Description

一种带阻尼器的 动轮组合件 技术领域
本发明涉及装饰配件领域, 尤其涉及壁拒门的装饰配件, 特别涉及一种带 阻尼器的滑动轮组合件。 背景技术
壁拒是商家和居家常用的一种拒体, 它存放衣被数量大, 使用方便, 因此 在人们装饰居室时总是要建造一个或多个壁拒。 而壁拒前端有两扇或三扇壁拒 门, 推拉壁拒门是人们经常要做的一个事情。 为使推拉壁拒门方便灵活, 则在 壁拒门上、 下门框上装配滑行轨道、 在壁拒门上、 下装配滑动轮, 滑动轮在滑 行轨道上滑行, 这样方便轻快流畅。 但是单纯装配滑动轮推、 拉壁拒门, 则有 一个滑行速度快慢问题, 但手推拉门页用力大时, 壁拒门页滑行速度快, 用力 小时, 滑行速度慢, 但有时用力过大时可能使壁拒门页碰撞拒门竖框, 感觉不 好, 且损害拒门。 目前, 有生产厂家制造销售带阻尼器的壁拒门滑动轮组合件, 滑动轮、 滑行轨道安装在壁拒门页上、 下端, 这样即解决了滑行速度过快的问 题, 使壁拒门能緩慢滑行到拒门竖框边, 不会发生碰撞。 但是用带阻尼器用壁 拒门的滑轮时, 又发现存在如下问题: (一) 当推动壁拒门页关闭时, 当到达阻 尼器发生作用时, 则发现壁拒门页上下端部的阻尼效果没有同步实施, 例如上 端部不走或緩慢地走动, 而下端部继续快走滑行, 因此, 使得壁拒门页发生跳 动现象; (二)一般壁拒门比较高、 安装调试不太方便; (三)制件成本高; (四) 滑动轮组合件的阻尼作用不够理想; (五)针对重量较大的壁拒门页, 现有的滑 动轮组合件拖动效果、 阻尼效果均不佳。 发明内容
本发明实施例所要解决的技术问题在于, 提供一种带阻尼器的滑动轮组合 件, 结构合理, 组合严密, 制造精密, 安装、 调节简便, 可以实现同步阻尼、 且阻尼效果良好, 保证壁拒门页运行的平稳度, 避免发生晃动或跳动现象。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明实施例提供了一种带阻尼器的滑动轮组合 件, 由里至外依次包括: 阻尼器装配夹、 活动夹套, 外部支撑夹; 所述阻尼器装配夹里装配有阻尼器组合件, 所述阻尼器组合件包括固定座、 阻尼器及拉伸弹簧, 所述固定座的径向通槽里装配有阻尼器拨动片, 所述阻尼 器拨动片伸出在所述阻尼器装配夹的下端, 所述阻尼器拨动片设有" 7"字形固定 钩;
所述活动夹套设有对称的滑动轮装配孔, 所述滑动轮装配孔里装配有滑动 轮;
活动铆钉穿过所述外部支撑夹的腰型孔、 所述活动夹套上的销钉孔和所述 阻尼器装配夹的销钉孔把所述外部支撑夹、 活动夹套和阻尼器装配夹连结成一 体。
作为上述方案的改进, 所述外部支撑夹设有至少两个所述腰型孔, 所述外 部支撑夹的顶面上一端有圓弧夹钩, 另一端上有前、 后半圓弧钩, 所述外部支 撑夹的侧面设有螺钉限位卡夹。
作为上述方案的改进, 所述滑动轮组合件还包括轨道和设于所述轨道之内 的挡块;
所述的挡块内设有至少两个相间的柱台, 所述柱台中部有柱台螺孔, 侧面 设有通孔;
所述挡块的两端槽内各设有一个方向相反的三角槽台, 所述挡块设有用于 与长方体铁片配合使用的内六角螺钉, 所述长方体铁片中部设有铁片螺孔。

作为上述方案的改进, 所述活动夹套为左、 右上端部分相连接的长方形夹 套; 所述活动夹套的下部两侧设有对称的滑动轮装配孔, 所述活动夹套的上部 两侧对称设有与所述阻尼器装配夹叠合连接的连接孔, 中部有销钉孔;
所述阻尼器装配夹通过用铆钉穿过所述活动夹套的连接孔和所述阻尼器装 配夹的连接孔, 与所述活动夹套叠合铆接在一起。
作为上述方案的改进, 所述外部支撑夹为一开口夹套, 所述外部支撑夹的 端头板面上有调节螺栓孔; 所述调节螺栓孔里装配有带内六角螺孔的调节螺栓, 所述调节螺栓上设有螺母片; 调节所述调节螺栓, 在所述阻尼器装配夹两端头 上的支撑弹簧的配合下可调节壁拒门页的高度。

本发明公开了一种带阻尼器的滑动轮组合件, 其结构合理, 组合严密, 制 造精密, 安装、 调节简便, 可以实现同步阻尼、 且阻尼效果良好, 保证壁拒门 页运行的平稳度, 避免发生晃动或跳动现象。 具体如下:
一、 设计新颖, 结构合理, 组合严密, 制造精密: 外部支撑夹设有至少两 个所述腰型孔, 优选为两个斜置的腰型孔, 保证滑动轮组合件整体的平行度; 外部支撑夹的顶面上一端有圓弧夹钩, 另一端上有前、 后半圓弧钩, 可稳妥地 固定滑动轮组合件的位置, 同时, 其安装更加便捷准确、 防止安反; 外部支撑 夹的侧面设有螺钉限位卡夹, 固定位置, 消除间隙; 滑动轮组合件两端设有支 撑弹簧, 起到减震的效果。
二、 阻尼器拨动片具有自动复位功能, 防止滑动轮与滑行轨道脱离, 防止 阻尼器拨动片与挡块的脱钩, 保证了壁拒门页的正常启闭。 当阻尼器拨动片与 挡块脱钩时, 阻尼器拨动片的三角形让位臂会向后退让, 让挡块的三角槽台从 所述三角形让位臂滑动过去, 而三角形让位臂借助本身的弹力又会自动升起来 使三角形让位臂进入到三角槽台的槽台里, 这样三角槽台即把三角形让位臂给 钩挂住。 因此, 当壁拒门页移动时, 三角槽台会把阻尼器拨动片拉向后端, 直 至拉到折弯夹槽的折弯处才脱出来,此时阻尼器拨动片被卡阻住 "上弦 "了,其自 动复位的结构设计非常巧妙和准确。
三、 本发明装配在滑动轮组合件里, 在具有防脱钩功能的挡块的配合下, 它能使已经脱钩的拨动片重新上钩, 而在第二次运行时即可达到正常位置上钩, 使滑动轮组合件发挥正常的阻尼作用, 保证了壁拒门页的安全、 平稳运行。
四、 本发明安装、 调节艮简便: 用调节螺栓来调节壁拒门页的高低; 把挡 块预埋在上和 /或下轨道里,只要调节挡块的预埋位置即可达到最佳的阻尼效果。
五、 装配多样化、 应用广泛: 本发明可用作下轮, 配合普通上轮或阻尼上 轮使用; 用作上轮, 配合普通下轮使用; 可同时用作上轮、 下轮, 大大提高了 壁拒门页运行的平稳度, 实现同步的阻尼效果, 安装调节也更为方便。 附图说明

进一步,在外部支撑夹 15上安装的调节螺栓 31下还设有螺钉限位卡夹 17, 包括螺钉槽 17-1和弹片 17-2, 而螺钉限位夹 17上的两个弹片 17-2则顶接在壁 拒门叶中竖框的"门,,形槽两侧,保证滑动轮组合件的正常运行,可进一步防止壁 拒门页碰撞壁拒门才匡。
作为上述方案的改进, 所述外部支撑夹 15为一开口夹套, 所述外部支撑夹 15的端头板面上有调节螺栓孔 15-2; 所述调节螺栓孔 15-2里装配有带内六角螺 孔的调节螺栓 31 , 所述调节螺栓 31上设有螺母片; 调节所述调节螺栓 31 , 在 所述阻尼器装配夹 10两端头上的支撑弹簧 32的配合下可调节壁拒门页的高度。
调节螺栓 31可调节壁拒门页的高低及^ V紧情况。 如果太^^动, 则在一侧用 内六角螺钉搬手调节调节螺栓 31 , 使活动夹套 11在斜置腰型孔 15-1里上升或 下降, 使滑动轮组合件的滑动轮 5紧紧压接在上、 下轨道的"门"形槽里, 不紧也 不松动, 能运行自如, 从而使壁拒门页获得一个最佳的运行高度。
作为上述方案的改进, 所述滑动轮组合件还包括轨道和设于所述轨道之内 的挡块 20;
所述的挡块 20内设有至少两个相间的柱台 20-1 ,所述柱台 20-1中部有柱台 螺孔 20-2, 侧面设有通孔 20-3;
所述挡块 20的两端槽内各设有一个方向相反的三角槽台 20-4,所述挡块 20 设有用于与长方体铁片 22配合使用的内六角螺钉 21 , 所述长方体铁片 22中部 设有铁片螺孔 22-1。
优选地, 通孔 20-3为长方形通孔。
以滑动轮组合件引入壁拒门页的门页上横上为例, 其必须有配套的上轨道 19。 上轨道 19由两个结构相同的导槽 I 19-1和导槽 II 19-2组成, 在两个导槽底 面中部有向下开口的 "门"形槽 19-3 , 在"门,,形槽 19-3下部两侧水平地连接有卡 条 19-4, 两侧卡条 19-4主要是安装挡块 20和承接滑动轮 5之用, 挡块 20是预 埋在"门"形槽里, 并且顶接在卡条 19-4的内底面上, 而滑动轮 5的两端边是落 在卡条 19-4上,并在卡条 19-4上部滑行。为加强 "门"形槽 19-3的强度在两个 "门" 形槽 19-3中部和两侧都连接有加强筋 19-5。
再次,以在上轨道 19的"门,,形槽 19-3里预埋挡块 20为例,首先在柱台 20-1 的侧面长方形通孔 20-3里嵌入长方体铁片 22,在上轨道 19里是挡块 20底朝上、 柱台 20-1朝下推入"门,,形槽 19-3里, 然后用内六角螺钉 21旋入柱台 20-1的柱 台螺孔 20-4里, 内六角螺钉 21同时旋入铁片螺孔 22-1里, 直至螺钉顶到上轨 道 19的"门"形槽 19-3的底面上, 使挡块 20反向移动而使挡块 20的顶面与"门" 形槽的卡条 19-4相贴, 这时挡块 20不能移动了、 稳定地装配在 "门"形槽里。
同理, 将滑动轮组合件引入壁拒门页的门页下横为例, 其必须有配套的下 轨道, 然后把挡块 20底面朝下、 顶面朝上推入下轨道的"门"形槽里, 同样, 把 内六角螺钉 21在柱台 20-1的柱台螺孔 20-4里旋紧, 直至挡块 20在"门,,形槽里 不能移动。
作为上述方案的改进, 所述阻尼器拨动片 12为一不规则长方板本体 12-1 , 在所述本体 12-1的上部一侧设有所述 "7"字形固定钩 12-2, 在所述 "7"字形固定 钩 12-2的对面有连接在所述本体 12-1上部的三角形让位臂 12-3;所述三角形让 位臂 12-3的下部连接止动钩 12-4, 在所述本体 12-1—侧靠近所述止动钩 12-4 上部处连接搭接钩 12-5; 在所述止动钩 12-4的下部设有至少一空槽 12-6; 在所 述三角形让位臂 12-3和所述 "7"字形固定钩 12-2之间有长方槽 12-7。
优选地, 空槽 12-6为长方形空槽。
所述阻尼器拨动片 12的本体 12-1中部设有至少两个平行装配连接的两面凸 起的圓柱销 12-8, 所述本体 12-1下部一侧连接拉伸杆夹口 12-9, 所述本体 12-1 最末端有底部带槽口的弹簧夹孔 12-10; 所述阻尼器拨动片 12的本体 12-1贯穿 装配在所述固定座 1的径向通槽 10-4中, 所述圓柱销 12-8镶嵌在所述固定座 1 面板中部的一端折弯的折弯夹槽里。
优选地,所述阻尼器拨动片 12的本体 12-1中部设有两个平行装配连接的两 面凸起的圓柱销 12-8。 下面介绍本发明阻尼器拨动片 12的使用状况, 即是把组装了阻尼器 2、 拉 伸弹簧 3以及可自动复位的阻尼器拨动片 12的固定座 1再装配在一个阻尼器装 配夹 10里; 又将阻尼器装配夹 10套入活动夹套 11里, 再把阻尼器装配夹 10 和活动夹套 11一同包裹在外部支撑夹 15里即组合成为滑动轮组合件。 然后将 滑动轮组合件装配在壁拒门页 6 的端头里, 同时在上轨道和下轨道的端头里装 配挡块 20, 这样壁拒门页就装配成功了。
下面我们详细介绍可自动复位的阻尼器拨动片 12在壁拒门页 6上所发挥的 作用。 在壁拒门页 6等装配完毕之后, 工作人员应该把可自动复位的阻尼器拨 动片 12从原来位于固定座 1的中、下部处用手向后拨动使两个圓柱销 12-8在折 弯夹槽里移动, 直至一个圓柱销 12-8到达一侧折弯处后拨动片 12即停止不动, 这时阻尼器 2的拉伸杆 2-1拉到最大位置,上部的拉伸弹簧 3也被拉到最大长度, 我们称之此状态叫"上弦"。 当壁拒门页 6被打开后, 又从右边向左边关闭时, 参 看附图 20, 当壁拒门页 6到达上轨道和下轨道的端边挡块 20处时, 挡块 20三 角槽台 20-4的前端即被拨动片 12上端的 "7"字形固定钩 12-2挂住, 在緩慢移动 过程中整个三角槽台 20-4会进入到拨动片 12的长方槽 12-7里,如附图 21所示。 这样使得拨动片 12从固定座 1的折弯夹槽折弯处拉脱出来,我们称之为"脱钩", 这时拉伸弹簧 3回缩使劲地把壁拒门页 6向右方向拉动, 以对抗壁拒门页 6 自 身向左方向的移动力, 这样在两个方向不同的作用力的抗衡下, 壁拒门页 6 只 能緩緩地平静地到达门框边, 不会发生跳动和碰撞现象。
下面我们介绍可自动复位的阻尼器拨动片 12的可自动复位的功能。 当装配 人员在装配滑动轮组合件时忘记给拨动片 12"上弦,,; 或者在某种情况下拨动片 12 已经"脱钩", 那么它就起不到阻尼作用了。 但是在壁拒门页 6从右方向向左 方向返回的过程中, 当拨动片 12到达挡块 20位置时, 挡块 20前端的三角槽台 20-4会碰撞拨动片 12的三角形让位臂 12-3 ,如附图 22所示,三角形让位臂 12-3 会向后退让, 让三角槽台 20-4从三角形让位臂 12-3上滑动过去, 而三角形让位 臂 12-3借助本身的弹力又会自动升起来使三角形让位臂 12-3 进入到三角槽台 20—4的三角槽台里, 这样三角槽台 20-4即把三角形让位臂 12-3给钩挂住, 如附 图 23所示。 当壁拒门页 6向右方向移动时, 三角槽台 20-4会把拨动片 12拉向 后端, 直至拉到折弯夹槽的折弯处才脱出来,此时拨动片 12被卡阻住"上弦"了。 到时壁拒门页 6被打开; 当又关闭壁拒门页 6时,会重复如附图 20所示的动作, 拨动片 12又被挡块 20的三角槽台 20-4钩挂住, 发生阻尼作用。 以后在挡块 20 的帮助下, 拨动片 12会正常的运转。
上述为本发明新结构的可自动复位阻尼器拨动片 12的自动复位功能, 其自 动复位的结构设计非常巧妙和准确, 保证了壁拒门页 6的正常启闭。
接着, 参看附图 20和附图 21来阐述本发明的运行情况。 我们看到当人们 开启壁拒门页 6时, 在壁拒门页上横上的滑动轮组合件上的阻尼器拨动片 12被 挡块 20的三角槽台 20-4完全钩住, 把阻尼器拨动片 12拉向后方完全上弦; 在 壁拒门页下横的滑动轮组合件上的阻尼器拨动片 12也被挡块 20的三角槽台 20-4 完全钩住, 把阻尼器拨动片 12拉向后方而完全上弦; 壁拒门页 6摆脱挡块 20 后正常运行到右方, 壁拒门页 6被打开, 取放用物。 当关闭壁拒门页 6时, 壁 拒门页 6从右方推向左方, 当壁拒门页 6的上、 下滑动轮组合件滑行到挡块 20 边端时(见附图 25 ), 这时在门页上横 2上的阻尼器拨动片 12的卡口会完全进 入挡块 20的三角槽台 20-4里, 使阻尼器拨动片 12脱钩, 使产生阻尼作用, 反 方向地拉动壁拒门页 6向右方向移动以 4氐抗壁拒门页 6自身向左方向的运动力; 同理, 门页下横上的阻尼器拨动片 12的卡口也会完全进入挡块 20的三角槽台 20-4里, 使阻尼器拨动片 12脱钩, 使产生阻尼作用, 反方向地拉动壁拒门页 6 向右方向移动以 4氐抗壁拒门页 6 自身向左方向的运动力; 这样壁拒门页 6在阻 尼器拨动片 12的阻尼作用下緩緩地到达门框边, 不会发生跳动和碰撞事情, 同 时在外部支撑夹 15上安装的螺钉限位卡夹 17上的两个弹片 17-2则顶接在竖框 的"门,,形槽两侧,可进一步防止壁拒门页 6碰撞壁拒门框,完全软作陆安全到达。
最后阐述本发明的装配情况, 本发明可用作下轮, 配合普通上轮或阻尼上 轮使用; 用作上轮, 配合普通下轮使用; 可同时用作上轮、 下轮, 大大提高了 壁拒门页运行的平稳度, 实现同步的阻尼效果, 安装调节也更为方便。 效果较 好的装配方式主要如下:
1、 参见附图 24, 在壁拒门页的上横的左右两侧, 下横的左右两侧均装配有 本发明滑动轮组合件 18;
2、 参见附图 25 , 在壁拒门页的上横的左右两侧装配有本发明滑动轮组合件 18, 下横的左右两侧装配有普通滑动轮组合件 33 ;
3、 参见附图 26, 在壁拒门页的下横的左右两侧装配有本发明滑动轮组合件 18, 上横的左右两侧装配有普通滑动轮组合件 33 ; 4、 参见附图 27, 在壁拒门页的上横、 下横的同一侧装配有本发明滑动轮组 合件 18, 上横、 下横的另一侧装配有普通滑动轮组合件 33;
5、 参见附图 28, 在壁拒门页的上横的一侧装配有本发明滑动轮组合件 18、 另一侧装配有普通滑动轮组合件 33, 下横的左右两侧装配有普通滑动轮组合件 33;
6、 参见附图 29, 在壁拒门页的下横的一侧装配有本发明滑动轮组合件 18、 另一侧装配有普通滑动轮组合件 33, 上横的左右两侧装配有普通滑动轮组合件 33。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明一种较佳实施例而已, 当然不能以此来限定本发 明之权利范围, 因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化, 仍属本发明所涵盖的 范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种带阻尼器的滑动轮组合件, 其特征在于, 由里至外依次包括: 阻尼器 装配夹 ( 10 )、 活动夹套 ( 11 ), 外部支撑夹 ( 15 );
所述阻尼器装配夹(10)里装配有阻尼器组合件, 所述阻尼器组合件包括固定 座( 1 )、 阻尼器 ( 2 )及拉伸弹簧 ( 3 ), 所述固定座 ( 1 )的径向通槽 ( 10-4 )里装配 有阻尼器拨动片 (12), 所述阻尼器拨动片 (12)伸出在所述阻尼器装配夹(10) 的 下端, 所述阻尼器拨动片 (12)设有" 7"字形固定钩 (12-2);
所述活动夹套( 11 )设有对称的滑动轮装配孔( 11-1 ),所述滑动轮装配孔( 11-1 ) 里装配有滑动轮 ( 5 );
活动铆钉 ( 16 )穿过所述外部支撑夹( 15 )的腰型孔( 15-1 )、所述活动夹套( 11 ) 上的销钉孔( 11-3 )和所述阻尼器装配夹 ( 10 )的销钉孔 ( 10-5 )把所述外部支撑夹 ( 15 )、 活动夹套( 11 )和阻尼器装配夹( 10 )连结成一体。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的滑动轮组合件, 其特征在于, 所述外部支撑夹(15) 设有至少两个所述腰型孔(15-1 ), 所述外部支撑夹(15) 的顶面上一端有圓弧夹钩
( 15-3), 另一端上有前、 后半圓弧钩 ( 15-4), 所述外部支撑夹(15)的侧面设有螺 钉限位卡夹 ( 17)。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的滑动轮组合件, 其特征在于, 所述滑动轮组合件还包 括轨道和设于所述轨道之内的挡块(20);
所述的挡块(20) 内设有至少两个相间的柱台 (20-1 ), 所述柱台 (20-1 ) 中部 有柱台螺孔(20-2), 侧面设有通孔(20-3);
所述挡块(20) 的两端槽内各设有一个方向相反的三角槽台 (20-4), 所述挡块 (20)设有用于与长方体铁片 (22) 配合使用的内六角螺钉(21 ), 所述长方体铁片 (22) 中部设有铁片螺孔(22-1)。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的滑动轮组合件, 其特征在于, 所述阻尼器拨动片( 12) 为一不规则长方板本体 ( 12-1 ), 在所述本体 ( 12-1 ) 的上部一侧设有所述 "7"字形固 定钩 (12-2), 在所述 "7"字形固定钩 (12-2) 的对面有连接在所述本体(12-1 )上部 的三角形让位臂(12-3); 所述三角形让位臂(12-3) 的下部连接止动钩 (12-4), 在 所述本体 ( 12-1 )一侧靠近所述止动钩 ( 12-4 )上部处连接搭接钩 ( 12-5 ); 在所述 止动钩 (12-4) 的下部设有至少一空槽(12-6); 在所述三角形让位臂(12-3)和所 述" 7"字形固定钩 (12-2)之间有长方槽(12-7)。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的滑动轮组合件, 其特征在于, 所述阻尼器拨动片( 12 ) 的本体(12-1 ) 中部设有至少两个平行装配连接的两面凸起的圓柱销 (12-8), 所述 本体 ( 12-1 ) 下部一侧连接拉伸杆夹口 ( 12-9), 所述本体 ( 12-1 ) 最末端有底部带 槽口的弹簧夹孔 ( 12-10); 所述阻尼器拨动片 ( 12)的本体 ( 12-1 )贯穿装配在所述 固定座 ( 1 ) 的径向通槽 ( 10-4 ) 中, 所述圓柱销 ( 12-8 )镶嵌在所述固定座( 1 )面 板中部的一端折弯的折弯夹槽里。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的滑动轮组合件, 其特征在于, 所述阻尼器装配夹 ( 10 ) 上部径向有弹簧装配槽 ( 10-1 ), 中部有阻尼器用长方孔( 10-2), 阻尼器用长方孔
( 10-2 ) 下部一侧有拨动片凸头运行槽钩( 10-3 ), 下部端边有径向通槽( 10-4 ), 中 部有销钉孔(10-5); 所述阻尼器装配夹(10)上部左、 右两端面有支撑弹簧装配孔 ( 10-6 )、 其下部有活动夹套连接孔 ( 10-7 )。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的滑动轮组合件,其特征在于,在所述阻尼器装配夹( 10 ) 的径向通槽 ( 10-4 )里竖直镶嵌进所述阻尼器拨动片 ( 12 ); 所述拉伸弹簧 ( 3 )一端 连接在所述弹簧装配槽 ( 10-1 )右端头弹簧夹持孔 ( 10-8 )里, 一端连接在所述阻尼 器拨动片 ( 12)上端的弹簧夹孔 ( 12-10)里; 阻尼器(2)嵌入在阻尼器装配的所述 长方孔( 10-2)里, 阻尼器(2) 的拉杆头(2-1 )连接在所述阻尼器拨动片 ( 12)的 拉伸杆夹口 (12-9)里, 所述阻尼器拨动片 (12) 中部对称的圓柱销 (12-8)镶嵌在 拨动片凸头运行槽钩( 10-3 )里;所述阻尼器拨动片( 12 )下部的 "7"字形固定钩( 12-2 ) 伸出在阻尼器装配夹 ( 10 )下部; 用铆钉将支撑弹簧 ( 32 )铆接在阻尼器装配夹 ( 10 ) 上部左、 右两端头的弹簧装配孔(10-6)上。
8、 如权利要求 1 所述的滑动轮组合件, 其特征在于, 所述活动夹套(11 ) 为左、 右上端部分相连接的长方形夹套; 所述活动夹套( 11 ) 的下部两侧设有对称 的滑动轮装配孔( 11-1 ), 所述活动夹套( 11 ) 的上部两侧对称设有与所述阻尼器装 配夹(10) 叠合连接的连接孔, 中部有销钉孔(11-3);
所述阻尼器装配夹 ( 10)通过用铆钉穿过所述活动夹套 ( 11 ) 的连接孔和所述 阻尼器装配夹(10) 的连接孔(10-7), 与所述活动夹套(11 ) 叠合铆接在一起。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的滑动轮组合件, 其特征在于, 所述外部支撑夹(15) 为一开口夹套, 所述外部支撑夹(15) 的端头板面上有调节螺栓孔(15-2); 所述调 节螺栓孔(15-2)里装配有带内六角螺孔的调节螺栓(31 ), 所述调节螺栓(31 )上 设有螺母片; 调节所述调节螺栓(31 ), 在所述阻尼器装配夹(10) 两端头上的支撑 弹簧(32) 的配合下可调节壁拒门页的高度。
