分类机构10,所述分类机构10的顶部为所述提升机9的出口处;第二输送带17,所述第二输送带17位于所述分类机构10的内部,且所述第二输送带17的顶部依次设有普通金属检测器18、重金属检测器21以及贵重金属检测器22;第三电动推杆19,所述第三电动推杆19位于所述第二输送带17的一侧,且所述第三电动推杆19的一端设有推板20;所述第三电动推杆19分别与所述普通金属检测器18、所述重金属检测器21以及所述贵重金属检测器22相对设置;回收箱23,所述回收箱23位于所述第二输送带17与所述第三电动推杆19相对的另一侧,且所述回收箱23分别与所述第三电动推杆19相对设置;电箱24,所述电箱24电性连接所述分类机构10、所述提升机9、 所述粉碎箱8、所述挤压机构3以及所述抓取机构5;可对电子垃圾中的普通金属、重金属以及贵金属进行分类回收,以便工作人员进行后续分类处理作业,有效的提高了电子垃圾的处理效率。
为了实现对于电子垃圾的挤压破碎,所述挤压机构3的内部设置第一电动推杆11,且所述第一电动推杆11的底部焊接有压板12。
为了实现对于电子垃圾的移送,所述抓取机构5的内部设置第二电动推杆13,且所述第二电动推杆13的底端焊接有固定板14;所述固定板14的底面对称设有两个转动马达15,且所述转动马达15均转动连接抓柄16。
为了将电子垃圾抓取起来,所述抓柄16的转动角度为0°-60°。
为了分拣确定后自动将电子垃圾推出,所述第三电动推杆19与所述第二输送带17之间相互垂直设置。为了对分拣后的电子垃圾进行收纳,所述回收箱23与所述第三电动推杆19均位于同一中线处。为了将不同垃圾分类收纳,所述回收箱23等距设有至少三个。
为了实现自动送料、前期加工,所述垃圾箱6设有若干个,且所述垃圾箱6的内部中心线处设有所述挤压机构3、所述抓取机构5。
为了将电子垃圾送至粉碎区域,所述抓取机构5位于所述进料斗801的顶部。
为了使得所有的电子垃圾均会经过各个检测区域,所述第二输送带17贯穿于所述普通金属检测器18、所述重金属检测器21以及所述贵重金属检测器22的内部。
本发明在使用时,工人将电子垃圾装在所述垃圾箱6中,然后将所述垃圾箱6放在所述第一输送带7上,输送带将所述垃圾箱6送至前期加工区域,随后第一电动推杆11带动压板12向下运动,对电子垃圾进行挤压破碎作业,随后所述转动马达15带动所述抓柄16张开,所述第二电动推杆13带动所述抓柄16下移,当进入电子垃圾内时,所述转动马达15带动所述抓柄16闭合抓取垃圾,所述第二电动小车4带动所述抓取机构5位移至所述进料斗801上方,随后所述抓取机构5张开放下垃圾,垃圾进入所述粉碎箱8后,在所述粉碎刀片802的作用下被快速粉碎,最后通过所述提升机9送至所述分类机构10,所述普通金属检测器18、所述重金属检测器21以及所述贵金属检测器22可对所述第二输送带17上的电子垃圾进行检测,当发现对应的金属时,相对位置处的所述第三电动推杆19便会带动所述推板20向前运动,将电子垃圾推至所述回收箱23内,实现分拣。
与相关技术相比较,本发明提供的电子垃圾粉碎筛选装置具有如下有益效果:
本发明提供一种电子垃圾粉碎筛选装置,可实现对于电子垃圾在各个工序之间自动 转移,有效的提高了垃圾处理效率,能够满足流水线加工的需求;所述挤压机构3可对电子垃圾进行前期挤压破碎,使得电子垃圾的体积变小,便于后期粉碎加工;可对电子垃圾中的普通金属、重金属以及贵金属进行分类回收,以便工作人员进行后续分类处理作业,并且确定有金属时,对应位置的电动推杆便会将垃圾自动推出,有效的提高了电子垃圾的筛选效率。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子垃圾粉碎筛选装置,其特征在于,包括:
    移动轨道(1);
    第一移动小车(2),所述第一移动小车(2)与所述移动轨道(1)的底部滑动连接;
    挤压机构(3),所述挤压机构(3)固定于所述第一移动小车(2)的底面;
    第二移动小车(4),所述第二移动小车(4)与所述移动轨道(1)的底部滑动连接,且所述第二移动小车(4)设于所述第一移动小车(2)的一侧;
    抓取机构(5),所述抓取机构(5)安装于所述第二移动小车(4)的底面;
    垃圾箱(6),所述垃圾箱(6)的顶部垂直设有所述挤压机构(3)、所述抓取机构(5),且所述垃圾箱(6)设于第一输送带(7)的顶部;
    粉碎箱(8),所述粉碎箱(8)位于所述移动轨道(1)的一侧,且所述粉碎箱(8)的内部设有粉碎刀片(802);所述粉碎箱(8)的侧壁安装有进料斗(801),且所述粉碎箱(8)与所述进料斗(801)相对的另一侧壁设有出料斗(803);
    提升机(9),所述提升机(9)的入口处位于所述出料斗(803)的底部;
    分类机构(10),所述分类机构(10)的顶部为所述提升机(9)的出口处;
    第二输送带(17),所述第二输送带(17)位于所述分类机构(10)的内部,且所述第二输送带(17)的顶部依次设有普通金属检测器(18)、重金属检测器(21)以及贵重金属检测器(22);
    第三电动推杆(19),所述第三电动推杆(19)位于所述第二输送带(17)的一侧,且所述第三电动推杆(19)的一端设有推板(20);所述第三电动推杆(19)分别与所述普通金属检测器(18)、所述重金属检测器(21)以及所述贵重金属检测器(22)相对设置;
    回收箱(23),所述回收箱(23)位于所述第二输送带(17)与所述第三电动推杆(19)相对的另一侧,且所述回收箱(23)分别与所述第三电动推杆(19)相对设置;
    电箱(24),所述电箱(24)电性连接所述分类机构(10)、所述提升机(9)、所述粉碎箱(8)、所述挤压机构(3)以及所述抓取机构(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子垃圾粉碎筛选装置,其特征在于,所述挤压机构(3)的内部设置第一电动推杆(11),且所述第一电动推杆(11)的底部焊接有压板(12)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子垃圾粉碎筛选装置,其特征在于,所述抓取机构(5)的内部设置第二电动推杆(13),且所述第二电动推杆(13)的底端焊接有固定板(14);所述固定板(14)的底面对称设有两个转动马达(15),且所述转动马达(15)均转动连接抓柄(16)。
  4. 根据权利要求1或3所述的电子垃圾粉碎筛选装置,其特征在于,所述抓柄(16)的转动角度为0°-60°。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子垃圾粉碎筛选装置,其特征在于,所述第三电动推杆(19)与所述第二输送带(17)之间相互垂直设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子垃圾粉碎筛选装置,其特征在于,所述回收箱(23)与所述第三电动推杆(19)均位于同一中线处。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电子垃圾粉碎筛选装置,其特征在于,所述垃圾箱(6)设有若干个,且所述垃圾箱(6)的内部中心线处设有所述挤压机构(3)、所述抓取机构(5)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电子垃圾粉碎筛选装置,其特征在于,所述抓取机构(5)位于所述进料斗(801)的顶部。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电子垃圾粉碎筛选装置,其特征在于,所述回收箱(23)等距设有至少三个。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的电子垃圾粉碎筛选装置,其特征在于,所述第二输送带(17)贯穿于所述普通金属检测器(18)、所述重金属检测器(21)以及所述贵重金属检测器(22)的内部。
