如图1至图3所示,本申请的磁性扣合装置包括拉链片100及锁体200,其中,拉链片100能够与锁体200磁吸配合;锁体200设有控制件210,控制件210具有上锁位置和解锁位置,在上锁位置时,拉链片100能够与锁体200磁吸配合,在解锁位置时,拉链片100与锁体200解除磁吸关系。通过使拉链片100与锁体200磁吸配合,在上锁过程中,当拉链片100靠近锁体200时,因磁性关系,拉链片100会自动吸附在锁体200上;通过控制件210,可在解锁位置使拉链片100自动脱离锁体200,实现了自动上锁及解锁,使用方便。
在一实施例中,锁体200包括外壳220及设置于外壳220内的磁铁组件。其中,外壳220设有能够与拉链片100插接配合的锁孔221;磁铁组件包括多个依次排列并位于锁孔221底部的第一磁铁231,且相邻的第一磁铁231的极性相反;控制件210能够带动磁铁组件在上锁位置与解锁位置之间移动。利用多个第一磁铁231实现对拉链片100的磁吸,通过使相邻的第一磁铁231的极性相反,当多个第一磁铁231位置发生变化时,第一磁铁231与拉链片100的关系也会发生变化,即磁吸关系会变为排斥关系,排斥关系会变为磁吸关系,从而实现在上锁位置时,拉链片100与锁体200磁吸配合,在解锁位置时,拉链片100与锁体200解除磁吸关系。
为了使拉链片100与磁铁组件磁吸配合,本申请在拉链片100与锁孔221插接配合的端部设有第二磁铁110。利用第二磁铁110与第一磁铁231相互作用,可实现磁吸与排斥的关系。
示例性的,本申请在外壳220上设有两个锁孔221,拉链片100为两个,两个拉链片100上设置的第二磁铁110极性相同;磁铁组件包括四个第一磁铁231。在拉链片100为两个的情况下,第一磁铁231可为四个,四个第一磁铁231按极性依次相反排列(如NSNS,或SNSN),当两个第二磁铁110的极性均为S时,该两个第二磁铁110分别与磁性为N的两个第一磁铁231磁性相吸。当磁性为N的两个第一磁铁231被移开,磁性为S的两个第一磁铁231移动至两个第二磁铁110下方,因极性相同,磁铁之间相互排斥,两个拉链片100即从锁孔221中脱离。如此,两个拉链片100可同步磁吸于锁体200上,或同步与锁体200解除磁吸关系。
另外,本申请在外壳220内还设置有锁舌240,锁舌240被配置为在上锁位置时勾持拉链片100、在解锁位置时脱离拉链片100。锁舌240的设置可确保上锁时,拉链片100锁紧在锁体200上,防止因晃动或外力的作用而脱离锁体200,提高了安全性。
可选地,锁舌240至少为两个且相对设置,相对的两个锁舌240能够相互靠近或相互远离。如此,锁舌240可从两侧将拉链片100勾持或脱离拉链片100的端部。
为了使磁铁组件与锁舌240均能够在上锁位置与解锁位置之间移动,本申请将磁铁组件与锁舌240均设置于移动板250上,移动板250与控制件210连接,控制件210被配置为带动移动板250在上锁位置与解锁位置之间移动。
为了使磁铁组件及锁舌240由解锁位置快速回到上锁位置,本申请将移动板250连接一复位件260,复位件260被配置为带动移动板250从解锁位置移动至上锁位置。利用复位件260可使移动板250自动快速回位,从而带动磁铁组件及锁舌240快速回到上锁位置。复位件260可为弹簧,将弹簧的第一端与移动板250连接,第二端固定住。移动板250从上锁位置移动到解锁位置时,弹簧被压缩,在弹性力的作用力,弹簧反推移动板250,从而使移动板250复位。
为了使磁铁组件及锁舌240在上锁位置与解锁位置之间精确地移动,本申请在外壳220上设置有限位孔222,控制件210与限位孔222滑动配合,限位孔222被配置为限制控制件210在上锁位置与解锁位置之间移动的行程。通过限制控制件210的移动行程,以便精确地控制磁铁组件及锁舌240在上锁位置与解锁位置之间移动。
可选的,本申请的锁体200还设置有密码锁机构270。配合密码锁机构270, 实现上锁。
本申请的磁性扣合装置的上锁及解锁过程如图4-图8所示,上锁时,当将拉链片100拉至靠近锁体200上的锁孔221位置时,第一磁铁231与第二磁铁110中的极性相反的磁铁相互吸附,拉链片100的端部自动插入锁孔221中;在插入过程中,拉链片100的端部抵压其两侧的锁舌240,使两侧的锁舌240往外侧敞开,拉链片100的端部滑入锁舌240下方,两侧的锁舌240自动复位,紧紧勾持拉链片100的端部,再通过密码锁机构270进行上锁;解锁时,通过密码锁机构270解除对拉链片100的卡掣,然后移动控制件210,与第二磁铁110中的极性相同的第一磁铁231移至第二磁铁110下方,勾持拉链片100端部的锁舌240也脱离拉链片100,因磁性相排斥,拉链片100从锁孔221中脱离,实现解锁。
综上,本申请的磁吸锁在上锁或解锁过程中,拉链片100能够自动插入锁孔221或自动从锁孔221中脱离,使用方便。
如图9至图11所示,本申请一实施例提供一种磁性扣合装置,包括活动件1及本体2,其中,活动件1能够与本体2磁吸配合;本体2设有控制件21,控制件21具有扣合位置和释放位置,在扣合位置时,活动件1能够与本体2磁吸配合,在释放位置时,活动件1与本体2解除磁吸关系。通过使活动件1与本体2磁吸配合,在扣合过程中,当活动件1靠近本体2时,因磁性关系,活动件1会自动吸附在本体2上;通过控制件210,可在释放位置使活动件1自动脱离本体2,实现了自动扣合及释放,使用方便。
在一实施例中,本体2包括外壳22及设置于外壳22内的磁铁组件。其中,外壳22设有能够与活动件1插接配合的锁孔221;磁铁组件包括多个依次排列并位于锁孔221底部的第一磁铁231,且相邻的第一磁铁231的极性相反;控制件21能够带动磁铁组件在扣合位置与释放位置之间移动。利用多个第一磁铁231实现对活动件1的磁吸,通过使相邻的第一磁铁231的极性相反,当多个第一磁铁231位置发生变化时,第一磁铁231与活动件1的关系也会发生变化,即磁吸关系会变为排斥关系,排斥关系会变为磁吸关系,从而实现在扣合位置时,活动件1与本体2磁吸配合,在释放位置时,活动件1与本体2解除磁吸关系。
为了使活动件1与磁铁组件磁吸配合,本申请在活动件1与锁孔221插接配合的端部设有第二磁铁11。利用第二磁铁11与第一磁铁231相互作用,可实现磁吸与排斥的关系。
示例性的,本申请在外壳22上设有两个锁孔221,活动件1为两个,两个活动件1上设置的第二磁铁11极性相同;磁铁组件包括四个第一磁铁231。在活动件1为两个的情况下,第一磁铁231可为四个,四个第一磁铁231按极性依次相反排列(如NSNS,或SNSN),当两个第二磁铁11的极性均为S时,该两个第二磁铁11分别与磁性为N的两个第一磁铁231磁性相吸。当磁性为N的两个第一磁铁231被移开,磁性为S的两个第一磁铁231移动至两个第二磁铁11下方,因极性相同,磁铁之间相互排斥,两个活动件1即从锁孔221中脱离。如此,两个活动件1可同步磁吸于本体2上,或同步与本体2解除磁吸关系。
另外,本申请在外壳22内还设置有锁舌24,锁舌24被配置为在扣合位置时勾持活动件1、在释放位置时脱离活动件1。锁舌24的设置可确保扣合时,活动件1锁紧在本体2上,防止因晃动或外力的作用而脱离本体2,提高了安全性。
可选地,锁舌24至少为两个且相对设置,相对的两个锁舌24能够相互靠近或相互远离。如此,锁舌24可从两侧将活动件1勾持或脱离活动件1的端部。
为了使磁铁组件与锁舌24均能够在扣合位置与释放位置之间移动,本申请将磁铁组件与锁舌24均设置于移动板25上,移动板25与控制件21连接,控制件21被配置为带动移动板25在扣合位置与释放位置之间移动。
为了使磁铁组件及锁舌24由释放位置快速回到扣合位置,本申请将移动板25连接一复位件26,复位件26被配置为带动移动板25从释放位置移动至扣合位置。利用复位件26可使移动板25自动快速回位,从而带动磁铁组件及锁舌24快速回到扣合位置。复位件26可为弹簧,将弹簧的第一端与移动板25连接,第二端固定住。移动板25从扣合位置移动到释放位置时,弹簧被压缩,在弹性力的作用力,弹簧反推移动板25,从而使移动板25复位。
为了使磁铁组件及锁舌24在扣合位置与释放位置之间精确地移动,本申请在外壳22上设置有限位孔222,控制件21与限位孔222滑动配合,限位孔222被配置为限制控制件21在扣合位置与释放位置之间移动的行程。通过限制控制件21的移动行程,以便精确地控制磁铁组件及锁舌24在扣合位置与释放位置之间移动。
可选的,本申请的本体2还设置有密码锁机构27。配合密码锁机构27,实现扣合。
本申请的磁性扣合装置的扣合及释放过程如图12-图16所示,扣合时,当 将活动件1拉至靠近本体2上的锁孔221位置时,第一磁铁231与第二磁铁11中的极性相反的磁铁相互吸附,活动件1的端部自动插入锁孔221中;在插入过程中,活动件1的端部抵压其两侧的锁舌24,使两侧的锁舌24往外侧敞开,活动件1的端部滑入锁舌24下方,两侧的锁舌24自动复位,紧紧勾持活动件1的端部,再通过密码锁机构27进行扣合;释放时,通过密码锁机构27解除对活动件1的卡掣,然后移动控制件21,与第二磁铁11中的极性相同的第一磁铁231移至第二磁铁11下方,勾持活动件1端部的锁舌24也脱离活动件1,因磁性相排斥,活动件1从锁孔221中脱离,实现释放。
综上,本申请的磁吸锁在扣合或释放过程中,活动件1能够自动插入锁孔221或自动从锁孔221中脱离,使用方便。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种磁性扣合装置,包括拉链片(100)和锁体(200),其中:
    所述拉链片(100)能够与所述锁体(200)磁吸配合;
    所述锁体(200)设有控制件(210),所述控制件(210)具有上锁位置和解锁位置,在所述上锁位置时,所述拉链片(100)能够与所述锁体(200)磁吸配合,在所述解锁位置时,所述拉链片(100)与所述锁体(200)解除磁吸关系。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的磁性扣合装置,其中,所述锁体(200)包括外壳(220)及设置于所述外壳(220)内的磁铁组件,其中:
    所述外壳(220)设有能够与所述拉链片(100)插接配合的锁孔(221);
    所述磁铁组件包括多个依次排列并位于所述锁孔(221)底部的第一磁铁(231),且相邻的所述第一磁铁(231)的极性相反;
    所述控制件(210)能够带动所述磁铁组件在所述上锁位置与所述解锁位置之间移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的磁性扣合装置,其中,所述拉链片(100)与所述锁孔(221)插接配合的端部设有第二磁铁(110)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的磁性扣合装置,其中,所述外壳(220)设有两个所述锁孔(221),所述拉链片(100)为两个,所述两个拉链片(100)上设置的所述第二磁铁(110)极性相同;所述磁铁组件包括四个所述第一磁铁(231)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的磁性扣合装置,其中,所述外壳(220)内还设置有锁舌(240),所述锁舌(240)被配置为在所述上锁位置时勾持所述拉链片(100),以及在所述解锁位置时脱离所述拉链片(100)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的磁性扣合装置,还包括移动板(250),所述磁铁组件与所述锁舌(240)设置于所述移动板(250)上,所述移动板(250)与所述控制件(210)连接,所述控制件(210)被配置为带动所述移动板(250)在所述上锁位置与所述解锁位置之间移动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的磁性扣合装置,其中,所述锁舌(240)至少为两个且相对设置,相对的两个所述锁舌(240)能够相互靠近或相互远离。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的磁性扣合装置,其中,所述移动板(250)连接有复位件(260),所述复位件(260)被配置为带动所述移动板(250)从所述解锁位置移动至所述上锁位置。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的磁性扣合装置,其中,所述外壳(220)上设置 有限位孔(222),所述控制件(210)与所述限位孔(222)滑动配合,所述限位孔(222)被配置为限制所述控制件(210)在所述上锁位置与所述解锁位置之间移动的行程。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的磁性扣合装置,其中,所述锁体(200)还设置有密码锁机构(270)。
  11. 一种磁性扣合装置,包括活动件(1)和本体(2),其中:
    所述活动件(1)能够与所述本体(2)磁吸配合;
    所述本体(2)设有控制件(21),所述控制件(21)具有扣合位置和释放位置,在所述扣合位置时,所述活动件(1)能够与所述本体(2)磁吸配合,在所述释放位置,所述活动件(1)与所述本体(2)接触磁吸关系。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的磁性扣合装置,其中,所述本体(2)包括外壳(22)及设置于所述外壳(22)内的磁铁组件,其中:
    所述外壳(22)设有能够与所述活动件(1)插接配合的锁孔(221);
    所述磁铁组件包括多个依次排列并位于所述锁孔(221)底部的第一磁铁(231),且相邻的所述第一磁铁(231)的极性相反;
    所述控制件(21)能够带动所述磁铁组件在所述扣合位置与所述释放位置之间移动。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的磁性扣合装置,其中,所述活动件(1)与所述锁孔(221)插接配合的端部设有第二磁铁(11)。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的磁性扣合装置,其中,所述外壳(22)设有两个所述锁孔(221),所述活动件(1)为两个,所述两个活动件(1)上设置的所述第二磁铁(11)极性相同;所述磁铁组件包括四个所述第一磁铁(231)。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的磁性扣合装置,其中,所述外壳(22)内还设置有锁舌(24),所述锁舌(24)被配置为在所述扣合位置时勾持所述活动件(1),以及在所述释放位置时脱离所述活动件(1)。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的磁性扣合装置,还包括移动板(25),所述磁铁组件与所述锁舌(24)设置于所述移动板(25)上,所述移动板(25)与所述控制件(21)连接,所述控制件(21)被配置为带动所述移动板(25)在所述扣合位置与所述释放位置之间移动。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的磁性扣合装置,其中,所述锁舌(24)至少为两个且相对设置,相对的两个所述锁舌(24)能够相互靠近或相互远离。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的磁性扣合装置,其中,所述移动板(25)连接有复位件(26),所述复位件(26)被配置为带动所述移动板(25)从所述释放位置移动至所述扣合位置。
  19. 根据权利要求12所述的磁性扣合装置,其中,所述外壳(22)上设置有限位孔(222),所述控制件(21)与所述限位孔(222)滑动配合,所述限位孔(222)被配置为限制所述控制件(21)在所述扣合位置与所述释放位置之间移动的行程。
  20. 根据权利要求11-19任一项所述的磁性扣合装置,其中,所述本体(2)还设置有密码锁机构(27)。
