如图 1所示, 一种排气可调节的汽水机的子机, 包括主体 1、 水瓶接头 2、 外壳 3、 锥形圈 4、 底盖 5、 定位座 6、 进气组件 7、 气嘴棒 8、 排气阀 和汽水瓶 9 , 主体 1设在水瓶接头 2上, 锥形圈 4的外翻边设在主体 1和水 瓶接头之间, 进气组件 7设在主体 1上, 定位座 6设在主体 1的顶部, 汽 水瓶 9的瓶口与水瓶接头可拆卸连接; 排气阀包括设在主体 1上的排气阀 腔 11、 环形座体 12、 密封垫 13、 密封圈 14、 排气阀体 15、 阀杆 16、 设在 阀杆 16下端的密封垫座、压力弹簧 17和螺母 18, 排气阀腔 11上的导气孔 与锥形圈 4的内腔相通; 密封圈 14设在环形座体 12内, 环形座体 12与排 气阀体 15的下端连接, 螺母 18与排气阀体 15螺合, 阀杆 16穿过螺母 18 的顶板伸出, 压力弹簧 17与密封垫座和螺母 18的顶板配合, 密封垫座上 的密封垫 13与排气阀体 15底部的排气孔配合; 环形座体 12设在排气阀腔 11的底部。
还包括联接座 19、 排气旋钮 20和排气键 21,
联接座 19包括圆形体部 191、 沿圆形体部轴线的导向孔 192、 设在圆 形体部顶部的平面座板部 193、位于平面座板部顺时针侧的斜面部 194和螺 旋导向面部 195, 导向孔 192穿过平面座板部 193的中心;
排气旋钮 20包括执手部 201、 下开口和侧开口的圆弧形部 202、 与圆 弧形部连接的排气键腔 203和设在固定腔壁板下端的滑动驱动板部 204;圆 形体部 191插入圆弧形部 202内, 排气键 21与固定腔 203固定连接,
所述定位座 6的周向壁板上设有导向缺口 61 ;
联接座 19覆盖所述排气阀腔 11的上开口, 所述阀杆 16上端穿过联接 座 19的导向孔 192与排气键 21枢接,排气键 21的下表面与平面座板部 193 贴合; 联接座 19的圆形体部 191伸入圆弧形部 202内, 排气键 21与排气 键腔 203嵌合, 执手部 201与导向缺口 60中伸出; 所述排气键 21与斜面 部 194滑动配合, 滑动驱动板部 204与螺旋导向面部 195滑动配合。
所述阀杆 16与排气键 21枢接的部位为方形枢接部, 排气键 21上设有 沿高度方向的方形孔, 方形枢接部与方形孔之间有间隙, 方形枢接部通过 定轴与排气键 21枢接。
所述密封圈 14设有排气嘴 141 ;
排气嘴 141穿过所述环形座体 12底板上的贯通孔与所述排气阀腔 11 底板上的导气孔插接。
还包括第二压力弹簧 22,
所述排气阀体 15上设有环形挡板 151,所述环形座体 12上端与环形挡 板 151配合; 所述排气腔体 11上设有径向排气孔 111 ;
第二压力弹簧 22套在排气阀体 15上, 第二压力弹簧 22的下端与环形 挡板 151配合、 上端与所述联接座 19配合; 环形挡板 151与排气腔体 11 滑动配合,
所述排气嘴 141的下端设在倒圆锥台形部 142 ,倒圆锥台形部 142插入 排气阀腔 11的导气孔的上端内。
如图 1、 图 4所示, 为排气阀处于关闭状态; 在图 4所示的状态下, 逆 时针转动排气旋钮 20 , 滑动驱动板部 204沿螺旋导向面部 195滑动逐渐上 升, 排气键 21和阀杆 16转动并向上移动, 如图 1中实线箭头方向; 阀杆 16下端的密封垫座压缩压力弹簧 17, 密封垫 13离开排气阀体 15的底板; 汽水瓶 9的气体经锥形圈 4、排气阀腔 11上的导气孔、密封圈 14上的排气 嘴 141进入排气阀体 15内、 经阀杆 16和螺母 18上的阀杆通道之间的间隙 排出。 排气旋钮 20转动不同相位, 密封垫 13与排气阀体 15之间的间隙不 同, 实现不同的排气量; 排气旋钮 20继续转动, 环形挡板 151压缩第二压 力弹簧 22 , 倒圆锥台形部 142与导气孔之间的间隙逐渐增大。 在图 4中, 逆时针转动排气旋钮 20 , 排气量即排气速度逐渐增大。 以上所述的仅是本实用新型的优先实施方式。 应当指出的是, 对于本 领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本实用新型原理的情况下, 还可以作 出若干改进和变型, 这也视为本实用新型的保护范围。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种排气可调节的汽水机的子机, 包括主体、 水瓶接头、 外壳、 锥 形圈、 底盖、 定位座、 进气组件、 气嘴棒、 排气阀和汽水瓶, 排气阀包括 设在主体上的排气阀腔、 环形座体、 密封件、 密封垫、 排气阀体、 阀杆、 设在阀杆下端的密封垫座、 压力弹簧和螺母, 排气阀腔上的导气孔与锥形 圈的内腔相通; 密封圈设在环形座体内, 环形座体与排气阀体的下端连接, 螺母与排气阀体螺合, 阀杆穿过螺母的顶板伸出, 压力弹簧与密封垫座和 螺母的顶板配合, 密封垫座上的密封垫与排气阀体底部的排气孔配合; 环 形座体设在排气阀腔的底部; 其特征在于: 还包括联接座、 排气旋钮和排 气键,
联接座包括圆形体部、 沿圆形体部轴线的导向孔、 设在圆形体部顶部 的平面座板部、 位于平面座板部顺时针侧的斜面部和螺旋导向面部, 导向 孔穿过平面座板部的中心;
排气旋钮包括执手部、 下开口和侧开口的圆弧形部、 与圆弧形部连接 的排气键腔和设在固定腔壁板下端的滑动驱动板部; 圆形体部插入圆弧形 部内, 排气键与固定腔固定连接,
所述定位座的周向壁板上设有导向缺口;
联接座覆盖所述排气阀腔的上开口, 所述阀杆上端穿过联接座的导向 孔与排气键枢接, 排气键的下表面与平面座板部贴合; 联接座的圆形体部 伸入圆弧形部内, 排气键与排气键腔嵌合, 执手部与导向缺口中伸出; 所 述排气键与斜面部滑动配合, 滑动驱动板部与螺旋导向面部滑动配合。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种排气可调节的汽水机的子机, 其特征在 于: 所述阀杆与排气键枢接的部位为方形枢接部, 排气键上设有沿高度方 向的方形孔, 方形枢接部与方形孔之间有间隙, 方形枢接部通过定轴与排 气键枢接。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种排气可调节的汽水机的子机, 其特征在 于: 所述密封圈设有排气嘴;
排气嘴穿过所述环形座体底板上的贯通孔与所述排气阀腔底板上的导 气孔插接。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的一种排气可调节的汽水机的子机, 其特征在 于: 还包括第二压力弹簧,
所述排气阀体上设有环形挡板, 所述环形座体上端与环形挡板配合; 所述排气腔体上设有径向排气孔;
第二压力弹簧套在排气阀体上, 第二压力弹簧的下端与环形挡板配合、 上端与所述联接座配合;
所述排气嘴的下端设在倒圆锥台形部, 倒圆锥台形部插入排气阀腔的 导气孔的上端内。
