在第一个实施例中,如图1所示,一种印刷设备,包括作为第二平台1的主机架和可与第二平台1发生相对运动的作为第一平台2的打印小车,所述第一平台2上设有两个打印机构3,所述第二平台1上设有与所述打印机构3分别对应设置的工作台4,还包括一设在第二平台1上的放料辊5,所述放料辊5设在所述工作台4的下方中部。使用时,将放料辊5移出,然后用打印底物7缠绕到放料辊5上,然后推动放料辊5归位,然后将打印底物7从两打印机构3中间穿过进入到一侧的打印机构3对应的工作台4上,然后从另一侧离开,再利用转向辊6等回到两个打印机构3之间穿过之后进入到另一个工作台4,然后利用收料辊13完成收料。
可以理解的,打印机构3可以设置成多个,如3个、4个等,只要其下方有打印平台即能完成打印作业。
在第二个实施例中,如图1-2所示,在第一个实施例的基础上,第一平台2,即打印小车,与第二平台1的连接点可以是采用设在第二平台1侧部的方式(如图1所示),也可以采用连接点设在第二平台1中部的方式(如图2所示)。
可以理解的,所述工作台4包括设在第二平台1上的打印平台,所述打印平台与打印机构对应设置,在打印平台41的两侧分别设有打印辊42。
可以理解的,在此基础上也可以采用其他结构形式,只要可以保证两个打印机构可以同时附着在第一平台2上即可。
可以理解的,在打印柔性材料或者是其他需要设置在不同打印平台41上不一致的应力的情况时,需要将所有的打印辊42和转向辊6全部设置为主动辊。在对于柔性布料进行打印时,必须保证各个辊之间的线速度一致,以使得不会产生积蓄布料的现象,而设置为主动辊是其一致性的必须条件;当然在有些情况下,需要进行特定条件下的不同步或者非相同应力打印时,主动辊通过自控设置也同样可以实现。
可以理解的,可以在打印底物7出料端设置烘干器8,使得能够及时将打印机构3出来的油墨烘干。
可以理解的,所述两打印平台41在工作时处于同一平面,即第一平面上,以提高两打印平台41不论是在所述打印机构3滑动设置在第一平台2上,所述打印机构3的滑动方向与第一平面基本平行设置。
在第三个实施例中,如图2所示,在第一个实施例的基础上,可以将打印机构3活动设置在第一平台2上,打印机构3通过打印滑块9与第一平台2活动相连,所述第一平台2上设有一丝杠10,所述打印滑块9活动设置在丝杠10上,所述丝杠10与提升电机11或者手柄12相连。以使其能够相对于打印平台41做靠近和远离的动作,这样可以便于打印底物7的初始布置并且在某 些特定情况下可以起到调节打印机构3与打印平台41距离的作用,以获得最优的打印效果。
如图2所示,左侧是采用电机电控的方式,当需要调节打印机构3与打印平台41之间的距离时,启动提升电机11,提升电机11带动丝杠10转动,丝杠10带动打印滑块9运动,打印滑块9带动打印机构3运动即完成最终的调节。右侧是采用手柄12调节的方式,当需要调节打印机构3与打印平台41之间的距离时,旋转手柄12,手柄12带动丝杠10转动,丝杠10带动打印滑块9运动,打印滑块9带动打印机构3运动即完成最终的调节。
在第四个实施例中,如图1-2所示,是在不同的结构下进行双面打印的方式,即将打印底物7缠绕在放料辊5上,然后从两工作台4之间穿过后通过其中一个工作台4,然后通过转向辊6转向翻转后再从两工作台4之间穿过后通过另外一个工作台4,当然,在出料端可以利用烘干器8进行烘干作业。
可以理解的,当打印底物7为柔性材料时,所述转向辊6与打印辊42全部为主动辊且设定为一致线速度以保证两打印平台41之间以及不同辊之间的张力一致,以提高打印的精度,避免由于拉伸使得双面打印时的两面的图案产生错位。
可以理解的,所述放料辊5为被动辊或者放料辊5为主动辊、但放料辊5与沿打印底物7方向与之紧邻的打印辊42之间存在张紧力,将张紧力的产生置于进料端,能够保证整个系统中的打印底物7张紧力的稳定性,以保证打印效果。
在第五个实施例中,如图3所示,一种单面双倍印刷方法,将打印底物7缠绕在放料辊5上,然后从两工作台4的一侧穿过后通过其中一个工作台4后再直接通过另外一个工作台4,即能完成单面双倍的打印作业。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处。尤其,对于系统实施例而言,由于其基本相似于方法实施例,所以描述的 比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。
以上所述仅为本申请的实施例而已,并不用于限制本申请。对于本领域技术人员来说,本申请可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本申请的精神和原理之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本申请的权利要求范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种印刷设备,其特征在于:包括第二平台和可与第二平台发生相对运动的第一平台,所述第一平台上设有数量不少于两个的打印机构,所述第二平台上设有与所述打印机构分别对应设置的工作台,还包括一设在第二平台上的放料辊,所述放料辊设在所述工作台的下方中部以使得从放料辊引出的打印底物可以在工作台中部分别引入两打印机构下方的工作台上,并在两打印机构下方的工作台上借助设在第二平台上的转向辊进行方向翻转。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种印对刷设备,其特征在于:所述工作台包括设在第二平台上的打印平台,所述打印平台与打印机构对应设置,在打印平台的两侧分别设有打印辊。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种印刷设备,其特征在于:所述打印辊和转向辊全部为主动辊。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种印刷设备,其特征在于:还包括烘干器,所述烘干器设在相对于工作台的打印底物出料端。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种印刷设备,其特征在于:所述打印机构以及工作台的数量为两个,所述打印机构与打印平台配合设置。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种印刷设备,其特征在于:所述两打印平台处于第一平面上,所述打印机构滑动设置在第一平台上,所述打印机构的滑动方向与第一平面基本平行设置;至少一打印机构通过打印滑块与第一平台活动相连,所述第一平台上设有一丝杠,所述打印滑块活动设置在丝杠上,所述丝杠与提升电机或者手柄相连。
- 一种使用如权利要求5所述的印刷设备的双面印刷方法,包括通过放料、打印然后收料的过程,其特征在于:还包括:提供一打印底物,所述打印底物用于打印;提供一打印设备,将所述打印底物缠绕在放料辊上,然后从两工作台之间 穿过后通过其中一个工作台,然后通过转向辊转向翻转后再从两工作台之间穿过后通过另外一个工作台。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种双面印刷方法,其特征在于:所述打印底物为柔性材料,所述转向辊与打印辊全部为主动辊且设定为一致线速度。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种双面印刷方法,其特征在于:所述放料辊为被动辊或者放料辊为主动辊、但放料辊与沿打印底物方向与之紧邻的打印辊之间存在张紧力。
- 一种使用如权利要求5所述的印刷设备的单面双倍印刷方法,包括通过放料、打印然后收料的过程,其特征在于:还包括:提供一打印底物,所述打印底物用于打印;提供一打印设备,将所述打印底物缠绕在放料辊上,然后从两工作台的一侧穿过后通过其中一个工作台后再直接通过另外一个工作台。
