Description

线控器 技术领域 本发明涉及一种线控器, 特别是涉及一种空调用线控器。 背景技术 线控器是控制空调器的一种电气设备,由于线控器在人们日常生活接触比较频繁, 且随着人们生活水平的提高, 对线控器的功能和结构也提出了越来越多的需求, 这就 要求线控器结构设计上预留更多的显示空间。 而现有的线控器, 由于感温包设置在面 板上, 导致面板上显示空间较小, 不满足用户需求。 发明内容 针对上述现有技术现状, 本发明所要解决的技术问题在于, 提供一种线控器, 其 结构新颖、 面板上具有足够的显示空间, 满足不同用户需求。 本发明所提供的线控器包括: 底座、 电路板、 显示屏、 按键板、 安装架和面板, 所述电路板固设在所述安装架上, 所述显示屏和按键板设置在所述电路板和所述安装 架之间, 所述面板覆盖在所述安装架上, 所述面板的显示窗口和按键区分别和显示屏 和按键板对应设置, 所述安装架与所述底座卡接, 还包括: 环境感温包, 所述环境感 温包设置在电路板上, 所述底座上与所述环境感温包对应位置设置有感温口。 优选地, 还包括防潮盒, 罩在所述环境感温包上, 将所述环境感温包和感温口与 电路板其他元件隔开。 优选地, 所述防潮盒具有第一开口面和第二开口面, 所述第一开口面与所述电路 板配合, 所述第二开口面朝向所述感温口。 优选地, 所述防潮盒第一开口面上设置有卡扣, 所述防潮盒通过卡扣与电路板上 的安装孔卡接。 优选地, 所述防潮盒第一开口面上设置有凸起, 所述防潮盒通过凸起与电路板焊 接在一起。 优选地, 所述防潮盒第一开口面与电路板之间黏贴在一起。 优选地, 所述环境感温包设置在电路板边沿上, 且位于所述感温口。 与现有技术相比, 本发明提供的线控器, 将环境感温包设置在电路板上, 不占用 面板的空间, 从而使面板有更多的设计空间, 显示区域更大, 结构新颖。 附图说明 图 1为本发明其中一个实施例中的线控器爆炸图; 图 2为本发明其中一个实施例中的环境感温包在线控器内的设置结构图。 图中: 面板 1 ; 安装架 2; 显示屏 3 ; 电路板 4; 底座 5 ; 防潮盒 6; 环境感温包 7; 感温口 51 ; 按键板 8。
具体实施方式 下面参考附图并结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明。 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的 情况下, 以下各实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 图 1是本发明其中一个实施例中的线控器爆炸图,该线控器包括底座 5、电路板 4、 显示屏 3、 按键板 8、 安装架 2和面板 1, 所述电路板 4通过螺钉固设在所述安装架 2 上, 所述显示屏 3和按键板 8夹设在所述电路板 4和所述安装架 2之间, 所述面板 1 覆盖粘贴在所述安装架 2上。 面板 1包括显示窗口和按键区, 其中显示窗口和按键区 分别和显示屏 3和按键板 8对应设置。 所述安装架 2与所述底座通过卡扣连接或凸起 和凹槽卡接。 其中还包括: 环境感温包 7, 所述环境感温包 7设置在电路板 4上, 底 座 5上与所述环境感温包 7对应位置设置有通向环境的感温口 51。本发明提供的线控 器,由于环境感温包 7设置在电路板 4上,并通过底座 5上的感温口 51检测环境温度, 没有占用面板 1的空间, 从而使面板有更多的设计空间, 显示区域更大, 结构新颖。 图 2为本发明其中一个实施例中的环境感温包在线控器内的设置结构图。 作为一 种实施方式, 该线控器还包括防潮盒 6, 罩设在所述环境感温包 7上, 将所述环境感 温包 7和感温口 51与电路板的其他元件隔开。如此设置防止环境空气中的水分进入线 控器内部, 使电路板上的元器件受潮腐蚀生锈。 其中, 所述防潮盒 6具有第一开口面和第二开口面, 所述第一开口面与所述电路 板配合, 第二开口面朝向所述感温口 51。 作为一种实施方式, 所述防潮盒 6第一开口面上设置有卡扣, 所述防潮盒通过卡 扣与电路板上的安装孔卡接。 作为一种实施方式, 所述防潮盒 6第一开口面上设置有凸起, 所述防潮盒通过凸 起与电路板焊接在一起。 作为一种实施方式, 所述防潮盒第一开口面直接与电路板之间采用胶水黏贴在一 起。 作为一种实施方式, 所述环境感温包 7优选设置在电路板边沿上, 底板 5边沿的 对应位置设置感温口 51, 环境感温包 7位于所述感温口上。 环境感温包 7设置在电路 板边沿从而减少电路板与环境空气接触的面积, 防止元器件受潮; 环境感温包 7位于 所述感温口上可以增强检测环境温度的准确性。 以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式, 其描述较为具体和详细, 但并 不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。 应当指出的是, 对于本领域的普通技术 人员来说, 在不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干变形和改进, 这些都属于 本发明的保护范围。
