本申请引用于2017年01月05日提交的专利名称为“一种门体显示屏的安装方法”的第2017100084513号中国专利申请,其通过引用被全部并入本申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种玻璃门体显示屏的安装方法,冰箱门体及冰箱,属于制冷设备领域。
背景技术
在现有的设有屏的玻璃门体中,在玻璃门体的玻璃面板内部设有显示屏,以便实现操控。玻璃门上安装显示屏的方式多种多样,常见的有:将显示屏组件组装在支架上,门体发泡完成后显示屏组件从门体上面或者侧面安装在门体上;或者将触摸屏粘贴在门体玻璃上,显示屏组件的PCB板和LCD屏安装在显示屏支架上,然后将带有触摸屏的玻璃组件和显示屏组件安装在门体上一起发泡。
但是,上述安装方式存在以下缺点:第一种方案:门体发泡会变形,显示屏组件安装在门体后触摸屏与玻璃间距不均匀,会出现触摸不灵敏或者触摸屏爆点的情况;显示屏组件的防尘防护很难做,会出现表面杂质。长时间使用门体里面也会有灰尘,不便于清理。第二种方案:触摸屏粘贴在玻璃上,显示屏带着发泡,生产工艺较复杂;此方案同样存在防尘难、清洁难的问题。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题是:现有玻璃门显示屏的安装方法易产生触摸不灵敏或者触摸屏爆点的情况以及存在防尘难、清洁难的技术问题。
(二)技术方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种门体显示屏的安装方法,包括以下步骤:
门体预组装工序,在门体面板正面设置预装显示屏的孔槽,将预埋盒安装于孔槽中且所述预埋盒为开口朝外的开放式结构;
门体发泡工序,将组装好的门体与门框组装后进行发泡形成发泡门体;其中,所述发泡门体的正面为所述预埋盒开口朝外的一面;
显示屏组装工序,将PCB板、显示屏、触摸屏、装饰件组装在支架上形成显示屏组件;
门体显示屏组装工序,将显示屏组件安装于发泡门体正面的预埋盒中完成门体安装。
其中,所述预埋盒的盒体与所述门体面板上预装显示屏的孔槽的形状和尺寸相适配。
其中,所述显示屏组件通过结构胶密封的安装于发泡门体正面的预埋盒中。
其中,所述显示屏组件的PCB板位于所述预埋盒的内部;装饰件位于所述门体正面的外侧。
其中,所述装饰件设置于所述显示屏组件与所述预埋盒的安装缝隙处,用于从正面覆盖所述显示屏组件与所述预埋盒的安装缝隙。
其中,所述门体面板为玻璃面板。
其中,所述玻璃面板为钢化玻璃面板或彩金玻璃面板。
其中,所述显示屏为LCD屏、LED屏或TFT屏。
本发明还提供了一种冰箱门体,所述冰箱门体包括按照上述的安装方法安装的门体。
本发明还提供了一种冰箱,包括:箱体和冰箱门体,所述冰箱门体为上述的冰箱门体,所述冰箱门体设在所述箱体上。
(三)有益效果
本发明所提供的一种门体显示屏的安装方法,其有益效果是,显示屏组件整体从正面装入发泡好的玻璃门上,工艺简单且不会产生触摸不灵敏或者触摸屏爆点的情况;由于显示屏组件是单独组装的,所以不用考虑显示屏安装过程中的防尘问题;显示屏组件用的装饰件搭在门体玻璃上,将 显示屏组件与预埋盒的安装缝隙覆盖,外观效果更好。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例仅用于说明本发明,但不能用来限制本发明的范围。
本发明提供一种门体显示屏的安装方法,包括以下步骤:如图1所示,首先进行门体预组装工序,在预加工的门体面板1的正面设置预装显示屏的孔槽2,所述孔槽2为通孔,通常情况下是在门体面板1上切割成的通孔,孔槽2的形状可以根据预设形状任意设计,已达到美观新型的效果。其次将预埋盒3安装于孔槽2中且所述预埋盒3为开口朝外的开放式结构;所述预埋盒3的形状和大小与所述孔槽2相适配,以确保预埋盒3安装在孔槽2后不会发生横向晃动。将门体面板1和预埋盒3组装好后进行门体发泡工序,将组装好的门体与门框组装后进行发泡形成发泡门体10;其中,所述发泡门体10的正面为所述预埋盒3开口朝外的一面;此时即便由于发泡导致的轻微变形也不会影响后续的显示屏组件的安装。
如图2所示,在完成门体发泡工序后再进行显示屏组装工序,首先将PCB板4、显示屏8、触摸屏7、装饰件6组装在支架5上形成显示屏组件9;显示屏组件9的组装顺序一般将PCB板4置于最内侧即支架5的一 侧,支架5的另一侧则依次安装显示屏8和触摸屏7;而如图4所示,装饰件6则设置于显示屏组件9的四周边缘处,其作用是为了将显示屏组件9与发泡门体10安装后形成的缝隙遮挡住,以达到美观的效果。
如图3所示,进行门体显示屏组装工序,将组装完成的显示屏组件9安装于发泡门体10正面的预埋盒3中完成门体安装。其中,显示器组件9设有所述PCB板4的一侧进入到发泡门体10正面的预埋盒3中,设有所述显示屏8和所述触摸屏7的一侧位于发泡门体10正面的外侧,其与用户直接接触,不会产生触摸不灵敏或者触摸屏爆点的情况,所述显示屏组件9的最外侧可以设置为凸出所述门体面板1的正面平面或与所述门体面板1的正面平面在同一个平面,也可以设置为凹进所述门体面板1的正面平面。其中,所述显示屏组件9通过结构胶密封的安装于发泡门体10正面的预埋盒3中。
其中,所述门体面板1为玻璃面板,且所述玻璃面板为钢化玻璃面板或彩金玻璃面板。
其中,所述显示屏8为LCD屏、LED屏或TFT屏。
本发明所提供的门体显示屏的安装方法,首先由于显示屏组件9整体从正面装入发泡好的玻璃门上,工艺简单,且不会因发泡变形而受到影响;其次由于显示屏组件9是单独组装的,所以不用考虑显示屏安装过程中的防尘问题;最后显示屏组件9用装饰件6覆盖在门体玻璃上,将显示屏组件9与预埋盒3的安装缝隙覆盖,外观效果更好。
在本发明以上实施例的基础上,还提供了一种使用上述安装方法安装的冰箱门体,所述冰箱门体的玻璃面板为钢化玻璃面板或彩金玻璃面板。
本发明还提供了一种冰箱,包括:箱体和冰箱门体,所述冰箱门体为上述的冰箱门体,所述冰箱门体设在所述箱体上。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种门体显示屏的安装方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    门体预组装工序,在门体面板正面设置预装显示屏的孔槽,将预埋盒安装于孔槽中且所述预埋盒为开口朝外的开放式结构;
    门体发泡工序,将组装好的门体与门框组装后进行发泡形成发泡门体;其中,所述发泡门体的正面为所述预埋盒开口朝外的一面;
    显示屏组装工序,将PCB板、显示屏、触摸屏、装饰件组装在支架上形成显示屏组件;
    门体显示屏组装工序,将显示屏组件安装于发泡门体正面的预埋盒中完成门体安装。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安装方法,其特征在于,所述预埋盒的盒体与所述门体面板上预装显示屏的孔槽的形状和尺寸相适配。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的安装方法,其特征在于,所述显示屏组件通过结构胶密封的安装于发泡门体正面的预埋盒中。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的安装方法,其特征在于,所述显示屏组件的PCB板位于所述预埋盒的内部、显示屏和触摸屏位于所述门体正面的外侧。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的安装方法,其特征在于,所述装饰件设置于所述显示屏组件与所述预埋盒的安装缝隙处,用于从正面覆盖所述显示屏组件与所述预埋盒的安装缝隙。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的安装方法,其特征在于,所述门体面板为玻璃面板。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的安装方法,其特征在于,所述玻璃面板为钢化玻璃面板或彩金玻璃面板。
  8. 根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的安装方法,其特征在于,所述显示屏为LCD屏、LED屏或TFT屏。
  9. 一种冰箱门体,其特征在于,所述冰箱门体包括根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的安装方法安装的门体。
  10. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,包括:箱体和冰箱门体,所述冰箱门体为权利要求9所述的冰箱门体,所述冰箱门体设在所述箱体上。
