의 바닥판(401)의 사이에는 상기 판형태의 중간부재(800a)를 지지하는 지지기둥(849)(849’)이 설치될 수 있다.
도 5의 화장품용기(1000b2)의 경우 지지기둥(849)은 돌출부(80)들 중 일부의 것으로부터 밑으로 확장되고 있다.
도 6의 화장품용기(1000b3)의 경우 돌출부(80)와 관계없이 독립적인 지지기둥(849’)이 설치되고 있다.
이러한 지지기둥(849)(849’)을 두는 이유는 판형태의 중간부재(800a)가 밑으로 휘는 것을 방지하기 위한 것인데, 부차적으로, 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑(12)을 돌출부(80)가 설치되는 판형태의 중간부재(800a)와 같이 일체로서 사출할 수 있도록 하기 위함이다. 즉 돌출부(80)와 관련되어 수직방향으로 당겨지는 힘에 대응할 수 있도록 하여 사출이 안정적으로 이루어지게 하기 위함이다.
한편, 본 발명에 따를 경우, 상기 돌출부(80)가 형성되는 판형태의 중간부재(800a)는 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑(12)과는 별도로 제공되어 상기 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑(12)의 도포수단수용부(18)에 조립될 수 있다.
상기 돌출부(80)도 또한 별도로 제조되어 판형태의 중간부재(800a)에 조립될 수도 있다.
도 7에서 도 11은 본 발명의 세 번째 측면에 따른 화장품용기(1000c1)(1000c2)(1000c3)의 구조를 보인다.
본 세 번째 측면에 따른 화장품용기들에 따를 경우, 전술한 두 번째 측면에 따른 것들과 비교하여, 곳곳에 관통공간부(844)가 형성된 판형태의 중간부재(800b)가 제공된다.
즉 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑(12)의 바닥판(401)으로부터 상부로 이격된 위치에 설치되는 판형태의 중간부재(800b)는 곳곳에 관통공간부(844)가 형성되는 것이다.
도 7과 도 8은 이러한 구조의 예를 보이는데, 상기 판형태의 중간부재(800b)는 상호간에 교차하는 다수개의 띠부재(83)(85)로 이루어지며, 상기 띠부재(83)(85)들 사이의 관통공간이 상기 관통공간부(844)를 형성하게 된다. 상기 관통공간부(844)는 퍼프수용겸용뚜껑(12)의 퍼프 수용부(18)의 측벽(125)과 이들 띠부재(83)(85)사이에 형성되는 공간도 포함하게 된다.
도 9는 상기 용기부(10)가 외부용기부(20)에 설치되어 전체 화장품용기(1000c1)를 이루는 것을 보인다. 이것은 도 1을 참고로 설명된 것과 같은 것이다.
이러한 본 발명의 세 번째 측면에 따를 경우, 퍼프(P)가 판형태의 중간부재(800b)의 상면에 놓이면, 도시된 바와 같이, 퍼프(P)와 판형태의 중간부재(800b)의 사이에 제1공기저장부(600a)가 형성되고, 판형태의 중간부재(800b)와 바닥판(401)의 사이에서 제2공기저장부(600b)가 형성된다.
이 경우, 제2공기저장부(600b)의 공기는 판형태의 중간부재(800b)의 관통공간부(844)를 통하여 제1공기저장부(600a)의 공기와 함께 상기 퍼프(P)의 밑면과 접촉하게 되고, 이에 따라 상기 공기가 접촉되는 퍼프(P)의 하부면은 건조가, 더욱 촉진되어, 이루어지게 된다.
즉 두 번째 측면에 따른 경우보다, 판형태의 중간부재(800b)의 관통공간부(844)로 인하여 제2공기저장부(600b)의 공기가 더욱 넓은 면적의 퍼프의 밑면과 접촉하게 되는 것이다.
돌출부(80)의 수직구멍(87)이 상기 판형태의 중간부재(800b)를 관통하여 상기 제2공기저장부(600b)와 연통하여 두 번째 실시예에서와 같이 퍼프(P)가 상기 돌출부(80)와 접하는 부위에도 건조를 이룰 수 있게 된다.
첫 번째와 두 번째 측면에 따른 화장품용기들의 경우와 같이 상기 돌출부(80)는 상기 수직구멍(87)과 교차하는 횡방향의 관통공을 가지는 것이 좋다.
그러면, 첫 번째 측면에 따른 경우와 같이, 횡방향의 관통공(84)을 통과하는 공기가 상기 수직구멍(87)을 통하여 상기 퍼프(p)가 돌출부(80)와 접한 부위에 유통되어 퍼프(P)에서 상기 수직구멍(87)과 접하는 부분도 공기와 접하게 되어 건조가 더욱 촉진되게 된다.
또한, 두 번째 측면에 따른 경우와 같이, 상기 제2공기저장부(600b)의 공기가 횡방향의 관통공(84)을 통하여 제1공기저장부(600a)로 유통되어 제1공기저장부(600a)의 공기를 풍부하게 하고 이 부분과 접하는 퍼프(P)의 밑면의 건조를 촉진시키게 된다.
본 세 번째 측면에 따를 경우, 상기 판형태의 중간부재(800b)와 상기 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑(12)의 도포수단수용부(18)의 바닥판(401)의 사이에는 상기 판형태의 중간부재(800b)를 지지하는 지지기둥(849)(849’)이 설치될 수 있다.
도 10의 화장품용기(1000c2)의 경우 지지기둥(849)은 돌출부(80)들 중 일부의 것으로부터 밑으로 확장되고 있다.
도 11의 화장품용기(1000c3)의 경우 돌출부(80)와 관계없이 독립적인 지지기둥(849’)이 설치되고 있다.
이들의 경우는 두 번째 측면의 경우와 같은 것으로서 상세한 설명은 생략한다.
본 발명의 첫 번째 측면에 따를 경우, 퍼프수용겸용뚜껑(12)의 바닥면(124)과 퍼프(P)사이에 제1공기저장부(600a)가 형성됨으로써 퍼프(P)의 밑면이 공기와 접하고 퍼프(P)의 건조가 촉진된다.
만일 돌출부(80)에 수직구멍(87)이 형성되는 경우, 돌출부(80)와 접하는 퍼프(P)의 부분도 수직구멍(87)을 통하여 공기가 접촉하고 건조가 촉진된다.
나아가서, 돌출부(80)에 수직구멍(87)과 교차하는 횡방향의 관통공(84)이 형성되면, 횡방향의 관통공(84)을 통과하는 공기가 상기 수직구멍(87)을 경유하여 상기 퍼프(P)가 돌출부(80)와 접한 부위에 유통되어 퍼프(P)에서 상기 수직구멍(87)과 접하는 부분의 건조가 더욱 촉진되게 된다.
본 발명의 두 번째 측면에 따를 경우, 상기 첫 번째 측면에 따른 효과와 더불어서, 제2공기저장부(600b)에 저장된 공기가 이와 연통하는 수직 구멍(87)을 통하여 돌출부(80)의 상면에 놓이는 퍼프(P)가 수직 구멍(87)과 접하는 부분으로 유통이 되어 그 부분의 건조를 더욱 풍부하게 이룰 수 있게 된다.
또한, 상기 돌출부(80)가 횡방향의 관통공(84)을 가지는 경우, 상기 제2공기저장부(600b)의 공기가 횡방향의 관통공(84)을 통하여 제1공기저장부(600a)로 유통되어 제1공기저장부(600a)의 공기를 풍부하게 하고 이 부분과 접하는 퍼프(P)의 밑면의 건조를 촉진시키게 된다.
본 발명의 세 번째 측면에 따를 경우, 첫 번째와 두 번째 측면에 따른 효과를 가지면서 동시에 제2공기저장부(600b)의 공기가 판형태의 중간부재(800b)의 관통공간부(844)를 통과하고 이후 제1공기저장부(600a)를 통하여 돌출부(80)의 상부에 놓인 퍼프(P)의 밑면과 접촉하여 퍼프(P)의 건조를 더욱 촉진시키게 된다.
즉 두 번째 측면에 따른 경우보다, 판형태의 중간부재(800b)의 관통공간부(844)로 인하여 제2공기저장부(600b)의 공기가 더욱 넓은 면적의 퍼프의 밑면과 접촉하고 이에 따라 건조가 더욱 잘 이루어지게 되는 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. (a) 내부에 화장품의 내용물이 보관되는 보관용기부와, 상기 보관용기부의 뚜껑으로서 도포수단이 수용되는 도포수단수용부가 형성되고 그 바닥판은 막힌 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑을 가지는 용기부를 포함하여 이루어지는 화장품 용기에 있어서,
    (b) 상기 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑의 도포수단수용부에는 상방으로 돌출된 복수개의 돌출부가 설치되어 있어,
    (c) 상기 도포수단수용부에서 상기 도포수단이 상기 돌출부의 상면과 접하도록 놓이며, 상기 도포수단과 상기 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑의 바닥면의 사이는 제1공기저장부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 돌출부는 상부는 개방된 수직구멍을 가져, 상기 돌출부의 상면에 놓이는 상기 도포수단에서 상기 수직구멍과 접하는 부분도 공기와 접하여 건조가 촉진되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 돌출부는 상기 수직구멍과 교차하는 횡방향의 관통공이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  4. 제1항부터 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
    상기 돌출부는 상기 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑의 바닥판의 상면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품용기.
  5. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
    (a) 상기 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑의 도포수단수용부에는 상기 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑의 바닥판으로부터 상부로 이격된 위치에 판형태의 중간부재가 횡방향으로 설치되고,
    (b) 상기 돌출부는 상기 판형태의 중간부재의 상면에 설치되고,
    (c) 상기 돌출부의 수직구멍은 상기 판형태의 중간부재를 관통하여 상기 판형태의 중간부재와 상기 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑의 바닥판 사이에 형성되는 제2공기저장부와 연통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 판형태의 중간부재와 상기 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑의 도포수단수용부의 바닥판의 상면 사이에는 상기 판형태의 중간부재를 지지하는 지지기둥이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  7. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 판형태의 중간부재는 곳곳에 관통공간부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 판형태의 중간부재와 상기 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑의 도포수단수용부의 바닥판의 상면사이에는 상기 판형태의 중간부재를 지지하는 지지기둥이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  9. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 용기부가 설치되는 용기부설치부와, 상기 용기부설치부에 상기 용기부가 설치되면 상기 도포수단수용겸용뚜껑을 덮는 뚜껑을 가지는 외부용기부를 더욱 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품용기.
