Description

用于冰箱的门体及其制备方法、冰箱 技术领域
本发明涉及冷藏冷冻技术,特别是涉及一种用于冰箱的门体及其制备方法、冰箱。
背景技术
为了满足人们的需求,现有的一些冰箱上设置有具备触摸显示功能的显示控制组件。为了便于用户操作,显示控制组件一般都设置在冰箱的门体上。冰箱的门体一般都为薄板状构件,其内的空间非常有限,且门体内具有发泡层,在门体的发泡过程中会产生较大的压力,可能导致门体产生一定的变形,因此,显示控制组件的拆装以及门体的组装存在诸多问题和较大的技术难度。况且,目前的家电行业竞争非常激烈,因此,如何在不增加较多成本并保证门体具有良好保温性能的前提下使显示控制组件的拆装更加简便、同时也使整个门体的装配操作更加简便是本领域技术人员一直渴望解决而又尚未能够解决的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明第一方面的一个目的旨在克服现有技术中的至少一个缺陷,提供一种结构简单、装配简便的用于冰箱的门体。
本发明第一方面的另一个目的是保证门体的保温性能。
本发明第一方面的又一个目的是提升门体的外观效果。
本发明第二方面的目的是提供一种用于冰箱的门体的制备方法。
本发明第三方面的目的是提供一种冰箱。
根据本发明的第一方面,本发明提供一种用于冰箱的门体,包括:
面板,具有一镂空窗口,且至少用于构成所述门体的前部;
门衬,具有在前后方向上与所述面板的镂空窗口相对的安装口,且用于构成所述门体的后部;
预埋盒,其前后均敞开,且设置于所述面板和所述门衬之间;
显示控制组件,具有用于显示信息及接收触摸操作的触摸显示屏以及用于固定所述触摸显示屏的显控盒,且配置成通过所述门衬上的安装口从后向 前地安装至所述预埋盒内,以使所述触摸显示屏的触摸表面从所述面板的镂空窗口暴露出;以及
门衬盖板,在所述门衬的后侧与所述门衬连接,并覆盖所述门衬的安装口。
可选地,所述门体还包括:
储物装置,设置于所述门衬盖板与所述门衬之间的沿所述门衬的宽度方向延伸的结合缝处,以遮蔽所述结合缝。
可选地,所述预埋盒包括:
盒体,具有前端开口和后端开口;
前侧边沿部,由所述前端开口的四周边缘向外延伸,并贴附于所述面板的位于所述镂空窗口周围的后向表面;以及
后侧边沿部,由所述后端开口的四周边缘向外延伸,并贴附于所述门衬的位于所述安装口周围的前向表面。
可选地,所述显控盒具有至少一个由所述显控盒的外端面向外凸出延伸的安装板;且
所述安装板和所述预埋盒的后侧边沿部上分别开设有多个装配孔和多个固定孔,所述装配孔和相应的所述固定孔内穿设有紧固件,以通过所述紧固件将所述显控盒和所述预埋盒紧固连接。
可选地,所述门体还包括:
具有保温隔热功能的弹性缓冲件,设置于所述显控盒内部、并位于所述触摸显示屏的后方,以直接或间接地对所述触摸显示屏进行限位,并隔绝所述显控盒与其所处空间之间的至少部分热传递。
可选地,所述显控盒的后部敞开,以供所述弹性缓冲件从后向前地插入所述显控盒内部;且
所述门衬盖板的前向表面设有环状的凸肋,所述凸肋与所述弹性缓冲件的边缘紧密抵接,以对所述弹性缓冲件进行定位。
根据本发明的第二方面,本发明还提供一种上述任一实施例的门体的制备方法,包括:
步骤A:将所述门体的面板、门衬和预埋盒组装在一起,并使得所述预埋盒位于所述面板和所述门衬之间,以在所述面板、所述门衬和所述预埋盒之间形成发泡空间;
步骤B:向所述发泡空间注入发泡料,从而在所述发泡空间内形成保温隔热层;
步骤C:通过所述门衬的安装口将所述门体的显示控制组件从后向前地安装至所述预埋盒;以及
步骤D:将所述门体的门衬盖板安装至所述门衬的后侧,并覆盖所述门衬的安装口。
可选地,在所述步骤A之前,所述门体的制备方法还包括:
在所述预埋盒上形成由其盒体的前端开口的四周边缘向外延伸的前侧边沿部和由其后端开口的四周边缘向外延伸的后侧边沿部;且
所述步骤A包括:
先将所述预埋盒的前侧边沿部胶黏于所述面板的位于所述镂空窗口周围的后向表面,以形成第一预组装件,然后再将所述门衬组装到所述第一预组装件的后侧,并使得所述门衬的位于所述安装口周围的前向表面贴附于所述预埋盒的后侧边沿部。
可选地,所述门体还包括储物装置;且
在所述步骤D之后,所述制备方法还包括:
将所述储物装置安装至所述门衬盖板的后侧,并使所述储物装置覆盖所述门衬盖板与所述门衬之间的沿所述门衬的宽度方向延伸的结合缝。
可选地,所述门体还包括具有保温隔热功能的弹性缓冲件;且
在所述步骤C之后、且在所述步骤D之前,所述门体的制备方法还包括:
将所述弹性缓冲件从后向前地插入所述显控盒内。
根据本发明的第三方面,本发明还提供一种冰箱,包括:
箱体,其内限定有用于存放物品的储物空间;以及
上述任一所述的门体,所述门体直接或间接地连接于所述箱体,以打开和/或关闭至少部分所述储物空间。
本发明的用于冰箱的门体具有面板、门衬、预埋盒、显示控制组件以及门衬盖板,其中,预埋盒内限定有一容装腔,面板、门衬与预埋盒组装后,面板与门衬之间的除预埋盒所占空间之外的其他空间形成发泡空间,预埋盒内的容装腔与发泡空间相互隔离。此时,显示控制组件即可作为一个整体通过门衬上的安装口从后向前地安装至预埋盒内的容装腔中,显示控制组件与 门体的发泡层互不影响。随后,将门衬盖板安装至门衬的后侧即完成了门体的装配。由此可见,本发明的门体结构简单,显示控制组件的安装及整个门体的装配过程都非常简便,易于实施。
进一步地,由于本发明的门体包括在门衬的后侧与门衬的上部连接的门衬盖板,因此,可通过门衬盖板覆盖门衬上的用于安装显示控制组件的安装口,在一定程度上避免了位于门体一侧的热量和/或冷量通过安装口直接传递或泄露至门体的另一侧,从而保证了门体的保温性能。
进一步地,由于本发明的门体还包括设置于门衬盖板与门衬之间的结合缝处的储物装置,因此,可通过储物装置遮蔽该结合缝,从而提升了门体的外观效果。
进一步地,由于本发明的门体还包括设置于显控盒内部、并位于触摸显示屏后方的弹性缓冲件,该弹性缓冲件具有保温隔热功能,因此,一方面,可通过该弹性缓冲件直接或间接地缓冲触摸显示屏所受的外力作用,从而对触摸显示屏进行弹性定位或软性固定,避免其出现水波纹或受损,另一方面,弹性缓冲件还能够进一步地隔绝显控盒与其所处空间之间的传递,从而进一步提高门体的保温性能。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例首先提供一种用于冰箱的门体,图1是根据本发明一个实施例的用于冰箱的门体的示意性结构图,图2是根据本发明一个实施例的用于冰箱的门体的示意性结构分解图。参见图1和图2,本发明实施例提供的用于冰箱的门体1包括:面板30,具有一镂空窗口31,且至少用于构成门体1的前部;门衬40,具有在前后方向上与面板30的镂空窗口31相对的安装口41,且用于构成门体1的后部;预埋盒20,其前后均敞开,且设置于面板30和门衬40之间;显示控制组件10,具有用于显示信息及接收触摸操作的触摸显示屏120以及用于固定触摸显示屏120的显控盒110,且配置成通过门衬40上的安装口41从后向前地安装至预埋盒20内,以使触摸显示屏120的触摸表面从面板30的镂空窗口31暴露出;以及门衬盖板60,在门衬40的后侧与门衬40连接,并覆盖门衬40的安装口41。门衬盖板60可通过卡接的方式与门衬40的上部连接。
图3是根据本发明一个实施例的门体的示意性剖视图,图4是图3中部分A的示意性放大图。参见图2至图4,预埋盒20内限定有一容装腔,面板30、门衬40与预埋盒20组装后,面板30与门衬40之间的除预埋盒20所占空间之外的其他空间形成发泡空间,预埋盒20内的容装腔与发泡空间相互隔离。此时,显示控制组件10即可作为一个整体通过门衬40上的安装口41从后向前地安装至预埋盒20内的容装腔中,显示控制组件10与门体1的发泡层互不影响。随后,将门衬盖板60安装至门衬40的后侧即完成了门体1的装配。由此可见,本发明的门体1结构简单,显示控制组件10的安装及整个门体1的装配过程都非常简便,易于实施。
进一步地,由于门衬盖板60覆盖门衬40上的用于安装显示控制组件10的安装口41,在一定程度上避免了位于门体1一侧的热量和/或冷量通过安装口41直接传递或泄露至门体1的另一侧,从而保证了门体1的保温性能。
进一步地,由于触摸显示屏120的触摸表面从面板30的镂空窗口31暴露出,因此,用户可直接接触触摸显示屏120的触摸表面,从而提高了显示控制组件10的触摸效果,同时还保证了触摸显示屏120的正面(触摸表面)具有足够的散热空间将其产生的热量及时地散发出去。
面板30可具有竖直延伸的前板部32、由前板部32的两个横向侧边缘垂直于前板部32向后延伸的侧板部33和另一侧板部。该另一侧板部上开设有 一缺口,门体1还包括设置于该缺口内的侧边框50、上饰条81和下饰条82。侧边框50、上饰条81、下饰条82、侧板部33和另一侧板部均与门衬40相连,面板30的前板部32构成了门体1的前部,面板30的侧板部33、侧板部34以及侧边框50构成了门体1的侧部,上饰条81和下饰条82分别构成了门体1的上部和下部。由此可见,面板30用于构成门体1的前部和至少部分侧部。在本发明其他的实施方式中,面板30也可仅具有前板部,此时,门体1还包括两个侧边框。
在本发明的一些实施例中,门体1还包括储物装置71,储物装置71设置于门衬盖板60与门衬40之间的沿门衬40的宽度方向延伸的结合缝处,以遮蔽该结合缝,从而提升了门体1的外观效果。
具体地,门衬盖板60的上端可大致与门衬40的上端平齐,或者门衬盖板60的上端与门衬40的上端之间留有能够在其间安装门封条的距离。门衬盖板60与门衬40在横向上的宽度大致保持一致。门衬盖板60在竖直方向上的长度小于门衬40在该方向上的长度(只要保证门衬盖板60能够覆盖门衬40上的安装口41即可),从而使得门衬盖板60的下端与门衬40之间形成一沿门衬40宽度方向延伸的结合缝。门衬40或门衬盖板60的横向两侧可分别设有一挂耳,储物装置71通过该挂耳挂扣在门衬40或门衬盖板60上。门衬盖板60的下部后侧还形成有向前凹陷的凹槽,该凹槽在前后方向上与储物装置71相对,从而与储物装置71共同形成了一个容积更大的储物空间。
进一步地,门体1还可包括设置于门衬盖板60或门衬40上的储物装置72,储物装置71和储物装置72的底壁上均开设有漏水孔。具体地,储物装置71和储物装置72可均为瓶座。
在本发明的一些替代性实施例中,门衬盖板60的上端也可距门衬40的上端一定的距离,从而在门衬盖板60的上端与门衬40之间、以及门衬盖板60的下端与门衬40之间均形成一结合缝。此时,储物装置71的个数可以为两个,两个储物装置71分别遮蔽上述两个结合缝。
图5是根据本发明一个实施例的门体的预埋盒的示意性结构图。参见图2至图5,在本发明的一些实施例中,预埋盒20包括:盒体21,具有前端开口和后端开口;前侧边沿部22,由盒体21前端开口的四周边缘向外延伸(即向背离前端开口的方向延伸),并贴附于面板30的位于镂空窗口31周围的 后向表面;以及后侧边沿部23,由盒体21后端开口的四周边缘向外延伸(即向背离后端开口的方向延伸),并贴附于门衬40的位于安装口41周围的前向表面。具体地,前侧边沿部22与面板30的上述后向表面之间、以及后侧边沿部23与门衬40的上述前向表面之间均紧密贴合,从而将面板30与门衬40之间的发泡空间和预埋盒20内的容装腔严格隔离。
进一步地,面板30的前板部32的后向表面为平面,前侧边沿部22的上部区段、下部区段和两个侧部区段处于同一竖直平面内,从而使得前侧边沿部22与前板部32的后向表面紧密贴合。
后侧边沿部23的形状可与安装口41的边缘部的形状相吻合。具体地,后侧边沿部23的两个侧部区段234可由前向后地分别朝向盒体21后端开口的横向两侧弯曲延伸。门衬40还具有位于安装口41上方的上翻边42以及位于安装口41下方的下翻边43,后侧边沿部23的上部区段231和下部区段232上分别设有一台阶部,后侧边沿部23的下部区段232的位于其台阶部下方的子区段贴附于门衬40的下翻边43,后侧边沿部23的上部区段231的位于其台阶部上方的子区段贴附于门衬40的上翻边42。
图6是根据本发明一个实施例的门体的显示控制组件的示意性分解图。在本发明的一些实施例中,显控盒110具有至少一个由显控盒110的外端面向外凸出延伸的安装板。安装板和预埋盒20的后侧边沿部23上分别开设有多个装配孔和多个固定孔,显控盒110的装配孔和后侧边沿部23上相应的固定孔内穿设有紧固件90(参见图2),以通过紧固件90将显控盒110和预埋盒20紧固连接,从而保证了显示控制组件10安装的牢固性和稳定性。本领域技术人员应理解,显控盒110的外端面可包括显控盒10的上端面、下端面和两个侧端面。
进一步地,显控盒110可具有由其上端面向上凸出延伸的上部安装板111和由其下端面向下凸出延伸的下部安装板112,上部安装板111贴附于后侧边沿部23的上部区段231的位于其台阶部下方的子区段,下部安装板112贴附于后侧边沿部23的下部区段232的位于其台阶部上方的子区段。上部安装板111和下部安装板112上均开设有装配孔113,后侧边沿部23的上部区段231和下部区段232上分别开设有与相应的装配孔113位置相对应的固定孔233,紧固件90由后向前地依次穿过固定孔233和相应的装配孔113。
在本发明的一些实施例中,参见图2和图4,门体1还包括具有保温隔 热功能的弹性缓冲件70,弹性缓冲件70设置于显控盒110内部、并位于触摸显示屏120的后方,以直接或间接地对触摸显示屏120进行限位,并隔绝显控盒110与其所处空间之间的至少部分热传递。具体地,弹性缓冲件70可与触摸显示屏120直接接触、或通过电路板等部件间接接触,由此,弹性缓冲件70可直接或间接地缓冲触摸显示屏120所受的外力作用,从而对触摸显示屏120进行弹性定位或软性固定,避免其出现水波纹或受损。同时,弹性缓冲件120的保温隔热功能还能够进一步提高门体1的保温性能。
在本发明的一些实施例中,显控盒110的后部敞开,以供弹性缓冲件70从后向前地插入显控盒110内部。门衬盖板60的前向表面设有环状的凸肋61(参见图2),凸肋61与弹性缓冲件70的边缘紧密抵接,以对弹性缓冲件70进行定位。具体地,在本发明的一些实施例中,显控盒110可以为具有前壁、周壁、以及后端开口的盒体,触摸显示屏120设置于显控盒110前壁的上部。
具体地,在本发明的一个实施方式中,弹性缓冲件70可以为方形的泡沫块。在本发明的一些替代性实施方式中,弹性缓冲件70还可以为海绵或其他具有保温隔热功能的弹性体。
在本发明的一些实施例中,显示控制组件10还包括位于触摸显示屏120后方的控制电路板151,显控盒110的前壁具有向后凹陷的凹腔,控制电路板151容装在该凹腔中。
在本发明的一些实施例中,显示控制组件10还包括设置于显控盒110前壁的前侧的摄像头161和人体红外感应器162,摄像头161和人体红外感应器162均位于触摸显示屏120的下方。具体地,显控盒110前壁的上部设有用于与安装触摸显示屏120的屏安装部,显控盒110前壁的下部设有位于屏安装部下方的用于安装摄像头161的摄像头安装部以及用于安装人体红外感应器162的感应器安装部。摄像头161和人体红外感应器162可分别通过紧固件紧固在相应的安装部中。触摸显示屏120与显控盒110之间可设有位于触摸显示屏120的边缘部的方形泡沫块116,从而使触摸显示屏120与显控盒110之间实现软接触,以避免触摸显示屏120的中部区域受力过大而出现水波纹甚至损坏。
在本发明的一些实施例中,显示控制组件10还包括在显控盒110前壁的前侧固定在该前壁下部的扬声器171、复位按键172、麦克。进一步地, 扬声器171的数量可以为两个,两个扬声器171可关于显控盒110的竖直平分线对称设置,以平衡显示控制组件10向其横向两侧发出的声音。复位按键172可位于显控盒110前壁的下拐角处。
在本发明的一些实施例中,参见图5,预埋盒20还具有由其盒体21的前端开口的下边缘向上延伸的前盖板24。前盖板24可与盒体21一体成型,也可与盒体21通过卡接、焊接等方式连接在一起。前盖板24向上延伸的高度配置成使得前盖板24能够至少部分地覆盖设置于显控盒110前壁的摄像头161、人体红外感应器162、扬声器、麦克、复位按键等部件,从而使得门体1更加美观。
前盖板24上开设有在前后方向上贯穿前盖板24的开孔241,摄像头161和人体红外感应器162的前端部均通过前盖板24的开孔241暴露出。
显控盒110还具有设置于其前壁的前向表面的限位块114,限位块114上开设有两个插孔,以分别供摄像头161的前部和人体红外感应器162的前部插入其中。由此,摄像头161前部和人体红外感应器162前部的除两者的前端部之外的其它部分均可分别被两个插孔的孔壁所覆盖,摄像头161和人体红外感应器162几乎不会受到外界静电干扰或受到外界静电干扰的可能性非常小,一定程度地避免了显示控制组件10受到静电干扰,提高了显示控制组件10的使用寿命。
进一步地,显控盒110还包括用于对摄像头161和人体红外感应器162进行装饰的装饰件115。具体地,装饰件115具有贴附于显控盒110的前壁的环形边沿部以及由该环形边沿部的内侧边缘朝前凸出延伸的环形装饰部。环形装饰部的内侧环形表面与限位块的环形外表面紧密贴合,环形装饰部的外侧环形表面与前盖板24的开孔241的孔壁紧密贴合。
摄像头161与人体红外感应器162可上下布置,且位于显控盒110的宽度方向上的中央位置。开孔241可以为在上下方向延伸的腰型孔、椭圆形孔、条形孔或其他规则或不规则形状的长形孔。
更进一步地,前盖板24上可开设有多个与扬声器171、麦克正向相对的细小的通孔,以便于声音的传播。前盖板24的除上述通孔和开孔241之外的其他区域可开设有多个由前盖板24的前向表面向后凹陷的凹孔,该凹孔并不贯穿前盖板24,且凹孔与多个通孔可在前盖板24上均匀分布。由此,不但能够使得前盖板24更加美观,而且还可尽量地避免外界的水渍、灰尘 等进入门体1内部。
本发明实施例中所称的紧固件90和其他紧固件例如可以为螺钉、螺栓或其他能够将两个部件紧固连接的紧固件。
本发明实施例还提供一种门体的制备方法,该门体为上述任一实施例中所描述的门体1。图7是根据本发明一个实施例的用于冰箱的门体的制备方法的流程图,本发明的门体的制备方法包括:
步骤A:将门体1的面板30、门衬40和预埋盒20组装在一起,并使得预埋盒20位于面板30和门衬40之间,以在面板30、门衬40和预埋盒20之间形成发泡空间;
步骤B:向发泡空间注入发泡料,从而在发泡空间内形成保温隔热层;
步骤C:通过门衬40的安装口41将门体1的显示控制组件10从后向前地安装至预埋盒20;以及
步骤D:将门体1的门衬盖板60安装至门衬40的后侧,并覆盖门衬40的安装口41。
在本发明的一些实施例中,在步骤A之前,门体1的制备方法还包括:
在预埋盒20上形成由其盒体21的前端开口的四周边缘向外延伸的前侧边沿部22和由盒体21的后端开口的四周边缘向外延伸的后侧边沿部23;且
步骤A包括:
先将预埋盒20的前侧边沿部22胶黏于面板30的位于镂空窗口31周围的后向表面,以形成第一预组装件,然后再将门衬40组装到第一预组装件的后侧,并使得门衬40的位于安装口41周围的前向表面贴附于预埋盒20的后侧边沿部23。
具体地,盒体21的前端开口的四周边缘可设有定位槽,面板30还具有由其镂空窗口31的四周边缘向后凸出延伸的翻边35。当将预埋盒20组装至面板30时,面板30的翻边35插入预埋盒20盒体21的定位槽中,从而对预埋盒20进行定位,并且使门体1呈现一体化的外观效果。
进一步地,步骤A还包括:将门体1的面板30、门衬40、侧边框50、上饰条81、下饰条82和预埋盒20组装在一起。本领域技术人员应理解,本发明对面板30、门衬40、侧边框50、上饰条81、下饰条82和预埋盒20之间的装配顺序并不作任何的限定。
在本发明的一些实施例中,在步骤A之前,门体1的制备方法还包括: 在预埋盒20的后侧边沿部23上开设固定孔233。在步骤C之前,门体1的制备方法还包括:在显示控制组件10的显控盒上110形成由其上端面向上凸出延伸的上部安装板111和由其下端面向下凸出延伸的下部安装板112,并在上部安装板111和下部安装板112上开设装配孔113。在这些实施例中,步骤C具体可包括:通过门衬40的安装口41将显示控制组件10从后向前地插入预埋盒20,以使至少部分显示控制组件10位于预埋盒20内;以及向上部安装板111的装配孔113和后侧边沿部23相应的固定孔233、以及下部安装板112的装配孔113和后侧边沿部23相应的固定孔233内旋入紧固件90,从而将显控盒110和预埋盒20紧固连接。
具体地,上部安装板111和下部安装板112可处于同一竖直平面内,从而使安装至预埋盒20的显控盒110保持竖直状态。且上部安装板111相距显控盒110的前端部和后端部均有一定的距离,从而在显示控制组件10安装至预埋盒20后使得显控盒110的前半部分位于预埋盒20内部、且使得显控盒110的后半部分暴露于预埋盒20外部。
在本发明的一些实施例中,在步骤D之后,门体1的制备方法还包括:将储物装置71安装至门衬40盖板的后侧,并使储物装置71覆盖门衬盖板60与门衬40之间的沿门衬40的宽度方向延伸的结合缝。
在本发明的一些实施例中,在步骤C之后、且在步骤D之前,门体1的制备方法还包括:将弹性缓冲件70从后向前地插入显控盒110内。
本发明实施例还提供一种冰箱,图8是根据本发明一个实施例的冰箱的示意性结构图,冰箱3包括:箱体2,其内限定有用于存放物品的储物空间;以及以上任一实施例所述的门体1。门体1直接或间接地连接于箱体2,以打开和/或关闭至少部分储物空间。
本领域技术人员应理解,本发明实施例所涉及的冰箱3可具有压缩制冷系统、半导体制冷系统或其他合适的制冷系统,以为其箱体2内的储物空间提供冷量,从而使该储物空间保持冷藏、冷冻或其他特殊条件的储存环境。具体地,冰箱3包括但不限于普通或通俗意义上的冰箱,还包括冰柜、冷柜等常见的装置,也包括其他具有冷藏和/或冷冻功能的装置。
本领域技术人员还应理解,本发明实施例中所称的“上”、“下”、“横”、“竖直”、“水平”、“前”、“后”等用于表示方位或位置关系的用语是以门体1和冰箱3的实际使用状态为基准而言的,这些用语仅是为了便于描 述和理解本发明的技术方案,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或部件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种用于冰箱的门体,包括:
    面板,具有一镂空窗口,且至少用于构成所述门体的前部;
    门衬,具有在前后方向上与所述面板的镂空窗口相对的安装口,且用于构成所述门体的后部;
    预埋盒,其前后均敞开,且设置于所述面板和所述门衬之间;
    显示控制组件,具有用于显示信息及接收触摸操作的触摸显示屏以及用于固定所述触摸显示屏的显控盒,且配置成通过所述门衬上的安装口从后向前地安装至所述预埋盒内,以使所述触摸显示屏的触摸表面从所述面板的镂空窗口暴露出;以及
    门衬盖板,在所述门衬的后侧与所述门衬连接,并覆盖所述门衬的安装口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的门体,还包括:
    储物装置,设置于所述门衬盖板与所述门衬之间的沿所述门衬的宽度方向延伸的结合缝处,以遮蔽所述结合缝。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的门体,其中,所述预埋盒包括:
    盒体,具有前端开口和后端开口;
    前侧边沿部,由所述前端开口的四周边缘向外延伸,并贴附于所述面板的位于所述镂空窗口周围的后向表面;以及
    后侧边沿部,由所述后端开口的四周边缘向外延伸,并贴附于所述门衬的位于所述安装口周围的前向表面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的门体,其中,
    所述显控盒具有至少一个由所述显控盒的外端面向外凸出延伸的安装板;且
    所述安装板和所述预埋盒的后侧边沿部上分别开设有多个装配孔和多个固定孔,所述装配孔和相应的所述固定孔内穿设有紧固件,以通过所述紧固件将所述显控盒和所述预埋盒紧固连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的门体,还包括:
    具有保温隔热功能的弹性缓冲件,设置于所述显控盒内部、并位于所述触摸显示屏的后方,以直接或间接地对所述触摸显示屏进行限位,并隔绝所述显控盒与其所处空间之间的至少部分热传递。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的门体,其中,
    所述显控盒的后部敞开,以供所述弹性缓冲件从后向前地插入所述显控盒内部;且
    所述门衬盖板的前向表面设有环状的凸肋,所述凸肋与所述弹性缓冲件的边缘紧密抵接,以对所述弹性缓冲件进行定位。
  7. 一种权利要求1所述门体的制备方法,包括:
    步骤A:将所述门体的面板、门衬和预埋盒组装在一起,并使得所述预埋盒位于所述面板和所述门衬之间,以在所述面板、所述门衬和所述预埋盒之间形成发泡空间;
    步骤B:向所述发泡空间注入发泡料,从而在所述发泡空间内形成保温隔热层;
    步骤C:通过所述门衬的安装口将所述门体的显示控制组件从后向前地安装至所述预埋盒;以及
    步骤D:将所述门体的门衬盖板安装至所述门衬的后侧,并覆盖所述门衬的安装口。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其中,
    在所述步骤A之前,所述门体的制备方法还包括:
    在所述预埋盒上形成由其盒体的前端开口的四周边缘向外延伸的前侧边沿部和由其后端开口的四周边缘向外延伸的后侧边沿部;且
    所述步骤A包括:
    先将所述预埋盒的前侧边沿部胶黏于所述面板的位于所述镂空窗口周围的后向表面,以形成第一预组装件,然后再将所述门衬组装到所述第一预组装件的后侧,并使得所述门衬的位于所述安装口周围的前向表面贴附于所述预埋盒的后侧边沿部。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其中,
    所述门体还包括储物装置;且
    在所述步骤D之后,所述制备方法还包括:
    将所述储物装置安装至所述门衬盖板的后侧,并使所述储物装置覆盖所述门衬盖板与所述门衬之间的沿所述门衬的宽度方向延伸的结合缝。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其中,
    所述门体还包括具有保温隔热功能的弹性缓冲件;且
    在所述步骤C之后、且在所述步骤D之前,所述门体的制备方法还包括:
    将所述弹性缓冲件从后向前地插入所述显控盒内。
  11. 一种冰箱,包括:
    箱体,其内限定有用于存放物品的储物空间;以及
    权利要求1所述的门体,所述门体直接或间接地连接于所述箱体,以打开和/或关闭至少部分所述储物空间。
