Description
本发明涉及机动车安全技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种用于机动车的安全带卷收器以及一种包括这样的安全带卷收器的安全带装置。
在机动车中,安全带装置是乘员约束系统中的重要组成部分,特别是在交通事故中可以为乘员提供保护,避免乘员受到伤害或将伤害降低到最小程度。随着机动车技术的发展和进步,对机动车的乘坐舒适性的期望和要求越来越高。特别是在机动车内室中的噪音方面,在机动车运行时尽可能高的安静性是值得期望的。安全带卷收器可以具有车感装置,所述车感装置可以包括一些金属零件,它们在机动车运行时由于路面不平等因素有可能相互碰撞,这引起一定的噪音。特别是当安全带卷收器在机动车中安装在靠近人耳的区域中时,由车感装置引起的噪音对于乘员是较干扰性的,这不利地影响乘坐舒适性。
在机动车中通常配备多个安全带装置。然而,并非所有的安全带装置都会被同时使用。对于未被使用的安全带装置,可以采取措施来抑制相应的安全带装置的车感装置,以便减小或者甚至消除由相应的车感装置引起的噪音。
专利文献CN1754724B说明一种安全带卷收器,其具有车感装置和抑制机构。在机动车中,在安全带装置未被使用时,所述抑制机构能抑制车感装置,使得车感装置的零件的相互碰撞可以被避免。在这种现有技术的安全带卷收器中,抑制机构具有许多零件,它们要被巧妙地设计,以便能够相互组装和相互配合。这种安全带卷收器的零件数量较多,组装较复杂,稳健性有提高的空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提出一种用于机动车的安全带卷收器以及一种包括这样的安全带卷收器的安全带装置,其中,所述安全带卷收器在能够实现降噪的同时具有较简单的结构和较少的零件数量并且是装配友好的。
按本发明的第一方面,建议一种用于机动车的安全带卷收器,其包括:
支架;
芯轴,所述芯轴可转动地支承在支架中并且在卷收方向上被偏压;
锁止机构,所述锁止机构构造成用于,在激活状态中在退卷方向上锁止所述芯轴并且在去活状态中释放所述芯轴;
车感装置,所述车感装置构造成用于感应机动车的安全相关的工作状态,所述车感装置具有活动部件;和
抑制机构,所述抑制机构包括减速机构,所述减速机构具有输入元件和输出元件,所述输入元件与芯轴抗转动地连接;
所述输出元件具有工作面;
所述抑制机构包括从动件、与所述从动件运动耦合的抑制部件以及复位弹簧,所述从动件能被所述输出元件的工作面操纵,所述复位弹簧在使所述抑制部件释放所述活动部件的方向上偏压所述从动件;
其中,在所述芯轴的预定的静止位置上,所述输出元件的工作面操纵所述从动件,使得所述抑制部件处于抑制所述活动部件的位置上;
其中,沿退卷方向,在所述芯轴的从所述静止位置起的预定的转动行程之后,所述抑制部件离开抑制所述活动部件的位置。
在按照本发明的安全带卷收器中,例如与前述的现有技术相比,可以省去一个单独的凸轮盘,因此也可能的是,使得用于抑制车感装置的车感功能的抑制机构的其他部件可以较简单地构成,与抑制机构相关的装配操作可以是较友好的,因此也使得安全带卷收器在工作时的稳健性得到改进。
在现有技术中已知一些用于安全带卷收器的车感装置和锁止机构。相关的现有技术例如可以参见专利文献EP2621767B1和CN104755331A以及前述的专利文献CN1754724B。
车感装置例如可以感应机动车的以下工作参数之中的任一个或多个:机动车的纵向加速度、纵向减速度、纵倾角度、侧倾角度、离心加速度、横摆角速度,或者可以综合地感应多个工作参数,例如可以感应机动车的合成的加速度。
车感装置的活动部件例如可以包括能在凹窝中滚动的感应钢球,或者能在滚道中滚动的滚柱,或者能在滑动面上滑动的滑块,或者具有预定惯性的摆动元件等等。
在一些实施方式中,所述输出元件可以具有集成的凸缘,所述凸缘的外周面构成所述工作面。在另外一些实施方式中,所述工作面可以通过与所述输出元件集成的弧形的面状元件构成。所述凸缘例如可以通过注塑方法与所述输出元件一体地构成。在 另外一些实施方式中,所述凸缘和所述输出元件可以首先单独地制造并且然后材料锁合地固定在一起,例如通过粘接或焊接。
在一些实施方式中,沿退卷方向,在所述芯轴的预定的转动行程之后,所述从动件脱离所述输出元件的工作面。
在一些实施方式中,沿退卷方向,在所述芯轴的预定的转动行程之后,所述从动件可以继续靠置在输出元件的工作面上,此时,所述工作面的相应的区段以减小的程度挤压所述从动件,使得所述抑制部件离开抑制所述活动部件的位置。
在安全带卷收器在机动车中的安装状态下,所述芯轴可以具有静止位置,在所述静止位置上,具有安全带卷收器和织带的安全带装置是未被使用的。
在一些实施方式中,所述减速机构可以构成为摆动齿轮机构,所述摆动齿轮机构包括与芯轴抗转动地连接的作为输入元件的偏心轮、作为输出元件的摆动齿轮和静止的齿圈,所述摆动齿轮通过所述偏心轮相对于所述芯轴的转动轴线偏心地支承,并且所述摆动齿轮与所述齿圈啮合。在另外一些实施方式中,所述减速机构可以构成为圆柱齿轮机构或者行星齿轮机构。
在一些实施方式中,所述抑制机构可以具有触发盘,所述触发盘可以具有凹槽,所述触发盘可转动地支承,并且所述触发盘能在克服阻力的情况下被转动。所述阻力例如可以是摩擦力、弹簧力或者电磁力。
在一些实施方式中,所述输出元件可以具有传动凸起,所述传动凸起伸入到所述凹槽中,并且能在所述凹槽的两个端部之间自由地运动。
在一些实施方式中,所述传动凸起可以构成为传动销。
在一些实施方式中,所述传动凸起可以设置在凸缘的轴向的端面上。
在一些实施方式中,所述触发盘可以具有工作面,所述触发盘的工作面可以构造成用于,在从动件与所述输出元件的工作面脱离时,支撑所述从动件。
在一些实施方式中,所述从动件可以具有止动元件,所述触发盘的工作面可以具有凹部,所述触发盘的工作面和所述止动元件可以构造成:
-沿退卷方向在所述芯轴的预定的转动行程之后并且在所述芯轴的预定的最大退卷位置之前,所述从动件在所述凹部之外支撑在所述触发盘的工作面上,所述止动元件不起作用;并且
-在所述芯轴的最大退卷位置上,所述从动件支撑在所述凹部中,所述止动元件导致所述锁止机构的激活。
在一些实施方式中,所述止动元件可以构成为棘爪。
在一些实施方式中,所述从动件可以构成为可枢转地支承的从动件。在另外一些实施方式中,所述从动件可以构成为能线性运动的从动件。
在一些实施方式中,所述从动件可以具有支撑臂,所述支撑臂构造成用于靠置在所述输出元件的工作面上。
在一些实施方式中,在所述芯轴的预定的静止位置上,所述支撑臂在与所述输出元件的工作面的沿退卷方向位于前面的端部邻近的区域中靠置在所述输出元件的工作面上。因此可以使得工作面被紧凑地设计。
在一些实施方式中,所述从动件可以具有支撑臂,所述支撑臂构造成用于靠置在所述输出元件的工作面上和用于靠置在所述触发盘的工作面上。
在另外一些实施方式中,所述从动件可以具有两个支撑臂,其中一个支撑臂构造成用于靠置在所述输出元件的工作面上,并且另一个支撑臂构造成用于靠置在所述触发盘的工作面上。

在一些实施方式中,所述齿圈可以与所述侧盖抗转动地连接,例如两者可以通过注塑被一体地成型。

在一些实施方式中,所述最大退卷位置可以是一个芯轴位置,在安全带卷收器在机动车中的安装状态下,在所述芯轴位置上被拉出的织带长度大于或等于在安全带装置的按规定的佩戴状态下被拉出的织带长度。这对于在机动车中安置有儿童座椅的情况可以是特别有利的,其中,在约束坐在儿童座椅上的儿童的情况下可以实现织带在拉出方向上的自动的锁止。
具有这种安全带卷收器的安全带装置在机动车中的未使用的状态下,车感装置的车感功能被抑制机构抑制,因此可以实现降噪。当安全带装置被佩戴时,车感装置可以恢复车感功能,因此可以符合需要地提供车感功能。
在一些实施方式中,所述车感装置可以包括底座、能在所述底座中活动的感应元件和活动地支承在所述底座中的止动元件,所述感应元件在所述底座中能占据静止的初始位置并且能响应于机动车运行状态地运动,所述止动元件能占据静止的初始位置并且能被所述感应元件抬起,所述止动元件构造成用于,在从其静止位置抬起到预定位置时,导致所述锁止机构的激活。在一些实施方式中,所述车感装置的止动元件可以构成为棘爪。
在一些实施方式中,所述感应元件可以构成为感应钢球,所述底座可以具有凹窝,所述感应钢球能响应于机动车运行状态地在所述凹窝中滚动。
在一些实施方式中,所述感应装置的止动元件可以构成为爪式元件。在一些实施方式中,该爪式元件可枢转地支承在所述底座中。在一些实施方式中,所述爪式元件可以盖住所述凹窝和接纳在所述凹窝中的感应钢球。在另外一些实施方式中,所述感应装置的止动元件可以构成为能线性运动的止动元件。
在一些实施方式中,所述锁止机构可以包括触发锁止机构和主锁止机构,其中,触发锁止机构具有较小的工作载荷,因此可以较弱地设计,主锁止机构具有较大的工作载荷,因此需要较结实地设计。
在一些实施方式中,所述锁止机构可以包括锁止盘,所述锁止盘的止动能导致所述芯轴在退卷方向上的锁止。
在一些实施方式中,所述安全带卷收器可以具有以下技术特征的组合:
所述锁止机构包括锁止爪,所述锁止盘具有锁止槽,所述锁止槽具有径向内部的端部和径向外部的端部,所述锁止爪被所述锁止槽引导并且在朝锁止槽的径向内部的端部的方向上被偏压;
所述支架具有齿部;
所述芯轴具有空缺部,所述空缺部接纳所述锁止爪;
其中,所述锁止爪在朝锁止槽的径向外部的端部的方向上运动时能与所述齿部啮合,使得所述锁止爪被止动并且因此所述芯轴在退卷方向上被锁止。
按本发明的第二方面,建议一种用于机动车的安全带装置,所述安全带装置包括织带和根据本发明第一方面的用于机动车的安全带卷收器,其中,所述安全带卷收器的芯轴是所述织带的卷轴。
在此需要指出的是,上面提及的各技术特征和下面将要提及的各技术特征可以任意地相互组合,只要它们不是相互矛盾的。所有在技术上可行的特征组合都是在本申请中明确地包含的技术内容。
下面借助于具体实施方式参照附图更详细地说明本发明。示意性的附图简要说明如下:

首先参照图1~3说明按本发明的一种实施方式的安全带卷收器。在图1中,织带12用虚线示意性地表示,芯轴1可转动地支承在支架4中。用于接纳卷簧的端盖13 可以固定在支架4的一个端面上,所述卷簧可以在卷收方向上偏压芯轴1,使得织带12在没有外部拉力的情况下被卷绕在芯轴1上,在外部拉力能克服卷簧的弹簧力的情况下,织带12从芯轴1拉出。

在一种替代的实施方式中,也可以设置两个单独的部件,其中一个是属于锁止机构100的止动元件,另一个是属于车感装置6的抬起元件,该抬起元件能够操纵该止动元件。
安全带卷收器可以包括侧盖5,该侧盖可以视为安全带卷收器的壳体部件,安全带卷收器的部分零件可以被侧盖5遮盖和保护。所述侧盖5可以固定在所述支架4上。在如图1所述的实施方式中,车感装置6、锁止装置100和抑制机构200可以被侧盖5遮盖,其中,车感装置6安装在侧盖5中的区段5.5中。
安全带卷收器具有抑制机构200,该抑制机构可以在需要时抑制车感装置的车感功能,实现降噪,并且可以在需要时释放车感装置的车感功能,实现机动车的安全相关的工作状态的感应,并且在必要时激活锁止装置的锁止功能。
所述抑制机构200可以包括减速机构,所述减速机构具有输入元件7和输出元件8。所述减速机构可以构成为摆动齿轮机构,其中,所述输入元件7可以构成为偏心轮并且与芯轴1抗转动地连接,所述输出元件8可以构成为摆动齿轮并且具有集成的扇形的凸缘8.1,所述凸缘的外周面构成工作面,在侧盖5中可以设有静止的齿圈5.1。所述摆动齿轮通过所述偏心轮相对于所述芯轴1的转动轴线偏心地支承,并且所述摆动齿轮与所述齿圈5.1啮合。
在如图1所示的实施方式中,所述抑制机构200具有触发盘9,所述触发盘具有凹槽9.1,所述触发盘可转动地支承。所述输出元件8具有传动凸起8.2,所述传动凸起伸入到所述凹槽9.1中,并且能在所述凹槽9.1的两个端部9.3、9.4之间自由地运动。所述触发盘9具有工作面。所述触发盘9的工作面具有凹部9.2。

在图2和图3中省略了侧盖5的区段5.5。如由图2和图3可见,所述侧盖5具有底面5.4和从所述底面伸出的突起。所述输入元件7具有法兰面7.2,所述输出元件8在轴向方向上支撑在所述输入元件7的法兰面7.2上。所述输入元件7具有第一卡扣元件7.1并且可转动地支承在所述突起上。所述突起具有与所述底面5.4隔开的第一轴段5.2和与所述底面5.4邻接的第二轴段5.3以及设置在所述突起的端部上的第二卡扣元件5.2.1。由于第一轴段相对于第二轴段减小的直径,在突起上形成法兰面5.2.2。所述第一卡扣元件7.1和所述第二卡扣元件5.2.1形成卡扣连接,使得所述输入元件7和所述突起在轴向方向上相互固定。所述第一卡扣元件7.1围绕所述第一轴段5.2。通过所述输入元件7的法兰面7.2和所述卡扣连接,所述输出元件8将所述触发盘9压靠在所述底面5.4上,使得所述触发盘9能在克服摩擦力的情况下相对于所述底面5.4转动。
下面借助于图4~9说明按本发明的安全带卷收器的抑制机构200的工作过程。
在图4所示的工作状态中,芯轴1处于预定的静止位置上。在具有安全带卷收器和织带12的安全带装置在机动车中的安装状态下,在安全带装置未被佩戴时,织带12在安全带卷收器的卷簧的弹簧力的作用下最大程度地卷收在芯轴1上,所述芯轴1处于预定的静止位置上。在图1所述的状态中,从动件10的支撑臂10.1靠置在输出元件8的凸缘8.1的工作面上并且接近该工作面的沿退卷方向位于前面的端部8.1.1,传动凸起8.2挡靠在凹槽9.1的端部9.3上,抑制部件11.1挤压车感装置6的止动元件6.3,使得车感装置6被抑制,从而可以实现降噪。
从图4所示状态出发,芯轴1沿退卷方向转动,输出元件8以预定的减速比沿与退卷方向对应的第一方向D1转动,到达图5所示状态。与此相应地,织带12被拉出一定的长度。输出元件8的凸缘8.1的工作面继续支撑从动件10的支撑臂10.1,抑制部件11.1继续挤压车感装置6的止动元件6.3,从动件10的支撑臂10.1接近输出元件8的凸缘8.1的工作面的沿退卷方向或者说第一方向位于后面的端部8.1.2。
从图5所示状态出发,芯轴1继续沿退卷方向转动,输出元件8以预定的减速比 沿第一方向D1转动,并且到达如图6所示的状态,其中,输出元件8的凸缘8.1的工作面刚刚以其端部8.1.2离开支撑臂10.1,并且支撑臂10.1在复位弹簧11的作用下靠置在触发盘9的工作面上。抑制部件11.1在从动件10的带动下离开车感装置6的止动元件6.3,于是车感装置6的车感功能恢复。
芯轴1从图4所示状态到图6所示状态在退卷方向上经历了第一行程,织带12与芯轴1的第一行程相对应地被拉出第一长度。触发盘9在静摩擦力的作用下保持不动,传动凸起8.2在凹槽9.1中自由运动。
从图6所示状态出发,芯轴1继续沿退卷方向转动,输出元件8以预定的减速比沿第一方向D1转动,并且到达如图7所示状态,其中,支撑臂10.1继续靠置在触发盘9的工作面上,车感装置6继续有效,传动凸起8.2挡靠在凹槽9.1的端部9.4上。
从图7所示状态出发,芯轴1继续沿退卷方向转动,触发盘9被传动凸起8.2沿第一方向D1带动,直至到达如图8所示状态,其中,支撑臂10.1在复位弹簧11的作用下进入触发盘9的工作面的凹部9.2中,此时,止动元件10.2与锁止盘2的棘齿2.2接合,因此激活锁止装置100,使得芯轴1不能继续沿退卷方向转动,芯轴1到达最大退卷位置,织带12到达最大拉出长度。在安全带装置在机动车中被乘员按规定地佩戴时,芯轴1的位置可以对应于图4所示状态与图8所示状态之间的状态,尤其是在儿童座椅的情况下可以对应于图8所示状态。
从图8所示状态出发,在解除安全带装置的佩戴时,芯轴1在卷簧的复位力的作用下沿卷收方向持续地转动,输出元件8以预定的减速比在与第一方向D1相反的第二方向D2上转动,传动凸起8.2离开凹槽9.1的端部9.4,在凹槽9.1中自由运动,直至挡靠在凹槽9.1的端部9.3上,锁止盘9保持不动。然后,传动凸起8.2在第二方向D2上带动锁止盘9,使得支撑臂10.1从凹部9.2脱离。当芯轴1沿卷收方向转动到图9所示状态时,支撑臂10.1脱离锁止盘9的工作面,支撑臂10.1到达输出元件8的工作面的端部8.1.2。输出元件8的凸缘8.2的工作面再次支撑从动件10的支撑臂10.1,使得抑制部件11.1重新挤压车感装置6的止动元件6.3。在卷簧的复位力的作用下,芯轴1可以沿卷收方向从图9所示状态返回到如图4所示的预定的静止位置上。
最后要指出的是,具体实施方式仅仅用于理解本发明,而不对本发明的保护范围构成限制。对于本领域技术人员来说,在具体实施方式的基础上可以做出修改,这些修改都不脱离本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种用于机动车的安全带卷收器,其包括:支架(4);芯轴(1),所述芯轴可转动地支承在支架(4)中并且在卷收方向上被偏压;锁止机构(100),所述锁止机构构造成用于,在激活状态中在退卷方向上锁止所述芯轴(1)并且在去活状态中释放所述芯轴(1);车感装置(6),所述车感装置构造成用于感应机动车的安全相关的工作状态,所述车感装置具有活动部件;和抑制机构(200),所述抑制机构包括减速机构,所述减速机构具有输入元件(7)和输出元件(8),所述输入元件与芯轴(1)抗转动地连接;其特征在于,所述输出元件(8)具有工作面;所述抑制机构(200)包括从动件(10)、与所述从动件(10)运动耦合的抑制部件(11.1)以及复位弹簧(11),所述从动件(10)能被所述输出元件(8)的工作面操纵,所述复位弹簧(11)在使所述抑制部件(11.1)释放所述活动部件的方向上偏压所述从动件(10);其中,在所述芯轴(1)的预定的静止位置上,所述输出元件(8)的工作面操纵所述从动件(10),使得所述抑制部件(11.1)处于抑制所述活动部件的位置上;其中,沿退卷方向,在所述芯轴(1)的从所述静止位置起的预定的转动行程之后,所述抑制部件(11.1)离开抑制所述活动部件的位置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于机动车的安全带卷收器,其特征在于,所述输出元件(8)具有集成的凸缘(8.1),所述凸缘的外周面构成所述工作面;和/或沿退卷方向,在所述芯轴(1)的预定的转动行程之后,所述从动件(10)脱离所述输出元件(8)的工作面;和/或所述减速机构构成为摆动齿轮机构,所述摆动齿轮机构包括与芯轴(1)抗转动地连接的作为输入元件(7)的偏心轮、作为输出元件(8)的摆动齿轮和静止的齿圈(5.1),所述摆动齿轮通过所述偏心轮相对于所述芯轴(1)的转动轴线偏心地支承,并且所述摆动齿轮与所述齿圈(5.1)啮合;和/或所述抑制机构(200)具有触发盘(9),所述触发盘具有凹槽(9.1),所述触发盘可转动地支承,并且所述触发盘能在克服阻力的情况下被转动;和/或所述输出元件(8)具有传动凸起(8.2),所述传动凸起伸入到所述凹槽(9.1)中,并且能在所述凹槽(9.1)的两个端部(9.3、9.4)之间自由地运动;和/或所述触发盘(9)具有工作面,所述触发盘的工作面构造成用于,在从动件(10)与所述输出元件(8)的工作面脱离时,支撑所述从动件(10)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的用于机动车的安全带卷收器,其特征在于,所述从动件(10)具有止动元件(10.2),所述触发盘(9)的工作面具有凹部(9.2),所述触发盘(9)的工作面和所述止动元件(10.2)构造成:-沿退卷方向在所述芯轴(1)的预定的转动行程之后并且在所述芯轴(1)的预定的最大退卷位置之前,所述从动件(10)在所述凹部(9.2)之外支撑在所述触发盘(9)的工作面上,所述止动元件(10.2)不起作用;并且-在所述芯轴(1)的最大退卷位置上,所述从动件(10)支撑在所述凹部(9.2)中,所述止动元件(10.2)导致所述锁止机构(100)的激活;和/或所述止动元件(10.2)构成为棘爪;和/或所述从动件(10)构成为可枢转地支承的从动件;和/或所述从动件(10)具有支撑臂(10.1),所述支撑臂构造成用于靠置在所述输出元件(8)的工作面上;和/或所述从动件(10)具有支撑臂(10.1),所述支撑臂构造成用于靠置在所述输出元件(8)的工作面上和用于靠置在所述触发盘(9)的工作面上;和/或在所述芯轴的预定的静止位置上,所述支撑臂(10.1)在与所述输出元件(8)的工作面的沿退卷方向位于前面的端部(8.1.1)邻近的区域中靠置在所述输出元件(8)的工作面上。
- 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的用于机动车的安全带卷收器,其特征在于,所述抑制部件是所述从动件(10)的一体的弹性的组成部分,或者所述抑制部件构成为所述复位弹簧(11)的悬臂部分;和/或所述安全带卷收器具有侧盖(5),所述侧盖固定在所述支架(4)上;优选地,所述侧盖(5)具有底面(5.4)和从所述底面伸出的突起,所述输入元件(7)可转动地支承在所述突起上;优选地,所述输入元件(7)具有第一卡扣元件(7.1),并且所述突起具有第二卡扣元件(5.2.1),所述第一卡扣元件和所述第二卡扣元件形成卡扣连接,使得所述输入元件(7)和所述突起在轴向方向上相互固定。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的用于机动车的安全带卷收器,其特征在于,所述输入元件(7)具有法兰面(7.2),所述输出元件(8)在轴向方向上支撑在所述输入元件(7)的法兰面(7.2)上;和/或所述安全带卷收器具有侧盖(5),所述侧盖固定在所述支架(4)上,所述侧盖(5)具有底面(5.4)和从所述底面伸出的突起,所述触发盘(9)可转动地支承在所述突起上;和/或所述触发盘(9)被压靠在所述底面(5.4)上,使得所述触发盘(9)能在克服摩擦力的情况下相对于所述底面(5.4)转动;和/或所述输入元件(7)具有第一卡扣元件(7.1),并且所述突起具有第二卡扣元件(5.2.1),所述第一卡扣元件和所述第二卡扣元件形成卡扣连接,使得所述输入元件(7)和所述突起在轴向方向上相互固定;和/或所述输入元件(7)具有法兰面(7.2),所述输出元件(8)在轴向方向上支撑在所述输入元件(7)的法兰面(7.2)上;和/或通过所述输入元件(7)的法兰面(7.2)和所述卡扣连接,所述输出元件(8)将所述触发盘(9)压靠在所述底面(5.4)上;和/或所述突起具有与所述底面隔开的第一轴段(5.2)和与所述底面邻接的第二轴段(5.3),所述触发盘(9)可转动地套装在所述第二轴段(5.3)上,所述第一卡扣元件(7.1)围绕所述第一轴段(5.2),所述第二卡扣元件(5.2.1)设置在所述突起的端部上;和/或所述安全带卷收器具有侧盖(5),所述侧盖固定在所述支架(4)上,所述齿圈(5.1)与所述侧盖(5)抗转动地连接。
- 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的用于机动车的安全带卷收器,其特征在于,所述减速机构构成为摆动齿轮机构,所述摆动齿轮机构包括与芯轴(1)抗转动地连接的作为输入元件(7)的偏心轮、作为输出元件(8)的摆动齿轮和齿圈(5.1),所述摆动齿轮通过所述偏心轮相对于所述芯轴(1)的转动轴线偏心地支承,并且所述摆动齿轮与所述齿圈(5.1)啮合,所述摆动齿轮具有集成的扇形的凸缘(8.1),所述凸缘的外周面构成所述工作面,所述摆动齿轮具有传动凸起(8.2),所述偏心轮具有第一卡扣元件(7.1),所述偏心轮具有法兰面(7.2),所述摆动齿轮在轴向方向上支撑在所述偏心轮的法兰面上;所述抑制机构(200)具有触发盘(9),所述触发盘具有凹槽(9.1),所述传动凸起伸入到所述凹槽(9.1)中,并且能在所述凹槽的两个端部(9.3、9.4)之间自由地运动,所述触发盘(9)具有工作面,所述触发盘的工作面构造成用于,在从动件(10)与摆动齿轮的工作面脱离时,支撑所述从动件(10);并且所述安全带卷收器具有侧盖(5),所述侧盖固定在所述支架(4)上,所述齿圈(5.1)与所述侧盖(5)抗转动地连接,所述侧盖(5)具有底面(5.4)和从所述底面伸出的突起,所述突起具有与所述底面隔开的第一轴段(5.2)和与所述底面邻接的第二轴段(5.3)以及设置在所述突起的端部上的第二卡扣元件(5.2.1);其中,所述触发盘(9)可转动地套装在所述第二轴段(5.3)上,所述第一卡扣元件(7.1)围绕所述第一轴段(5.2);其中,所述第一卡扣元件(7.1)和所述第二卡扣元件(5.2.1)形成卡扣连接,使得所述偏心轮和所述突起在轴向方向上相互固定,通过所述偏心轮的法兰面(7.2)和所述卡扣连接,所述摆动齿轮将所述触发盘(9)压靠在所述底面(5.4)上,使得所述触发盘能在克服摩擦力的情况下相对于所述底面(5.4)被转动。
- 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的用于机动车的安全带卷收器,其特征在于,所述车感装置(6)包括底座(6.2)、能在所述底座中活动的感应元件(6.1)和活动地支承在所述底座中的止动元件(6.3),所述感应元件(6.1)在所述底座(6.2)中能占据静止的初始位置并且能响应于机动车运行状态地运动,所述止动元件(6.3)能占据静止的初始位置并且能被所述感应元件(6.1)抬起,所述止动元件(6.3)构造成用于,在从其静止位置抬起到预定位置时,导致所述锁止机构(100)的激活;优选地,所述感应元件(6.1)构成为感应钢球,所述底座(6.2)具有凹窝,所述感应钢球能响应于机动车运行状态地在所述凹窝中滚动;优选地,所述止动元件(6.3)构成为爪式元件,该爪式元件可枢转地支承在所述底座(6.2)中,所述爪式元件盖住所述凹窝和接纳在所述凹窝中的感应钢球。
- 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的用于机动车的安全带卷收器,其特征在于,所述锁止机构(100)包括锁止盘(2),所述锁止盘的止动能导致所述芯轴(1)在退卷方向上的锁止。
- 根据权利要求8所述的用于机动车的安全带卷收器,其特征在于,所述锁止机构(100)包括锁止爪(3),所述锁止盘(2)具有锁止槽(2.1),所述锁止槽(2.1)具有径向内部的端部和径向外部的端部,所述锁止爪(3)被所述锁止槽(2.1)引导并且在朝锁止槽的径向内部的端部的方向上被偏压;所述支架(4)具有齿部(4.1);所述芯轴(1)具有空缺部(1.1),所述空缺部接纳所述锁止爪(3);其中,所述锁止爪(3)在朝锁止槽的径向外部的端部的方向上运动时能与所述齿部(4.1)啮合,使得所述锁止爪(3)被止动并且因此所述芯轴(1)在退卷方向上被锁止。
- 一种用于机动车的安全带装置,所述安全带装置包括织带,其特征在于,所述安全带装置包括根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的用于机动车的安全带卷收器,其中,所述安全带卷收器的芯轴(1)是所述织带的卷轴。
