Description

화장품 케이스
본 발명은 파우더, 고체 파운데이션 등의 고형 화장품을 담는 케이스에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 버튼에 금속 재질의 와이어를 적용하여 내구성을 높인 화장품 케이스에 관한 것이다.
최근에는 파우더나 고체 파운데이션 등의 고형 화장품들은 화장품을 다 썼을 경우 화장품의 내용물만 교체할 수 있도록 리필형으로 만들어지는 경우가 많다.
상기와 같은 리필형 화장품의 장점은 화장품의 내용물을 다 써도 내용물만 리필형으로 교체하면 화장품 케이스의 재사용이 가능하여 비용이 절약될 수 있다는 점이다.
일반적으로 파우더나 고체 파운데이션 등의 고형 화장품을 담는 케이스는 버튼(20)을 눌러 케이스를 열도록 이루어지는데, 종래의 화장품 케이스의 열림 버튼(20)은 도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 사용자가 케이스를 열 때 눌리는 부분인 누름부(21)와 상기 버튼(20)에 탄성력을 제공하는 부분인 탄성부(22)가 일체형으로 이루어져 있었다.
그러나, 일체형 플라스틱 버튼(20)을 제조할 때 캐스팅 후에 증착, 코팅 등의 후가공을 하는 것이 일반적이며, 이는 가공 도중 플라스틱을 경화 시키기 때문에 상기 버튼(20)을 탄성력을 저하시켰다.
그리고, 경화에 의해 탄성부(22)가 더 이상 탄성력을 제공하지 못하게 되거나 파손율이 높아져서 화장품 케이스의 장기간 사용이 불가능하여 리필형 화장품임에도 불구하고 리필형이 아닌 케이스가 포함된 완제품을 구입해야하는 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 리필형 화장품이 아니더라도 버튼의 고장으로 인해 더 이상 사용이 불가능한 경우도 종종 발생했다.
따라서, 리필형 화장품의 장점을 살릴 수 있도록 보다 내구성이 뛰어난 화장품 케이스가 요구되어 왔다.
본 발명은 상기한 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 다음과 같다.
첫째, 본 발명은 내구성을 높이기 위하여 버튼에 탄성력을 제공하는 부분에 금속 와이어를 적용한 화장품 케이스를 제공한다.
둘째, 본 발명은 조립의 용이성을 증대시키기 위해 간결한 결합구조로 이루어지는 화장품 케이스를 제공한다.
셋째, 본 발명은 상부 케이스와 하부 케이스 사이에 탄성재질로 이루어지는 제 2 탄성부재를 구비하여 개폐가 용이한 화장품 케이스를 제공한다.
넷째, 본 발명은 상기 제 2 탄성부재와 제 2 탄성부재가 삽입되는 홈의 단면이 경사지게 이루어져 상기 제 2 탄성부재의 이탈이 방지되는 화장품 케이스를 제공한다.
본 발명의 과제들은 이상에서 언급한 과제들로 제한되지 않으며, 언급되지 않는 또 다른 과제들은 아래의 기재로부터 당업자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은 하부 케이스, 상부 케이스, 버튼 및 제 1 탄성부재를 포함하는 화장품 케이스를 제공한다.
상기 하부 케이스는 내부에 상부로 개구된 내부공간이 형성되고, 일측에 버튼이 삽입되는 버튼 삽입홈이 형성될 수 있다.
상기 상부 케이스는 상기 하부 케이스의 상부에 구비되며, 일측에 상기 하부 케이스와 회전 가능하게 힌지결합 되는 결합부를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 버튼은 상기 버튼 삽입홈에 상기 하부 케이스의 내측에서 외측으로 삽입되어 상기 버튼을 누를 때 상기 상부 케이스가 개폐 가능하도록 이루어질 수 있다.
상기 제 1 탄성부재는 와이어로 이루어지며, 상기 버튼에 결합되어 상기 버튼이 탄성적으로 원위치로 복귀하도록 상기 버튼에 탄성력을 제공하는 역할을 한다. 이 때 상기 제 1 탄성부재는 버튼에 탄성력을 제공할 수 있는 것이면 어떤 것이든 적용 가능하지만, 금속 재질의 와이어로 이루어지는 것이 가장 바람직하다.

상기 내부 케이스는 상기 하부 케이스와 결합되는 면에 돌출되도록 형성되는 제 2 후크를 적어도 한 개 이상 포함하는 것이 바람직하다. 그리고, 상기 하부 케이스는 상기 내부공간의 내측 테두리의 적어도 일부에 형성되어 상기 제 2 후크와 결합되는 제 2 걸림턱을 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.
그리고, 상기 내부 케이스는 상기 하부 케이스와 결합되는 면의 일부에 회전방지부가 돌출되도록 형성되며, 상기 하부 케이스는 상기 회전방지부와 대응되는 부분에 회전방지 가이드부가 형성되어 상기 내부 케이스의 회전을 방지하도록 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명은 내부에 상부로 개구된 내부공간이 형성되고, 일측에 버튼이 삽입되는 버튼 삽입홈이 형성되는 하부 케이스, 상기 하부 케이스의 상부에 구비되며, 일측에 상기 하부 케이스와 회전 가능하게 힌지결합 되는 상부 케이스, 상기 버튼 삽입홈에 상기 하부 케이스의 내측에서 외측으로 삽입되어 상기 상부 케이스를 개폐 가능하게 하는 버튼, 금속 와이어로 이루어지며, 상기 버튼에 결합되어 상기 버튼이 탄성적으로 원위치로 복귀하도록 상기 버튼에 탄성력을 제공하는 제 1 탄성부재, 상기 하부 케이스와 상부 케이스 중 어느 하나의 힌지결합되는 부분에 형성되는 홈에 삽입되며, 상기 상부 케이스가 닫혔을 압착되고 버튼을 눌러 상기 상부 케이스를 열 때 복원되면서 상기 상부 케이스가 상시 열리는 방향으로 탄성력을 제공하는 제 2 탄성부재, 상기 하부케이스의 개구된 공간에 위치하여 화장품의 내용물이 담기는 공간이 형성되는 내부 케이스 및 상기 내부 케이스와 회전 가능하게 힌지결합 되어 상기 내부 케이스에 담기는 내용물을 보호하는 내부 케이스 덮개를 포함하여 이루어질 수도 있다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명 화장품 케이스의 효과에 대하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 본 발명 화장품 케이스에 따르면 버튼에 탄성력을 제공하는 부분이 금속 와이어로 이루어져 내구성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
둘째, 본 발명 화장품 케이스에 따르면 간결한 구조로 이루어져 조립이 용이해지는 효과가 있다.
셋째, 본 발명 화장품 케이스에 따르면 상부 케이스가 상시 열리는 방향으로 탄성력을 제공하는 제 2 탄성부재를 구비하여 개폐가 용이해지는 효과가 있다.
넷째, 본 발명 화장품 케이스에 따르면 제 2 탄성부재와 제 2 탄성부재가 삽입되는 홈의 단면이 경사지게 이루어져 제 2 탄성부재의 이탈이 방지되는 효과가 있다.
본 발명의 효과들은 이상에서 언급한 효과들로 제한되지 않으며, 언급되지 않은 또 다른 효과들은 청구범위의 기재로부터 당업자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
아래에서 설명하는 본 출원의 바람직한 실시예의 상세한 설명뿐만 아니라 위에서 설명한 요약은 첨부된 도면과 관련해서 읽을 때에 더 잘 이해될 수 있을 것이다. 본 출원의 기구를 예시하기 목적으로 도면에는 바람직한 실시예들이 도시되어 있다. 그러나, 본 출원은 도시된 정확한 배치와 수단에 한정되는 것이 아님을 이해해야 한다.

이하 본 발명의 목적이 구체적으로 실현될 수 있는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 설명한다. 본 실시예를 설명함에 있어서, 동일 구성에 대해서는 동일 명칭 및 동일 부호가 사용되며 이에 따른 부가적인 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 케이스의 분해 사시도이다.
도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면 본 발명 화장품 케이스는 하부 케이스(100), 상부 케이스(200), 버튼(300) 및 제 1 탄성부재(400)로 구성된다.
상기 하부 케이스(100)는 내부에 상부로 개구된 내부공간이 형성되고, 일측에 버튼(300)이 삽입되는 버튼 삽입홈(110)이 형성될 수 있다.
상기 상부 케이스(200)는 상기 하부 케이스(100)의 상부에 구비되며, 일측에 상기 하부 케이스(100)와 회전 가능하게 힌지결합 되는 결합부(210: 도 9 참조)를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 버튼(300)은 상기 버튼 삽입홈(110)에 상기 하부 케이스(100)의 내측에서 외측으로 삽입되어 상기 버튼(300)을 누를 때 상기 상부 케이스(200)가 개폐 가능하도록 이루어질 수 있다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 케이스 중 제 1 탄성부재(400)의 사시도이다.
도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 제 1 탄성부재(400)는 와이어로 이루어지며, 상기 버튼(300)에 결합되어 상기 버튼(300)이 탄성적으로 원위치로 복귀하도록 상기 버튼(300)에 탄성력을 제공하는 역할을 한다. 이 때 상기 제 1 탄성부재(400)는 버튼(300)에 탄성력을 제공할 수 있는 것이면 어떤 것이든 적용 가능하지만, 금속 재질의 와이어로 이루어지는 것이 가장 바람직하다. 따라서, 종래의 플라스틱 일체형 버튼(20)의 내구성이 떨어지는 단점을 보완할 수 있다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 케이스 중 버튼(300)의 사시도이다.
도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 버튼(300)은 일측에는 다수의 결합돌기(310, 320)가 돌출되도록 형성되어 상기 제 1 탄성부재(400)가 상기 결합돌기(310, 320)와 지그재그로 교차하며 결합되는 것이 바람직하다. 본 실시예에서는 상기 결합돌기(310, 320)가 세 개로 이루어지는 것을 예를 들어 설명하며, 설명의 편의를 위하여 가운데 위치하는 결합돌기를 제 1 결합돌기(310), 양쪽 끝에 위치하는 결합돌기를 제 2 결합돌기(320)라 칭하기로 한다.
상기 제 1 결합돌기(310)는 그 가로 단면이 활꼴로 호의 형태를 이루도록 형성되는 것이 바람직하다. 이에 따라, 상기 제 1 탄성부재(400)에서 상기 제 1 결합돌기(310)와 맞닿아 대응되는 부분 또한 상기 제 1 결합돌기(310)의 활꼴이 이루는 호의 형태로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다. 따라서, 사용자가 상기 버튼(300)을 누를 때 상기 제 1 결합돌기(310)에 의해 상기 제 1 탄성부재(400)의 원호로 이루어진 부분에 힘이 가해지게 된다.
상기 제 2 결합돌기(320)는 상기 버튼(300)이 원위치에 있을 때 상기 와이어를 지지하는 부분이다. 그리고, 상기 제 2 결합돌기(320)의 세로 단면은 ㄱ자 형태로 단차지게 이루어져 상기 제 1 탄성부재(400)의 이탈을 방지하도록 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 케이스 중 버튼(300)과 제 1 탄성부재(400)의 결합 사시도이다.
따라서, 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 버튼(300)과 제 1 탄성부재(400)가 결합시 상기 제 1 탄성부재(400)가 회전하는 것을 방지하기 위해 상기 제 1 탄성부재(400)의 단면이 다각형으로 이루어지고, 상기 제 2 결합돌기(320)의 단차진 부분이 상기 제 1 탄성부재(400)의 단면과 같게 이루어질 수 있다. 또한, 상기 제 1 결합돌기(310)의 높이가 상기 제 1 탄성부재(400)의 회전반경보다 크게 이루어질 수 있다.
따라서, 상기 제 1 탄성부재(400)의 회전을 방지함과 동시에, 상기 제 1 탄성부재(400)가 회전이 일어난 상태에서 반복적인 눌림힘이 가해질 때 일어나는 변형을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
도 7은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 케이스 중 버튼(300)의 결합 사시도이다.
도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 하부 케이스(100)에 형성되는 내부 공간의 적어도 일부에는 상기 제 1 탄성부재(400)의 양 끝단이 지지되는 지지돌기(120)가 형성될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 상부 케이스(200)에는 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 버튼(300)을 향하여 돌출된 제 1 후크(220)가 형성되고, 상기 버튼(300)에는 상기 제 1 후크(220)가 결합되는 제 1 걸림턱(330)이 형성되는 것이 바람직하다. 따라서, 상기 상부 케이스(200)와 상기 하부 케이스(100)가 닫혔을 때 상기 제 1 후크(220)가 상기 제 1 걸림턱(330)에 결합되어 닫힌 상태를 유지하며, 상기 버튼(300)을 눌렀을 때 상기 제 1 걸림턱(330)이 상기 하부 케이스(100)의 내부로 이동하면서 상기 제 1 후크(220)와 제 1 걸림턱(330)의 결합이 해제되어 상기 하부 케이스(100)와 상부 케이스(200)가 열리게 된다.
도 8은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 케이스 중 제 2 탄성부재(500)가 위치하는 부분의 확대 분해 사시도이다.
한편, 본 실시예에서는 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 하부 케이스(100)의 힌지결합되는 부분에 홈(130)이 형성되고, 상기 홈(130)에는 탄성재질로 이루어지는 제 2 탄성부재(500)가 삽입될 수 있다. 상기 제 2 탄성부재(500)는 상기 상부 케이스(200)가 닫혔을 때에는 압착되며, 버튼(300)을 눌러 상기 상부 케이스(200)를 열 때에는 탄성적으로 복원되면서 상기 상부 케이스(200)가 상시 열리는 방향으로 탄성력을 제공하도록 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 홈(130)은 개구부 측으로 갈수록 좁아지도록 단면이 경사지게 형성될 수 있다. 이 때, 상기 제 2 탄성부재(500)는 상기 홈(130)과 대응되는 단면 형상으로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다. 따라서, 압착과 복원이 반복되면서 이탈 가능성이 있는 상기 제 2 탄성부재(500)가 상기 홈(130)에 삽입되었을 때 이탈이 방지되는 효과가 있다.
도 9는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 케이스의 상부 케이스(200)가 완전히 열린 모습을 나타낸 사시도이고, 도 10은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 케이스 중 제 2 탄성부재(500)의 사시도이다.
도 9에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 결합부(210)의 상기 제 2 탄성부재(500)와 마주보는 부분의 내측 일부에는 탄성돌기(230)가 형성될 수 있다. 그리고, 도 10에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 제 2 탄성부재(500)는 상기 상부 케이스(200)가 닫혔을 때 상기 탄성돌기(230)에 대응되는 부분이 돌출되도록 이루어질 수 있다.
따라서, 상기 탄성돌기(230)와 상기 제 2 탄성부재(500)의 돌출된 부분(510)에 의해 상기 제 2 탄성부재(500)가 더 많이 압착되고 복원 되므로 상기 상부 케이스(200)가 열릴 때 상기 상부 케이스(200)가 상시 열리는 방향으로 더 큰 탄성력을 제공할 수 있게 되어 사용자는 양 손을 이용하지 않고도 한 손만으로 화장품 케이스를 쉽게 열 수 있게 된다.
상기 홈(130)과 탄성돌기(230)는 본 실시예와는 반대로 상기 홈(130)이 상기 결합부(210)에 형성되고, 상기 탄성돌기(230)가 상기 하부 케이스(100)의 힌지결합 되는 부분에 형성될 수도 있다.
도 11은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 케이스의 상부 케이스(200)가 열린 모습을 나타낸 결합 사시도 이다.
도 1 및 도 11에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명은 상기 하부 케이스(100)의 개구된 공간에 위치하여 화장품의 내용물이 담기는 공간이 형성되는 내부 케이스(600)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 상기 내부 케이스(600)는 사용자가 상기 버튼(300)을 누를 때 상기 버튼(300)이 이동할 수 있는 공간을 형성하며, 이 공간과 화장품이 담기는 공간을 구획하는 역할을 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 상기 내부 케이스(600)와 회전 가능하게 힌지결합 되어 상기 내부 케이스(600)에 담기는 내용물을 보호하는 내부 케이스(600) 덮개(700)를 더 포함하여 이루어질 수도 있다. 상기 내부 케이스(600) 덮개(700)는 화장품 내용물의 잔량을 확인할 수 있도록 투명한 재질로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 내부 케이스(600)는 상기 하부 케이스(100)와 결합되는 면에 돌출되도록 형성되는 제 2 후크(610)를 적어도 한 개 이상 포함하는 것이 바람직하다. 그리고, 상기 하부 케이스(100)는 상기 내부공간의 내측 테두리의 적어도 일부에 형성되어 상기 제 2 후크(610)와 결합되는 제 2 걸림턱(140)을 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 내부 케이스(600)는 상기 하부 케이스(100)와 결합되는 면의 일부에 회전방지부(620)가 돌출되도록 형성될 수 있다. 이 때, 상기 하부 케이스(100)의 상기 회전방지부(620)와 대응되는 부분에 회전방지 가이드부(150)를 형성하여 상기 내부 케이스(600)가 좌우로 회전되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 내부 케이스(600)는 상기 하부 케이스(100)와 결합되는 면의 일부에 회전방지부(620)가 돌출되도록 형성될 수 있다. 이 때, 상기 하부 케이스(100)의 상기 회전방지부(620)와 대응되는 부분에 회전방지 가이드부(150)를 형성하여 상기 내부 케이스(600)가 좌우로 회전되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 그 결합 구조가 간단하여 사용하다가 어느 한 구성요소가 이탈 되었을 경우에도 사용자가 쉽게 다시 조립할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
이상과 같이 본 발명에 따른 바람직한 실시예를 살펴보았으며, 앞서 설명된 실시예 이외에도 본 발명이 그 취지나 범주에서 벗어남이 없이 다른 특정 형태로 구체화 될 수 있다는 사실은 해당 기술에 통상의 지식을 가진 이들에게는 자명한 것이다. 그러므로, 상술된 실시예는 제한적인 것이 아니라 예시적인 것으로 여겨져야 하고, 이에 따라 본 발명은 상술한 설명에 한정되지 않고 첨부된 청구항의 범주 및 그 동등 범위 내에서 변경될 수도 있다.

Claims (11)

  1. 내부에 상부로 개구된 내부공간이 형성되고, 일측에 버튼이 삽입되는 버튼 삽입홈이 형성되는 하부 케이스;
    상기 하부 케이스의 상부에 구비되며, 일측에 상기 하부 케이스와 회전 가능하게 힌지결합 되는 상부 케이스;
    상기 버튼 삽입홈에 상기 하부 케이스의 내측에서 외측으로 삽입되어 상기 상부 케이스를 개폐 가능하게 하는 버튼; 및
    금속 와이어로 이루어지며, 상기 버튼에 결합되어 상기 버튼이 탄성적으로 원위치로 복귀하도록 상기 버튼에 탄성력을 제공하는 제 1 탄성부재;
    로 이루어지는 화장품 케이스.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 버튼은,
    일측에 다수의 결합돌기가 돌출되도록 형성되어 상기 제 1 탄성부재가 상기 결합돌기와 교차하며 결합되는 화장품 케이스.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 하부 케이스는,
    상기 내부 공간의 적어도 일부에 형성되어 상기 제 1 탄성부재의 양 끝단이 지지되는 지지돌기를 더 포함하는 화장품 케이스.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 상부 케이스에 상기 버튼을 향하여 돌출된 제 1 후크가 형성되고,
    상기 버튼에 상기 제 1 후크가 결합되는 제 1 걸림턱이 형성되며,
    상기 상부 케이스와 상기 하부 케이스가 닫혔을 때 상기 제 1 후크가 상기 제 1 걸림턱에 결합되어 닫힌 상태를 유지하도록 이루어지는 화장품 케이스.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 하부 케이스와 상부 케이스 중 어느 하나의 힌지결합되는 부분에 홈이 형성되어 탄성재질로 이루어지는 제 2 탄성부재가 삽입되고,
    상기 상부 케이스가 닫혔을 때 상기 제 2 탄성부재가 압착되며,
    버튼을 눌러 상기 상부 케이스를 열 때 상기 제 2 탄성부재가 복원되면서 상기 상부 케이스가 상시 열리는 방향으로 탄성력을 제공하도록 이루어지는 화장품 케이스.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서,
    상기 홈은,
    개구부측으로 갈수록 좁아지도록 단면이 경사지게 형성되고,
    상기 제 2 탄성부재는,
    상기 홈과 대응되는 단면 형상으로 이루어져 상기 홈에 삽입되었을 때 이탈이 방지되는 화장품 케이스.
  7. 제 5항에 있어서,
    상기 상부 케이스와 하부 케이스 중 홈이 형성되지 않은 나머지 하나의 상기 제 2 탄성부재와 마주보는 부분의 내측 일부에는 돌기가 형성되고,
    상기 제 2 탄성부재는,
    상기 상부 케이스가 닫혔을 때 상기 돌기에 대응되는 부분이 돌출되어 상기 상부 케이스가 열릴 때 상기 상부 케이스가 상시 열리는 방향으로 탄성력을 제공할 수 있도록 이루어지는 화장품 케이스.
  8. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 하부케이스의 개구된 공간에 위치하여 화장품의 내용물이 담기는 공간이 형성되는 내부 케이스;
    상기 내부 케이스와 회전 가능하게 힌지결합 되어 상기 내부 케이스에 담기는 내용물을 보호하는 내부 케이스 덮개;
    를 더 포함하는 화장품 케이스.
  9. 제 8항에 있어서,
    상기 내부 케이스는,
    상기 하부 케이스와 결합되는 면에 돌출되도록 형성되는 제 2 후크를 적어도 한 개 이상 포함하고,
    상기 하부 케이스는,
    상기 내부공간의 내측 테두리의 적어도 일부에 형성되어 상기 제 2 후크와 결합되는 제 2 걸림턱을 포함하는 화장품 케이스.
  10. 제 8항에 있어서,
    상기 내부 케이스는,
    상기 하부 케이스와 결합되는 면의 적어도 일부에 회전방지부가 돌출되도록 형성되며,
    상기 하부 케이스는,
    상기 회전방지부와 대응되는 부분에 회전방지 가이드부가 형성되어 상기 내부 케이스의 회전을 방지하는 화장품 케이스.
  11. 내부에 상부로 개구된 내부공간이 형성되고, 일측에 버튼이 삽입되는 버튼 삽입홈이 형성되는 하부 케이스;
    상기 하부 케이스의 상부에 구비되며, 일측에 상기 하부 케이스와 회전 가능하게 힌지결합 되는 상부 케이스;
    상기 버튼 삽입홈에 상기 하부 케이스의 내측에서 외측으로 삽입되어 상기 상부 케이스를 개폐 가능하게 하는 버튼;
    금속 와이어로 이루어지며, 상기 버튼에 결합되어 상기 버튼이 탄성적으로 원위치로 복귀하도록 상기 버튼에 탄성력을 제공하는 제 1 탄성부재;
    상기 하부 케이스와 상부 케이스 중 어느 하나의 힌지결합되는 부분에 형성되는 홈에 삽입되며, 상기 상부 케이스가 닫혔을 압착되고 버튼을 눌러 상기 상부 케이스를 열 때 복원되면서 상기 상부 케이스가 상시 열리는 방향으로 탄성력을 제공하는 제 2 탄성부재; 및
    상기 하부케이스의 개구된 공간에 위치하여 화장품의 내용물이 담기는 공간이 형성되는 내부 케이스;
    상기 내부 케이스와 회전 가능하게 힌지결합 되어 상기 내부 케이스에 담기는 내용물을 보호하는 내부 케이스 덮개;
    를 포함하는 화장품 케이스.
