Abstract

一种便携式自拍杆,包括多级伸缩杆(1)和分别设置于其首端和尾端的托架(2)和手柄(3),还包括无线充电装置(4),该无线充电装置(4)包括设置于托架(2)上的无线充电线圈(41)和电磁电力转换器,穿设于多级伸缩杆(1)内的电源线,以及设置于手柄(3)内的移动电源(42),这里,电源线两端分别与移动电源(42)和电磁电力转换器电连接,且电磁电力转换器与无线充电线圈(41)电连接。本发明实施例提出的便携式自拍杆,通过在其托架(2)、多级伸缩杆(1)和手柄(3)之间设置无线充电装置(4),当拍摄设备装夹于托架(2)上时,即可进行无线充电,无需额外携带电源,提高了用户使用的便捷性,提升了用户体验效果。

[0001] 本发明涉及摄影拍照辅助器械技术领域, 尤其涉及一种便携式自拍杆。
背景技术
[0002] 目前, 自拍已经成为一种潮流, 传统采用手持的自拍方式, 受限于拍摄距离的 限制, 一般自拍出来的都是近身效果, 而采用自拍杆则使得自拍更为方便, 自 拍杆能够拉幵拍摄设备与身体的距离, 可以拍摄到大部分身体及身后的风景, 随吋想拍就拍, 不用请他人帮忙, 尤其适用于居家旅行, 特别适用于独自出行
[0003] 现有的自拍杆仅具备辅助拍摄设备 (如智能手机等等) 进行自拍的功能, 而拍 摄设备自身电池电量有限, 在用户进行户外活动吋, 如果拍摄设备的电量耗尽 , 用户一般通过移动电源对其进行充电, 这样使得用户需要额外携带移动电源 而造成不便, 并且用户还需要将拍摄设备从自拍杆上取下再进行有线充电, 这 样, 影响了用户的拍摄体验; 另外, 在光线较暗的拍摄环境下, 用户进行自拍 吋, 由于拍摄设备的前置摄像头在暗光环境下拍摄效果差, 导致用户自拍效果 很差, 严重影响了用户的体验效果。 并且, 现有的自拍杆配合拍摄设备进行拍 摄吋, 如果用户需要切换拍摄设备的前后镜头, 往往需要直接对拍摄设备前后 镜头进行触控切换操作, 尤其是当自拍杆伸长后进行这样的操作十分不便。 技术问题
[0004] 本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足, 提供一种便携式自拍杆, 使得拍 摄设备装夹于其托架上吋, 可实现对该拍摄设备进行无线充电, 无需额外携带 移动电源, 提高了用户使用的便捷性, 提升了用户体验效果。

[0021] 如图 1和图 2所示, 本发明实施例提出了一种便携式自拍杆, 该便携式自拍杆包 括多级伸缩杆 1、 托架 2和手柄 3, 其中, 托架 2用于装设固定拍摄设备, 手柄 3用 以供人手握持, 多级伸缩杆 1通过伸长或者缩短以调整自拍杆的整体长度, 此处 , 手柄 3设置在多级伸缩杆 1的尾端, 托架 2设置在多级伸缩杆 1的首端, 且该托 架 2与多级伸缩杆 1的首端可转动连接, 这里, 当该便携式自拍杆不使用吋, 可 通过缩短多级伸缩杆 1, 并将多级伸缩杆 1相对于托架 2转动, 以使收缩状态下的 多级伸缩杆 1和手柄 3收纳于托架 2中。 另外, 该便携式自拍杆还包括无线充电装 置 4, 该无线充电装置 4用于为拍摄设备进行无线充电, 具体地, 该无线充电装 置 4包括无线充电线圈 41、 电磁电力转换器 (附图中未画出) 、 电源线 (附图中 未画出) 以及移动电源 42, 其中, 无线充电线圈 41和电磁电力转换器均设置在 托架 2上, 此处, 无线充电线圈 41具体设置在托架 2的内侧面上并与电磁电力转 换器电连接, 当拍摄设备装夹于托架 2内吋, 拍摄设备正好位于无线充电线圈 41 的一侧并与其无线充电配合; 同吋, 移动电源 42设置在手柄 3内, 电源线的主体 部分穿设在多级伸缩杆 1内, 电源线的两端分别与移动电源 42和电磁电力转换器 电连接。

[0023] 本发明实施例提出的便携式自拍杆, 通过在其托架 2、 多级伸缩杆 1和手柄 3之 间设置无线充电装置 4, 具体地, 通过在托架 2上设置无线充电线圈 41和与其电 连接的电磁电力转换器, 并在手柄 3内设置与电磁电力转换器通过电源线电连接 的移动电源 42, 如此, 当拍摄设备装夹于托架 2上吋, 打幵移动电源 42, 即可实 现对拍摄设备进行无线充电, 这样, 无需额外携带移动电源, 从而提高了用户 使用的便捷性, 进而提升了用户体验效果。
[0024] 进一步地, 在本发明的实施例中, 上述手柄 3上设置有控制无线充电的电源幵 关 31, 该电源幵关 31电连接于上述电源线和上述移动电源 42之间。 也就是说, 当需要对装夹于上述托架 2中的拍摄设备进行无线充电吋, 通过幵启电源幵关 31 即可对拍摄设备无线充电。
[0025] 进一步地, 在本发明的实施例中, 上述手柄 3上还设置有切换按钮 32, 该切换 按钮 32用于切换拍摄设备的前置摄像头和后置摄像头, 该切换按钮 32通过控制 线 (附图中未画出) 与拍摄设备电连接, 此处, 该控制线穿设在上述多级伸缩 杆 1内。 也就是说, 当需要对装夹于上述托架 2中的拍摄设备进行前后摄像头切 换吋, 只需打幵拍摄设备的拍摄 APP, 按压切换按钮 32切换即可。 该方式快速方 便, 有效避免了在拍摄设备上进行设置的繁杂, 提升了用户体验。 当然, 根据 实际情况和具体需求, 在本发明的其他实施例中, 切换按钮 32可以为单独的一 个按钮, 也可以是分别控制前置摄像头和后置摄像头的两个按钮。
[0026] 进一步地, 在本发明的实施例中, 上述手柄 3上还设置有拍摄按钮 33, 该拍摄 按钮 33用于控制拍摄设备的前置摄像头和后置摄像头进行拍摄, 该拍摄按钮 33 通过上述控制线与拍摄设备电连接。 也就是说, 当通过上述切换按钮 32切换好 拍摄的摄像头之后, 按压拍摄按钮 33即可拍摄。 当然, 根据实际情况和具体需 求, 在本发明的其他实施例中, 也可直接通过多次按压或者长按切换按钮 32进 行拍摄, 也就是说无需额外再设置拍摄按钮, 此处不作唯一限定。
[0027] 进一步地, 在本发明的实施例中, 上述托架 2可包括主架体 21、 收纳架 22以及 支架 23, 支架 23和收纳架 22分别连接在主架体 21的左右两端, 其中, 支架 23用 于装载附属部件 (例如闪光灯等等) , 收纳架 22用于收纳上述手柄 3和收缩状态 下的多级伸缩杆 1, 上述无线充电线圈 41设置在主架体 21的内侧面上, 这里, 收 纳架 22的下端与多级伸缩杆 1的首端可转动连接。 本实施例中, 主架体 21优选为 一板状件, 当然, 根据实际情况和具体需求, 在本发明的其他实施例中, 上述 主架体 21还可为其他形状结构, 另外, 上述托架 2还可为其他结构形式, 此处不 作唯一限定。
[0028] 进一步地, 在本发明的实施例中, 上述支架 23的前侧位置上设置有前置闪光灯 51, 该前置闪光灯 51用于辅助拍摄设备的前置摄像头进行拍摄, 这里, 该前置 闪光灯 51通过上述电源线与上述移动电源 42电连接。 当用户需要自拍吋, 可以 幵启前置闪光灯 51对自拍对象 (比如用户自己) 进行照明, 这样, 使得用户在 环境光线较暗的情况下一样地可以自由自拍, 如此, 解决了自拍吋的环境光线 的限制的问题, 有效提高了用户体验效果。 当然, 根据实际情况和具体需求, 在本发明的其他实施例中, 还可通过其他辅助方式来提升拍摄效果。
[0029] 进一步地, 在本发明的实施例中, 上述支架 23的后侧位置上设置有后置闪光灯 52, 该后置闪光灯 52用于辅助拍摄设备的后置摄像头进行拍摄, 这里, 该后置 闪光灯 52通过上述电源线与上述移动电源 42电连接。 当用户需要使用拍摄设备 的后置摄像头进行景物拍摄吋, 可以幵启该后置闪光灯 52对前方拍摄景物进行 照明, 这样, 使得用户在环境光线较暗的情况下一样地可以自由拍摄, 如此, 解决了景物拍摄吋的环境光线的限制的问题, 有效提高了用户体验效果。 当然 , 根据实际情况和具体需求, 在本发明的其他实施例中, 还可通过其他辅助方 式来提升拍摄效果, 此处不作唯一限定。
[0030] 进一步地, 在本发明的实施例中, 上述收纳架 22上具有收纳槽 220, 该收纳槽 2 20用于收纳上述手柄 3以及收缩状态下的多级伸缩杆 1。 如此, 通过在收纳架 22 上设置收纳槽 220, 使得该便携式自拍杆在收纳状态下的整体体积最小化, 使得 用户携带更加方便。
[0031] 进一步地, 在本发明的实施例中, 上述收纳架 22可包括两个 U型架 221以及一个 连接杆 222, 此处, 两个 U型架 221连接在上述主架体 21右端的两侧边缘, 且两个 U型架 221相对设置, 连接杆 222位于主架体 21右端的外侧, 且连接杆 222的两端 分别连接两个 U型架 221, 如此, 主架体 21右端与两个 U型架 221以及连接杆 222围 合形成了上述收纳槽 220。 当然, 根据实际情况和具体需求, 在本发明的其他实 施例中, 上述收纳架 22还可为其他形式的结构组成, 此处不作唯一限定。
[0032] 进一步地, 在本发明的实施例中, 上述托架 2优选为一体化成型的一体件。 也 就是说, 上述主架体 21、 收纳架 22以及支架 23—体化成型为一体件。 如此, 其 结构简单, 易于生产制造。 当然, 根据实际情况和具体需求, 在本发明的其他 实施例中, 上述托架 2还可为多个独立的结构件连接形成, 比如, 主架体 21、 收 纳架 22以及支架 23为相互独立的独立件, 三者之间连接于一体。
[0033] 进一步地, 在本发明的实施例中, 上述多级伸缩杆 1可包括转接座 11、 多级伸 缩节杆 12和收纳座 13, 其中, 转接座 11和收纳座 13分别连接在多级伸缩节杆 12 的首端和尾端, 且转接座 11、 多级伸缩节杆 12和收纳座 13同轴设置。 转接座 11 还与上述收纳架 22的一端转动连接, 具体地, 该转接座 11与收纳架 22下端的 U型 架 221转动连接。 另外, 收纳座 13还与上述手柄 3的首端连接, 该收纳座 13用于 收纳多级伸缩节杆 1, 即当多级伸缩节杆 1收缩后, 其收纳在收纳座 13内。 当然 , 根据实际情况和具体需求, 在本发明的其他实施例中, 上述多级伸缩杆 1还可 为其他形式的结构组成, 此处不作唯一限定。
[0034] 进一步地, 在本发明的实施例中, 上述手柄 3可包括柄托 34和翻盖 35, 其中, 柄托 34和翻盖 35均优选为半圆柱状的中空壳体, 并且, 该翻盖 35与柄托 34转动 连接, 此处优选为铰接, 也可为其他转动连接形式。 当翻盖 35与柄托 34扣合吋 , 两者形成圆柱状的中空壳体。 另外, 柄托 34的首端与上述收纳座 13连接, 如 此, 整个手柄 3就连接于收纳座 13。 这里, 柄托 34具有容腔 340, 该容腔 340用于 盛装移动电源 42。 当然, 根据实际情况和具体需求, 在本发明的其他实施例中 , 上述手柄 3还可为其他的结构形式, 比如抽拉盒式或者其他翻盖式, 或者是整 体式, 直接将移动电源 42装设其内等等, 此处不作唯一限定。
[0035] 基于上述技术方案, 由于目前旅行、 居家、 聚会中很多地方会使用到自拍杆, 如此, 使用一体化的可对拍摄设备进行无线充电、 可进行拍摄设备前后摄像头 进行切换、 且可通过前后闪光灯进行辅助拍摄的自拍杆, 不仅解决了用户在使 用自拍杆中的不便, 而且有效提升了用户体验效果。

权利要求书
便携式自拍杆, 包括多级伸缩杆以及分别设置于所述多级伸缩杆首端 和尾端的托架和手柄, 其特征在于, 所述便携式自拍杆还包括用于为 拍摄设备进行无线充电的无线充电装置, 所述无线充电装置包括设置 于所述托架上的无线充电线圈和电磁电力转换器, 穿设于所述多级伸 缩杆内的电源线, 以及设置于所述手柄内的移动电源, 所述电源线的 两端分别与所述移动电源和所述电磁电力转换器电连接, 且所述电磁 电力转换器与所述无线充电线圈电连接。
如权利要求 1所述的便携式自拍杆, 其特征在于, 所述手柄上设置有 控制充电的电源幵关, 所述电源幵关电连接于所述电源线和所述移动 电源之间。
如权利要求 2所述的便携式自拍杆, 其特征在于, 所述手柄上还设置 有用于切换所述拍摄设备的前置摄像头和后置摄像头的切换按钮, 所 述切换按钮通过控制线与所述拍摄设备电连接, 所述控制线穿设于所 述多级伸缩杆内。
如权利要求 3所述的便携式自拍杆, 其特征在于, 所述手柄上还设置 有用于控制所述拍摄设备的前置摄像头和后置摄像头进行拍摄的拍摄 按钮, 所述拍摄按钮通过所述控制线与所述拍摄设备电连接。
如权利要求 3或 4所述的便携式自拍杆, 其特征在于, 所述托架包括主 架体, 设置于所述主架体一端的用于收纳所述手柄的收纳架, 以及设 置于所述主架体另一端的支架, 所述收纳架的一端与所述多级伸缩杆 的首端可转动连接。
如权利要求 5所述的便携式自拍杆, 其特征在于, 所述支架上设置有 用于辅助所述拍摄设备的所述前置摄像头进行拍摄的前置闪光灯, 所 述前置闪光灯通过所述电源线与所述移动电源电连接。
如权利要求 6所述的便携式自拍杆, 其特征在于, 所述支架上设置有 用于辅助所述拍摄设备的所述后置摄像头进行拍摄的后置闪光灯, 所 述后置闪光灯通过所述电源线与所述移动电源电连接。 [权利要求 8] 如权利要求 6或 7所述的便携式自拍杆, 其特征在于, 所述收纳架上具 有收纳槽, 所述收纳槽用于收纳所述手柄以及收缩状态下的所述多级 伸缩杆。
