Further, as shown in FIG. 7B, since the introduction portion 11b is in an open state after clinching, the morphology after binding becomes large.
- the introduction portion 11b on one side is the first holding portion 12a on the other side (right side in the figure). It is arranged on an extension line (in other words, on the same line as the first holding portion 12a on the other side). Further, the introduction portion 11b on the other side (right side in the figure) is on an extension line (in other words, on the same line as the first holding portion 12a on one side) of the first holding portion 12a on one side (left side in the drawing). Have been placed. Therefore, the extension lines of the pair of introduction portions 11b intersect at the peak portion 12b of the crown portion 12.
- the crown portion 12 connects a pair of leg portions 11.
- the crown portion 12 includes a pair of first holding portions 12a that are continuous with each other of the pair of leg portions 11, and a mountain portion 12b provided between the pair of first holding portions 12a.
- the first holding portion 12a is a linearly formed portion, and is a portion for sandwiching the string 20 in cooperation with the second holding portion 11a of the leg portion 11.
- the length of the first holding portion 12a is substantially the same as the length of the second holding portion 11a of the leg portion 11.
- the first holding portion 12a of the crown portion 12 and the second holding portion 11a of the leg portion 11 have an acute-angled shape at the leg bending portion 14, and face each other in order to sandwich the string 20. That is, between the first holding portion 12a and the second holding portion 11a (connecting portion), a leg bending portion 14 having a shape bent at an acute angle toward the outside of the staple 10 is provided.
- the staples 10 are bent at the leg bending portion 14.
- the leg bending portion 14 By forming the leg bending portion 14 at an acute angle, the amount (angle) of bending the staple 10 can be reduced, and the operating amount and operating load when clinching the staple 10 can be reduced.
- the string 20 can be sandwiched and held between the two holding portions 11a and 12a, the string 20 can be crushed and held.
- the string 20 can be firmly held.
- the second holding portion 11a and the first holding portion 12a facing each other are provided with a straight portion, and the string 20 is sandwiched between the straight portions. Space is unlikely to occur between the first holding portions 12a.
- the bending R (radius of curvature) inside the leg bending portion 14 is formed smaller than the diameter of the string 20.
- the bending radius (radius of curvature) inside the leg bending portion 14 it is difficult for a gap to be formed between the second holding portion 11a of the leg portion 11 and the first holding portion 12a of the crown portion 12 when clinching. Therefore, the clinched string 20 can be prevented from slipping.
- the mountain portion 12b is bent so as to project the middle portion of the crown portion 12 inward. In other words, the mountain portion 12b bends toward the end of the leg portion 11.
- the crown portion 12 has a substantially inverted “V” shape when viewed from the front.
- the mountain portion 12b is provided to separate the two strings (first end side portion 20a and second end side portion 20b) of the string 20 wound around the bound object. That is, as shown in FIGS. 3A to 3C, the two strings (first end side portion 20a and second end side portion 20b) on both sides of the string 20 are divided into both sides of the mountain portion 12b and guided. By binding in this state, as shown in FIGS. 4A to 4C, the two strings 20 on both sides (the first end side portion 20a and the second end side portion 20b of the string 20) are separated from each other. It is formed so that it can be held by the staple 10. In other words, the crown portion 12 is formed with a pair of pockets P for holding the string 20 on the left and right sides of the mountain portion 12b.
- the pocket P is provided between the second holding portion 11a and the first holding portion 12a facing each other. More specifically, the pocket P is provided in the area surrounded by the extension line of the introduction portion 11b (the alternate long and short dash line in FIG. 3B), the second holding portion 11a, and the first holding portion 12a. .. In a cross-sectional view (FIG. 3B), the pocket P is provided so that the two strings 20 on both sides (the first end side portion 20a and the second end side portion 20b of the string 20) do not protrude outward from the pocket P. It is desirable to set the size of. By setting in this way, the staple 10 securely holds the first end side portion 20a and the second end side portion 20b of the string 20.
- the string 20 can be stably held even after binding.
- the staple 10 is tilted by aligning the bound object with the mountain portion 12b, and the bound state can be stabilized.
- the staple 10 when viewed in the vertical direction shown in FIGS. 6A to 6B, the staple 10 holds the string 20 below the mountain portion 12b, and therefore tries to pull out the string 20 from the staple 10.
- a force see the left arrow in FIG. 6A
- the string is pulled below the mountain portion 12b.
- the staple 10 comes into contact with the bound object (support 21 in the case of FIG. 6A) at the mountain portion 12b, the staple 10 is pulled downward to rotate around the mountain portion 12b as a fulcrum, and FIG. As shown in a), the string 20 and the bound object are tilted diagonally.
- the frictional force generated between the staple 10 and the string 20 is further increased, so that the string 20 is less likely to slip inside the staple 10 and the holding force is increased. ..
- the mountain portion 12b has a right angle or an obtuse angle, and more preferably in the range of 90 to 130 degrees. Since the mountain portion 12b has such an angle, the staple 10 after binding is resistant to deformation, and the effect of tilting the staple 10 can be easily obtained.
- pockets P for holding the string 20 are formed on both sides of the staple 10 and pocket outlets A are provided between the pockets P on both sides, the string 20 is on both the left and right sides (in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 4B). Even if it is pulled by, the string 20 will move while shifting in the direction opposite to the pocket outlet A. Therefore, even when a force for removing the string 20 is applied, the force for opening the closed staple 10 (see the arrow in FIG. 4B) is difficult to work, and the staple 10 pulls the string 20. It can be held stably.
- the staple 10 includes a crown portion 12 between a pair of leg portions 11, and the crown portion 12 is formed with a mountain portion 12b bent inward.
- the two strings first end side portion 20a and second end side portion 20b
- the two strings 20 can be separated from each other, and an appropriate load can be applied to the strings 20 by each leg 11 of the staple 10, so that the positions of the two strings 20 are stable and held.
- the string 20 can be firmly held.
- the second holding portion 11a of the leg portion 11 and the first holding portion 12a of the crown portion 12 are provided so as to face each other. According to such a configuration, the string 20 can be sandwiched and held by the second holding portion 11a and the first holding portion 12a. If the string 20 is sandwiched between the second holding portion 11a and the first holding portion 12a, it is difficult for a gap to be formed between the leg portion 11 and the crown portion 12 after clinching, so that the held string 20 is firmly held. Can be done.
- the tip of the leg 11 is provided with an introduction portion 11b that expands toward the tip.
- the introduction portion 11b can be used to facilitate the attraction.
- the tip of the staple 10 faces inward when the string 20 is held, so that the string 20 is held by a burr or the like at the tip of the staple 10. There was a possibility that it would be damaged and the string 20 would break from there.
- the introduction portion 11b faces outward, there is no risk of damaging the held string 20.
- the staple 10 according to the above embodiment is formed by using a wire rod having a cross-sectional shape as shown in FIG. 8A. That is, it has a cross-sectional shape like a crushed circle as shown in FIG. 8A, and when the staple 10 is clinched, the string 20 is sandwiched between the opposing flat surfaces 15. By sandwiching the string 20 between the surfaces in this way, the contact area can be widened, friction can be increased, and the holding force can be increased.
- the cross-sectional shape of the staple 10 is not limited to this, and as shown in FIG. 8B, the holding force may be further increased by providing the concave-convex shape 15a.
- the holding force may be further increased by providing the concave-convex shape 15a along the longitudinal direction of the wire rod.
- the staple 10 may be formed by using a wire rod having a circular cross section without providing the flat surface 15 or the uneven shape 15a.
- the second holding portion 11a and the first holding portion 12a have been described as extending linearly, but the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, the second holding portion 11a and the first holding portion 11a and the first holding portion are not limited to this.
- One or both of the portions 12a may be formed in a curved shape.
- leg bending portion 14 has an acute angle
- the present invention is not limited to this, and the leg bending portion 14 may have a right angle or an obtuse angle.
- the mountain portion 12b is formed by bending the intermediate portion of the crown portion 12 so as to project inward, but the shape of the mountain portion 12b shown in this embodiment is only an example. Needless to say, the shape may be other than this.
- the mountain portion 12b may be formed by denting the middle of the crown portion 12.
- the mountain portion 12b may be provided so that the intermediate portion of the crown portion 12 is curved inward instead of bending the intermediate portion of the crown portion 12 so as to project inward.
- the crown portion 12 has a substantially inverted “U” shape when viewed from the front.
