Description

冰箱、用于冰箱的门体及其显示控制组件的拆卸方法 技术领域
本发明涉及冷藏冷冻技术,特别是涉及一种冰箱、用于冰箱的门体及其显示控制组件的拆卸方法。
背景技术
为了满足人们的需求,现有的一些冰箱上设置有具备触摸显示功能的显示控制组件。为了便于用户操作,显示控制组件一般都设置在冰箱的门体上。冰箱的门体一般都为薄板状构件,其内的空间非常有限,且门体内具有发泡层,在门体的发泡过程中会产生较大的压力,可能导致门体产生一定的变形,因此,显示控制组件的安装、拆卸以及维修本身都存在诸多问题和较大的技术难度。
目前,较多现有技术仅仅重视显示控制组件的安装过程,而忽略了其拆卸过程,甚至有些现有技术过于贪图显示控制组件安装的便利性,而更加复杂化了显示控制组件的拆卸过程,导致显示控制组件的后续维修、更换或升级更新的难度加大。虽然有少数现有技术相对比较重视显示控制组件的拆卸,然而,其便于拆卸显示控制组件的安装结构通常为连动杠杆机构或具有弹簧的弹性装置,结构相当复杂,不但会占用门体上较大的空间从而影响门体的保温性能,而且还将导致整个冰箱的成本大幅度增加。
目前,家电行业的竞争非常激烈,因此,如何在不增加较多成本的前提下使显示控制组件的安装操作、拆卸操作更加简单以便于装配和后续维修升级是本领域技术人员一直渴望解决而又尚未能够解决的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明第一方面的一个目的旨在克服现有技术中的至少一个缺陷,提供一种能够便于拆装显示控制组件且成本较低的用于冰箱的门体。
本发明第一方面的另一个目的是使门体更加美观。
本发明第一方面的又一个目的是避免显示控制组件受到静电干扰。
本发明第二方面的目的是提供一种门体的显示控制组件的拆卸方法。
根据本发明的第一方面,本发明提供一种用于冰箱的门体,包括:
面板,具有一镂空窗口,且至少用于构成所述门体的前部;
门衬,用于构成所述门体的后部;
预埋盒,其前端具有与所述面板的镂空窗口相对的安装口,且所述预埋盒设置于所述面板和所述门衬之间;以及
显示控制组件,具有用于显示信息及接收触摸操作的触摸显示屏、用于固定所述触摸显示屏的安装板架以及设置于所述安装板架前侧的前盖板,且所述显示控制组件配置成作为一个整体依次通过所述面板上的镂空窗口和所述预埋盒的安装口从前向后地安装至所述预埋盒内;其中
所述前盖板与所述安装板架之间、以及所述安装板架与所述预埋盒之间均通过卡接的方式可拆卸地连接。
可选地,所述前盖板的边缘与所述安装板架之间形成至少一个空隙,以便于通过所述至少一个空隙将所述前盖板从所述安装板架上拆卸下来;且
所述安装板架的前侧设置有至少一个通孔,所述前盖板覆盖所述至少一个通孔,以便于在所述前盖板与所述安装板架之间的卡接解除后通过所述至少一个通孔将所述安装板架及固定在所述安装板架上的所述触摸显示屏从所述预埋盒中拆卸下来。
可选地,所述安装板架包括位于所述触摸显示屏前侧的显示框以及位于所述触摸显示屏后侧的基板,所述触摸显示屏夹持在所述显示框和所述基板之间;
所述显示框包括形成其四周边缘部的外框架、限定在所述外框架内部并用于暴露所述触摸显示屏的触摸表面的镂空开口以及限定在所述外框架内部且位于所述镂空开口下方的板部;且
至少一个所述通孔开设在所述显示框的板部。
可选地,所述前盖板与所述显示框的板部相卡接;且
所述前盖板与所述显示框的板部在平行于所述触摸显示屏的竖直平面内的投影重合,以通过所述前盖板覆盖所述显示框的板部。
可选地,所述显示控制组件还包括:
控制电路板,在所述基板的后侧与所述基板紧固连接;以及
电路板盖板,位于所述控制电路板的后侧,并与所述基板紧固连接。
可选地,所述显示控制组件还包括在所述基板的前侧设置在所述基板下部的摄像头和人体红外感应器,所述摄像头和所述人体红外感应器均位于所 述触摸显示屏的下方;
所述显示框的板部开设有两个在前后方向上贯穿所述板部的插孔,所述前盖板上开设有在前后方向上与所述板部的两个插孔正向相对的开孔,所述摄像头和所述人体红外感应器分别插塞在两个所述插孔中,且所述摄像头的前端部依次通过其中一个所述插孔和所述前盖板的开孔暴露出,所述人体红外感应器的前端部依次通过另一个所述插孔和所述前盖板的开孔暴露出。
可选地,所述显示控制组件还包括在所述基板的后侧设置在所述基板下部的扬声器;且
至少一个所述通孔包括在前后方向上与所述扬声器正向相对以供所述扬声器发出的声音传播至所述显示框前方的第一通孔。
根据本发明的第二方面,本发明提供一种用于上述任一所述门体的显示控制组件的拆卸方法,包括:
解除所述显示控制组件的前盖板与安装板架之间的卡接,并将所述前盖板从所述安装板架上拆卸下来;以及
解除所述安装板架与所述门体的预埋盒之间的卡接,并将所述安装板架和固定在所述安装板架上的触摸显示屏从所述预埋盒内拆卸下来。
可选地,所述前盖板的边缘与所述安装板架之间形成至少一个空隙,所述安装板架的下部前侧设置有至少一个通孔;且
所述拆卸方法包括:
通过所述至少一个空隙解除所述前盖板与所述安装板架之间的卡接,并将所述前盖板从所述安装板架上拆卸下来;以及
通过所述至少一个通孔解除所述安装板架与所述预埋盒之间的卡接,并将所述安装板架和所述触摸显示屏从所述预埋盒中拆卸下来。
根据本发明的第三方面,本发明提供一种冰箱,包括:
箱体,其内限定有用于存放物品的储物空间;以及
以上任一所述的门体,所述门体直接或间接地连接于所述箱体,以打开和/或关闭至少部分所述储物空间。
本发明的用于冰箱的门体包括面板、门衬、位于面板和门衬之间的预埋盒以及从前向后地安装至预埋盒内的显示控制组件,显示控制组件的前盖板与其安装板架卡接,安装板架与预埋盒卡接。在需要拆卸显示控制组件时,可先将前盖板从安装板架上拆卸下来,由于前盖板位于安装板架的前侧且不 直接与预埋盒连接,因此,拆卸前盖板时操作人员的可活动范围较大,不易与预埋盒等发生结构干涉,且所需要的作用力较小;然后再将固定有触摸显示屏的安装板架从预埋盒中拆卸下来,前盖板拆卸后,安装板架上可暴露出一些可作为用于拆卸安装板架的施力点的结构(该结构可以为通孔、缝槽或其他适合的结构),通过这些施力点即可轻松地解除安装板架与预埋盒之间的卡接,并轻易地将固定有触摸显示屏的安装板架取出。由此可见,本发明的门体结构非常简单,降低了门体的成本;且显示控制组件的安装和拆卸过程都非常简便,有利于显示控制组件的维修和更换。
进一步地,由于前盖板的边缘与安装板架之间形成至少一个空隙,因此可将至少一个空隙作为施力点轻易地解除前盖板与安装板架之间的卡接;由于安装板架的前侧设置有至少一个通孔,因此可在前盖板与安装板架之间的连接解除后将至少一个通孔作为施力点轻易地解除安装板架与预埋盒之间的卡接,从而进一步提高了显示控制组件拆卸的便利性。
进一步地,由于安装板架包括显示框和基板,显示框具有镂空开口和板部,前盖板与显示框的板部在平行于触摸显示屏的竖直平面内的投影重合,由此,可通过前盖板覆盖显示框的板部,设置于板部上的通孔、开槽或其他结构都能够被前盖板覆盖,从而使得整个门体更加美观,提高了用户的视觉效果。
进一步地,由于显示框的板部设有两个插孔,摄像头前部和人体红外感应器前部的除两者的前端部之外的其它部分均可分别被两个插孔的孔壁所覆盖。基板和显示框均由绝缘性良好的材料制成,由此,摄像头和人体红外感应器几乎不会受到外界静电干扰或受到外界静电干扰的可能性非常小,不仅保证了摄像头的拍摄精度和人体红外感应器的感应精度,还一定程度地避免了显示控制组件受到静电干扰,提高了显示控制组件的使用寿命。

本发明实施例首先提供一种用于冰箱的门体,图1是根据本发明一个实施例的用于冰箱的门体的示意性结构图,图2是根据本发明一个实施例的用于冰箱的门体的示意性结构分解图。参见图1和图2,,本发明实施例提供的用于冰箱的门体1包括:面板30,具有一镂空窗口31,且至少用于构成门体1的前部;门衬40,用于构成门体1的后部;预埋盒20,其前端具有与面板30的镂空窗口31相对的安装口21,且预埋盒20设置于面板30和门衬40之间;以及显示控制组件10,具有用于显示信息及接收触摸操作的触摸显示屏120、用于固定触摸显示屏120的安装板架以及设置于安装板架前侧的前盖板130(参见图3),且配置成作为一个整体依次通过面板30上的镂空窗口31和预埋盒20的安装口21从前向后地安装至预埋盒20内。前盖板130与安装板架之间、以及安装板架与预埋盒20之间均通过卡接的方式可拆卸地连接。
在需要拆卸显示控制组件10时,可先将前盖板130从安装板架上拆卸下来,由于前盖板130位于安装板架的前侧且不直接与预埋盒20连接,因此,拆卸前盖板130时操作人员的可活动范围较大,不易与预埋盒20等发生结构干涉,且所需要的作用力较小;然后再将固定有触摸显示屏120的安装板架从预埋盒20中拆卸下来,前盖板130拆卸后,安装板架上可暴露出 一些可作为用于拆卸安装板架的施力点的结构(该结构可以为通孔、缝槽或其他适合的结构),通过这些施力点即可轻松地解除安装板架与预埋盒20之间的卡接,并轻易地将固定有触摸显示屏120的安装板架取出。由此可见,本发明的门体1结构非常简单,降低了门体1的成本;且显示控制组件10的安装和拆卸过程都非常简便,有利于显示控制组件10的维修和更换。
图3是根据本发明一个实施例的用于冰箱的门体的示意性剖视图,图3中隐去了前盖板130。参见图2和图3,预埋盒20内限定有一容装腔,面板30与门衬40之间的除预埋盒20所占空间之外的其他空间形成发泡空间,预埋盒20内的容装腔与发泡空间相互隔离。面板30可具有竖直延伸的前板部32、由前板部32的两个横向侧边缘垂直于前板部32向后延伸的侧板部33和另一侧板部(图中未示出)。侧板部33上开设有一缺口,门体1还包括上饰条81和下饰条82以及设置于该缺口内的侧边框50。侧边框50、上饰条81、下饰条82、侧板部33和另一侧板部均与门衬40相连,面板30的前板部32构成了门体1的前部,面板30的侧板部33、另一侧板部以及侧边框50构成了门体1的侧部,上饰条81和下饰条82分别构成了门体1的上部和下部。由此可见,面板30用于构成门体1的前部和至少部分侧部。在本发明其他的实施方式中,面板30也可仅具有前板部,此时,门体1还包括两个侧边框。
进一步地,预埋盒20还具有由其安装口21的边缘向外延伸的边沿部22。即边沿部22可包括由安装口21的上边缘向上延伸的上部区段、由安装口21的下边缘向下延伸的下部区段、以及分别由安装口21的两个侧边缘向安装口21的横向两侧延伸的两个侧部区段。边沿部22贴附于面板30前板部32的位于镂空窗口31周围的后向表面。具体地,前板部32的后向表面可以为平面,边沿部22的上部区段、下部区段和两个侧部区段位于同一竖直平面内,从而使得边沿部22与前板部32的后向表面之间紧密相贴。
图4是根据本发明一个实施例的门体的显示控制组件的示意性结构分解图。在本发明的一些实施例中,安装板架可包括位于触摸显示屏120前侧的显示框140以及位于触摸显示屏120后侧的基板110,触摸显示屏120夹持在显示框140和基板110之间。显示框140与基板110可通过紧固件紧固连接,该紧固件例如可以为螺钉、螺栓等。
图5是图2中部分B的示意性放大图,图6是图3中部分D的示意性 放大图。参见图5和图6,预埋盒20的内周壁上可设有多个限位部23,每个限位部23均具有卡槽231和限位凸肋232。基板110下部设有多个向后凸出延伸的卡板111,每个卡板111均具有邻近其延伸末端并向下凸出的卡扣112。基板110的上部边缘和两个侧部边缘设有多个卡扣113,卡板111的延伸末端抵接于限位部23的限位凸肋232,卡扣113以及卡板111的卡扣112与限位部23的卡槽231相卡接。
图7是图1中部分A的示意性放大图,在本发明的一些实施例中,前盖板130的边缘与安装板架之间形成至少一个空隙135,以便于通过至少一个空隙135将前盖板130从安装板架上拆卸下来。安装板架的前侧设置有至少一个通孔,前盖板130覆盖该至少一个通孔,以便于在前盖板130与安装板架之间的卡接解除后通过该至少一个通孔将安装板架及固定在安装板架上的触摸显示屏120从预埋盒20中拆卸下来。也就是说,可将前盖板130的边缘与安装板架之间的空隙135作为施力点轻易地解除前盖板130与安装板架之间的卡接,将安装板架前侧的通孔作为施力点轻易地解除安装板架与预埋盒20之间的卡接,从而进一步提高了显示控制组件10拆卸的便利性。
具体地,参见图4,前盖板130的边缘可设有至少一个豁口131,以在前盖板130的边缘和安装板架之间形成至少一个上述空隙135。进一步地,至少一个豁口131可形成在前盖板130的下边缘,以更加有利于前盖板130的拆卸。在本发明其他的实施方式中,至少一个豁口131还可形成在前盖板130的上边缘。在本发明的一个实施方式中,豁口131的数量可以为两个,两个豁口131关于前盖板130的竖直平分线对称设置,以在拆卸前盖板130时使前盖板130左右两侧的受力更加均匀。
在本发明其他的实施例中,还可在安装板架的与前盖板130邻接的边缘设置至少一个豁口,这样也能够在前盖板130与安装板架相邻接的位置形成可作为施力点的间隙。
进一步地,显示框140包括形成其四周边缘部的外框架141、限定在外框架141内部并用于暴露触摸显示屏120的触摸表面的镂空开口142以及限定在外框架141内部且位于镂空开口142下方的板部143。安装板架的至少一个通孔开设在显示框140的板部143。由此,可通过前盖板130覆盖板部143上的通孔,有利于门体1的整体美观。
在本发明其他的实施方式中,板部143还可位于镂空开口142的上方或 横向两侧。相应地,基板110上的摄像头、扬声器、麦克或其他结构也位于触摸显示屏120的上方或横向两侧。
具体地,镂空开口142的尺寸可稍小于触摸显示屏120的尺寸,从而使得触摸显示屏120的四个边缘部分别紧贴外框架141的上边框、两个侧边框以及镂空开口142的与板部143邻接的下部边缘。触摸显示屏120的触摸表面可依次通过显示框140的镂空开口142和面板30上的镂空窗口31直接裸露于环境空间,从而便于用于直接接触触摸显示屏120,增强了触摸效果,同时还保证了触摸显示屏120的正面(触摸表面)具有足够的散热空间将其产生的热量及时地散发出去。
在本发明的一些实施例中,前盖板130与显示框140的板部143相卡接,前盖板130与显示框140的板部143在平行于触摸显示屏120的竖直平面内的投影重合。由此,可通过前盖板130覆盖显示框140的板部143,设置于板部143上的通孔、开槽或其他结构都能够被前盖板130覆盖,从而使得整个门体1更加美观,提高了用户的视觉效果。
图8是图4中部分C的示意性放大图。具体地,参见图4和图8,前盖板130可具有多个由其后向表面向后垂直延伸的卡爪(图中未示出),显示框140的板部143上开设有多个与该卡爪位置相对应的卡槽1436,前盖板130与显示框140通过卡爪与卡槽1436之间的卡接可拆卸地连接。板部143上的卡槽1436可以为沿前后方向贯穿板部143的贯通槽,上述至少一个通孔可包括该贯通槽1436,即该贯通槽1436可以作为拆卸安装板架的施力点。
在本发明的一些实施例中,参见图4,显示控制组件10还包括:控制电路板151,在基板110的后侧与基板110紧固连接;以及电路板盖板152,位于控制电路板151的后侧,并与基板110紧固连接。具体地,控制电路板151和电路板盖板152均通过紧固件与基板110紧固连接。电路板盖板152上开设有多个散热孔1521,以通过散热孔1521散发控制电路板151产生的热量。在这些实施例中,基板110以及固定在基板110上的触摸显示屏120、显示框140、控制电路板151以及电路板盖板152将作为一个整体被安装至预埋盒20中或从预埋盒20中拆卸下来。
在本发明的一些实施例中,参见图4,显示控制组件10还包括在基板110的前侧设置在基板110下部的摄像头161和人体红外感应器162,摄像头161和人体红外感应器162均位于触摸显示屏120的下方。具体地,基板 110的前侧上部设有用于与显示框140相配合地安装触摸显示屏120的屏安装部,基板110的前侧下部设有位于屏安装部下方的用于安装摄像头161的摄像头安装部以及用于安装人体红外感应器162的感应器安装部。摄像头161和人体红外感应器162可分别通过紧固件紧固在相应的安装部中。在这些实施例中,基板110以及固定在基板110上的触摸显示屏120、显示框140、摄像头161和人体红外感应器162将作为一个整体被安装至预埋盒20中或从预埋盒20中拆卸下来。
参见图4和图8,显示框140的板部143开设有两个在前后方向上贯穿板部143的插孔1431和1432,前盖板130上开设有在前后方向上与板部的两个插孔1431和1432正向相对的开孔132,摄像头161和人体红外感应器162的前部分别插塞在两个插孔1431和1432中,且摄像头161的前端部依次通过其中一个插孔1431和前盖板130的开孔132暴露出,人体红外感应器162的前端部依次通过另一个插孔1432和前盖板130的开孔132暴露出。由此,摄像头161前部和人体红外感应器162前部的除两者的前端部之外的其它部分均可分别被两个插孔1431和1432的孔壁所覆盖。安装板架中的基板110和显示框140均由绝缘性良好的材料制成,由此,摄像头161和人体红外感应器162几乎不会受到外界静电干扰或受到外界静电干扰的可能性非常小,不仅保证了摄像头161的拍摄精度和人体红外感应器162的感应精度,还一定程度地避免了显示控制组件10受到静电干扰,提高了显示控制组件10的使用寿命。
摄像头161与人体红外感应器162可上下布置,且位于显控盒110的宽度方向上的中央位置。开孔241可以为在上下方向延伸的腰型孔、椭圆形孔、条形孔或其他规则或不规则形状的长形孔。
进一步地,显示框140还具有由其板部143的前向表面朝前凸出的凸块144,两个插孔1431和1432均贯穿凸块144。由此,两个插孔1431和1432在前后方向上的深度均增加,从而可尽量使得摄像头161和人体红外感应器162的前端部不从两个插孔中伸出或尽量减小摄像头161和人体红外感应器162的前端部从两个插孔中伸出的长度,进而进一步地确保摄像头161和人体红外感应器162不受静电干扰。
显示框140还具有由其板部143的前向表面向后凹陷、且围绕凸块144的环形沉槽145,环形沉槽145的内部边缘与凸块144的外部边缘相接。环 形沉槽145内安装有用于对摄像头161和人体红外感应器162进行装饰的第一装饰件163。由此,进一步地提高了用户的视觉体验,从而提高了用户的满意度。具体地,第一装饰件163可通过卡接、粘接或其它合适的方式固定在环形沉槽145内。
第一装饰件163具有贴附于环形沉槽145的底部并与环形沉槽145形状相配的边沿部1631以及由边沿部的内侧边缘朝前凸出延伸的环形装饰部1632。环形装饰部1632的内侧环形表面与凸块144的环形外表面紧密贴合,环形装饰部1632的外侧环形表面与前盖板130的开孔132的孔壁紧密贴合。
在本发明的一些实施例中,参见图4,显示控制组件10还包括在基板110的前侧固定在基板110下部的扬声器171。具体地,基板110的前侧下部还设有位于屏安装部下方的用于安装扬声器171的扬声器安装部。扬声器171通过紧固件紧固在扬声器安装部中。进一步地,扬声器171的数量可以为两个,两个扬声器171可关于基板110的竖直平分线对称设置,以平衡显示控制组件10向其横向两侧发出的声音。在这些实施例中,基板110以及固定在基板110上的触摸显示屏120、显示框140和扬声器171等将作为一个整体被安装至预埋盒20中或从预埋盒20中拆卸下来。上述至少一个通孔包括开设在板部143上、且在前后方向上与扬声器171正向相对以供扬声器171发出的声音传播至显示框140前方的第一通孔1433。也即是,第一通孔1433可作为用于拆卸安装板架的施力点。第一通孔1433可以为拱形通孔,既有利于声音的传播,又不占用显示框140板部143的较大空间。
在本发明的一些实施例中,参见图4和图6,显示控制组件10还包括显示框装饰件180,显示框装饰件180在显示框140的前侧贴设于显示框140的外边框141上。具体地,显示框装饰件180的内侧和外侧均具有向后弯折的翻边,显示框装饰件180内侧的翻边181卡入外边框131与前盖板130之间的狭槽中,显示框装饰件180外侧的翻边卡入外边框131与面板30之间的缝隙中,一方面能够起到对外边框131进行装饰的作用,另一方面还可使显示控制组件10与面板30之间的结合更加紧密,提升门体10的一体化视觉效果。显示框装饰件180可以由钣金、不锈钢或其他具有装饰作用的材料制成,或者显示框装饰件180的前向表面具有镀膜层,该镀膜层可为烫银层、电镀层、真空镀膜层或其它视觉效果美观的镀膜层。在这些实施例中,基板110以及固定在基板110上的触摸显示屏120、显示框140和显示框装饰件 180等将作为一个整体被安装至预埋盒20中或从预埋盒20中拆卸下来。
在本发明的一些实施例中,显示控制组件10还包括在基板110的前侧固定在基板110的下部的麦克172。具体地,基板110的前侧下部还设有位于屏安装部下方的用于安装麦克172的麦克安装部。麦克172通过紧固件紧固在麦克安装部中。在这些实施例中,基板110以及固定在基板110上的触摸显示屏120、显示框140和麦克172等将作为一个整体被安装至预埋盒20中或从预埋盒20中拆卸下来。上述至少一个通孔包括开设在板部143上、且在前后方向上与麦克172正向相对以供外部的声音传播至显示框140后方的第二通孔1434。也即是,第二通孔1434可作为用于拆卸安装板架的施力点。
在本发明的一些实施例中,显示控制组件10还包括在基板110的前侧固定在基板110的下拐角部的复位键190。具体地,基板110的前侧下拐角部还设有位于屏安装部下方的用于安装复位键190的复位键安装部。复位键190通过紧固件紧固在复位键安装部中。在这些实施例中,基板110以及固定在基板110上的触摸显示屏120、显示框140和复位键190等将作为一个整体被安装至预埋盒20中或从预埋盒20中拆卸下来。
复位按键190的外表面套接有绝缘套191,以避免暴露在显示控制组件10外部的复位按键受到静电干扰。绝缘套191依次通过显示框140板部143的第三通孔和前盖板130上的按钮通孔暴露于显示控制组件10的外部。
显示控制组件10还可包括设置于基板130下部的Wi-Fi天线173,摄像头161、人体红外感应器162、扬声器171、麦克172、Wi-Fi天线173以及复位复位键190均与控制电路板151电连接。
在本发明的一些实施例中,预埋盒20的后壁距面板30的距离为范围在20mm~30mm之间的任一长度值,预埋盒20的后壁距面板30的距离即为预埋盒20在前后方向上的深度。也就是说,预埋盒20的深度为范围在20mm~30mm之间的任一长度值。由此,既能够保证预埋盒20的大小能够容纳显示控制组件10,并具有一定的散热空间以保证显示控制组件10的散热效果,又能够保证与预埋盒20前后正对的门体1的发泡空间具有足够的厚度以保证门体1的保温性能。
本发明的设计人通过大量的实验发现,当预埋盒20的深度超过30mm时,受到门体1厚度的限制,与预埋盒20前后正对的门体1的发泡空间的 厚度会很薄,不利于门体1的保温性能,严重影响冷藏冷冻装置的制冷效果。当预埋盒20的深度小于20mm时,其内的容纳空间的厚度太薄,不利于平稳顺畅地安装显示控制组件10,且对显示控制组件10的厚度要求较高,制作难度较大。经过反复多次的实验,本发明实施例中,预埋盒20的后壁距面板30的距离(即预埋盒20的深度)可以为20mm、25mm或30mm。特别地,当该距离为25mm时效果最佳。
本发明实施例中所称的紧固件例如可以为螺钉、螺栓或能够将两个部件紧固连接的其他紧固件。
在对门体1进行组装时,先将面板30、门衬40、侧边框50、上饰条81、下饰条82和预埋盒20组装成门体预组装件,并对门体预组装件进行发泡;然后再将显示控制组件10安装至预埋盒20内。
在本发明的一些实施例中,显示控制组件10的安装方法包括:将触摸显示屏120固定在安装板架上,并将前盖板130卡接至安装板架上,以形成具有触摸显示屏120、前盖板130和安装板架的显示控制组件10;通过面板30上的镂空窗口31将显示控制组件10从前向后地安装至预埋盒20内,并使显示控制组件10的安装板架与预埋盒20卡接。
在本发明的另一些实施例中,若显示控制组件10还包括控制电路板151、电路板盖板152、摄像头161、人体红外感应器162、扬声器171、麦克172、显示框装饰件180以及复位键190中的一个或多个部件时,可先将该一个或多个部件紧固在安装板架上,然后再将前盖板130卡接至安装板架上,以形成具有触摸显示屏120、前盖板130、安装板架以及该一个或多个部件的显示控制组件10。
本发明实施例还提供一种用于门体的显示控制组件的拆卸方法,该门体为上述任一实施例中所描述的门体1,该显示控制组件为上述任一实施例中所描述的显示控制组件10。图9是根据本发明一个实施例的门体的显示控制组件的拆卸方法的流程图,本发明的显示控制组件的拆卸方法包括:
步骤S901:解除显示控制组件10的前盖板130与安装板架之间的卡接,并将前盖板130从安装板架上拆卸下来;以及
步骤S902:解除安装板架与门体1的预埋盒20之间的卡接,并将安装板架和固定在安装板架上的触摸显示屏120从预埋盒20内拆卸下来。
也就是说,在将显示控制组件10从门体1上拆卸下来时,先拆卸显示 控制组件10的前盖板130,然后在拆卸基板110和固定在基板110上的触摸显示屏120等结构,操作简便,便于显示控制组件10的维修和更换。
在本发明的一些实施例中,前盖板130的边缘与安装板架之间形成至少一个空隙135,安装板架的下部前侧设置有至少一个通孔。在这些实施例中,显示控制组件10的拆卸方法包括:
通过至少一个空隙135解除前盖板130与安装板架之间的卡接,并将前盖板130从安装板架上拆卸下来;以及
通过上述至少一个通孔解除安装板架与预埋盒20之间的卡接,并将安装板架和触摸显示屏120从预埋盒20中拆卸下来。
也就是说,至少一个空隙135和安装板架的下部前侧的通孔可分别作为拆卸前盖板130和安装板架的施力点,以进一步地为拆卸前盖板130和安装板架提供便利性。
本发明实施例还提供一种冰箱,图10是根据本发明一个实施例的冰箱的示意性结构图,冰箱3包括:箱体2,其内限定有用于存放物品的储物空间;以及以上任一实施例所述的门体1。门体1直接或间接地连接于箱体2,以打开和/或关闭至少部分储物空间。
本领域技术人员应理解,本发明实施例所涉及的冰箱3可具有压缩制冷系统、半导体制冷系统或其他合适的制冷系统,以为其箱体2内的储物空间提供冷量,从而使该储物空间保持冷藏、冷冻或其他特殊条件的储存环境。具体地,冰箱3包括但不限于普通或通俗意义上的冰箱,还包括冰柜、冷柜等常见的装置,也包括其他具有冷藏和/或冷冻功能的装置。
本领域技术人员还应理解,本发明实施例中所称的“上”、“下”、“横”、“竖直”、“水平”、“前”、“后”等用于表示方位或位置关系的用语是以门体1和冰箱3的实际使用状态为基准而言的,这些用语仅是为了便于描述和理解本发明的技术方案,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或部件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于冰箱的门体,包括:
    面板,具有一镂空窗口,且至少用于构成所述门体的前部;
    门衬,用于构成所述门体的后部;
    预埋盒,其前端具有与所述面板的镂空窗口相对的安装口,且所述预埋盒设置于所述面板和所述门衬之间;以及
    显示控制组件,具有用于显示信息及接收触摸操作的触摸显示屏、用于固定所述触摸显示屏的安装板架以及设置于所述安装板架前侧的前盖板,且所述显示控制组件配置成作为一个整体依次通过所述面板上的镂空窗口和所述预埋盒的安装口从前向后地安装至所述预埋盒内;其中
    所述前盖板与所述安装板架之间、以及所述安装板架与所述预埋盒之间均通过卡接的方式可拆卸地连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的门体,其中,
    所述前盖板的边缘与所述安装板架之间形成至少一个空隙,以便于通过所述至少一个空隙将所述前盖板从所述安装板架上拆卸下来;且
    所述安装板架的前侧设置有至少一个通孔,所述前盖板覆盖所述至少一个通孔,以便于在所述前盖板与所述安装板架之间的卡接解除后通过所述至少一个通孔将所述安装板架及固定在所述安装板架上的所述触摸显示屏从所述预埋盒中拆卸下来。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的门体,其中,
    所述安装板架包括位于所述触摸显示屏前侧的显示框以及位于所述触摸显示屏后侧的基板,所述触摸显示屏夹持在所述显示框和所述基板之间;
    所述显示框包括形成其四周边缘部的外框架、限定在所述外框架内部并用于暴露所述触摸显示屏的触摸表面的镂空开口以及限定在所述外框架内部且位于所述镂空开口下方的板部;且
    至少一个所述通孔开设在所述显示框的板部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的门体,其中,
    所述前盖板与所述显示框的板部相卡接;且
    所述前盖板与所述显示框的板部在平行于所述触摸显示屏的竖直平面内的投影重合,以通过所述前盖板覆盖所述显示框的板部。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的门体,其中,所述显示控制组件还包括:
    控制电路板,在所述基板的后侧与所述基板紧固连接;以及
    电路板盖板,位于所述控制电路板的后侧,并与所述基板紧固连接。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的门体,其中,
    所述显示控制组件还包括在所述基板的前侧设置在所述基板下部的摄像头和人体红外感应器,所述摄像头和所述人体红外感应器均位于所述触摸显示屏的下方;
    所述显示框的板部开设有两个在前后方向上贯穿所述板部的插孔,所述前盖板上开设有在前后方向上与所述板部的两个插孔正向相对的开孔,所述摄像头和所述人体红外感应器分别插塞在两个所述插孔中,且所述摄像头的前端部依次通过其中一个所述插孔和所述前盖板的开孔暴露出,所述人体红外感应器的前端部依次通过另一个所述插孔和所述前盖板的开孔暴露出。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的门体,其中,
    所述显示控制组件还包括在所述基板的后侧设置在所述基板下部的扬声器;且
    至少一个所述通孔包括在前后方向上与所述扬声器正向相对以供所述扬声器发出的声音传播至所述显示框前方的第一通孔。
  8. 一种用于权利要求1所述门体的显示控制组件的拆卸方法,包括:
    解除所述显示控制组件的前盖板与安装板架之间的卡接,并将所述前盖板从所述安装板架上拆卸下来;以及
    解除所述安装板架与所述门体的预埋盒之间的卡接,并将所述安装板架和固定在所述安装板架上的触摸显示屏从所述预埋盒内拆卸下来。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的拆卸方法,其中
    所述前盖板的边缘与所述安装板架之间形成至少一个空隙,所述安装板架的下部前侧设置有至少一个通孔;且
    所述拆卸方法包括:
    通过所述至少一个空隙解除所述前盖板与所述安装板架之间的卡接,并将所述前盖板从所述安装板架上拆卸下来;以及
    通过所述至少一个通孔解除所述安装板架与所述预埋盒之间的卡接,并将所述安装板架和所述触摸显示屏从所述预埋盒中拆卸下来。
  10. 一种冰箱,包括:
    箱体,其内限定有用于存放物品的储物空间;以及
    权利要求1所述的门体,所述门体直接或间接地连接于所述箱体,以打开和/或关闭至少部分所述储物空间。
