如图1和图2所示,本申请的箱包锁包括拉链片100、锁体200。其中,锁体200包括外壳210、锁钩机构220和驱动机构230,外壳210设有至少一个能够与拉链片100插接配合的锁孔211;锁钩机构220设置于外壳210内,锁钩机构220包括卡勾组件221,卡勾组件221能够在上锁位置和解锁位置之间移动,且上锁位置正对锁孔211,解锁位置位于锁孔211外侧;驱动机构230设置于外壳210内,驱动机构230能够驱动卡勾组件221在上锁位置与解锁位置之间移动。
本申请中的外壳210为可拆卸的两部分结构,以便于在外壳210内组装锁钩机构220和驱动机构230。在一实施例中,外壳210设有两个锁孔211,以适用于双拉链片100的箱包;同样的,卡勾组件221也为两组,并且两组卡勾组件221相对设置,驱动机构230能够驱动两组卡勾组件221相互靠近和相互远离,以使两组卡勾组件221同时在上锁位置与解锁位置之间移动。
本申请利用驱动机构230驱动卡勾组件221在上锁位置与解锁位置之间移动,相比相关技术,解除了卡勾组件221与联动件被设置为一体的限定,使得卡勾组 件221独立出来,可以不受联动件的限制而移动;另外,使上锁位置正对锁孔211,解锁位置位于锁孔211外侧,在上锁状态时,拉链片100依然可以插入锁孔211与卡勾组件221配合上锁,无需重新开锁再上锁,操作方便。
可选地,卡勾组件221包括移动座2211和卡勾2212,移动座2211与外壳210的底部滑动配合;卡勾2212与移动座2211的顶部转动连接,卡勾2212与拉链片100能够在上锁位置勾搭配合、在解锁位置分离。通过使卡勾2212与拉链片100能够在上锁位置勾搭配合,实现了上锁状态下,拉链片100依然可以插入锁孔211与卡勾组件221配合上锁,无需重新开锁再上锁。
示例性的,为了使拉链片100与卡勾2212勾搭配合,本申请中的拉链片100具有能够勾持卡勾2212的卡环101。利用卡环101勾搭卡勾2212,结构简单。
在一实施例中,锁钩机构220还包括能够与拉链片100抵持的弹性件222。弹性件222为两端能够分别与两个拉链片100接触的弹簧片,利用弹性件222抵持拉连片100,可确保在解锁时,快速使拉连片100弹出,使拉链片100轻松脱离锁孔211。
可选的,卡勾2212与移动座2211之间连接有扭簧,利用扭簧的弹性力可以使卡勾2212弹性转动,便于卡勾2212在转动后快速复位至初始状态。
如图3和图4所示,移动座2211设有限制卡勾2212转动角度的限位槽2213,卡勾2212设有与限位槽2213滑动配合的限位部2214。通过限制卡勾2212的转动角度,可以使卡勾2212转动预设角度后就能与拉链片100勾搭,复位过程中也转动预设角度,确保拉链片100稳稳地勾搭在卡勾2212上而不滑落。
为了使卡勾组件221仅在上锁位置与解锁位置之间移动,本申请在外壳210的底部设有限制移动座2211的移动行程的限位块212。通过限制移动座2211的移动行程,从而能确保卡勾组件221在上锁位置与解锁位置之间精确地移动。
对于驱动卡勾组件221移动的驱动机构230,本申请中,驱动机构230包括锁芯231、锁芯筒232及驱动盘233,其中,锁芯231与锁芯筒232套接并与驱动盘233同轴连接,且锁芯231能够相对锁芯筒232转动;驱动盘233的偏心处设有连接部2331,连接部2331与移动座2211连接。如图5所示,本申请中,驱动盘233在两个偏心处均设置有连接部2331,两个连接部2331分别与移动座2211连接。如此,只需旋转锁芯231,即可带动移动座2211移动,从而带动卡勾组件221在上锁位置与解锁位置之间移动,操作方便。两个连接部2331相对于驱动盘233的中心线对称设置,转动锁芯231时,两组卡勾组件221会相互靠近和相互远离,使两组 卡勾组件221同时在上锁位置与解锁位置之间移动移动。
如图6和图7所示,锁芯筒232的端部设有限制锁芯231转动角度的缺口2321,锁芯231具有与缺口2321滑动配合的凸块2311。通过限制锁芯231的转动角度,以确保卡勾组件221在上锁位置与解锁位置之间精确地移动。
为了方便对锁芯231操作,本申请在外壳210的顶部设有供锁芯231的顶部伸出的通孔213。通过设置通孔213使锁芯231露出,便于对锁芯231操作,或对锁芯231安装按钮。
图8至图15是本申请的箱包锁的上锁与解锁的动作图,该箱包锁的上锁与开锁的动作过程如下:
如图8所示,准备上锁时,将拉链片100对准锁体200的锁孔211并插入锁孔211中,拉链片100插入锁孔211后,如图9和图10所示,拉链片100与卡勾组件221中的卡勾2212接触,卡勾2212转动,直至卡勾2212与拉链片100勾搭配合,如图11和图12所示,实现上锁,在卡勾组件221位于上锁位置时,若拉链片100未与卡勾2212勾搭,仍可将拉链片100插入锁孔211中与卡勾2212接触并勾搭配合;准备解锁时,如图13所示,驱动机构230驱动卡勾组件221移动,使卡勾2212脱离拉链片100,拉链片100弹出,实现解锁,如图14和图15所示。
综上,本申请的箱包锁,操作便捷,且在上锁状态下,拉链片100也能插入锁孔211内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种箱包锁,包括拉链片(100)、锁体(200),其中,所述锁体(200)包括:
    外壳(210),所述外壳(210)设有至少一个能够与所述拉链片(100)插接配合的锁孔(211);
    锁钩机构(220),设置于所述外壳(210)内,所述锁钩机构(220)包括卡勾组件(221),所述卡勾组件(221)能够在上锁位置和解锁位置之间移动,且所述上锁位置正对所述锁孔(211),所述解锁位置位于所述锁孔(211)外侧;
    驱动机构(230),设置于所述外壳(210)内,所述驱动机构(230)能够驱动所述卡勾组件(221)在所述上锁位置与所述解锁位置之间移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的箱包锁,其中,所述卡勾组件(221)包括:
    移动座(2211),所述移动座(2211)与所述外壳(210)的底部滑动配合;
    卡勾(2212),所述卡勾(2212)与所述移动座(2211)的顶部转动连接,所述卡勾(2212)与所述拉链片(100)能够在所述上锁位置勾搭配合、在所述解锁位置分离。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的箱包锁,其中,所述锁钩机构(220)还包括能够与所述拉链片(100)抵持的弹性件(222)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的箱包锁,其中,所述卡勾(2212)与所述移动座(2211)之间连接有扭簧。
  5. 根据权利要求2至4任一项所述的箱包锁,其中,所述移动座(2211)设有限制所述卡勾(2212)转动角度的限位槽(2213),所述卡勾(2212)设有与所述限位槽(2213)滑动配合的限位部(2214)。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的箱包锁,其中,所述外壳(210)的底部设有限制所述移动座(2211)的移动行程的限位块(212)。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的箱包锁,其中,所述驱动机构(230)包括锁芯(231)、锁芯筒(232)及驱动盘(233),其中:
    所述锁芯(231)与所述锁芯筒(232)套接并与所述驱动盘(233)同轴连接,且所述锁芯(231)能够相对所述锁芯筒(232)转动;
    所述驱动盘(233)的偏心处设有连接部(2331),所述连接部(2331)与所述移动座(2211)连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的箱包锁,其中,所述锁芯筒(232)的端部设有限制所述锁芯(231)转动角度的缺口(2321),所述锁芯(231)具有与所述缺口 (2321)滑动配合的凸块(2311)。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的箱包锁,其中,所述外壳(210)的顶部设有供所述锁芯(231)的顶部伸出的通孔(213)。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的箱包锁,其中,所述拉链片(100)具有能够勾持所述卡勾(2212)的卡环(101)。
