根据本发明的第二方面,本发明提供一种冷藏冷冻装置,其包括:
箱体,其内限定有用于存放物品的储物空间;以及
上述任一所述的门体,其直接或间接地连接于所述箱体,以打开和/或关闭至少部分所述储物空间。
本发明的用于冷藏冷冻装置的门体将显示控制组件和发声装置均安装在预埋盒和面板之间的形成的容装空间内,并且使得显示控制组件的后部与预埋盒之间形成间隙,在发声装置的前部设有第一通孔,在上饰条上设有第二通孔,第一通孔和第二通孔均分别与外部环境和上述间隙连通。由此,第一通孔、间隙和第二通孔之间形成了贯穿的散热风道,该散热风道可与外部环境空间形成自然的空气循环流动,显示控制组件产生的热量可通过该散热风道以自然对流的方式快速有效地散发至外部环境空间,提高了显示控制组件的散热效果,从而避免其运行缓慢或出现卡顿现象,提高了用户的使用体验。
同时,显示控制组件产生的热量快速有效地散发后还降低了显示控制组件周围的温度,减少甚至避免了显示控制组件所处空间内出现冷热交界现象,进而避免显示控制组件上产生凝露,提高了显示控制组件的质量,延长了其使用寿命。
进一步地,由于发声装置必须具备将声音传至门体外部的通孔(即发声装置自带通孔),因此,本申请将散热风道的用于与外部环境连通的其中一个风口选择为开设在发声装置前部的第一通孔,可利用发声装置固有的通孔结构,避免在门体的其他位置处重新设置通风口,减少了设计量的同时保证了散热需求,并且在很大程度上简化了门体的结构,提高了门体装配的便利性。
根据下文结合附图对本发明具体实施例的详细描述,本领域技术人员将会更加明了本发明的上述以及其他目的、优点和特征。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种用于冷藏冷冻装置的门体,图1是根据本发明一个实施例的用于冷藏冷冻装置的门体的示意性结构图,图2是根据本发明一个实施例的用于冷藏冷冻装置的门体的示意性结构分解图,图3是根据本发明一个实施例的用于冷藏冷冻装置的门体的另一方位的示意性结构分解图。参见图1至图3,本发明的用于冷藏冷冻装置的门体1包括用于形成门体1前部的面板10、用于形成门体1顶部的上饰条20、用于形成门体1后部的门衬30以及设置于面板10和门衬30之间的预埋盒40,预埋盒40与面板10之间形成有容装空间。面板10优选为钣金面板。门体1还可以包括用于形成其底部的下饰条90。门体1还包括安装在上述容装空间内的显示控制组件50和安装在上述容装空间内的发声装置60。发声装置60位于显示控制组件50的下方,且其前部暴露于门体1的前方,以便于发声装置60发出的声音传播至门体1的前方。
图4是根据本发明一个实施例的用于冷藏冷冻装置的门体的示意性剖视图,图5是图4中部分A的示意性放大图。特别地,显示控制组件50的后部与预埋盒40间隔设置,以在显示控制组件50的后部与预埋盒40之间形成间隙70。发声装置60的前部设有用于连通门体1所处外部环境和间隙70的第一通孔611,上饰条20上设有用于连通门体1所处外部环境和间隙70的第二通孔21,以在第一通孔611、间隙70和第二通孔21之间形成贯穿的散热风道S(图4中虚线所示通路)。
具体地,由于发声装置60的前部暴露于门体1的前方,第一通孔611形成在发声装置60的前部,因此,第一通孔611可以将间隙70与门体1前方的外部环境连通。同样地,由于上饰条20形成了门体1的顶部,第二通 孔21形成在上饰条20上,因此,第二通孔21可以将间隙70与门体1上方的外部环境连通。根据热气流上升的原理,第一通孔611形成了散热风道S的进风口,第二通孔21形成了散热风道S的出风口。由此,第一通孔611、间隙70和第二通孔21之间形成的散热风道S在气流流动方向上先从前往后延伸,再折弯大致90度后向上延伸。
本发明的用于冷藏冷冻装置的门体1将显示控制组件50和发声装置60均安装在预埋盒40和面板10之间的形成的容装空间内,并且使得显示控制组件50的后部与预埋盒40之间形成间隙70,在发声装置60的前部设有第一通孔611,在上饰条20上设有第二通孔21,第一通孔611和第二通孔21均分别与外部环境和上述间隙70连通。由此,第一通孔611、间隙70和第二通孔21之间形成了贯穿的散热风道S,该散热风道S可与外部环境空间形成自然的空气循环流动,显示控制组件50产生的热量可通过该散热风道S以自然对流的方式快速有效地散发至外部环境空间,提高了显示控制组件50的散热效果,从而避免其运行缓慢或出现卡顿现象,提高了用户的使用体验。
同时,显示控制组件50产生的热量快速有效地散发后还降低了显示控制组件50周围的温度,减少甚至避免了显示控制组件50所处空间内出现冷热交界现象,进而避免显示控制组件50上产生凝露,提高了显示控制组件50的质量,延长了其使用寿命。
更为重要的是,由于发声装置60必然具备将声音传至门体1外部的通孔(即发声装置60自带通孔),因此,本申请将散热风道S的用于与外部环境连通的其中一个风口选择为开设在发声装置60前部的第一通孔611,可利用发声装置60固有的通孔结构,避免在门体1的其他位置处额外设置通风口,减少了设计量的同时保证了散热需求,并且在很大程度上简化了门体1的结构,提高了门体1装配的便利性。
在一些实施例中,显示控制组件50包括显示屏53、用于支撑显示屏53的安装板架52以及设置在安装板架52的后方以用于形成显示控制组件50后部的后盖51。间隙70形成在后盖51与预埋盒40的后壁41之间,以便于对显示控制组件50进行均匀地散热,同时还可以在间隙70厚度非常小的基础上确保间隙70的容积较大,有利于气流的流通。具体地,显示屏53处于最前侧,可以用来显示信息及接受触摸操作。显示屏53可以通过卡接或其他合适的方式固定在安装板架52的前侧。后盖51与安装板架52之间可以通过螺钉连接、卡接或其他合适的方式相连。显示控制组件50还可包括设 置于安装板架52后侧的控制电路板、背光灯或其他电器件等。
进一步地,后盖51上形成有多个散热孔511,以允许显示控制组件50产生的热量通过散热孔511散发至位于后盖51后侧的间隙70。具体地,散热孔511在前后方向上可与显示控制组件50的发热集中部件相对设置,以使得发热集中部件产生的热量更加迅速地通过散热孔511散发至间隙70。显示控制组件50的发热集中部件例如可包括控制电路板、背光灯等产生热量较多的部件。散热孔511的形状可以根据其具体位置和实际散热需求设置成圆形、细长条形或其他合适的形状。
在一些实施例中,发声装置60具有用于形成其前部的端盖61和位于端盖61后侧的发声器62,第一通孔611形成在端盖61上。端盖61暴露于门体1的前方,可以遮挡发声器62,提高门体1的外形美观效果。端盖61上的第一通孔611便于发声器62发出的声音传播至门体1的前方。为了不影响门体1的整体美观,第一通孔611可以为直径较小的微孔,且第一通孔611的数量可以为多个。发声装置60的发声器62具体可以为喇叭、扬声器或其他可以发出声音的装置。发声器62可以固定在显示控制组件50的安装板架52上,以省略其他支撑构件,简化门体1的结构。相应地,安装板架52上开设有用于裸露发声器62的通孔。
在一些实施例中,预埋盒40的顶部开设有与间隙70连通的第三通孔42,第三通孔42与上饰条20上的第二通孔21直接或间接地连通。
具体地,在图2至图5所示实施例中,预埋盒40的顶部可与上饰条20间隔设置,第三通孔42和第二通孔21之间连接有辅助风道80,以依次通过第二通孔21、辅助风道80和第三通孔42将门体1所处外部环境和间隙70连通。此时,第三通孔42与第二通孔21通过辅助风道80间接地连通。第三通孔42与辅助风道80之间、以及第二通孔21与辅助风道80之间均可通过密封件密封地连通,以避免热量泄漏。
在另一些实施例中,预埋盒40的顶部可与上饰条20邻近设置,第三通孔42和第二通孔21之间可通过插接或其他合适的方式直接地连通。第三通孔42和第二通孔21的交界面处可设置密封件,以避免热量泄漏。
在一些实施例中,上饰条20上还设有覆盖在第二通孔21上方的盖板22,盖板22上开设有第四通孔221,第四通孔221与第二通孔21在上下方向上相互错开。一方面,可通过盖板22遮挡第二通孔21,避免灰尘、水等物质通过第二通孔21进入辅助风道80、进而进入间隙70内对显示控制组件50 的性能造成影响;另一方面,还可确保散热风道S通过第四通孔221与外部环境空间连通,保证了散热效果。
进一步地,上饰条20还设有位于第四通孔221正下方的沟槽23,以便于收集经第四通孔221进入的灰尘、水等物质,便于清理。
在一些实施例中,面板10具有一镂空窗口11,预埋盒40的前侧具有与面板10的镂空窗口11相对的安装口43。显示控制组件50和发声装置60的前部均依次通过预埋盒40的安装口43和面板10上的镂空窗口11暴露于门体1的前方。显示控制组件50的前部暴露于门体1的前方,以便于显示信息和/或接受触摸操作。预埋盒40可具有后壁41和由后壁41的四个边缘向前延伸的周壁44,从而在预埋盒40的前侧形成安装口43。进一步地,预埋盒40还可具有由其周壁44的延伸末端朝预埋盒40的径向方向延伸的边沿部45,边沿部45与面板10的后向表面紧贴,从而在预埋盒40与面板10之间限定出容装空间。边沿部45与面板10的后向表面可通过胶黏或其他合适的方式固定连接。
面板10还可以为玻璃面板,对于玻璃材质的面板10,面板10上也可以不设置镂空窗口,显示控制组件50上显示的内容可通过透明玻璃面板显示出来,用户也可以通过透明的玻璃面板来操作显示控制组件50。
进一步地,显示控制组件50和发声装置60配置成作为一个整体依次通过面板10上的镂空窗口11和预埋盒40的安装口43从前向后地安装至预埋盒40与面板10之间限定的容装空间内。也就是说,显示控制组件50和发声装置60可以作为一个集成的整体进行装配和拆卸,拆装操作非常方便,且省时省力。显示控制组件50与预埋盒40或门体1的其他结构可通过卡接或螺钉连接的方式可拆卸地相连,显示控制组件50与面板10的交界面之间可通过胶黏的方式连接。同样地,发声装置60与面板10的交界面之间可通过胶黏的方式连接。
本发明还提供一种冷藏冷冻装置,图6是根据本发明一个实施例的冷藏冷冻装置的示意性结构图。本发明的冷藏冷冻装置3包括:箱体2,其内限定有用于存放物品的储物空间;以及上述任一实施例中所述的门体1。门体1直接或间接地连接于箱体2,以打开和/或关闭至少部分储物空间。
具体地,冷藏冷冻装置3包括但不限于普通或通俗意义上的冰箱,还包括冰柜、冷柜等常见的装置,也包括其他具有冷藏和/或冷冻功能的装置。以冰箱为例,冷藏冷冻装置3可以为单门冰箱,也可以为多门冰箱,例如对开 门冰箱。当冷藏冷冻装置3为多门冰箱时,门体1可以为其中任意一个门体。
本发明实施例所涉及的冷藏冷冻装置3可具有压缩制冷系统、半导体制冷系统或其他合适的制冷系统,以为其箱体2内的储物空间提供冷量,从而使该储物空间保持冷藏、冷冻或其他特殊条件的储存环境。
本领域技术人员还应理解,本发明实施例中所称的“上”、“下”、“竖”、“横”、“前”、“后”等用于表示方位或位置关系的用语是以门体1和冷藏冷冻装置3的实际使用状态为基准而言的,这些用语仅是为了便于描述和理解本发明的技术方案,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或部件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于冷藏冷冻装置的门体,包括:
    用于形成所述门体前部的面板;
    用于形成所述门体顶部的上饰条;
    用于形成所述门体后部的门衬;
    设置于所述面板和所述门衬之间的预埋盒,所述预埋盒与所述面板之间形成有容装空间;
    显示控制组件,安装在所述容装空间内;以及
    发声装置,安装在所述容装空间内,并位于所述显示控制组件的下方,所述发声装置的前部暴露于所述门体的前方;其中
    所述显示控制组件的后部与所述预埋盒之间形成间隙,所述发声装置的前部设有用于连通所述门体所处外部环境和所述间隙的第一通孔,所述上饰条上设有用于连通所述门体所处外部环境和所述间隙的第二通孔,以在所述第一通孔、所述间隙和所述第二通孔之间形成贯穿的散热风道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的门体,其中,
    所述显示控制组件包括显示屏、用于支撑所述显示屏的安装板架以及设置在所述安装板架的后方以用于形成所述显示控制组件后部的后盖;且
    所述间隙形成在所述后盖与所述预埋盒的后壁之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的门体,其中,
    所述后盖上形成有多个散热孔,以允许所述显示控制组件产生的热量通过所述散热孔散发至位于所述后盖后侧的所述间隙。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的门体,其中,
    所述发声装置具有用于形成其前部的端盖和位于所述端盖后侧的发声器,所述第一通孔形成在所述端盖上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的门体,其中,
    所述预埋盒的顶部开设有与所述间隙连通的第三通孔,所述第三通孔与所述上饰条上的第二通孔直接或间接地连通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的门体,其中,
    所述预埋盒的顶部与所述上饰条间隔设置,所述第三通孔和所述第二通孔之间连接有辅助风道,以依次通过第二通孔、所述辅助风道和所述第三通孔将所述门体所处外部环境和所述间隙连通。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的门体,其中,
    所述上饰条上还设有覆盖在所述第二通孔上方的盖板,所述盖板上开设有第四通孔,所述第四通孔与所述第二通孔在上下方向上相互错开;且
    所述上饰条还设有位于所述第四通孔正下方的沟槽。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的门体,其中,
    所述面板具有一镂空窗口,所述预埋盒的前侧具有与所述面板的镂空窗口相对的安装口;且
    所述显示控制组件和所述发声装置的前部均依次通过所述预埋盒的安装口和所述面板上的镂空窗口暴露于所述门体的前方。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的门体,其中,
    所述显示控制组件和所述发声装置配置成作为一个整体依次通过所述面板上的镂空窗口和所述预埋盒的安装口从前向后地安装至所述容装空间内。
  10. 一种冷藏冷冻装置,包括:
    箱体,其内限定有用于存放物品的储物空间;以及
    权利要求1-9任一所述的门体,其直接或间接地连接于所述箱体,以打开和/或关闭至少部分所述储物空间。
