本发明涉及一种带空气净化的汽车空调出风口,属于汽车技术领域。
背景技术:
汽车空气调节装置(air conditioning device)简称汽车空调,用于把汽车车厢内的温度、湿度、空气清洁度及空气流动调整和控制在最佳状态,为乘员提供舒适的乘坐环境,减少旅途疲劳;为驾驶员创造良好的工作条件,对确保安全行车起到重要作用的通风装置,一般包括制冷装置、取暖装置和通风换气装置,这种联合装置充分利用了汽车内部有限的空间,结构简单,便于操作,是国际上流行的现代化汽车空调系统。
现有技术的汽车空调出风口,在汽车空调对空气净化之后直接从出风口排出,实际上只经过一次空气净化处理并不能完全净化车内空气,影响驾驶员和乘客的健康。
发明内容:
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种带空气净化的汽车空调出风口,以解决上述背景技术中所提到的问题。
本发明的一种带空气净化的汽车空调出风口,它包括出风口本体、竖立叶片、叶片连杆、空气过滤网、多功能复合空气过滤网、紫外灭菌灯;出风口本体的前端内部上壁安装有叶片连杆,数个竖立叶片的下端安装在出风口本体的前端下方内壁上,数个竖立叶片的上端与叶片连杆互相连接,紫外灭菌灯安装在出风口本体的左侧内壁上,紫外线灭菌灯通过连接线与汽车的电源连接,空气过滤网的左右两侧外壁安装在出风 口本体末端的左右两侧内壁上,空气过滤网分为三层:第一层为静电无纺布,第二层为活性炭,第三层为静电无纺布,多功能复合空气过滤网安装在空气过滤网与数个竖立叶片之间,多功能复合空气过滤网分为四层:第一层为纳米阴离子滤网,第二层为医疗级HEPA滤网,第三层为高级活性碳滤网,第四层纳米光触媒滤网。
作为优选,所述出风口本体的前端外壁粘贴有镀铬亮条。
作为优选,所述竖立叶片的旋转角度为180°。
作为优选,所述紫外线灭菌灯的功率为15W。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:通过空气过滤网、多功能复合空气过滤网和紫外灭菌灯对空调输出的空气进行多次净化处理,使得车内的空气保持清新,给驾驶员和乘客营造舒适健康的车内环境。

如图1所示,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它包括出风口本体1、竖立叶片2、叶片连杆3、空气过滤网4、多功能复合空气过滤网5、紫外灭菌灯6;出风口本体1的前端内部上壁安装有叶片连杆3,数个竖立叶片2的下端安装在出风口本体1的前端下方内壁上,数个竖立叶片2 的上端与叶片连杆3互相连接,紫外灭菌灯6安装在出风口本体1的左侧内壁上,紫外线灭菌灯6通过连接线与汽车的电源连接,空气过滤网4的左右两侧外壁安装在出风口本体1末端的左右两侧内壁上,空气过滤网4分为三层:第一层为静电无纺布,第二层为活性炭,第三层为静电无纺布,多功能复合空气过滤网5安装在空气过滤网4与数个竖立叶片2之间,多功能复合空气过滤网5分为四层:第一层为纳米阴离子滤网,第二层为医疗级HEPA滤网,第三层为高级活性碳滤网,第四层纳米光触媒滤网。
进一步的,所述出风口本体1的前端外壁粘贴有镀铬亮条。

进一步的,所述紫外线灭菌灯6的功率为15W。
本具体实施方式的工作原理为:空调出风口装在汽车上,在使用时,空调将空气输出到空气过滤网4中,先经过静电无纺布,再经过活性炭,再经过静电无纺布;对空气进行第一次净化,第一次净化后的空气再经过多功能复合空气过滤网5中的纳米阴离子滤网,再经过医疗级HEPA滤网,再经过高级活性碳滤网,再经过纳米光触媒滤网;对空气进行第二次净化,第二次净化后的空气再通过紫外线灭菌灯6对第二次净化后的空气进行杀菌,等到第三次净化后的空气从数个竖立叶片2间飘向车内,使得车内的空气保持清新,给驾驶员和乘客营造舒适健康的车内环境。

本发明使用到的标准零件均可以从市场上购买,异形件根据说明书的和附图的记载均可以进行订制,各个零件的具体连接方式均采用现有技术中成熟的螺栓、铆钉、焊接等常规手段,机械、零件和设备均采用现有技术中,常规的型号,加上电路连接采用现有技术中常规的连接方式,在此不再详述。
