另外,目前可翻转汽车座椅头枕的设计,其结构上都十分相似,都是由头枕骨架及可翻转的壳体核心件和解锁机构构成,但是它们都存在当其汽车受到严重的正面或后面撞击时, 自动解锁的风险,不能满足乘坐者对于安全的要求。另外现有的壳翻转头枕结构都比较复杂,成本也比较高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对现有可翻转头枕所存在的当汽车受到严重的正面或后面撞击时自动解锁的风险和结构复杂、成本高的问题而提供一种安全性好、结构简单、成本低廉的翻转头枕。
本发明所要解决的技术问题可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种翻转头枕,包括头枕本体和头枕插杆,所述头枕本体包覆并铰接在所述头枕插杆的横杆上,所述头枕插杆的两竖杆插入到座椅中,其特征在于;还包括:
一固定在所述头枕插杆的横杆上并位于所述头枕本体内的定齿;所述定齿上设置有头枕本体锁止部、头枕本体转动齿部和头枕本体翻转后锁止部,
一套设在所述头枕插杆的横杆上并位于所述头枕本体内的扭簧,所述扭簧的一端作用在所述定齿上,扭簧的另一端作用在所述头枕本体上;
一轴设在所述头枕本体内的转动齿,所述转动齿具有一转动齿部,所述转动齿部与所述定齿上的头枕本体锁止部配合作用时,所述头枕本体被锁止在初始使用位置;所述转动齿部与所述定齿上的头枕本体转动齿部配合作用时,所述头枕本体处于可翻转位置;所述转动齿部与所述定齿上的头枕本体翻转后锁止部配合作用时,所述头枕本体被锁止在翻平位置;
一复位弹性元件,所述复位弹性元件的一端作用在所述转动齿上,复位弹性元件的另一端作用在所述头枕本体上;所述复位弹性元件迫使所述转动齿上的转动齿部始终与所述定齿上的头枕本体锁止部、头枕本体转动齿部和头枕本体翻转后锁止部之间具有一定的接触压力。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述头枕本体转动齿部位于所述头枕本体锁止部和头枕本体翻转后锁止部之间。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述头枕本体锁止部由一扇形缺口构成,所述扇形缺口由一段凸弧和位于所述凸弧两端的一条第一锁止直边、一条锁止凹弧边围成,其中所述第一锁止直边与所述头枕本体转动齿部邻接,所述第一锁止直边与所述锁止凹弧边围成一第一锁止凹角;所述头枕本体转动齿部由一段凸型圆弧构成,所述凸型圆弧的一端与所述第一锁止直边连接;所述头枕本体翻转后锁止部由一条直形边与所述凸型圆弧的另一端所围成的第二锁止凹角构成;所述转动齿部由一段第一锁止弧、一段滑动配合凹弧、一端第二锁止弧组成, 其中第一锁止弧的一端与所述滑动配合凹弧的一端连接,所述第二锁止弧与所述滑动配合凹弧的另一端连接并与所述滑动配合凹弧的另一端围成一锁止凸角;
所述头枕本体被锁止在使用状态时,所述转动齿部中的锁止凸角插入到所述头枕本体锁止部中的第一锁止凹角中,所述第二锁止弧与所述第一锁止直边锁止接触,所述第一锁止弧与所述锁止凹弧边锁止接触;
所述转动齿解锁时,所述转动齿部中的锁止凸角逐渐退出所述头枕本体锁止部中的第一锁止凹角直至完全退出,所述第二锁止弧逐渐与所述第一锁止直边逐渐脱离锁止接触直至完全脱离锁止接触,所述第一锁止弧与所述锁止凹弧边逐渐脱离锁止接触直至完全脱离锁止接触;
所述头枕本体翻转过程中,所述转动齿上的滑动配合凹弧与所述头枕本体转动齿部中的凸型圆弧滑动接触;
所述头枕本体完全翻平后,所述转动齿部中的锁止凸角插入到所述头枕本体翻转后锁止部中的第二锁止凹角中,所述转动齿部中的第二锁止弧与所述头枕本体翻转后锁止部中的直形边锁止接触;
所述头枕本体完全翻平后需要重新回到使用状态时,首先所述转动齿解锁,所述转动齿部中的锁止凸角逐渐退出所述头枕本体翻转后锁止部中的第二锁止凹角直至完全退出,所述转动齿部中的第二锁止弧与所述头枕本体翻转后锁止部中的直形边逐渐脱离锁止接触直至完全脱离锁止接触。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,还包括一转轴,所述转轴轴设在所述头枕本体内,所述转动齿固定在所述转轴上。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,还包括一解锁柄,所述解锁柄固定在所述转轴上,所述复位弹性元件为一复位拉簧,所述复位拉簧的一端作用在所述解锁柄上,复位拉簧的另一端作用在所述解锁柄并通过解锁柄和转轴间接作用在所述转动齿上;所述复位拉簧通过解锁柄、转轴带动转动齿转动。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,还包括一解锁机构,所述解锁机构带动所述转动齿转动进行解锁。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述解锁机构为一解锁拉带,所述解锁拉带的一端与所述转动齿连接,解锁拉带的另一端由所述头枕本体的适当位置伸出,拉动所述解锁拉带即可带动转动齿转动进行解锁。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述头枕本体由前半头枕和后半头枕组合而成,在所述后半头枕上开设有一解锁拉带伸出孔,所述解锁拉带由所述解锁拉带伸出孔伸出后半头枕。
由于采用了如上的技术方案,本发明在头枕正常使用时,头枕本土通过转动齿部中的锁止凸角插入到头枕本体锁止部中的第一锁止凹角,和第二锁止弧与第一锁止直边锁止接触,第一锁止弧与锁止凹弧边锁止接触进行自锁,其自锁能力强,不存在当汽车受到严重的正面或后面撞击时自动解锁的风险。
本发明在头枕本体完全翻平后,通过转动齿部中的锁止凸角插入到头枕本体翻转后锁止部中的第二锁止凹角中,和转动齿部中的第二锁止弧与头枕本体翻转后锁止部中的直形边锁止接触进行自锁,其自锁能力强,不存在当汽车受到严重的正面或后面撞击时自动解锁的风险。
本发明的头枕本体在翻转过程中,通过转动齿上的滑动配合凹弧与头枕本体转动齿部中的凸型圆弧滑动接触,消除了间隙,翻转灵活。
本发明的翻转头枕零件少,结构简单,成本低。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施方式来进一步描述本发明。
参见图1至图3,图中所示的一种翻转头枕,包括头枕本体100和头枕插杆200。
头枕插杆200与现有技术基本上相同,也包括一根横杆210和两根竖杆220、230,横杆210的左右两端与两根竖杆220、230的上端连接,连接方式可以是一体成型或者焊接。
头枕本体100与现有技术基本上相同,由前半头枕110和后半头枕120扣合而成。在前半头枕110和后半头枕120内均设置有用以铰合的半圆槽111、121。当前半头枕110和后半头枕120扣合在头枕插杆200上时,前半头枕110上的半圆槽111和后半头枕120上的半圆槽121铰合在横杆210上,这样整个头枕本体100就绕横杆210翻转。另外在前半头枕110和后半头枕120内还分别设置有供头枕竖杆220、230穿出的半孔112、122,前半头枕110和后半头枕120扣合后,竖杆220、230由半孔112、122穿出头枕本体100。
两根竖杆220、230的下端插入到座椅靠背300中,就能使头枕本体100安装到座椅靠背300 上。
另外在前半头枕110和后半头枕120内还设置有用以安装头枕翻转及锁止解锁机构的半腔113、123,前半头枕110和后半头枕120扣合后,头枕翻转及锁止解锁机构400位于由半腔113、123组成的安装腔内。
参见图4至图26,图中所示的头枕翻转及锁止解锁机构400包括定齿410、扭簧420、复位拉簧430、解锁柄440、转动齿450、转轴460、钢丝拉环470、解锁拉带480。
特别参见图18至图20,定齿410和扭簧420套在横杆210上,其中定齿410还与横杆210焊接连接。扭簧420的一端作用在定齿410上,另一端作用在头枕本体100的后半头枕120上;扭簧420的作用是使头枕本体100复位。
转轴460位于半腔129内,其两端轴设在后半头枕120上。特别参见图16,解锁柄440、转动齿450焊接在转轴460上。
复位拉簧430的一端勾在解锁柄440上,另一端勾在后半头枕120上。解锁拉带480的一端通过钢丝拉环470与转动齿450连接。在后半头枕120上还开设有一解锁拉带伸出孔124,解锁拉带480的另一端由解锁拉带伸出孔124伸出后半头枕120。拉动解锁拉带480即可带动转动齿450以及转轴460转动,实现解锁。解锁过程中,复位拉簧430伸长蓄能。松开解锁拉带480,复位拉簧430能通过转轴460反向转动,使得转动齿450重新回到锁止状态。
本发明的特点在于:在定齿410上设置有头枕本体锁止部411、头枕本体转动齿部412和头枕本体翻转后锁止部413。头枕本体转动齿部412位于头枕本体锁止部411和头枕本体翻转后锁止部413之间。另外在转动齿450上设置有一转动齿部451。
特别参见图8至图15,转动齿部451与定齿410上的头枕本体锁止部411配合作用时,头枕本体100被锁止在初始使用位置。转动齿部451与定齿410上的头枕本体转动齿部412配合作用时,头枕本体100处于可翻转位置。转动齿部451与定齿410上的头枕本体翻转后锁止部413配合作用时,头枕本体100被锁止在翻平位置。
头枕本体锁止部411由一扇形缺口构成,该扇形缺口由一段凸弧411a和位于凸弧411a两端的一条第一锁止直边411b、一条锁止凹弧边411c围成,其中第一锁止直边411b与头枕本体转动齿部412邻接,第一锁止直边411b与锁止凹弧边411c围成一第一锁止凹角411d。
头枕本体转动齿部412由一段凸型圆弧412a构成,凸型圆弧412a的一端与第一锁止直边411b连接。
头枕本体翻转后锁止部413由一条直形边413a与凸型圆弧412a的另一端所围成的第二锁 止凹角413b构成。
转动齿部451由一段第一锁止弧451a、一段滑动配合凹弧451b、一端第二锁止弧451c组成,其中第一锁止弧451a的一端与滑动配合凹弧451b的一端连接,第二锁止弧451c与滑动配合凹弧451b的另一端连接并与滑动配合凹弧451b的另一端围成一锁止凸角451d。
特别参见图8和图12,头枕本体100被锁止在使用状态时,转动齿部451中的锁止凸角451d插入到头枕本体锁止部411中的第一锁止凹角411d中,第二锁止弧451c与第一锁止直边411b锁止接触,第一锁止弧451a与锁止凹弧边411c锁止接触。
特别参见图9和图13,解锁拉带480拉动转动齿450解锁时,转动齿部451中的锁止凸角451d逐渐退出头枕本体锁止部411中的第一锁止凹角411d直至完全退出,第二锁止弧451c逐渐与第一锁止直边411b逐渐脱离锁止接触直至完全脱离锁止接触,第一锁止弧451a与锁止凹弧边411c逐渐脱离锁止接触直至完全脱离锁止接触。
特别参见图10和图14,头枕本体100翻转过程中,转动齿450上的滑动配合凹弧451b与头枕本体转动齿部412中的凸型圆弧412a滑动接触。
特别参见图11和图15,头枕本体100完全翻平后,转动齿部451中的锁止凸角451d插入到头枕本体翻转后锁止部413中的第二锁止凹角413b中,转动齿部451中的第二锁止弧451c与头枕本体翻转后锁止部413中的直形边413a锁止接触。
头枕本体100完全翻平后需要重新回到使用状态时,首先解锁拉带480拉动转动齿450解锁,转动齿部451中的锁止凸角451d逐渐退出头枕本体翻转后锁止部413中的第二锁止凹角413b直至完全退出,转动齿部451中的第二锁止弧451c与头枕本体翻转后锁止部413中的直形边413a逐渐脱离锁止接触直至完全脱离锁止接触。然后扭簧420驱动头枕本体100反向翻转至初始使用状态。
在上述运动过程中,复位拉簧430通过解锁柄440驱动转轴460始终保持向初始方向运动的一个扭力,通过转轴460迫使转动齿450上的转动齿部451始终与定齿410上的头枕本体锁止部411、头枕本体转动齿部412和头枕本体翻转后锁止部413之间具有一定的接触压力,以增强自锁能力和消除头枕本体100翻转过程中的噪声。
上述解锁拉带480也可以用别的解锁机构所取代,只要能驱动转动齿450转动而解锁的机构例如解锁拉索或解锁按钮等都应该属于本发明的保护范围之内。
另外上述头枕翻转及锁止解锁机构400还可以采用另外一些变化,复位拉簧430可以采用另外一些复位弹性元件例如压簧、弹性橡胶等所取代,直接作用在转动齿450上。同时也可以 取消转轴460和解锁柄440,将转轴齿450直接轴设在后半头枕120上。
本发明的翻转头枕具有零件少,结构简单,成本低的优点。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种翻转头枕,包括头枕本体和头枕插杆,所述头枕本体包覆并铰接在所述头枕插杆的横杆上,所述头枕插杆的两竖杆插入到座椅中,其特征在于;还包括:
    一固定在所述头枕插杆的横杆上并位于所述头枕本体内的定齿;所述定齿上设置有头枕本体锁止部、头枕本体转动齿部和头枕本体翻转后锁止部,
    一套设在所述头枕插杆的横杆上并位于所述头枕本体内的扭簧,所述扭簧的一端作用在所述定齿上,扭簧的另一端作用在所述头枕本体上;
    一轴设在所述头枕本体内的转动齿,所述转动齿具有一转动齿部,所述转动齿部与所述定齿上的头枕本体锁止部配合作用时,所述头枕本体被锁止在初始使用位置;所述转动齿部与所述定齿上的头枕本体转动齿部配合作用时,所述头枕本体处于可翻转位置;所述转动齿部与所述定齿上的头枕本体翻转后锁止部配合作用时,所述头枕本体被锁止在翻平位置;
    一复位弹性元件,所述复位弹性元件的一端作用在所述转动齿上,复位弹性元件的另一端作用在所述头枕本体上;所述复位弹性元件迫使所述转动齿上的转动齿部始终与所述定齿上的头枕本体锁止部、头枕本体转动齿部和头枕本体翻转后锁止部之间具有一定的接触压力。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种翻转头枕,其特征在于,所述头枕本体转动齿部位于所述头枕本体锁止部和头枕本体翻转后锁止部之间。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种翻转头枕,其特征在于,所述头枕本体锁止部由一扇形缺口构成,所述扇形缺口由一段凸弧和位于所述凸弧两端的一条第一锁止直边、一条锁止凹弧边围成,其中所述第一锁止直边与所述头枕本体转动齿部邻接,所述第一锁止直边与所述锁止凹弧边围成一第一锁止凹角;所述头枕本体转动齿部由一段凸型圆弧构成,所述凸型圆弧的一端与所述第一锁止直边连接;所述头枕本体翻转后锁止部由一条直形边与所述凸型圆弧的另一端所围成的第二锁止凹角构成;所述转动齿部由一段第一锁止弧、一段滑动配合凹弧、一端第二锁止弧组成,其中第一锁止弧的一端与所述滑动配合凹弧的一端连接,所述第二锁止弧与所述滑动配合凹弧的另一端连接并与所述滑动配合凹弧的另一端围成一锁止凸角;
    所述头枕本体被锁止在使用状态时,所述转动齿部中的锁止凸角插入到所述头枕本体锁止部中的第一锁止凹角中,所述第二锁止弧与所述第一锁止直边锁止接触,所述第一锁止弧与所述锁止凹弧边锁止接触;
    所述转动齿解锁时,所述转动齿部中的锁止凸角逐渐退出所述头枕本体锁止部中的第一锁止凹角直至完全退出,所述第二锁止弧逐渐与所述第一锁止直边逐渐脱离锁止接触直至完 全脱离锁止接触,所述第一锁止弧与所述锁止凹弧边逐渐脱离锁止接触直至完全脱离锁止接触;
    所述头枕本体翻转过程中,所述转动齿上的滑动配合凹弧与所述头枕本体转动齿部中的凸型圆弧滑动接触;
    所述头枕本体完全翻平后,所述转动齿部中的锁止凸角插入到所述头枕本体翻转后锁止部中的第二锁止凹角中,所述转动齿部中的第二锁止弧与所述头枕本体翻转后锁止部中的直形边锁止接触;
    所述头枕本体完全翻平后需要重新回到使用状态时,首先所述转动齿解锁,所述转动齿部中的锁止凸角逐渐退出所述头枕本体翻转后锁止部中的第二锁止凹角直至完全退出,所述转动齿部中的第二锁止弧与所述头枕本体翻转后锁止部中的直形边逐渐脱离锁止接触直至完全脱离锁止接触。
  4. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种翻转头枕,其特征在于,还包括一转轴,所述转轴轴设在所述头枕本体内,所述转动齿固定在所述转轴上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种翻转头枕,其特征在于,还包括一解锁柄,所述解锁柄固定在所述转轴上,所述复位弹性元件为一复位拉簧,所述复位拉簧的一端作用在所述解锁柄上,复位拉簧的另一端作用在所述解锁柄并通过解锁柄和转轴间接作用在所述转动齿上;所述复位拉簧通过解锁柄、转轴带动转动齿转动。
  6. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种翻转头枕,其特征在于,还包括一解锁机构,所述解锁机构带动所述转动齿转动进行解锁。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种翻转头枕,其特征在于,所述解锁机构为一解锁拉带,所述解锁拉带的一端与所述转动齿连接,解锁拉带的另一端由所述头枕本体的适当位置伸出,拉动所述解锁拉带即可带动转动齿转动进行解锁。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种翻转头枕,其特征在于,所述头枕本体由前半头枕和后半头枕组合而成,在所述后半头枕上开设有一解锁拉带伸出孔,所述解锁拉带由所述解锁拉带伸出孔伸出后半头枕。
