本发明的目的在于提供一种用于冰箱的门体组件、其装配方法及冰箱,使得门体组件的整体一致性较好,且能更好地保护显示装置,避免了在装配和运输过程中损坏。

再者,应当理解的是尽管术语第一、第二等在本文中可以被用于描述各种元件或结构,但是这些被描述对象不应受到上述术语的限制。上述术语仅用于将这些描述对象彼此区分开。例如,第一侧饰条可以被称作第二侧饰条,同样,第二侧饰条也可以被称作第一侧饰条,这并不背离该申请的保护范围。
如图1至图3所示,本发明提供的优选实施例公开了一种冰箱,冰箱包括箱体(未图示)和用于打开或关闭箱体的门体组件10,箱体定义了储物间室,其中储物间室的数量和结构形式可根据不同需求进行配置。储物间室通常包括冷藏室和冷冻室。通常,门体组件10上设有用于存放物品的存放区域(未图示),从而提高用户取用物品的便利性。
具体的,门体组件10包括门框和与门框相贴合的门板12,门框包括上饰条14、与上饰条14相对设置的下饰条(未图示)、均连接上饰条14和下 饰条并相对设置的第一侧饰条16和第二侧饰条(未图示)。其中,门体组件10还包括显示装置13、及连接于上饰条14和/或第一侧饰条16上并用于容纳显示装置13的容纳盒18。容纳盒18可仅连接于上饰条14或第一侧饰条16。当然,容纳盒18也可以既连接于上饰条14,又连接于第一侧饰条16。本实施例中,通过螺钉(未图示)将容纳盒18连接于上饰条14和第一侧饰条16。
上饰条14上设有安装孔20和用于覆盖安装孔20的盖板22,安装孔20供显示装置13通过以将显示装置13装配于容纳盒18中,门板12完全覆盖门框,门板12位于显示装置13的部分设置为透明,从而用户可从透明部分观察到显示装置13显示的信息。具体的,上饰条14具有与门板12成角度的上表面,通常,该上表面大致垂直于门板12。安装孔20设置于上饰条14的上表面,因此,通常使用者不会看到安装孔20和盖板22。
本优选实施例中,由于用于容纳显示装置13的容纳盒18连接于上饰条14和/或第一侧饰条16上,且上饰条14上设有安装孔20和用于覆盖安装孔20的盖板22,门板12完全覆盖门框,显示装置13从安装孔20通过以插入到门板12和容纳盒18之间并位于容纳盒18中,且门板12位于显示装置13的部分设置为透明。这样使得门体组件10浑然一体,整体一致性较好,另外,显示组件从安装孔20向下安装,对门体组件10的前面可视区域外观不会造成破坏,装配工艺较好。
进一步的,显示装置13包括显示屏24和用于支撑显示屏24的显示屏支架26,显示屏支架26包覆于显示屏24的外围。显示装置13还包括设于显示屏24后的显示屏后盖25。将显示屏支架26设置成包覆于显示屏24的外围,而显示屏后盖25设于显示屏24的后侧,从而显示屏支架26和显示屏后盖25一起能更好地保护显示屏24,避免了在装配和运输过程中损坏显示屏24。本优选实施例中,显示屏后盖25通过螺钉连接于显示屏支架26,另外,也通过螺钉将显示屏24固定于显示屏支架26。当然,也可以采用其它连接 方式将显示屏24固定于显示屏支架26。
通常,显示屏24上连接有各种电模块28,在大致垂直于显示屏24的方向上,显示屏支架26覆盖电模块28。这样,使得将显示装置13插入到容纳盒18时,显示屏支架26与容纳盒18接触,避免了电模块28与容纳盒18碰触,从而保护了电模块28,使得显示屏24能可靠稳定地工作,
本优选实施例中,显示屏24为方形,显示屏支架26包括均沿上饰条14的延伸方向延伸的第一包覆边30和第二包覆边32、及沿第一侧饰条16的延伸方向延伸的竖向包覆边34,且竖向包覆边34连接第一包覆边30和第二包覆边32。显示屏支架26的第一包覆边30、第二包覆边32和竖向包覆边34包覆于显示屏24的三个侧边,从而防止显示屏24在装配过程中免受损坏。竖向包覆边34远离第一侧饰条16,这样使得显示屏24更加靠近第一侧饰条16,也就是说,显示屏24更加靠近门体组件10的侧边缘,从而使得门体组件10的整体外观性更好。当然,显示屏支架26也可以仅设置包覆于显示屏24的两个侧边的两个包覆边或包覆于显示屏24的四个侧边的四个包覆边。
进一步的,显示屏支架26上设有供安装时操作的操作部27,操作部27设于第一包覆边30。如此设置,方便操作,更加方便显示装置13的装配或拆下。
第一侧饰条16包括大致垂直于门板12的外侧部36、均与门板12相平行并相贴合的第一前侧部38和第二前侧部40,第一侧饰条16上定义有容纳显示屏24的缺口部42。具体的,第一前侧部38与第二前侧部40之间具有一定间隔以构成缺口部42。这样,使得显示屏24更加靠近第一侧饰条16的外边缘,保证了显示屏24距离门体组件10的侧边缘的距离可以缩小至2~3mm。因此,使得显示屏24更加靠近门体组件10的侧边缘的同时,也不会影响门体组件10的强度和稳定性。
第一前侧部38延伸至上饰条14,第二前侧部40延伸至下饰条。使得门体组件10的强度和稳定性更加好。
容纳盒18具有面对且与竖向包覆边34之间具有一定间距的第一侧边44、与竖向包覆边34相抵接的第二侧边46、及连接第一侧边44和第二侧边46的斜边48,斜边48与第一侧边44成钝角,且第一侧边44较第二侧边46更靠近上饰条14。如此设置,更加便于显示装置13的装配。当刚把显示装置13插入时,显示装置13可以斜插入以避开第一侧饰条16的第一前侧部38,当快插到底时,再将显示装置13扳正。
竖向包覆边34上设有弹性压紧于第二侧边46的弹片50。当将显示装置13插入到容纳盒18底部时,弹片50压紧于容纳盒18的第二侧边46,从而使得显示装置13的固定更加可靠稳定。
进一步参照图2、及图4至图7,本发明另一实施方式还提供一种门体组件10的装配方法,其中,装配方法包括如下步骤:
a.将容纳盒18连接于上饰条14和/或第一侧饰条16;
b.将门板12贴装于门框;
c.将显示装置13从安装孔20中向下先斜插入到容纳盒18中,当将显示装置13斜插入到容纳盒18的底部时,再将显示装置13扳正;具体的,握持操作部27装配显示装置13。
d.将盖板22安装于上饰条14以覆盖安装孔20。
当需要将显示装置13拆卸下来时,与上述装配步骤相反。先将盖板22拆下,然后操作操作部27向上提拉显示装置13,当提拉一定距离后,具体的,也就是上提到显示装置13与容纳盒18的第二侧边46脱离开时,再将显示装置13倾斜一定角度,然后就可将显示装置13从安装孔20中取出。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的 具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种用于冰箱的门体组件,所述门体组件包括门框和与所述门框相贴合的门板,所述门框包括上饰条、与所述上饰条相对设置的下饰条、均连接所述上饰条和下饰条并相对设置的第一侧饰条和第二侧饰条,其特征在于,
    所述门体组件还包括显示装置、及连接于所述上饰条和/或第一侧饰条上并用于容纳所述显示装置的容纳盒,所述上饰条上设有安装孔和用于覆盖安装孔的盖板,所述安装孔供所述显示装置通过以将所述显示装置装配于所述容纳盒中,所述门板完全覆盖所述门框,所述门板位于所述显示装置的部分设置为透明。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的门体组件,其特征在于,所述显示装置包括显示屏和用于支撑所述显示屏的显示屏支架,所述显示屏支架包覆于所述显示屏的外围。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的门体组件,其特征在于,所述显示屏为方形,所述显示屏支架包括均沿所述上饰条的延伸方向延伸的第一包覆边和第二包覆边、及沿所述第一侧饰条的延伸方向延伸的竖向包覆边,且所述竖向包覆边连接所述第一包覆边和第二包覆边。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的门体组件,其特征在于,所述显示屏支架上设有供安装时操作的操作部,所述操作部设于所述第一包覆边。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的门体组件,其特征在于,所述第一侧饰条包括大致垂直于所述门板的侧部、均与所述门板相平行并相贴合的第一前侧部和第二前侧部,所述第一前侧部与第二前侧部之间具有一定间隔以构成容纳所述显示屏的缺口部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的门体组件,其特征在于,所述第一前侧部延伸至所述上饰条,所述第二前侧部延伸至下饰条。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的门体组件,其特征在于,所述容纳盒具有 面对且与所述竖向包覆边之间具有一定间距的第一侧边、与所述竖向包覆边相抵接的第二侧边、及连接所述第一侧边和第二侧边的斜边,所述斜边与第一侧边成钝角,且所述第一侧边较第二侧边更靠近所述上饰条。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的门体组件,其特征在于,所述竖向包覆边上设有弹性压紧于所述第二侧边的弹片。
  9. 一种如权利要求1所述的门体组件的装配方法,其特征在于,所述装配方法包括如下步骤:
    a.将所述容纳盒连接于所述上饰条和/或第一侧饰条;
    b.将所述门板贴装于所述门框;
    c.将显示装置从所述安装孔中向下先斜插入到所述容纳盒中,当将所述显示装置斜插入到所述容纳盒的底部时,再将所述显示装置扳正;
    d.将所述盖板安装于所述上饰条以覆盖所述安装孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的门体组件的装配方法,其特征在于,所述显示装置包括显示屏和用于支撑所述显示屏的显示屏支架,所述显示屏支架包覆于所述显示屏的外围。
  11. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,所述冰箱包括箱体和如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的门体组件,所述门体组件用于打开或关闭所述箱体。
