本申请实施例提供了一种装贴装置,该装贴装置应用于将目标物料对应装贴于目标基板,比如,将目标基板对应的偏光板材通过该装贴装置装贴(偏贴),或者,将目标基板对应的PCB(电路板)板材通过该装贴装置装贴(压贴),以可减少目标物料误装贴的风险,从而提高面板的显示效果。此外,装贴装置适用于基板上所有物料的装贴,且目标基板可以是显示装置中的玻璃基板、由彩膜基板和开关阵列基板组合形成的显示面板等,在此并无限制。
如图1~2所示,本申请实施例提供了一种装贴装置。
在一实施例中,装贴装置包括目标机台100、卡匣200、搬移装置300以及控制器400,卡匣200配置为存放目标基板,搬移装置300配置为将目标基板搬移至目标机台100中。
其中,如图2,控制器400包括处理器4001,例如CPU,和存储器4002及存储在所述存储器4002上并可在所述处理器4001上运行的计算机程序,所述计算机程序被所述处理器4001执行时实现以下实施例中装贴方法的步骤。存储器4002可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器。存储器4002可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器4001的存储装置。
在一实施例中,处理器4001与搬移装置300连接,且处理器4001与目标机台300连接。搬移装置300可以卡夹、机械手等机构,目标机台300对应于目标基板上装贴的物料类型,比如,当物料类型为偏光板材时,目标机台为偏贴机,当物料类型为PCB板材时,目标机台为压贴机,在此并无限制。
进一步地,装贴装置还包括目标物料,目标物料存放于目标机台100上。其中,目标机台100与卡匣200之间设有搬移轨道500,搬移设备300滑动连接于搬移轨道500上。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图2中示出的装置结构并不构成对装置的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
如图2所示,作为一种计算机可读存储介质的存储器4002中可以包括装贴程序。在图2所示的控制器400中,处理器4001可以配置为调用存储器4002中存储的装贴程序,并执行以下实施例中装贴方法的如下步骤:
获取卡匣信息以及目标基板,其中,所述目标基板存放于卡匣中;
根据所述卡匣信息确定目标机台以及目标物料,其中,所述目标机台上设有存放所述目标物料的存放区域;以及
控制搬移装置将所述目标基板搬移至所述目标机台,并控制所述目标机台将所述目标物料装贴于所述目标基板。
如图3~8所示,本申请实施例提供了一种装贴方法。
在一实施例中,如图3所示,为本申请装贴方法的第一实施例,具体地,装贴方法包括:
S1、获取卡匣信息以及目标基板,其中,所述目标基板存放于卡匣中;
在本步骤中,获取卡匣的信息以及目标基板,其中,卡匣为存放载具,配置为存放目标基板。卡匣放置于仓储架上,且仓储架还设有多个不同类型的卡匣,并存放了不同类型的基板。在一实施例中,目标基板可以是显示装置中的玻璃基板、由彩膜基板和开关阵列基板组合形成的显示面板等,在此并无限制。
进一步地,在获取到卡匣信息后,先检测卡匣信息是否合格,如果合格,则获取卡匣中存放的目标基板,如果不合格,则获取卡匣中存放的目标基板,并重新获取仓储架中另外卡匣的信息。这样,通过先检测卡匣信息的方法,避免了检测为不合格产品,导致退回;可产生一个良好的逻辑流程,避免产生不必要的劳动时间,节约工时,提高产出。
S2、根据所述卡匣信息确定目标机台以及目标物料,其中,所述目标机台上设有存放所述目标物料的存放区域;
在本步骤中,获取到卡匣信息,并判断该卡匣信息为合格时,可以根据卡匣信息确定目标机台以及目标物料,其中,目标机台上设有存放目标物料的存放区域,目标物料可存放于该存放区域内,该存放区域可以是目标机台上的侧边、顶部等设置的容纳腔或其他存放结构,在此并无限制。
进一步地,还可以根据卡匣信息确认目标基板的参数,比如,根据卡匣信息的尺寸确认其存放的目标基板的尺寸,即根据卡匣信息确定目标机台以及目标物料后,使得目标基板的当前制程对应于卡匣信息所确认的目标物料,即能够在目标机台上完成将目标物料装贴在目标基板上的制程。
进一步地,目标物料的类型对应于目标机台的制程,比如,当目标物料类型为偏光板材时,目标机台为偏贴机,当目标物料类型为PC板材时,目标机台为压贴机等,在此并无限制。
进一步地,卡匣信息包括卡匣状态信息,卡匣状态信息必须是基板等待被制程状态,只有在卡匣状态信息为基板等待被制程状态时,卡匣中的基板才能搬送到机台进行制程,如果卡匣状态信息为在制程中的基板,则不能控制搬移装置将基板搬送至机台进行制程。
进一步地,卡匣信息还包括卡匣时间信息,卡匣时间信息为卡匣内基板的从上一个制程出来(OUT)到下一个制程进入(IN)的最大时间,如果超出这个时间,基板上的物料可能受影响而不能进行下一个制程,所以只有在卡匣时间信息符合制程时间的时候,才能控制搬移装置将卡匣中的基板搬运至机台进行制程。
S3、控制搬移装置将所述目标基板搬移至所述目标机台,并控制所述目标机台将所述目标物料装贴于所述目标基板。
在本步骤中,根据卡匣信息确定目标机台以及目标物料后,使得目标基板的当前制程对应于卡匣信息所确认的目标机台以及目标物料时,可以控制搬移装置将目标基板搬移至目标机台,并控制目标机台将目标物料装贴于目标基板。
进一步地,搬移装置可以卡夹、机械手等机构,控制搬移装置将目标基板从卡匣中的目标基板取出,并将取出的目标基板搬移至目标机台的加工位置后,控制目标机台将目标物料装贴于目标基板。
本申请实施例通过获取卡匣信息以及目标基板,其中,所述目标基板存放于卡匣中,根据所述卡匣信息确定目标机台以及目标物料,其中,所述目标机台上设有存放所述目标物料的存放区域;以及控制搬移装置将所述目标基板搬移至所述目标机台,并控制所述目标机台将所述目标物料装贴于所述目标基板。本申请提供的技术方案通过卡匣信息确认卡匣中目标基板生产时的目标机台以及目标物料,以控制所述目标机台将所述目标物料装贴于所述目标基板,避免目标基板在生产时用错物料,以提高面板的显示效果。
基于第一实施例,如图4所示,为本申请装贴方法的第二实施例,具体地,S3的步骤中包括:
S4、将所述目标基板搬移至所述目标机台,并获取所述目标机台的机台信息,其中,所述机台信息包括机台物料信息;
在本步骤中,将目标基板搬移至目标机台后,获取目标机台的机台信息,其中,机台信息包括机台物料信息,机台物料信息即为目标物料的信息,机台物料信息包括物料的种类、物料的尺寸等以确定物料是否为目标基板所要求制程的目标物料。
进一步地,机台物料信息必须与目标机台所加工的产品一致,只有这样,进入到这一机台的基板才能正常的制程,当检测到机台物料信息与加工的基板制程所需的物料不一致时,应该禁止基板进入机台下一制程或禁止控制搬移装置搬运基板至机台。
进一步地,机台信息还包括机台位置信息为机台在站台对应的机台组,只有这样,每一个机台才能被分配到该制程的待被制程的基板,如果控制系统检测到与制程的机台位置信息不一致时,应该禁止控制搬移装置搬运基板至机台。
进一步地,机台信息还包括机台状态信息,机台状态信息为机台宕机(down)和机台禁止某一种产品生产(inhibit)的时候,表示该机台不能进行基板的下一个制程处理,所以当出现这种情况的时候,控制系统不应该搬移装置搬运基板或者将基板送入到机台进行下一个制程。
当然,机台信息还可包括其他机台信息,在此并不一一列举。
S5、判断所述机台物料信息与所述目标物料的信息是否匹配;
在本步骤中,判断机台物料信息与目标物料的信息是否匹配,即判断机台物料是否为目标基板当前制程所需求的物料。
S6、若所述机台物料信息与所述目标物料的信息匹配,则控制所述目标机台将所述目标物料装贴于所述目标基板。
在本步骤中,若机台物料信息与目标物料的信息匹配,则控制目标机台将目标物料装贴于目标基板。当确认机台物料信息与目标物料的信息匹配成功后,控制目标机台将其上的目标物料装贴于目标基板上,以完成目标基板当前的制程。
进一步地,当目标基板完成当前制程后,可以根据上述实施例的装贴方法,控 制目标基板进行下一制程的操作。即本申请的装贴方法可适用于多种基板物料的装贴,且可减少物料的误装率,以提高面板的显示效果,且可以减少物料误装的成本。
基于第二实施例,如图5所示,为本申请装贴方法的第三实施例,具体地,S5的步骤之后,还包括:
S7、若判断所述机台物料信息与所述目标物料的信息不匹配,则控制搬移装置将所述目标基板搬移回所述卡匣。
在本步骤中,当机台物料信息与目标物料的信息不匹配,则控制搬移装置将所述目标基板搬移回所述卡匣,以禁止目标基板当前的制程,防止物料误装导致的面板显示效果差或者面板不显示的后果;此时,搬移装置已经执行了将目标基板搬移至机台。
当搬移装置未执行将目标基板搬移至机台,禁止搬移装置将目标基板搬移至目标机台将其上的目标物料装贴于目标基板上,以禁止目标基板当前的制程,防止物料误装导致的面板显示效果差或者面板不显示的后果。
基于第一实施例,如图6所示,为本申请装贴方法的第四实施例,具体地,S3的步骤之前,还包括:
S21、检测所述目标机台的存放状态,并根据所述存放状态确定所述目标机台是否存放有所述目标物料;
S22、当所述存放状态为所述目标机台没有存放所述目标物料时,添加所述目标物料至所述目标机台中。
在一实施例中,在控制搬移装置将目标基板搬移至目标机台,并控制目标机台将目标物料装贴于目标基板之前,需要检测目标机台的存放状态,并根据存放状态确定目标机台是否存放有目标物料。比如,通过摄像设备包括红外摄像设备扫描目标机台的存放物料区域的空间,以获取目标机台的存放状态,从而可以确认目标机台中是否有物料。
当存放状态为目标机台没有存放目标物料时,添加目标物料至目标机台中。其中,目标物料是与目标基板当前制程所需求的物料,可以通过搬移装置将对应的目标物料添加至目标机台的存放空间。
进一步地,在其他实施例,还可以通过其他的传输装置将对应的目标物料添加至目标机台的存放空间,在本申请中并无限制。
基于第四实施例,如图7所示,为本申请装贴方法的第五实施例,具体地,S21的步骤之前,还包括:
S23、当所述存放状态为所述目标机台存放有所述目标物料时,获取所述目标物料的数量;
S24、当所述目标物料的数量小于预设阈值时,添加所述目标物料至所述目标机台中。
在一实施例中,当检测目标机台的存放状态,并根据存放状态确定目标机台是否存放有目标物料。比如,通过摄像设备包括红外摄像设备扫描目标机台的存放物料区域的空间,以获取目标机台的存放状态,从而可以确认目标机台中是否有物料。即存放状态为目标机台存放有目标物料时,获取目标物料的数量,以适应当目标基板上的制程所需求的物料数量两个或以上时,由于目标物料的数量不够,导致目标基板的制程无法进行。
进一步地,当目标物料的数量小于预设阈值时,添加目标物料至所述目标机台中。其中,预设阈值可以根据目标基板上的制程所需求的物料数量决定,在一实施例中,本申请预设阈值为大于或等于2。即当目标物料的数量小于2时,需要控制搬移装置将对应的目标物料添加至目标机台的存放空间,或者,控制其他的传输装置将对应的目标物料添加至目标机台的存放空间。
进一步地,在进行添加目标物料的制程时,添加目标物料的数量与目标机台的存放空间匹配,以避免后续的相同目标基板进行该制程时还需要添加目标物料进行目标基板的制程。当然,在其他实施例中,也可以添加至刚好够目标基板当前制程的目标物料的数量,在本申请中并无限制。
基于上述所有实施例,如图8所示,为本申请装贴方法的第六实施例,具体地,还包括:
S8、获取所述目标机台的装贴信息,其中,所述装贴信息包括装贴方向、装贴力度以及装贴角度中的至少一种;
S9、控制所述目标机台根据所述装贴信息将所述目标物料装贴于所述目标基板 。
在一实施例中,获取到目标机台的装贴信息,其中,所述装贴信息包括装贴方向、装贴力度以及装贴角度中的至少一种。即获取目标机台的运行参数,该运行参数包括装贴方向、装贴力度以及装贴角度中的至少一种。当然,目标机台的运行参数(装贴信息)还可以包括其他参数,比如:装贴速度、装贴时间等,在本申请中不一一列举。
进一步地,控制目标机台根据装贴信息将目标物料装贴于目标基板。比如,当目标机台为偏贴机时,获取偏贴机的偏贴方向、偏贴力度以及偏贴角度中的至少一种,并控制偏贴机根据偏贴方向、偏贴力度以及偏贴角度中的至少一种偏贴信息将偏光板材(目标物料)偏贴于目标基板,其中,还可以获取偏贴机的其他运行参数,比如:偏贴速度、偏贴时间等,在此并无限制。
进一步地,控制目标机台根据装贴信息将目标物料装贴于目标基板。比如,当目标机台为压贴机时,获取压贴机的压贴方向、压贴力度以及压贴角度中的至少一种,并控制压贴机根据压贴方向、压贴力度以及压贴角度中的至少一种压贴信息将PCB板材(目标物料)压贴于目标基板,其中,还可以获取压贴机的其他运行参数,比如:压贴速度、压贴时间等,在此并无限制。
以上所述仅为本申请的可选实施例,并非因此限制本申请的专利范围,凡是在本申请的构思下,利用本申请说明书及附图内容所作的等效变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本申请的专利保护范围内。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种装贴方法,其中,所述装贴方法包括以下步骤:
    获取卡匣信息以及目标基板,其中,所述目标基板存放于卡匣中;
    根据所述卡匣信息确定目标机台以及目标物料,其中,所述目标机台上设有存放所述目标物料的存放区域;以及
    控制搬移装置将所述目标基板搬移至所述目标机台,并控制所述目标机台将所述目标物料装贴于所述目标基板。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的装贴方法,其中,所述获取卡匣信息以及目标基板的步骤包括:
    在获取到所述卡匣信息后,先检测所述卡匣信息是否合格,如果合格,则获取所述卡匣中存放的目标基板,如果不合格,则不获取所述卡匣中存放的目标基板,并重新获取仓储架中另外卡匣的信息。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的装贴方法,其中,所述根据所述卡匣信息确定目标机台以及目标物料的步骤包括:
    根据所述卡匣信息确认目标基板的参数。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的装贴方法,其中,所述将所述目标基板搬移至所述目标机台,并控制所述目标机台将所述目标物料装贴于所述目标基板的步骤包括:
    将所述目标基板搬移至所述目标机台,并获取所述目标机台的机台信息,其中,所述机台信息包括机台物料信息;
    判断所述机台物料信息与所述目标物料的信息是否匹配;以及
    若所述机台物料信息与所述目标物料的信息匹配,则控制所述目标机台将所述目标物料装贴于所述目标基板。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的装贴方法,其中,所述机台信息还包括机台位置信息和机台状态信息。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的装贴方法,其中,所述判断所述机台物料信息 与所述目标物料的信息是否匹配的步骤之后包括:
    若判断所述机台物料信息与所述目标物料的信息不匹配,则控制搬移装置将所述目标基板搬移回所述卡匣。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的装贴方法,其中,所述将所述目标基板搬移至所述目标机台,并控制所述目标机台将所述目标物料装贴于所述目标基板的步骤之前,还包括:
    检测所述目标机台的存放状态,并根据所述存放状态确定所述目标机台是否存放有所述目标物料;以及
    当所述存放状态为所述目标机台没有存放所述目标物料时,添加所述目标物料至所述目标机台中。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的装贴方法,其中,所述检测所述目标机台的存放状态,并根据所述存放状态确定所述目标机台是否存放有所述目标物料的步骤之后,还包括:
    当所述存放状态为所述目标机台存放有所述目标物料时,获取所述目标物料的数量;以及
    当所述目标物料的数量小于预设阈值时,添加所述目标物料至所述目标机台中。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的装贴方法,其中,所述预设阈值为大于或等于2。
  10. 如权利要求1~8任意一项所述的装贴方法,其中,所述控制所述目标机台将所述目标物料装贴于所述目标基板的步骤包括:
    获取所述目标机台的装贴信息,其中,所述装贴信息包括装贴方向、装贴力度以及装贴角度中的至少一种;以及
    控制所述目标机台根据所述装贴信息将所述目标物料装贴于所述目标基板。
  11. 一种装贴装置,其中,所述装贴装置包括:
    目标机台;
    卡匣,所述卡匣配置为存放目标基板;
    搬移装置,所述搬移装置配置为将所述目标基板搬移至所述目标机台中;以及
    控制器,所述控制器包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器与所述搬移装置连接,且所述处理器与所述目标机台连接,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现以下步骤:
    获取卡匣信息以及目标基板,其中,所述目标基板存放于卡匣中;
    根据所述卡匣信息确定目标机台以及目标物料,其中,所述目标机台上设有存放所述目标物料的存放区域;以及
    控制搬移装置将所述目标基板搬移至所述目标机台,并控制所述目标机台将所述目标物料装贴于所述目标基板。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的装贴装置,其中,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:
    将所述目标基板搬移至所述目标机台,并获取所述目标机台的机台信息,其中,所述机台信息包括机台物料信息;
    判断所述机台物料信息与所述目标物料的信息是否匹配;以及
    若所述机台物料信息与所述目标物料的信息匹配,则控制所述目标机台将所述目标物料装贴于所述目标基板。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的装贴装置,其中,所述判断所述机台物料信息与所述目标物料的信息是否匹配的步骤之后,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现以下步骤:
    若判断所述机台物料信息与所述目标物料的信息不匹配,则控制搬移装置将所述目标基板搬移回所述卡匣。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的装贴装置,其中,所述将所述目标基板搬移至所述目标机台,并控制所述目标机台将所述目标物料装贴于所述目标基板的步骤之前,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现以下步骤:
    检测所述目标机台的存放状态,并根据所述存放状态确定所述目标机台是否存放有所述目标物料;以及
    当所述存放状态为所述目标机台没有存放所述目标物料时,添加所述目标物料至所述目标机台中。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的装贴装置,其中,所述检测所述目标机台的存放状态,并根据所述存放状态确定所述目标机台是否存放有所述目标物料的步骤之后,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现以下步骤:
    当所述存放状态为所述目标机台存放有所述目标物料时,获取所述目标物料的数量;以及
    当所述目标物料的数量小于预设阈值时,添加所述目标物料至所述目标机台中。
  16. 如权利要求11所述的装贴装置,其中,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现以下步骤:
    获取所述目标机台的装贴信息,其中,所述装贴信息包括装贴方向、装贴力度以及装贴角度中的至少一种;以及
    控制所述目标机台根据所述装贴信息将所述目标物料装贴于所述目标基板。
  17. 如权利要求11所述的装贴装置,其中,所述装贴装置还包括目标物料,所述目标物料存放于所述目标机台上。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的装贴装置,其中,所述目标机台与所述卡匣之间设有搬移轨道,所述搬移设备滑动连接于所述搬移轨道上。
  19. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有所述的装贴处理程序,所述装贴处理程序被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    获取卡匣信息以及目标基板,其中,所述目标基板存放于卡匣中;
    根据所述卡匣信息确定目标机台以及目标物料,其中,所述目标 机台上设有存放所述目标物料的存放区域;以及
    控制搬移装置将所述目标基板搬移至所述目标机台,并控制所述目标机台将所述目标物料装贴于所述目标基板。
