本发明的更进一步优选方案是:所述手持云台还包括可收纳于手柄中的伸缩杆;所述伸缩杆的一端连接手柄,另一端与连接臂转动连接。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于,通过在夹持臂与连接臂之间设有用于限制夹持臂与连接臂相对转动的锁紧组件,以实现锁定夹持臂与连接臂之间的夹角,避免了拍摄设备在调整好拍摄角度后仍出现转动的情况,极大地提升了手持云台的使用体验。

本发明的最佳实施方式
现结合附图,对本发明的较佳实施例作详细说明。
如图1、图2所示,本实施例的夹持机构包括上夹持部11、与上夹持部11对应设置的下夹持部12、用于连接上夹持部11与下夹持部12的夹持臂13以及与夹持臂13转动连接的连接臂2,还包括用于限制夹持臂13与连接臂2相对转动的锁紧组件3,所述锁紧组件3设置在夹持臂13与连接臂2的转动连接位置处。通过在夹持臂13与连接臂2之间设有用于限制夹持臂13与连接臂2相对转动的锁紧组件3,以实现锁定夹持臂13与连接臂2之间的夹角,避免了手机在调整好拍摄角度后仍出现转动的情况,极大地提升了手持云台的使用体验。
一同参考图3,具体地,锁紧组件3包括锁紧环31以及设置在夹持臂13上并朝向连接臂2凸起的环座32。所述环座32上设有外螺纹。锁紧环31上设有与该外螺纹配合的内螺纹,并通过内螺纹与外螺纹的配合可移动地安装在环座32上。为了便于旋转锁紧环31,锁紧环31的表面设有用于增加摩擦力的滚花。当需要夹持臂13转动时,通过松开锁紧环31使得锁紧环31远离连接臂2;当需要固定夹持臂13时,通过拧紧锁紧环31使得锁紧环31抵顶连接臂2,防止夹持臂13转动。同理,上述环座32亦可设置在连接臂2上并朝向夹持臂13凸起,锁紧环31在转动时通过内螺纹与外螺纹的配合可朝着夹持臂13移动,并抵顶夹持臂13上以锁紧夹持臂13与连接臂2。
如图2、图4所示,为提高夹持机构的使用体验,使得夹持臂13既能手动转动也能电动转动,夹持机构还设有云台电机,所述云台电机包括环形磁体41、绕组线圈42和转轴43。所述转轴43的一端与连接臂2固接。环形磁体41固设于连接臂2上,并与转轴43同轴。夹持臂13上设有朝向所述连接臂2凸起的轴套14,所述转轴43的另一端穿设于所述轴套14内,并与轴套14转动连接。绕组线圈42安装在轴套14上,并位于所述环形磁体41内。当电动转动时,该夹持装置具有自适应平衡功能。更佳地,为提高轴套14与环座32的强度,夹持臂13上还设有多个加强筋16,所述加强筋16的一端连接环座32,另一端连接轴套14。
一同参考图5、图6,所述转轴43的一端呈六角形结构,并通过此六角形结构不可转动地固定在连接臂2上。圆环状的环形磁体41安装在连接臂2上,并与转轴43同轴。夹持臂13上设有朝向所述连接臂2凸起的轴套14,轴套14中装有两个轴承15。转轴43的另一端通过上述两个轴承15与轴套14同轴连接,并且转轴43的末端通过垫片和锁紧螺母44将整个夹持臂13可转动地安装在转轴43上。所述绕组线圈42安装在轴套14上,并位于环形磁体41的内部。优选地,在本实施例中,所述绕组线圈42包括11组等角度分布设置的子线圈。
继续参考图3、图4,夹持机构还包括充电接口17、电池以及PCB板18。所述PCB板18安装在夹持臂13内部。充电接口17的一端与PCB板18电连接,另一端外露于夹持臂13。电池与PCB板18电连接且设置在夹持臂13内。上述绕组线圈42与该PCB板18电连接,并由电池供电。
本实施例的夹持机构的工作方式为:在夹持机构工作前,松开锁紧环31,锁紧环31向下(图示方向)移动,使得锁紧环31与连接臂2之间具有间隙。然后打开夹持机构的电源,云台电机即可驱动夹持臂13转动一定的角度并保证夹持臂13以及安装在夹持臂13上的手机的平衡。当云台电机断电时,手动转动夹持臂13至所需的拍摄角度后,通过拧紧锁紧环31,使得锁紧环31向上移动并抵顶连接臂2,实现锁定夹持臂13与连接臂2之间的夹角。
进一步地,如图7所示,本发明还提供一种手持云台,包括手柄5、伸缩杆(图未示)以及如上所述的夹持机构。具体地,伸缩杆的一端与手柄5连接,另一端与连接臂2转动连接。手柄5包括套接部51以及转动连接于所述套接部51下端的至少三个支撑脚52。优选地,本实施例的手柄5包括三个支撑脚。这三个支撑脚52收合后可作为手持使用,所述套接部51与收合后的支撑脚52内部形成中空腔,所述伸缩杆可收纳于所述中空腔内。在需要使用三脚架模式自拍时,将三个支撑脚52展开即可使用;在进行手持自拍或者收纳时,将三个支撑脚52转动至靠近伸缩杆,便可进行手持或收纳,十分方便快捷。
为提高手持云台的使用体验,手持云台还包括无线遥控器6,所述无线遥控器6可拆卸地安装在套接部51上。在使用三角架模式自拍时,由于使用者与手持云台的距离较远,此时通过手持无线遥控器6进行远程操控即可实现远距离拍摄;在使用手持拍摄模式时,通过使用组装在手柄5上的无线遥控器6即可进行近距离拍摄。
应当理解的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制,对本领域技术人员来说,可以对上述实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而所有这些修改和替换,都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种夹持机构,其特征在于:包括上夹持部、与上夹持部对应设置的下夹持部、用于连接上夹持部与下夹持部的夹持臂、与夹持臂转动连接的连接臂、以及用于限制夹持臂与连接臂相对转动的锁紧组件;所述锁紧组件设置在夹持臂与连接臂的转动连接位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的夹持机构,其特征在于:所述锁紧组件包括锁紧环以及设置在夹持臂上并朝向所述连接臂凸起的环座;所述环座上设有外螺纹;所述锁紧环上设有与外螺纹配合的内螺纹,所述锁紧环转动时通过内螺纹与外螺纹的配合可朝向连接臂移动,并抵顶所述连接臂以锁紧夹持臂与连接臂。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的夹持机构,其特征在于:所述锁紧环的外周表面设有用于增加摩擦力的滚花。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的夹持机构,其特征在于:所述夹持机构还包括永磁体磁极、绕组线圈和转轴;所述转轴的一端与连接臂固接;所述永磁体磁极固设于所述连接臂上,并与转轴同轴;所述夹持臂上设有朝向所述连接臂凸起的轴套,所述转轴的另一端穿设于所述轴套内,并与轴套转动连接;所述绕组线圈安装在轴套上,并位于所述永磁体磁极内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的夹持机构,其特征在于:所述夹持臂上还设有加强筋;所述加强筋的一端连接环座,另一端连接轴套。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的夹持机构,其特征在于:所述夹持机构还包括充电接口、电池以及PCB板;所述PCB板设置在夹持臂内;所述充电接口的一端电连接PCB板,另一端外露于夹持臂上;所述电池电连接所述PCB板且设置在夹持臂内,所述绕组线圈与所述PCB板电连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的夹持机构,其特征在于:所述锁紧组件包括锁紧环以及设置在连接臂上并朝向所述夹持臂凸起的环座;所述环座上设有外螺纹;所述锁紧环上设有与外螺纹配合的内螺纹,所述锁紧环转动时通过内螺纹与外螺纹的配合可朝向夹持臂移动,并抵顶所述夹持臂以锁紧夹持臂与连接臂。
  8. 一种手持云台,包括手柄,其特征在于:还包括如权利要求1至7任一项所述的夹持机构;所述手柄的一端与连接臂转动连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的手持云台,其特征在于:所述手持云台还包括无线遥控器;所述无线遥控器可拆卸地安装在手柄上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的手持云台,其特征在于:所述手持云台还包括可收纳于手柄中的伸缩杆;所述伸缩杆的一端连接手柄,另一端与连接臂转动连接。
