根据本申请的实施例, 第三连接结构包括: 挡板, 从后备箱盖装饰件向 第一部分倾斜地设置在第一部分上;第一插入板,设置在后备箱盖装饰件上, 且从后备箱盖装饰件向第一部分延伸, 其中第一插入板上平行设置有沿第一 插入板的延伸方向而延伸的多个筋, 多个筋具有从后备箱盖装饰件向第一部 分逐渐减小的高度, 以与挡板的倾斜方向匹配。
根据本申请的实施例, 第四连接结构包括:插入槽, 设置在第一部分上; 第二插入板, 设置在后备箱盖装饰件上, 且从后备箱盖装饰件向第一部分延 伸, 其中插入槽的边緣处设置有向后备箱盖装饰件延伸的卡板, 并且在第二 插入板上设置有与卡块相对应的卡孔, 当第二插入板插进插入槽时, 卡块与 卡孔配合形成固定连接。 另一方面, 本申请还提供一种车辆, 其包括如上所述的用于车辆的后备 箱盖结构。

本申请提供的一种用于车辆的后备箱盖结构, 包括后备箱盖本体; 后备 箱灯, 其安装在后备箱盖本体上; 以及后备箱盖装饰件, 其位于后备箱灯的 上方, 并且其中间部分安装在后备箱盖本体上且两个侧端部分分别通过支架 安装在后备箱灯上。 由此, 通过支架后备箱盖装饰件能够在 X向和 Z向更好 地贴合后备箱盖的上板和后备箱灯, 从而有效改善后备箱装饰件与后备箱盖 和后备箱灯之间沿 X向的缝隙, 从而提高车辆的感知质量。 附图说明 图 1是后备箱盖结构的示意图;

在本申请中, 观察者面向车头的方向坐在车内时, 观察者面向前的方向 为 X向, 观察者的左边方向为 Y向, 并且观察者向上观看时的方向为 Z向。
汽车后备箱盖上通常设置有后备箱盖装饰件以及后备箱灯。 后备箱盖装 饰件呈长条状并且沿车辆的宽度方向 (即 Y 向) 设置在车辆的后备箱盖上。 后备箱盖装饰件材料通常为 EPPo 后备箱设置在车辆的左右两侧, 也就是说 设置在后备箱盖的左右两侧。 后备箱灯的在后备箱盖的上下位置是位于后备 箱盖装饰件的下方, 并且与后备箱盖装饰件的直接相邻。
由于车辆的弧形外观以及后备箱盖的装饰件的长条状结构, 通常在安装 后备箱盖装饰件的时候, 后备箱盖装饰件的侧端部分在安装的时候与后备箱 盖的不能很好的贴合, 从而后备箱盖装饰件与后备箱盖以及后备箱盖装饰件 与后备箱灯之间沿 X向产生较大的缝隙, 因而影响车辆的感知质量。
根据本申请的实施例,如图 1所示,后备箱盖结构包括后备箱盖本体 10、 后备箱盖装饰件 20以及后备箱灯 30。 后备箱盖装饰件 20沿车辆的宽度方向 设置在后备箱盖本体 10上, 并且在后备箱盖装饰件 20的下侧, 两个后备箱 灯 30分别设置在后备箱盖本体 10的左右两侧。由于后备箱盖装饰件 20的安 装, 后备箱盖本体 10被分成了后备箱盖上板 11和后备箱盖下板 12。
如图 2所示, 为了便于描述, 将后备箱盖装饰件 20分为中间部分和两个 侧端部分, 如图 2中所示的中间部分 22 (C区域), 以及左侧侧端部分 23 (B 区域) 和右侧侧端部分 21 (A 区域) (左右是将后备箱盖装饰件安装在后备 箱盖上之后, 从车辆的后方向车辆的前方观看时的左右方向)。 为了保证后备箱装饰件的两个侧端部分更好的贴合车辆的弧形, 根据本 实施例,将中间部分 22安装在后备箱盖本体 10的后备箱盖上板 11的钣金上, 并且两个侧端部分 21和 23分别通过支架 40安装在后备箱灯 30上。 中间部 分 22的细节图如图 3所示, 其上设置有多个 X向固定螺栓、 多个 Z向定位 孔以及一个可以同时在 Z向和 Y向固定的定位片。 本申请不限于此, 并且中 间部分 22与后备箱盖上板 11的钣金的连接可以采用本领域常规连接方式进 行连接, 因此在本文中省略对其的详细描述。
后备箱装饰件 20的两侧侧端部分 21和 23可以通过固定在后备箱灯 30 上的支架 40而与后备箱灯 30固定连接。支架 40与后备箱灯 30先固定连接, 如图 4所示。 然后将已经固定连接在一起的支架 40和后备箱灯 30与后备箱 盖本体 10的后备箱盖下板 12的钣金固定连接,从而使后备箱灯 30固定连接 到后备箱盖本体 10上。最后将后备箱盖装饰件的两个侧端部分 21和 23分别 连接到支架 40上, 如图 5所示。 其中后备箱灯 30与后备箱盖下板 12的钣金 的连接方式可以采用本领域的常规连接方式进行连接, 因此在本文中省略对 其的详细描述。
下面详细描述支架 40、 后备箱盖装饰件 20的侧端部分 21和 23的结构 以及支架 40与后备箱灯 30和后备箱盖装饰件 20的侧端部分 21和 23的连接 方式。
后备箱盖装饰件 20的两侧侧端部分 21和 23的具体结构如图 6和图 7所 示,由于其关于车辆的中轴线对称,因此侧端部分 21和 23具有相似的结构, 因此作为示例将描述侧端部分 23的结构。
图 8是支架的结构示意图。图 8所示的支架 40可以与图 7所述的侧端部 分 23形成图 9所示的配合连接。
由图 8 可以看出, 支架 40 包括沿竖直方向延伸以用于与后备箱装饰件 20的侧端部分 23固定连接的第一部分 41以及沿水平方向延伸以用于与后备 箱灯 30固定连接的第二部分 42。
第二部分 42沿水平方向延伸并且直接位于后备箱灯 30上以与后备箱灯 30形成 Z向的连接。 具体地, 第二部分 42上设置有多个定位孔 421和多个 连接孔 422。 该定位孔 421可以与后备箱灯 30上设置的多个竖直向上突出的 定位销 321形成配合。连接孔 422可以穿过螺栓等连接件与后备箱灯 30形成 固定连接。 由于定位孔 421通常较连接孔 412直径较大, 因此在安装时, 直 径较大的定位孔 421可以容易地与后备箱灯 30上的定位销 321 匹配,使定位 销 321穿过定位孔 421,从而使支架 40相对于后备箱灯 30位于合适的位置, 然后使螺栓等连接件穿过连接孔 422 并固定在后备箱灯 30 上, 从而将支架 40 固定连接在后备箱灯 30上。 根据本实施例, 多个定位孔 421 沿车辆的宽 度方向 (Y向) 布置, 这是因为支架 40和后备箱装饰件 20的侧端部分 23均 呈长条状, 因此, 沿其长度方向设置多个定位孔 421 可以形成更好的定位效 果。
为了将穿过连接孔 422的螺栓等连接件固定在后备箱灯 30上,在后备箱 灯 30上设置用于固定螺栓等连接件的固定结构 322, 该固定结构 322从后备 箱灯 30的基面向上突出, 因此, 为了匹配该固定结构 322, 支架 40上设置 有多个凸台 423, 并且多个连接孔 422设置在多个凸台 423上, 从而使得螺 栓等连接件从连接孔 422 穿过后, 可以固定在位于凸台下方的固定结构 322 中。 根据本实施例, 凸台 423的数量与连接孔 422的数量相对应。
第一部分 41与后备箱盖装饰件 20的侧端部分 23通过第一连接结构 100、 第二连接结构 200、 第三连接结构 300和第四连接结构 400 固定连接。 其中 第一连接结构 100、 第二连接结构 200、 第三连接结构 300和第四连接结构沿 从中间向侧端的方向顺序布置, 即第四连接结构 400位于最外面, 向内依次 为第三连接结构 300、 第二连接结构 200和第一连接结构 100。 其中第一连接 结构 100、 第二连接结构 200和第四连接结构 400形成 X向的定位连接, 第 三连接结构 300形成 Z向定位连接。 第一连接结构 100、 第二连接结构 200、 第三连接结构 300和第四连接结构 400分别包括设置在第一部分 41上的元件 和设置在后备箱盖装饰件 20的侧端部分 23上的元件配合连接而形成, 本申 请不限于此。
第一连接结构 100和第二连接结构 200分别包括设置在第一部分 41上且 从第一部分 41 向后备箱盖装饰件 20延伸的卡板 001 以及设置在后备箱盖装 饰件 20的侧端部分 23上以与卡板配合形成固定连接的卡槽 003。 当后备箱 盖装饰件 20的侧端部分 23 向第一部分 41 安装时, 卡板 001 可以插入卡槽 003中, 形成 X向的固定连接。 具体地, 卡板 001包括从第一部分 41向后备 箱盖装饰件 20延伸的卡板本体 020以及设置在卡板本体端部的卡块 010。 当 后备箱盖装饰件 20的侧端部分 23向第一部分 41安装时, 卡板 001插入卡槽 003 中, 并且卡板本体 020端部的卡块 010可以通过卡槽 003 而卡在卡槽的 边緣, 从而形成固定连接, 如图 10中所示。
具体地, 卡块 010包括导向面以及阻挡面, 卡槽 003的边緣设置有向卡 槽内侧突出的阻挡板 030。 当后备箱盖装饰件 20的侧端部分 23 向第一部分 41安装时, 阻挡板 030可以沿导向面向第一部分 41 滑动, 当滑到导向面末 端时, 阻挡板 030与组当面接触, 阻挡面阻挡阻挡块 030反向滑出, 从而对 卡槽 003形成 X向的限制, 使得后备箱盖装饰件 20的侧端部分 23与第一部 分 41形成 X向的限位连接。
根据实施例, 如图 11所示, 第一连接结构 100包括两个上下平行设置的 第一上卡板 101和第一下卡板 102 以及第一卡槽 103, 第一上卡板 101和第 一下卡板 102均插入第一卡槽 103 中。 在第一上卡板 101端部的上侧设置卡 块 111 并且在第一下卡板 102的端部的下侧设置卡块 112。 这样第一上卡板 101和第一下卡板 102插入第一卡槽 103 中时, 卡块 111 可以卡在第一卡槽 103的上边緣, 并且卡块 112可以卡在第一卡槽 103的下边緣。 这样可以形 成上下两种固定, 从而加强第一连接结构 100的连接强度。 而且, 第一部分 41上的、 在第一下卡板 102的下侧开设孔。
根据实施例, 如图 12所示, 第二连接结构 200包括设置在第一部分 41 的上边緣处的第二卡板 201 以及设置在后备箱盖装饰件 20的侧端部分 23上 的第二卡槽 203。 在第二卡板 201的端部的上侧设置卡块 211。 这样当第二卡 板 201插入第二卡槽 203时, 卡块 211可以卡在第二卡槽 203的边緣从而形 成 X向限制。 由于第二连接结构 200设置有一个卡板 201, 因此用于与卡板 201 向配合的第二卡槽 203相比与第一连接结构 100 中的上下卡板相配合的 第一卡槽 103 的宽度相对较小。 这是由于后备箱盖装饰件的宽度从中间向两 侧端方向逐渐变窄, 因此在第二连接结构 200的位置处, 后备箱盖装饰件 20 的侧端部分 23已经没有足够的宽度开开设足够容纳上下两个卡板的卡槽, 因 此第二连接结构 200设置一个第二卡板 201。
根据实施例, 如图 13所示, 第三连接结构 300包括设置在第一部分 41 上并且从后备箱盖装饰件 20的侧端部分 23向第一部分 41倾斜的挡板 301以 及设置在后备箱盖装饰件 20上并且从后备箱盖装饰件 20向第一部分 41延伸 的第一插入板 302,其中第一插入板 302上平行设置有多个沿第一插入板 302 的延伸方向而延伸的多个筋 303。 多个筋 303具有从后备箱盖装饰件 20的侧 端部分 23向第一部分 41逐渐减小的高度, 以与挡板 301形成匹配。 其中挡 板 301与筋 303的倾斜方向是方便第一插入板 302沿倾斜方向滑进在挡板 301 的下方, 当第一插入板 302滑进挡板 301下方后,挡板 302与第一插入板 302 上的多个筋 303紧密接触, 从而在 Z向对第一插入板 302上的多个筋 303形 成限制, 进而对后备箱装饰件 20的侧端部分 23在 Z向的限制。
根据实施例, 如图 14所示, 第四连接结构 400包括设置在第一部分 41 上的插入槽 404以及设置在后备箱盖装饰件 20的侧端部分 23上并且从后备 箱盖装饰件 20的侧端部分 23向第一部分 41延伸的第二插入板 402。 其中第 二插入板 402可以插入插入槽 404中。 其中插入槽 404的边緣处设置有向后 备箱盖装饰件 20延伸的第四卡板 401,在第四卡板 401的端部设置有卡块 412, 并且在第二插入板 402上开设有卡孔 403。当第二插入板 402插入插入槽 404 使, 第四卡板 401上的卡块 412可以滑进第二插入板 402上的卡孔 403中, 从而对卡孔 403形成限制, 因而, 设置在第一部分 41上的第四卡板 401可以 对设置在后备箱盖装饰件 20上的第二插入板 402形成 X向的限制。具体地, 根据实施例, 第四卡板 401可以设置在插入槽 404的下侧边緣, 并且卡块 412 设置在第四卡板本体 411 的端部上侧。 这样第二插入板 402在第四卡板 401 的上方插入插入槽 404, 向上突出的卡块 412可以在第二插入板 402插入特 定位置时正好卡进第二插入板 402上的卡孔 403, 从而形成 X向的限制, 防 止第二插入板 402再反向滑出。 第四连接结构 400主要是考虑到在后备箱盖 装饰件 20最外侧端部的宽度最窄,其已经足够用来开设与第一连接结构 100、 第二连接结构 200相似的卡槽结构, 因此在第四连接结构 400的位置处设置 为需要较小宽度的第二插入板 402的板结构, 并且在第二插入板 402上开设 卡孔 403 以起到与第一连接结构 100和第二连接结构 200中的卡槽相同的作 用, 即与卡板上的卡块形成 X向限制。
根据以上所述, 首先将支架安装在后备箱灯上, 然后将组装在一起的支 架和后备箱灯安装在后备箱盖下板的钣金上, 然后再安装后备箱盖装饰件, 由于后备箱装饰件较长, 因此将后备箱盖装饰件的中间部分安装在后备箱盖 上板的钣金上, 然后将后备箱盖装饰件的两个侧端部分分别通过第一连接结 构、 第二连接结构、 第三连接结构和第四连接结构安装在支架上。 由于第一 连接结构、 第二连接结构、 第三连接结构和第四连接结构沿后备箱装饰件的 长度方向布置, 从而后备箱盖装饰件的侧端部分可以通过多个连接结构很好 的与支架固定连接, 从而在 X向上更有效地保证后备箱盖装饰件与上侧的后 备箱盖上板和下侧的后备箱灯之间的缝隙, 改善车辆的感知质量。
本申请还提供一种包括以上实施例所述的用于车辆的后备箱盖结构的车 辆。
综上所述, 本申请提供了一种用于车辆的后备箱盖结构, 包括后备箱盖 本体; 后备箱灯, 其安装在后备箱盖本体上; 以及后备箱盖装饰件, 其位于 后备箱灯的上方, 并且其中间部分安装在后备箱盖本体上且两个侧端部分分 别通过支架安装在后备箱灯上。 由此, 通过支架后备箱盖装饰件能够在 X向 和 Z向更好地贴合所述后备箱盖的上板和后备箱灯, 从而有效改善后备箱装 饰件与后备箱盖和后备箱灯之间沿 X向的缝隙, 从而提高车辆的感知质量。
最后应说明的是: 以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案, 而非对其 限制; 尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通技术 人员应当理解: 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改, 或 者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不使相应技 术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种用于车辆的后备箱盖结构, 其特征在于, 包括:
后备箱盖本体;
后备箱灯, 其安装在所述后备箱盖本体上; 以及
后备箱盖装饰件, 其位于所述后备箱灯的上方, 并且其中间部分安装在 所述后备箱盖本体上且两个侧端部分分别通过支架安装在所述后备箱灯上。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于车辆的后备箱盖结构, 其特征在于, 所述 支架包括沿竖直方向延伸以用于与所述后备箱盖装饰件的侧端部分固定连接 的第一部分以及沿水平方向延伸且用于与所述后备箱灯固定连接的第二部分。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的用于车辆的后备箱盖结构, 其特征在于, 所述 第一部分与所述后备箱盖装饰件的侧端部分通过沿从中间向侧端的方向顺序 布置的第一连接结构、 第二连接结构、 第三连接结构以及第四连接结构固定 连接。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的用于车辆的后备箱盖结构, 其特征在于, 所述 第一连接结构和第二连接结构分别包括:
卡板, 设置在所述第一部分上, 且从所述第一部分向所述后备箱盖装饰 件延伸;
卡槽, 设置在所述后备箱盖装饰件上以与所述卡板配合形成固定连接。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的用于车辆的后备箱盖结构, 其特征在于, 所述 卡板包括从所述第一部分向所述后备箱盖装饰件延伸的卡板本体以及设置在 所述卡板本体的端部的卡块。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的用于车辆的后备箱盖结构, 其特征在于, 所述 第一连接结构包括两个卡板, 所述两个卡板上下平行设置并且与同时插入设 置在所述后备箱盖装饰件上的一个所述卡槽以形成固定连接。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的用于车辆的后备箱盖结构, 其特征在于, 在上 侧的所述卡板的所述卡块设置在相应卡板本体端部的上侧; 并且在下侧的所 述卡板的所述卡块设置在相应开本本体端部的下侧。
8、 根据权利要求 3所述的用于车辆的后备箱盖结构, 其特征在于, 所述 第三连接结构包括:
挡板, 从所述后备箱盖装饰件向所述第一部分倾斜地设置在所述第一部 分上;
第一插入板, 设置在所述后备箱盖装饰件上, 且从所述后备箱盖装饰件 向所述第一部分延伸,
其中所述第一插入板上平行设置有沿所述第一插入板的延伸方向而延伸 的多个筋, 所述多个筋具有从所述后备箱盖装饰件向所述第一部分逐渐减小 的高度, 以与所述挡板的倾斜方向匹配。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的用于车辆的后备箱盖结构, 其特征在于, 所述 第四连接结构包括:
插入槽, 设置在所述第一部分上;
第二插入板, 设置在所述后备箱盖装饰件上, 且从所述后备箱盖装饰件 向所述第一部分延伸, 其中
所述插入槽的边緣处设置有向所述后备箱盖装饰件延伸的卡板, 并且在 所述第二插入板上设置有与所述卡块相对应的卡孔, 当所述第二插入板插进 所述插入槽时, 所述卡块与所述卡孔配合形成固定连接。
10、 一种车辆, 其特征在于, 包括如权利要求 1-9任一项所述的用于车 辆的后备箱盖结构。
