Abstract
放射素子に給電するための給電線路の配線や配線経路をシンプルにする。 アレイアンテナ1は、順に積層された第1導体パターン層21、第1誘電体層12、地導体層22、第2誘電体層13、第2導体パターン層23、第3誘電体層14及び放射素子パターン層24を備える。放射素子パターン層24が、二次元アレイ状に配列された複数の放射素子対24aを有する。複数の放射素子対24aのそれぞれが、互いに離間して並んで配置された第1放射素子24b及び第2放射素子24cを有する。第2導体パターン層23が、複数の放射素子対24aにそれぞれに対応して二次元アレイ状に配列された複数の分岐給電線路23aを有する。第1導体パターン層21が、複数の分岐給電線路23aにそれぞれ対応した複数の給電線路21aを有する。
Description
本発明は、アレイアンテナに関する。
特許文献1には、複数のアレイ素子が並列されてなるアレイアンテナの指向性を制御する技術が開示されている。一般的に、各アレイ素子の信号が同位相であれば、アレイアンテナの垂直方向への指向性が高く、各アレイ素子の信号に位相差が生じれば、垂直方向に対して斜めな方向への指向性が高くなる。従って、各アレイ素子の信号の位相差を制御すれば、アレイアンテナの指向性を制御することができる。
一方、アレイアンテナ(アンテナアレイともいう)を複数の放射素子を二次元アレイ状に配列し、これら放射素子の信号の位相を個別に制御すると、アレイアンテナの指向性をより細かく制御することができる。但し、そのためには放射素子の信号の位相を個別に制御すべく、放射素子に個別に給電する必要がある。放射素子への給電にはマイクロストリップ線路等が利用される。
ところで、放射素子の数が多くなると、マイクロストリップ線路の本数も増える。位相ゆえに線路長が重要なパラメータであることも考慮すると、マイクロストリップ線路の配線設計が複雑になってしまう。
そこで、本発明は上記事情に鑑みてなされたものである。本発明の目的は、放射素子に給電するための給電線路の配線や配線経路をシンプルにすることである。
上記目的を達成するための主たる発明は、順に積層された第1導体パターン層、第1誘電体層、地導体層、第2誘電体層、第2導体パターン層、第3誘電体層及び放射素子パターン層と、前記第3誘電体層を貫通する複数の第1スルーホール導体及び複数の第2スルーホール導体と、前記第1誘電体層、前記地導体層及び前記第2誘電体層を貫通する複数の第3スルーホール導体と、を備えるアレイアンテナであって、前記放射素子パターン層が、二次元アレイ状に配列された複数の放射素子対を有し、前記複数の放射素子対のそれぞれが、互いに離間して並んで配置された第1放射素子及び第2放射素子を有し、前記複数の第1スルーホール導体が、前記複数の第1放射素子にそれぞれ対応して二次元アレイ状に配列されて、前記複数の第1放射素子に電気的にそれぞれ接続され、前記複数の第2スルーホール導体が、前記複数の第2放射素子にそれぞれ対応して二次元アレイ状に配列されて、前記複数の第2放射素子に電気的にそれぞれ接続され、前記第2導体パターン層が、前記複数の放射素子対にそれぞれに対応して二次元アレイ状に配列された複数の分岐給電線路を有し、前記複数の第3スルーホール導体が、前記複数の分岐給電線路にそれぞれ対応して二次元アレイ状に配列されて、前記複数の分岐給電線路に電気的にそれぞれ接続され、前記複数の分岐給電線路のそれぞれは、前記第3スルーホール導体と前記第1スルーホール導体とを電気的に接続する第1線路と、前記第3スルーホール導体と前記第2スルーホール導体とを電気的に接続する第2線路とに分岐され、前記第1導体パターン層が、前記複数の分岐給電線路にそれぞれ対応した複数の給電線路を有し、前記地導体層が、前記複数の分岐給電線路にそれぞれ対応して二次元アレイ状に配列された複数のスロットを有し、前記複数の給電線路のそれぞれが、平面視で、前記スロットに重なる位置まで配線され、前記複数の第3スルーホール導体のそれぞれが、平面視で、前記スロットの内側に配置されることによって前記地導体層に対して電気的に絶縁されて、前記給電線路に電気的に接続されているアレイアンテナである。
本発明の他の特徴については、後述する明細書及び図面の記載により明らかにする。
本発明によれば、分岐給電線路の位置・大きさ・範囲等に関わらず、給電線路の配置・配線経路等を自由に設計することができ、給電線路の配線・配線経路をシンプルにすることができる。
後述する明細書及び図面の記載から、少なくとも以下の事項が明らかとなる。

以上のように、給電線路と分岐給電線路は異なる層に形成されている。そのため、分岐給電線路の位置・大きさ・範囲等に関わらず、給電線路の配置・配線経路等を自由に設計することができ、給電線路の配線・配線経路をシンプルにすることができる。
前記第1線路の長さと前記第2線路の長さが異なる。
これにより、アレイアンテナで使用可能な周波数帯域を広くすることができる。
前記第1線路が、前記第3スルーホール導体から第1放射素子側に延びた第1線部と、前記第1線部の前記第3スルーホール導体から遠位の端部から前記第1スルーホール導体へ延びた第2線部と、を有し、前記第2線路が、前記第3スルーホール導体から前記第1線部の反対方向に延びた第3線部と、前記第3線部の前記第3スルーホール導体から遠位の端部から前記第2スルーホール導体に延びるとともに前記第2線部に対して平行な第4線部と、を有している。

===実施の形態===
以下、図面を参照して、本発明の実施形態について説明する。但し、以下に述べる実施形態には、本発明を実施するために技術的に好ましい種々の限定が付されているが、本発明の範囲を以下の実施形態及び図示例に限定するものではない。

<第1の実施の形態>
図1は第1実施形態のアレイアンテナ1の平面図であり、図2は1組のアンテナセット20を示した平面図である。図1及び図2には、方向を表す補助線として、互いに直交するX軸及びY軸を示す。
このアレイアンテナ1は、マイクロ波又はミリ波の周波数帯の電波の送信若しくは受信又はこれらの両方に利用される。
図1は第1実施形態のアレイアンテナ1の平面図であり、図2は1組のアンテナセット20を示した平面図である。図1及び図2には、方向を表す補助線として、互いに直交するX軸及びY軸を示す。
このアレイアンテナ1は、マイクロ波又はミリ波の周波数帯の電波の送信若しくは受信又はこれらの両方に利用される。
図1及び図2に示すように、このアレイアンテナ1は複数のアンテナセット20を備え、各アンテナセット20は放射素子対24a、分岐給電線路23a、給電線路21a、第1スルーホール導体14b、第2スルーホール導体14c及び第3スルーホール導体12bを有する。
各放射素子対24aは、X軸方向に互いに離間して並んで配置された矩形状又は正方形状の第1放射素子24b及び第2放射素子24cを有する。これら放射素子対24aが二次元アレイ状、特に格子状に配列されている。第1放射素子24b及び第2放射素子24cも全体として格子状に配列されている。つまり、第1放射素子24bが所定間隔でY軸方向に直線状に配列され、第2放射素子24cが第1放射素子24bの間隔に等しい間隔でY軸方向に直線状に配列され、第1放射素子24bと第2放射素子24cが交互にX軸方向に直線状に配列されている。
複数の分岐給電線路23aは、複数の放射素子対24aにそれぞれ対応して二次元アレイ状、特に格子状に配列されている。複数の給電線路21aは、複数の分岐給電線路23aにそれぞれ対応して配線されている。複数の第1スルーホール導体14bは、複数の第1放射素子24bにそれぞれ対応して二次元アレイ状に、特に格子状に配列されている。複数の第2スルーホール導体14cは、複数の第2放射素子24cにそれぞれ対応して二次元アレイ状に、特に格子状に配列されている。複数の第3スルーホール導体12bは、複数の分岐給電線路23aにそれぞれ対応して二次元アレイ状に、特に格子状に配列されている。
図3を参照して、アレイアンテナ1の層構造について説明する。図3は、切断面の位置を図2中のIII-III線にて示すとともに投影方向を図2中の矢印にて示す断面図である。図3の図示範囲は、1組のアンテナセット20に相当する範囲である。
順に保護誘電体層11、第1誘電体層12、第2誘電体層13、第3誘電体層14及び第4誘電体層15が積層されて、これらの誘電体層11~15からなる誘電体積層体10が構成されている。保護誘電体層11、第1誘電体層12、第2誘電体層13、第3誘電体層14及び第4誘電体層15は例えば液晶ポリマーからなる。誘電体積層体10の表側の表面又は裏側の表面には、不図示のRFIC(Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit)が表面実装されている。誘電体積層体10の表側の表面とは、第4誘電体層15の表面のことをいい、誘電体積層体10の裏側の表面とは、保護誘電体層11の表面のことをいう。RFICは送信機、受信機又は送受信機である。
保護誘電体層11と第1誘電体層12との層間には、第1導体パターン層21が形成されている。保護誘電体層11は第1導体パターン層21を被覆するようにして第1誘電体層12の表面に形成されている。これにより、第1導体パターン層21が保護される。なお、保護誘電体層11が形成されないことによって、第1導体パターン層21が露出していてもよい。
第1誘電体層12と第2誘電体層13との層間には、地導体層22が形成されている。第2誘電体層13が地導体層22を被覆して地導体層22に接合されているとともに、地導体層22の無い部分(例えばホール、スロット、切り欠き等)で第1誘電体層12に接合されている。
第2誘電体層13と第3誘電体層14との層間には、第2導体パターン層23が形成されている。第3誘電体層14が第2導体パターン層23を被覆して第2導体パターン層23に接合されているとともに、第2導体パターン層23の無い部分で第2誘電体層13に接合されている。
第3誘電体層14と第4誘電体層15との層間には、放射素子パターン層24が形成されている。第4誘電体層15が放射素子パターン層24を被覆して放射素子パターン層24に接合されているとともに、放射素子パターン層24の無い部分で第3誘電体層14に接合されている。
保護誘電体層11は誘電体の単層からなるものであってもよいし、誘電体の積層体からなるものでもよい。誘電体層12,13,14,15についても同様である。
第1導体パターン層21、地導体層22、第2導体パターン層23及び放射素子パターン層24は銅等の導電性金属材料からなる。
放射素子パターン層24、第2導体パターン層23、地導体層22及び第1導体パターン層21がアディティブ法又はサブトラクティブ法等によって形状加工されている。これにより放射素子パターン層24には複数の第1放射素子24b及び複数の第2放射素子24cが形成され、第2導体パターン層23には複数の分岐給電線路23aが形成され、地導体層22には複数のスロット22aが形成され、第1導体パターン層21には複数の給電線路21aが形成されている。給電線路21aと地導体層22との間に第1誘電体層12が介在するため、給電線路21aがマイクロストリップラインとして機能する。また、分岐給電線路23aと地導体層22との間に第2誘電体層13が介在するため、分岐給電線路23aがマイクロストリップラインとして機能する。
図1に示すように、放射素子対24aと同様に、複数のスロット22a(図3図示)が二次元アレイ状、特に格子状に配列されている。給電線路21aは、平面視でスロット22aに重なる位置からRFICの端子に重なる位置まで配線されている。ここで、平面視とは、X軸及びY軸の両方に対して直交するZ軸の方向にアレイアンテナ1等の対象物を平行投影的に見ることをいう。
以上のように、給電線路21aと分岐給電線路23aは異なる層に形成されている。そのため、分岐給電線路23aの位置・大きさ・範囲等に関わらず、給電線路21aの配置・配線経路等を自由に設計することができ、給電線路21aの配線・配線経路をシンプルにすることができる。例えば、平面視で、或るアンテナセット20の給電線路21aを他のアンテナセット20の分岐給電線路23aに部分的に重ねるように、給電線路21aの配置・配線経路等を設計することができる。
図2を参照して、各アンテナセット20について詳細に説明する。
上述のように、第1放射素子24bと第2放射素子24cはこれらの間に間隔を置いて隣り合っている。

給電線路21aのRFICから遠位の端部(平面視で第3スルーホール導体12bに重なる部分)には、ランド部21bが形成されている。
分岐給電線路23aは、ランド部23bと、線部23cと、線部23dと、ランド部23eと、線部23fと、線部23gと、ランド部23hとを有する。
ランド部23bは平面視で第1放射素子24bに重なる位置に配置され、ランド部23eは平面視で第2放射素子24cに重なる位置に配置されている。Y軸方向におけるランド部23bの位置とランド部23eの位置は揃っている。ランド部23hは、第1放射素子24bと第2放射素子24cからY軸方向にずれた位置であって、且つX軸方向において第1放射素子24bと第2放射素子24cとの間の中間位置に、配置されている。
線部23dはランド部23hから第1放射素子24b側に直線状に延び、線部23gはランド部23hから線部23dの反対方向に直線状に延びている。線部23cは線部23dのランド部23hから遠位の端部からランド部23bにY軸方向に直線状に延び、線部23fは線部23gのランド部23hから遠位の端部からランド部23eへY軸方向に直線状に延びている。線部23cと線部23fは互いに平行となっているとともに、X軸方向に対して直交する。
ここで、線部23dと線部23gとは互いに一直線状になっており、線部23dと線部23gはランド部23hから互いに反対の向きに延びている。つまり、分岐給電線路23aは、ランド部23hから線部23d,23cと線部23g、23fに分岐する。ここで、ランド部23hから線部23d,23cに沿ってランド部23bまでの線路が第1線路であり、ランド部23hから線部23g,23fに沿ってランド部23eまでの線路が第2線路であり、線部23dが第1線部であり、線部23cが第2線部であり、線部23gが第3線部であり、線部23fが第4線部である。
また、線部23d及び線部23gは、X軸方向に対して、つまり放射素子24b,24cの離間する方向に対して角度を有し、その成す角度をθ[°]とする(図2参照)。線部23dの長さと線部23gの長さは互いに等しく、線部23c,23dの長さの和は線部23f、23gの長さの和よりも大きい。線部23c,23dの成す角は鋭角であり、線部23f,23gの成す角は鈍角であり、線部23c,23dの成す角と線部23f,23gの成す角の和は180°である。
ランド部23bは、第3誘電体層14を貫通した第1スルーホール導体14bによって放射素子24bに電気的に接続されている。ランド部23eは、第3誘電体層14を貫通した第2スルーホール導体14cによって放射素子24cに電気的に接続されている。ランド部23hは、第1誘電体層12、地導体層22及び第2誘電体層13を貫通した第3スルーホール導体12bによって給電線路21aの第3スルーホール導体12bに近位の端部に形成されたランド部21bに電気的に接続されている。ここで、第3スルーホール導体12bは、平面視で、スロット22aの縁からスロット22aの内側に離間している。そのため、第3スルーホール導体12bは地導体層22に対して電気的に絶縁されている。
分岐給電線路23aにおいて、ランド部23hからランド部23bまでの物理長とランド部23hからランド部23eまでの物理長が異なるため、第1放射素子24bからRFICに伝送される信号波と、第2放射素子24cからRFICに伝送される信号波との間には位相差がある。同様に、RFICから第1放射素子24bに伝送される信号波と、RFICから第2放射素子24cに伝送される信号波との間には位相差がある。このような位相差は、複数(3つ)の共振周波数を生じさせて、このアレイアンテナ1で使用可能な周波数帯域を広くする。このことについてシミュレーションにより具体的に検証したので、以下に詳細に説明する。
図4~図11は、周波数と反射係数(S11)との関係を示した周波数特性図である。図4は、角度θが10°であり、ランド部23hからランド部23bまでの分岐給電線路23aの物理長とランド部23hからランド部23eまでの分岐給電線路23aの物理長の差(以下、物理長差という)が0.775mmである場合のシミュレーション結果である。他の図5~図11については、角度θ及び物理長差の具体的数値は図5~図11に記載されている。
図4に示すように、角度θが10°である場合、反射係数が-10dB以下の周波数帯域は26.75~29GHzである。図5に示すように、角度θが13°である場合、反射係数が-10dB以下の周波数帯域は26.5~29.5GHzである。図6に示すように、角度θが15°である場合、反射係数が-10dB以下の周波数帯域は26.5~29.5GHzである。図7に示すように、角度θが17°である場合、反射係数が-10dB以下の周波数帯域は26.25~29.75GHzである。図8に示すように、角度θが20°である場合、反射係数が-10dB以下の周波数帯域は26.25~30GHzである。図9に示すように、角度θが25°である場合、反射係数が-10dB以下の周波数帯域は26.25~27.5GHz、27.6~28.5GHz及び29.0~30.0GHzである。図10に示すように、角度θが30°である場合、反射係数が-10dB以下の周波数帯域は28~28.5GHz及び29.0~29.75GHzである。図11に示すように、角度θが0°である場合、反射係数が-10dB以下の周波数帯域は27.5~29.3GHzである。
以上を纏めると、図12のグラフ中の実線で示すようになる。図12は、反射係数が-10dB以下の周波数帯域幅と角度θ及び物理長差との関係を示したグラフである。図12の実線から明らかなように、角度θが0°を越えて大凡29°未満の範囲における周波数帯域幅は、角度θが0°の場合の周波数帯域幅よりも広い。つまり、線部23d及び線部23gがX軸方向に対して斜めであることによって、ランド部23hからランド部23bまでの分岐給電線路23aの物理長とランド部23hからランド部23eまでの分岐給電線路23aの物理長が異なると、アレイアンテナ1で使用可能な周波数帯域が広くなることがわかる。
<第2の実施の形態>
図13は、第2実施形態のアレイアンテナの1組のアンテナセット20を示した平面図である。以下では、第2実施形態のアレイアンテナと第1実施形態のアレイアンテナ1の相違点について説明し、一致点についての説明を省略する。

それに対して、第2実施形態では、線部23d及び線部23gがX軸方向に対して平行であり、X軸方向に対する線部23d及び線部23gの成す角度θが0°であり、線部23dが線部23cに対して垂直であり、線部23gが線部23fに対して垂直である。従って、線部23c,23dの長さの和は線部23f、23gの長さの和に等しく、線部23cの長さが線部23fの長さに等しく、線部23dの長さが線部23gの長さに等しい。つまり、ランド部23hからランド部23bまでの分岐給電線路23aの物理長とランド部23hからランド部23eまでの分岐給電線路23aの物理長の差が0mmである。よって、第1放射素子24bからRFICに伝送される信号波は、第2放射素子24cからRFICに伝送される信号波と同位相である。同様に、RFICから第1放射素子24bに伝送される信号波は、RFICから第2放射素子24cに伝送される信号波と同位相である。
それに対して、第2実施形態では、線部23d及び線部23gがX軸方向に対して平行であり、X軸方向に対する線部23d及び線部23gの成す角度θが0°であり、線部23dが線部23cに対して垂直であり、線部23gが線部23fに対して垂直である。従って、線部23c,23dの長さの和は線部23f、23gの長さの和に等しく、線部23cの長さが線部23fの長さに等しく、線部23dの長さが線部23gの長さに等しい。つまり、ランド部23hからランド部23bまでの分岐給電線路23aの物理長とランド部23hからランド部23eまでの分岐給電線路23aの物理長の差が0mmである。よって、第1放射素子24bからRFICに伝送される信号波は、第2放射素子24cからRFICに伝送される信号波と同位相である。同様に、RFICから第1放射素子24bに伝送される信号波は、RFICから第2放射素子24cに伝送される信号波と同位相である。
第2実施形態においても、給電線路21aと分岐給電線路23aは異なる層間に形成されているため、給電線路21aの配置・配線経路等の設計の自由度が向上する。

<第3の実施の形態>
図14は、第3実施形態のアレイアンテナの1組のアンテナセット20を示した平面図である。以下では、第3実施形態のアレイアンテナと第2実施形態のアレイアンテナ1の相違点について説明し、一致点についての説明を省略する。
図14は、第3実施形態のアレイアンテナの1組のアンテナセット20を示した平面図である。以下では、第3実施形態のアレイアンテナと第2実施形態のアレイアンテナ1の相違点について説明し、一致点についての説明を省略する。
第2実施形態では、ランド部21b,23hが、放射素子24b,24cからY軸方向にずれた位置であって、且つX軸方向において放射素子24bと放射素子24cとの間の中間位置に、配置されている。
それに対して、第3実施形態では、ランド部21b,23hが、放射素子24b,24cからY軸方向にずれた位置であって、且つX軸方向において放射素子24bと放射素子24cとの間の中間から第2放射素子24c側にずれた位置に、配置されている。従って、線部23c,23dの長さの和は線部23f、23gの長さの和よりも大きく、線部23dが線部23gよりも長く、線部23cの長さが線部23fの長さに等しい。つまり、ランド部23hからランド部23bまでの分岐給電線路23aの物理長とランド部23hからランド部23eまでの分岐給電線路23aの物理長が異なる。そのため、第1放射素子24bからRFICに伝送される信号波と、第2放射素子24cからRFICに伝送される信号波との間には位相差がある。同様に、RFICから第1放射素子24bに伝送される信号波と、RFICから第2放射素子24cに伝送される信号波との間には位相差がある。このような位相差は複数(3つ)の共振周波数を生じさせ、このアレイアンテナ1で使用可能な周波数帯域を広くする。このことについてシミュレーションにより具体的に検証したので、以下に詳細に説明する。
図15~図21は、周波数と反射係数との関係を示した周波数特性図である。図15に示すように、物理長差が0.775mmである場合、反射係数が-10dB以下の周波数帯域は26.75~29.25GHzである。図16に示すように、物理長差が1.01mmである場合、反射係数が-10dB以下の周波数帯域は26.25~29.5GHzである。図17に示すように、物理長差が1.19mmである場合、反射係数が-10dB以下の周波数帯域は26.25~29.75GHzである。図18に示すように、物理長差が1.345mmである場合、反射係数が-10dB以下の周波数帯域は26.25~29.0GHzである。図19に示すように、物理長差が1.6mmである場合、反射係数が-10dB以下の周波数帯域は26.25~28.75GHz及び30.0~30.5GHzである。図20に示すように、物理長差が2.175mmである場合、反射係数が-10dB以下の周波数帯域は28.0~28.5GHz及び31.0~31.5GHzである。図21に示すように、物理長差が2.58mmである場合、反射係数が-10dB以下の周波数帯域は28.0~28.5GHzである。
以上を纏めると、図12のグラフ中の破線で示すようになる。図12の破線から明らかなように、物理長差が0mmを越えて大凡1.4mm未満の範囲における周波数帯域幅は、物理長差が0mmの場合の周波数帯域幅よりも広い。つまり、ランド部21b,23hがX軸方向において放射素子24bと放射素子24cとの間の中間から第2放射素子24c側にずれることによって、ランド部23hからランド部23bまでの分岐給電線路23aの物理長とランド部23hからランド部23eまでの分岐給電線路23aの物理長が異なると、アレイアンテナ1で使用可能な周波数帯域が広くなることがわかる。
ここで、図12中の実線が第1実施形態のシミュレーション結果であり、図12中の破線が第3実施形態のシミュレーション結果であるが、図12を参照して第1実施形態がと第3実施形態を比較する。第1実施形態では、線部23d及び線部23gがX軸方向に対して斜めであることによって、ランド部23hからランド部23bまでの分岐給電線路23aの物理長とランド部23hからランド部23eまでの分岐給電線路23aの物理長が異なっている。一方、第3実施形態では、ランド部21b,23hがX軸方向において放射素子24bと放射素子24cとの間の中間から第2放射素子24c側にずれることによって、ランド部23hからランド部23bまでの分岐給電線路23aの物理長とランド部23hからランド部23eまでの分岐給電線路23aの物理長が異なっている。
図12を参照して、第3実施形態のアレイアンテナとそれに物理長差が等しい第1実施形態のアレイアンテナ1を比較すると、電気長差が0mmを越えて大凡1.4mm(角度θが大凡16°に相等)未満の範囲では、第3実施形態のアレイアンテナは第1実施形態のアレイアンテナ1よりも周波数帯域が広い。第3実施形態のアレイアンテナとそれに物理長差が等しい第1実施形態のアレイアンテナ1を比較すると、電気長差が大凡1.4mm(角度θが大凡16°に相等)を越えて大凡2.5mm(角度θが大凡29°に相等)未満の範囲では、第1実施形態のアレイアンテナ1は第3実施形態のアレイアンテナよりも周波数帯域が広い。

- 順に積層された第1導体パターン層、第1誘電体層、地導体層、第2誘電体層、第2導体パターン層、第3誘電体層及び放射素子パターン層と、
前記第3誘電体層を貫通する複数の第1スルーホール導体及び複数の第2スルーホール導体と、 前記第1誘電体層、前記地導体層及び前記第2誘電体層を貫通する複数の第3スルーホール導体と、を備えるアレイアンテナであって、
前記放射素子パターン層が、二次元アレイ状に配列された複数の放射素子対を有し、
前記複数の放射素子対のそれぞれが、互いに離間して並んで配置された第1放射素子及び第2放射素子を有し、
前記複数の第1スルーホール導体が、前記複数の第1放射素子にそれぞれ対応して二次元アレイ状に配列されて、前記複数の第1放射素子に電気的にそれぞれ接続され、 前記複数の第2スルーホール導体が、前記複数の第2放射素子にそれぞれ対応して二次元アレイ状に配列されて、前記複数の第2放射素子に電気的にそれぞれ接続され、 前記第2導体パターン層が、前記複数の放射素子対にそれぞれに対応して二次元アレイ状に配列された複数の分岐給電線路を有し、
前記複数の第3スルーホール導体が、前記複数の分岐給電線路にそれぞれ対応して二次元アレイ状に配列されて、前記複数の分岐給電線路に電気的にそれぞれ接続され、
前記複数の分岐給電線路のそれぞれは、前記第3スルーホール導体と前記第1スルーホール導体とを電気的に接続する第1線路と、前記第3スルーホール導体と前記第2スルーホール導体とを電気的に接続する第2線路とに分岐され、
前記第1導体パターン層が、前記複数の分岐給電線路にそれぞれ対応した複数の給電線路を有し、
前記地導体層が、前記複数の分岐給電線路にそれぞれ対応して二次元アレイ状に配列された複数のスロットを有し、
前記複数の給電線路のそれぞれが、平面視で、前記スロットに重なる位置まで配線され、
前記複数の第3スルーホール導体のそれぞれが、平面視で、前記スロットの内側に配置されることによって前記地導体層に対して電気的に絶縁されて、前記給電線路に電気的に接続されているアレイアンテナ。 - 前記第1線路の長さと前記第2線路の長さが異なる
