进一步地,人感传感器总成16在下饰条14上的装配位置设置成邻近下饰条14在横向上的其中一个端部,以使得人感传感器总成16处于邻近门体10的其中一个底部拐角的位置处。即人感传感器总成16可处于门体10的左下角或右下角,以更加不易被观察到,也不容易被用户的脚等触碰到而导致损坏。
具体地,在图1所示实施例中,人感传感器总成16位于门体10的右下角。
图2是图1中部分A的示意性放大图,参见图1和图2,在一些实施例中,前面板11的下部至少开设有用于供人感传感器总成16上的感测部件暴露于门体10前侧的第一通孔111。具体地,人感传感器总成16上的感测部件可以为人感传感器、红外传感器或其他合适的能够检测门体前是否有人体存在的部件。为了提高感测部件的检测准确性,可在前面板11的下部开设第一通孔111,使感测部件暴露于门体10的前侧。
在一些替代性实施例中,当前面板11为透明的玻璃面板、且感测部件选择为不受玻璃影响的类型时,前面板11上也可以不开设任何通孔,感测部件直接透过玻璃面板进行检测。
在一些实施例中,门体10还包括人感装饰件17,人感装饰件17粘附在前面板11的前侧,并与人感传感器总成16的位置前后对应,以对门体10进行装饰。为了进一步提升门体的外观效果,本申请的门体还设置了人感装饰件17。本申请取缔了传统的卡接安装方式,特别地将人感装饰件17粘附 在前面板11的前侧,一方面,只需要使用一些3M胶带、双面胶带等即可简单快速地完成人感装饰件17的安装,避免人感传感器总成16与人感装饰件17均与门体结构相卡接导致二次卡接装配的困难现象,进一步提高了装配效率和生产效率;另一方面,也无需在人感装饰件17上设置卡接结构,这在很大程度上简化了人感装饰件17自身的结构。
具体地,人感装饰件17大致呈薄片状构件,贴附在前面板11的前向表面的下部。由于前面板11上开设有第一通孔111,因此,在装配人感装饰件17时,对其位置有所限制(至少不能覆盖第一通孔111)。为此,在一些实施例中,人感装饰件17上设有用于对人感装饰件17进行定位的定位部18,定位部18向后延伸,并插入前面板11的第一通孔111中,且与第一通孔111的内壁相抵接,从而实现人感装饰件17在上下方向上的定位。具体地,定位部18可由人感装饰件17的顶端垂直向后延伸,并与第一通孔111的内部上壁相抵接。
为了不覆盖第一通孔111,人感装饰件17上可开设有与第一通孔111相对应的第三通孔171,以至少使得人感传感器总成16的感测部件头部暴露出。
图3和图4是根据本发明一个实施例的下饰条与人感传感器总成分解后的不同方位的示意性结构图。参见图3和图4,在一些实施例中,下饰条14上形成有用于容纳人感传感器总成16的容纳空间141,该容纳空间141具有底部开口142。人感传感器总成16配置成通过该底部开口142从下往上地装配于下饰条14,并与下饰条14相卡接。人感传感器总成16作为一个整体从下往上地装配于下饰条14,并与下饰条14相卡接,因此,人感传感器总成16可以在下饰条14与其他结构(例如门衬12、侧饰条15等)装配之前先卡接在下饰条14上形成一个预组装件,也可以在下饰条14与其他结构(例如门衬12、侧饰条15等)装配之后再卡接在下饰条14上,装配比较灵活。
图5是根据本发明一个实施例的人感传感器总成的示意性结构图。参见图3至图5,在一些实施例中,人感传感器总成16包括人感支架161、以及设置在人感支架161上的人感传感器162和喇叭163。人感传感器162形成人感传感器总成16的感测部件,人感支架161与下饰条14相卡接。也就是说,人感传感器162和喇叭163可集成在人感支架161上,从而形成一个整体进行装配。由此,在人感传感器总成16装配之间就可确保人感传感器162 和喇叭163安装的稳定性和牢固性。
进一步地,人感支架161通过螺钉连接的方式与下饰条14辅助加强连接。
本发明的人感传感器总成16直接与下饰条14相卡接,或者再利用螺钉连接的方式加强二者之间的连接,使得二者组装在一起,不与门体的其他结构之间存在直接的连接关系,不但可以将人感传感器162稳固地固定在门体上,而且还便于人感传感器总成16的拆卸和维修。
由于喇叭163发出的声音需要经过前面板11传出,因此,前面板11上还可设置有用于供喇叭163发出的声音传出的第二通孔112。喇叭163的数量可以为多个,因此,第二通孔112的数量也可以为多个。同时,离人感传感器162距离较近的喇叭163可与人感传感器162共用第一通孔111,此时第一通孔111的尺寸稍大,例如可以为腰型孔或条形孔等。相应地,人感装饰件17上也可设置有用于供声音传出的第四通孔172,第四通孔172的位置与喇叭163的位置前后对应。为了达到美观装饰效果,第四通孔172可以为很小的微孔。
在一些实施例中,人感支架161包括水平板体1611和由水平板体1611的前侧边缘垂直于水平板体1611向上延伸的竖直板体1612。人感传感器162和喇叭163均安装在竖直板体1612的后侧,并通过开设在竖直板体1612上的通孔暴露于竖直板体1612的前侧。具体地,竖直板体1612的后向表面可设有多个安装支撑结构,用于安装支撑人感传感器162和喇叭163。
进一步地,人感支架161具有用于与下饰条14相卡接的第一卡接部1613,第一卡接部1613由水平板体1611的前侧边缘垂直于水平板体1611向上延伸。相应地,下饰条14上形成有第二卡接部143,用于与第一卡接部1613相卡接。第一卡接部1613可以为卡扣,第二卡接部143可以为卡槽。第一卡接部1613的数量可以为多个,均匀地分布在水平板体1611的前侧边缘,以便与下饰条14形成稳定均衡的连接。人感支架161还具有用于与下饰条14螺钉连接的第一固定孔1614,第一固定孔1614开设在水平板体1611的后侧边缘。相应地,下饰条14上形成有第二固定孔144,以通过穿设在第一固定孔1614和第二固定孔144中的螺钉将二者紧固连接。
卡接的连接方式和螺钉连接的连接方式分别形成在水平板体1611的前侧边缘和后侧边缘,可使得整个人感支架161与下饰条14之间的连接更加 平衡稳定,避免一侧翘起或活动。
本发明还提供一种冰箱,图6是根据本发明一个实施例的冰箱的示意性结构图。参见图6,本发明的冰箱1包括箱体20,箱体20具有用于取放物品的前侧开口21。特别地,冰箱1还包括上述任一实施例所描述的门体10,门体10设置于箱体20的前侧,以打开和/或关闭箱体20的前侧开口21。
本领域技术人员应理解,在没有特殊说明的情况下,本发明实施例中所称的“上”、“下”、“内”、“外”、“横”、“前”、“后”等用于表示方位或位置关系的用语是以门体10和冰箱1的实际使用状态为基准而言的,这些用语仅是为了便于描述和理解本发明的技术方案,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或部件必须具有特定的方位,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于冰箱的门体,包括:
    用于形成所述门体前部的前面板;
    用于形成所述门体后部的门衬;
    分别用于形成所述门体上端部和下端部的上饰条和下饰条;以及
    用于感测所述门体的前侧是否有人存在的人感传感器总成,所述人感传感器总成作为一个整体装配于所述下饰条上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的门体,其中,
    所述前面板的下部至少开设有用于供所述人感传感器总成上的感测部件暴露于所述门体前侧的第一通孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的门体,还包括:
    人感装饰件,粘附在所述前面板的前侧,并与所述人感传感器总成的位置前后对应,以对所述门体进行装饰。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的门体,其中,
    所述人感装饰件上设有用于对所述人感装饰件进行定位的定位部,所述定位部向后延伸,并插入所述前面板的所述第一通孔中,且与所述第一通孔的内壁相抵接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的门体,其中,
    所述下饰条上形成有用于容纳所述人感传感器总成的容纳空间,所述容纳空间具有底部开口;且
    所述人感传感器总成配置成通过所述底部开口从下往上地装配于所述下饰条,并与所述下饰条相卡接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的门体,其中,
    所述人感传感器总成包括人感支架、以及设置在所述人感支架上的人感传感器和喇叭;其中
    所述人感传感器形成所述人感传感器总成的感测部件,所述人感支架与所述下饰条相卡接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的门体,其中,
    所述人感支架通过螺钉连接的方式与所述下饰条辅助加强连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的门体,其中,
    所述人感支架包括水平板体和由所述水平板体的前侧边缘垂直于所述 水平板体向上延伸的竖直板体;其中
    所述人感传感器和所述喇叭均安装在所述竖直板体的后侧,并通过开设在所述竖直板体上的通孔暴露于所述竖直板体的前侧;且用于与所述下饰条相卡接的第一卡接部由所述水平板体的前侧边缘垂直于所述水平板体向上延伸,用于与所述下饰条螺钉连接的第一固定孔开设在所述水平板体的后侧边缘。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的门体,其中,
    所述人感传感器总成在所述下饰条上的装配位置设置成邻近所述下饰条在横向上的其中一个端部,以使得所述人感传感器总成处于邻近所述门体的其中一个底部拐角的位置处。
  10. 一种冰箱,包括:
    箱体,具有用于取放物品的前侧开口;以及
    权利要求1-9任一所述的门体,设置于所述箱体的前侧,以打开和/或关闭所述箱体的前侧开口。
