所述阴极1的材料可以是氧化铟锡(ITO)、氧化铟锌(IZO)等透明导电材料。
续见图2,在本发明的实施例中,所述辅助阴极2包括至少一条沿一第一方向延伸设置的第一金属走线21,所述第一金属走线21均匀设置;每m行所述子像素区4设置一所述第一金属走线21,m为正整数。
在其他实施例中,所述辅助阴极走线2包括至少一条沿一第二方向延伸设置的第二金属走线(未图示),所述第二金属走线均匀设置;每n列子像素的区域设置一所述第二金属走线,n为正整数。
在另一实施例中,所述辅助阴极2包括至少一条沿第一方向设置的第一金属走线和至少一条沿第二方向设置的第二金属走线(未图示),所述第一金属走线和所述第二金属走线均匀交叉设置,所述第一金属线和第二金属线直接连接。
以上实施例中,所述第一金属走线、所述第二金属走线均由所述显示区10延伸至所述周边区20,本实施例中通过控制所述第一金属走线、所述第二金属走线的线宽,在合理范围内,所述第一金属走线、所述第二金属走线的线宽越宽,能够使所述辅助阴极2上的阻抗越低。在本发明实施例提供的有机发光显示面板中,所述阴极1与所述辅助阴极2异层设置。
本发明的一些实施例中,所述辅助阴极2设置于所述衬底30与所述OLED器件之间,且形成所述OLED器件在形成所述辅助阴极2之后进行,以保证所述辅助阴极2不会影响所述OLED器件对应的所述子像素区4的开口率。
本发明的一些实施例中,所述有机发光显示面板还包括设置于所述衬底30上的薄膜晶体管(未图示),所述薄膜晶体管用于驱动所述OLED器件,从而实现显示功能,且提高分辨率。所述薄膜晶体管包括栅极、源漏极,所述OLED器件可以为设置于每个所述子像素区4的顶栅型OLED,所述阴极1为透明电极。
在一些实施例中,所述辅助阴极2设置于所述薄膜晶体管与所述OLED器件之间,即所述辅助阴极2形成在所述薄膜晶体管之后,再依次形成所述OLED器件的所述阳极、所述发光层及所述阴极1。
在一些实施例中,所述辅助阴极2可与所述薄膜晶体管的栅极同层设置。
在一些实施例中,所述辅助阴极2可与所述薄膜晶体管的源漏极同层设置。
续见图2,所述辅助阴极2为金属导电材料,所述辅助阴极2可以为钼、铝、铬、金以及银中之一或组合,在此不作限定。
续见图2,本发明实施例中,所述接触孔3设置于所述阴极1与所述辅助阴极走线2之间的层,每一所述子像素区4对应至少一个所述接触孔3,所述接触孔3在所述显示区10内均匀设置。
续见图2,本发明实施例所述的有机发光显示面板,对应同一条所述第一金属走线21的每相邻两个所述接触孔3之间的中心距离相同,且所述接触孔3距离所述阴极1的输入端越远,所述接触孔3的尺寸越大。即,在本实施例中,所示显示区10的所述阴极1的输入端延伸至所述周边区20,所述显示区10呈矩形,在所述显示区10内,对应所述显示区10中间位置的所述接触孔3的尺寸较大,对应所述显示区10的周边位置的所述接触孔3的尺寸较小。
在本实施例中,所述接触孔3为边长不同的正方形孔,在其他实施例中,所述接触孔3可以为圆形孔、椭圆型孔、多边形孔等多种形式。
续见图2,通过所述接触孔3将对应的所述阴极1与辅助阴极2电连接,以使所述阴极1与所述辅助阴极2 实现并联连接,即相当于所述阴极1并联了一个电阻,从而可以使所述阴极1的电阻降低。由于所述接触孔3的尺寸越大,所述阴极1与所述辅助阴极2之间的接触面积增大,使得所述阴极1与所述辅助阴极2的接触阻抗减小,因而能够更多地降低所述阴极1的电压,使所述阴极1的实际电压更接近输入电压,从而使所述阴极1上各处的电阻可以更均匀,即可以使不同位置的所述阴极1的电阻在误差允许的范围内相同,进而能够使不同位置的所述阴极1的压降(IR Drop)在误差允许的范围内相同,从而能够改善压降(IR Drop)导致的影响,实现提高显示均匀性的目的。
工业实用性
本申请的主题可以在工业中制造和使用,具备工业实用性。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种有机发光显示面板,具有一显示区和一周边区,其中,所述有机发光显示面板包括:
    一衬底;
    至少一子像素区,所述子像素区设置于所述显示区内;
    一阴极,所述阴极的输入端延伸至所述周边区;
    一辅助阴极,所述辅助阴极包括至少一条沿一第一方向延伸设置的第一金属走线,以及至少一条沿一第二方向延伸设置的第二金属走线,每m行子像素区设置一所述第一金属走线;每n列子像素区设置一所述第二金属走线;m和n均为正整数;以及,
    至少一接触孔,所述阴极与所述辅助阴极通过所述接触孔电连接;并且其中,
    每一所述子像素区对应至少一个所述接触孔,且所述接触孔距离所述阴极的输入端越远,所述接触孔的尺寸越大。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的有机发光显示面板,其中,在一个所述子像素区域至少设置一个所述接触孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的有机发光显示面板,其中,对应同一条所述第一金属走线的每相邻两个所述接触孔之间的中心距离相同。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的有机发光显示面板,其中,所述接触孔为圆形、椭圆型或多边形。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的有机发光显示面板,其中,所述辅助阴极走线的材料为金属导电材料。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的有机发光显示面板,其中,所述有机发光显示面板还包括设置于每个子像素区域的一顶栅型OLED。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的有机发光显示面板,其中,所述阴极为透明电极。
  8. 一种有机发光显示面板,具有一显示区和一周边区,其中,所述有机发光显示面板包括:
    一衬底;
    至少一子像素区,所述子像素区设置于所述显示区内;
    一阴极,所述阴极的输入端延伸至所述周边区;
    一辅助阴极;
    至少一接触孔,所述阴极与所述辅助阴极通过所述接触孔电连接;其中,
    每一所述子像素区对应至少一个所述接触孔,且所述接触孔距离所述阴极的输入端越远,所述接触孔的尺寸越大。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的有机发光显示面板,其中,所述辅助阴极包括至少一条沿一第一方向延伸设置的第一金属走线。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的有机发光显示面板,其中,所述辅助阴极还包括至少一条沿一第二方向延伸设置的第二金属走线。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的有机发光显示面板,其中,每m行子像素区设置一所述第一金属走线;每n列子像素区设置一所述第二金属走线;m和n均为正整数。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的有机发光显示面板,其中,在一个子像素区域至少设置一个所述接触孔。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的有机发光显示面板,其中,对应同一条所述第一金属走线的每相邻两个所述接触孔之间的中心距离相同。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的有机发光显示面板,其中,所述接触孔为圆形、椭圆型或多边形。
  15. 根据权利要求8所述的有机发光显示面板,其中,所述辅助阴极走线的材料为金属导电材料。
  16. 根据权利要求8所述的有机发光显示面板,其中,所述有机发光显示面板还包括设置于每个子像素区域的顶栅型OLED。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的有机发光显示面板,其中,所述阴极为透明电极。
