 配線部材を取扱うにあたっては、配線部材が周辺の部材に引っ掛かり難いことが望まれている。
 そこで、本開示は、配線部材が周辺の部位に引っ掛かり難くすることを目的とする。
 本開示の配線部材は、線状伝送部材と、前記線状伝送部材をフラットな形態に保つベース部材と、を備え、前記ベース部材は、接続端部を含み、前記線状伝送部材は、前記接続端部の延在方向に沿って前記接続端部の先端部に向かうように前記接続端部に保持されており、前記接続端部の先端部は、前記線状伝送部材から遠ざかる方向に向うにつれて前記接続端部の基端側に向う引っ掛かり抑制形状部分を含む、配線部材である。
 本開示によれば、配線部材が周辺の部位に引っ掛かり難い。

 [本開示の実施形態の説明]
 最初に本開示の実施態様を列記して説明する。
 本開示の配線部材は、次の通りである。
 (1)線状伝送部材と、前記線状伝送部材をフラットな形態に保つベース部材と、を備え、前記ベース部材は、接続端部を含み、前記線状伝送部材は、前記接続端部の延在方向に沿って前記接続端部の先端部に向かうように前記接続端部に保持されており、前記接続端部の先端部は、前記線状伝送部材から遠ざかる方向に向うにつれて前記接続端部の基端側に向う引っ掛かり抑制形状部分を含む、配線部材である。接続端部の先端部は、前記線状伝送部材から遠ざかる方向に向うにつれて前記接続端部の基端側に向う引っ掛かり抑制形状部分を含む。このため、線状伝送部材の端部を他の機器等に接続する際に、接続端部が当該機器等に向けて移動しても、接続端部の先端部が周辺の部位に引っ掛かり難い。
 (2)前記引っ掛かり抑制形状部分は、外側に凸となる曲面形状を呈してもよい。接続端部の先端部が周辺の部位に引っ掛かり難い。
 (3)前記接続端部の先端部において、前記線状伝送部材がコネクタに接続されていてもよい。コネクタが機器に接続されるために移動される場合に、接続端部の先端部が周辺の部位に引っ掛かり難い。このような場合に、接続端部の先端部に引っ掛かり抑制形状部分が形成されているとよい。
 (4)前記コネクタの幅が、前記接続端部の最大幅よりも小さくてもよい。前記コネクタ幅が、前記接続端部の最大幅よりも小さいと、接続端部がコネクタの外側方に出っ張ってしまう。このような場合に、接続端部が周辺の部位に引っ掛かることが有効に抑制される。
 (5)前記引っ掛かり抑制形状部分は、前記コネクタの幅方向において、前記コネクタの側縁部又は側縁部よりも内側の位置を起点として、前記線状伝送部材から遠ざかる方向に向うにつれて前記接続端部の基端側に向う形状に形成されていてもよい。コネクタの側縁部又は側縁部よりも内側を起点として、引っ掛かり抑制形状部分が形成されるため、接続端部が周辺の部位に引っ掛かり難い。
 (6)前記コネクタは複数段コネクタであってもよい。複数段コネクタの幅は比較的小さくなり易い。このため、接続端部が複数段コネクタの外側方に出っ張り易い。このような場合に、接続端部が周辺の部位に引っ掛かることが有効に抑制される。
 (7)前記複数段コネクタから延出する複数の前記線状伝送部材が、前記接続端部に並列状態で保持されていてもよい。この場合、接続端部が幅広となり易い。このため、接続端部が複数段コネクタの外側方に出っ張り易い。このような場合に、接続端部が周辺の部位に引っ掛かることが有効に抑制される。
 [本開示の実施形態の詳細]
 本開示の配線部材の具体例を、以下に図面を参照しつつ説明する。なお、本開示はこれらの例示に限定されるものではなく、請求の範囲によって示され、請求の範囲と均等の意味および範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。
 [実施形態]
 以下、実施形態に係る配線部材について説明する。図1は配線部材20を示す概略平面図である。図2は配線部材20の一部拡大概略平面図である。
 配線部材20は、車両に用いられる配線部材である。配線部材20は、車両における板状部分12等の上に配設される。板状部分12は、車両における金属ボディの一部、内装パネルの一部であること等が想定される。板状部分12のうちの少なくとも一方の主面は、平面形状を呈していてもよい。金属ボディ又は内装パネルの一部が溝又は突起等が形成された凹凸形状を呈していてもよい。
 配線部材20は、電線22と、シート材24とを備える。
 電線22は線状伝送部材の一例である。より具体的には、電線22は、芯線と、被覆とを含む。芯線は、金属等の導電部材によって形成された線状導体である。被覆は、芯線の周囲を覆う絶縁部分である。線状伝送部材は、電気又は光等を伝送する線状の部材であればよい。例えば、線状伝送部材は、電線の他、裸導線、シールド線、ツイスト線、エナメル線、ニクロム線、光ファイバ等であってもよい。ここでは、配線部材は、複数の線状伝送部材(電線22)を含む。
 シート材24は、電線22が固定された部材である。複数の電線22がシート材24に固定されることによって、複数の電線22が一定の経路に沿って偏平な形態に保たれる。よって、シート材24は、電線22をフラットな形態に保つベース部材の一例である。
 ここでは、シート材24の一方主面側に複数の電線22が固定されている。シート材24を構成する材料は特に限定されるものではない。シート材24は、例えばPVC(ポリ塩化ビニル)、PET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)、PP(ポリプロピレン)、ナイロンなどの樹脂を含む材料によって形成される。シート材24は、不織布、織地、編地など繊維を有する繊維材等であってもよいし、非繊維材であってもよい。繊維材は、繊維の間に細かい空間が形成された部材である。非繊維材としては、内部が一様に埋った充実状の部材、または樹脂が発泡成形された発泡体などであってもよい。シート材24は、金属などの材料を含むこともあり得る。
 電線22とシート材24との固定態様は特に限定されるものではなく、接着、溶着などであってもよい。接着とは、接着剤、両面粘着テープなどの介在物を介して2つの部材がくっつくことを言う。溶着とは、介在物を介さずに、2つの部材のうち少なくとも一方に含まれる樹脂が溶けて2つの部材がくっつくことを言う。ここでは電線22の被覆に含まれる樹脂と、シート材24に含まれる樹脂とのうち少なくとも一方が溶けて相手側の部材にくっつくことによって、電線22とシート材24とが固定される。この場合の溶着は、例えば、超音波溶着によってなされる。
 シート材24は、単層であってもよいし、複数層積層されていてもよい。複数層積層されている場合、例えば、樹脂層と樹脂層とが積層されていることが考えられる。また例えば、樹脂層と金属層とが積層されていることが考えられる。また、シート材24は、非繊維材層と非繊維材層とが重ねられたものであってもよいし、非繊維材層と繊維材層が重ねられたものであってもよいし、繊維材層と繊維材層とが重ねられたものであってもよい。
 シート材24に対して、電線22を覆うように他のシート材が重ねられていてもよい。この場合の他のシート材は、電線22を覆うカバーシートであると把握され得る。カバーシートの材料は、特に限定されるものではい。カバーシートは、例えばPVC、PET、PP、ナイロンなどの樹脂を含む材料によって形成される。カバーシートは、繊維材であってもよいし、非繊維材であってもよいし、金属材であってもよい。カバーシートは、単層であってもよいし、複数層積層されていてもよい。カバーシートは、例えば、シート材24の両側部で当該シート材24に固定される。シート材24とカバーシートとの固定態様は特に限定されるものではなく、溶着、接着などであってもよい。シート材に対してカバーシートは、部分的に設けられていてもよい。カバーシートがシート材24よりも高剛性であれば、配線部材20を一定の形態に保ち易い。
 配線部材20は、接続先となる各電気部品の位置に応じて分岐していてもよい。ここでは、複数の電線22が複数箇所(ここでは3箇所)で分岐している例が示されている。この場合、シート材24は、電線22の分岐経路に沿って分岐するように形成されているとよい。配線部材20のうち最も多くの電線22が設けられた部分は幹線部と称されてもよい。また、上記電線22が幹線部から分岐した部分は枝線部と称されてもよい。
 複数の電線22の端部にはコネクタ23が取付けられている。ここでは、幹線部の両端部、及び、枝線部の端部において、電線22がシート材24の端部から延出している。シート材24の端部から延出した電線22の端部に端子が取付けられ、当該端子がコネクタ23のキャビティ内に挿入されている。コネクタがシートの端部に固定されていてもよい。この場合、電線22はシート材24の端部から延出していなくてもよい。配線部材20は、コネクタ23等を介して他の電気機器18等に接続される(図1において1つの電気機器18が例示される)。
 配線部材20は、上記例に限られない。例えば、配線部材は、FPC(Flexible printed circuit)、FFC(Flexible Flat Cable)等のように、複数の線状導体が一対のフィルムによって相互に絶縁された状態で偏平状態に保たれたものであってもよい。この場合、一対のフィルムがベース部材である。また、電線が、金型成形されたベース部材としての樹脂部分内に埋まってフラットな形態に保たれることによって、配線部材が構成されてもよい。また、配線部材が枝線部を有していることは必須ではない。
 シート材24は、接続端部25を含む。ここでは、幹線部の両端部及び枝線部の先端部のそれぞれが接続端部25である。ここでは、接続端部25は長尺状に形成されている。
 各接続端部25において、電線22は、当該接続端部25の延在方向に沿ってその先端部に向うように接続端部25に保持されている。すなわち、電線22は、シート材24のうち接続端部25の部分に対して、当該接続端部25の延在方向に沿って固定されている。上記したように、電線22は、接続端部25の先端部から延出してコネクタ23に接続されていてもよいし、接続端部25の先端部から延出せずにコネクタに接続されていてもよい。図1及び図2では前者の例が示されている。いずれの場合も、接続端部25の先端部において、電線22がコネクタ23に接続されている例である。
 接続端部25の先端部は、電線22から遠ざかる外側方に向うにつれて、接続端部25の基端側に向う引っ掛かり抑制形状部分26に形成されている。より具体的には、接続端部25の両側縁は、接続端部25における電線22の延在方向に沿っている。接続端部25の両側縁は、互いに平行である。接続端部25の先端縁は、接続端部25における電線22の延在方向に対して直交している。接続端部25の先端縁の延在方向は、接続端部25の両側縁の延在方向に対して直交している。接続端部25の先端縁と接続端部25の側縁とが、上記引っ掛かり抑制形状部分26を介して連なっている。引っ掛かり抑制形状部分26は、電線22に対して直交する外方向(接続端部25の幅方向において電線22から遠ざかる方向である)に向うのにつれて徐々に接続端部25の基端側に向う形状に形成されている。接続端部25の先端は、接続端部25において電線22の端部が配設されるか電線22が延出する側の端である。接続端部25の基端側は、電線22の延在方向又は接続端部25の長手方向に沿った方向において先端とは反対側である。ここでは、引っ掛かり抑制形状部分26は、配線部材20を平面視した状態において、外向きに凸となる曲線形状(ここでは4分の1の円弧形状)に形成されている。シート材24の厚みを考慮すると、引っ掛かり抑制形状部分26は、外側に凸となる曲面形状を呈しているともいえる。
 接続端部25の幅は、保持対象となる電線22の本数等に応じて適宜設定される。コネクタ23の幅は、接続対象となる電線22の本数、接続相手側のコネクタ形状等に応じて適宜設定される。接続端部25の幅は、コネクタ23の幅よりも小さい場合もあれば、大きい場合もあり得る。図1及び図2では、接続端部25の幅が、コネクタ23の幅よりも大きい例、すなわち、コネクタ23の幅が接続端部25の幅よりも小さい例が示される。つまり、コネクタ23の幅方向において、接続端部25の両側部は、コネクタ23の幅方向外側にはみ出ている。
 この場合、引っ掛かり抑制形状部分26は、コネクタ23の幅方向において、コネクタ23の側縁部又は側縁部よりも内側の位置を起点Pとして、接続端部25の外側方に向うとよい。図2では、コネクタ23の側縁部を、電線22の延在方向に沿って接続端部25側に延長した補助ラインLが示される。接続端部25の先端縁は、電線22に対して直交している。この接続端部25の先端縁から引っ掛かり抑制形状部分26に変る部分が、引っ掛かり抑制形状部分26の起点Pである。起点Pは、上記補助ラインL上又は補助ラインLよりも接続端部25の幅方向中央寄りにあることが好ましい。図2では起点Pが補助ラインLよりも接続端部25の幅方向中央寄りにある例が示されている。
 図3は接続端部25に対応するコネクタ23を電気機器18側のコネクタ19に接続する作業例を示す説明図である。この場合、コネクタ23は、コネクタ19に対向する位置からコネクタ19に向けて移動してコネクタ19に接続されることが想定される。車両における配線部材20の配設スペースには様々な部位が存在していることが想定される。このため、コネクタ23がコネクタ19に向けて移動する際、接続端部25の先端側の少なくとも一方の側部が他の部位50に接触してしまう恐れがある。本配線部材20では、接続端部25の先端側の側部に引っ掛かり抑制形状部分26が形成されている。このため、引っ掛かり抑制形状部分26が他の部位50に接触したとしても、当該引っ掛かり抑制形状部分26は他の部位50に引っ掛かり難い。例えば、ベース部材であるシート材24が比較的柔軟である場合、引っ掛かり抑制形状部分26が他の部位50に接触しても、接続端部25が部分的に反るように変形して、引っ掛かり抑制形状部分26が他の部位50に引っ掛かることが抑制される。あるいは、例えば、ベース部材がある程度硬い場合でも、引っ掛かり抑制形状部分26が他の部位50に接触すれば、接続端部25が全体的に他の部位50から離れる方向に移動して、引っ掛かり抑制形状部分26が他の部位50に引っ掛かることが抑制される。
 このように構成された配線部材20によると、接続端部25の先端部には、電線22から遠ざかる方向に向うにつれて接続端部25の基端側に向う引っ掛かり抑制形状部分26が形成されている。このため、電線22の端部が他の電気機器18等に接続される際に、接続端部25が当該電気機器18等に向けて移動しても、接続端部25の先端部が周辺の部位50等に引っ掛かり難い。
 また、引っ掛かり抑制形状部分26が外側に凸となる曲面形状であれば、引っ掛かり抑制形状部分26は周辺の部位50等に対してより引っ掛かり難くなる。
 接続端部25の先端部において、電線22がコネクタ23に接続されている場合、当該コネクタ23は相手側のコネクタ19に向けて移動してコネクタ19に接続される。この場合、接続端部25も当該コネクタ19に向けて移動するため、接続端部25の先端部が周辺の部位50等に引っ掛かり易い状況が生じ得る。このため、接続端部25の先端部において、電線22がコネクタ23に接続されている場合において、当該接続端部25の先端部に引っ掛かり抑制形状部分26が形成されていることが好ましい。
 また、コネクタ23の幅が接続端部25の最大幅よりも小さいと、接続端部25がコネクタ23の外側方に出っ張ってしまう。コネクタ23が相手側のコネクタ19に向けて移動すると、接続端部25のうちコネクタ23に対して側方に出っ張った側部が周辺の部位50に引っ掛かり易い。このような場合に、接続端部25の先端部に引っ掛かり抑制形状部分26が形成されていることが好ましい。ここで、最大幅とは、例えば、コネクタ23の側縁部が曲線を描いている場合、段を描いている場合等が考慮された上で、電線22の延在方向に直交する方向の寸法が最大となる値をいう。接続端部25の両側縁部(引っ掛かり抑制形状部分26より基端側に連なる両側縁部)が平行である場合には、当該両側縁部間の幅が最大幅であるとしてもよい。
 引っ掛かり抑制形状部分26は、コネクタ23の側縁部又は側縁部よりも内側を起点Pとして形成されると、周辺の部位50は、接続端部25の先端部のうち引っ掛かり抑制形状部分26に接触することが期待される。このため、接続端部が周辺の部位50等により引っ掛かり難い。
 上記実施形態を前提として各種変形例について説明する。
 図4に示す第1変形例では、引っ掛かり抑制形状部分26に対応する引っ掛かり抑制形状部分126は、接続端部25の先端部の角を面取りした形状に形成されている。すなわち、引っ掛かり抑制形状部分126は、接続端部25の先端縁及び側縁部に対して斜め方向に延在する形状に形成されている。このため、引っ掛かり抑制形状部分126は、電線22から遠ざかる方向に向うにつれて接続端部25の基端側に向う形状部分の一例である。
 本例によっても、電線22の端部が他の電気機器18等に接続される際に、接続端部25が当該電気機器18等に向けて移動しても、接続端部25の先端部が周辺の部位50等に引っ掛かり難い。
 引っ掛かり抑制形状部分126は、例えば、接続端部25の角を斜めに切除することによって形成されてもよい。この場合、当該引っ掛かり抑制形状部分126が容易に形成される。
 図5及び図6に示す第2変形例では、コネクタ23に対応するコネクタは複数段コネクタ223とされている。複数段コネクタ223とは、電線22の端部に接続された端子を収容するキャビティ223Cが複数段形成されたコネクタである。図5及び図6には、幅方向において複数(ここでは5つ)のキャビティ223Cが形成され、厚み方向において複数段(ここでは2段)のキャビティ223Cが形成された例が示されている。
 接続端部25に対応する接続端部225において、当該接続端部225に保持された複数の電線22は次のように複数段コネクタ223に接続される。すなわち、接続端部225において、複数の電線22は並列状態に保持される。ここでは、複数の電線22は、シート状をなす接続端部225の一方主面に、その幅方向に一列に並ぶように配設される。このため、接続端部225の幅は、保持対象となる電線22の直径及び本数に応じた寸法となり、必要に応じて、前記寸法に電線22間の間隔、電線22の外側の余長幅が加算された寸法となる。
 複数段コネクタ223においては、平面視した状態で複数のキャビティ223Cが重なっている。このため、複数段コネクタ223において、幅方向に並ぶキャビティ223Cの数は、接続端部225の幅方向に並ぶ電線22の本数よりも小さくなる。例えば、接続端部225において10本並ぶ電線22の端子は、複数段コネクタ223の幅方向において5つ並ぶキャビティ223Cの上下段に保持され得る。このため、複数段コネクタ223の幅は、接続端部225の幅よりも小さくなり得る。
 接続端部225の先端部にも、上記引っ掛かり抑制形状部分26に対応する引っ掛かり抑制形状部分226が形成されている。ここでは、引っ掛かり抑制形状部分226の起点Pは、複数段コネクタ223の側縁部よりも外方に位置している。実施形態で説明したように、起点Pは、接続端部225の幅方向において複数段コネクタ223の側縁部と同じ位置又は内側に位置していてもよい。
 本第2変形例のように、複数段コネクタ223の幅は比較的小さくなり易い。このため、接続端部225が複数段コネクタ223の外側方に出っ張り易い。このような場合に、接続端部225に引っ掛かり抑制形状部分226が設けられることで、接続端部225が周辺の部位50に引っ掛かることが有効に抑制される。
 また、複数段コネクタ223から延出する複数の電線22が、接続端部225において並列状態で保持されている。このため、接続端部225が幅広となり、複数段コネクタ223の外側方に出っ張り易い。このような場合に、接続端部225に引っ掛かり抑制形状部分226が設けられることで、接続端部225が周辺の部位50に引っ掛かることがより有効に抑制される。
 なお、複数段コネクタから延出する複数の電線が、接続端部において複数層に亘って並列状態で保持されてもよい。
 なお、上記実施形態及び各変形例で説明した各構成は、相互に矛盾しない限り適宜組合せられ得る。例えば、第2変形例において斜めに切断された形状を呈する引っ掛かり抑制形状部分が形成されていてもよい。

  1.  線状伝送部材と、
     前記線状伝送部材をフラットな形態に保つベース部材と、
     を備え、
     前記ベース部材は、接続端部を含み、
     前記線状伝送部材は、前記接続端部の延在方向に沿って前記接続端部の先端部に向かうように前記接続端部に保持されており、
     前記接続端部の先端部は、前記線状伝送部材から遠ざかる方向に向うにつれて前記接続端部の基端側に向う引っ掛かり抑制形状部分を含む、配線部材。
  2.  請求項1に記載の配線部材であって、
     前記引っ掛かり抑制形状部分は、外側に凸となる曲面形状を呈する、配線部材。
  3.  請求項1又は請求項2に記載の配線部材であって、
     前記接続端部の先端部において、前記線状伝送部材がコネクタに接続されている、配線部材。
  4.  請求項3に記載の配線部材であって、
     前記コネクタの幅が、前記接続端部の最大幅よりも小さい、配線部材。
  5.  請求項4に記載の配線部材であって、
     前記引っ掛かり抑制形状部分は、前記コネクタの幅方向において、前記コネクタの側縁部又は側縁部よりも内側の位置を起点として、前記線状伝送部材から遠ざかる方向に向うにつれて前記接続端部の基端側に向う形状に形成されている、配線部材。
  6.  請求項3から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の配線部材であって、
     前記コネクタは複数段コネクタである、配線部材。
  7.  請求項6に記載の配線部材であって、
     前記複数段コネクタから延出する複数の前記線状伝送部材が、前記接続端部に並列状態で保持されている、配線部材。
