所述慢排翻转键21的枢接腔212的后部下端倒圆角。
所述快排按键19的导向板192的两端设有圆弧形滑动板194,圆弧形滑动板194与按板部191和导向板192相交,圆弧形滑动板194与导向孔2C内的控制腔2B的底板的后端滑动配合。
本实用新型图1、图3和图7中所示,为静止状态、或者说是:待排气状态,
如图1中实心箭头方向,慢排翻转键21顺时转动,枢接腔212与阀盖18的慢排盖部181的顶板滑动配合,慢排阀杆81向上移动,慢排压力弹簧82被压缩,慢排阀芯座82的密封垫离开导气孔而排气;
如图8所示的状态,按压快排按键19的按板部191,快排按键19逆时针转动,快排阀杆71向上,快排压力弹簧72被压缩,快排阀芯座72上的密封垫离开快排阀腔15上的导气孔,慢排阀腔14和快排阀腔15均排气,实现快排气。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的优先实施方式。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的情况下,还可以作出若干改进和变型,这也视为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种设置快慢排气的子机,包括子机主体、子机外壳、子机底盖、水瓶接头、锥形圈、气嘴棒、快排组件和慢排组件,子机主体包括进气接口、与进气接口相通的单向阀腔、环绕单向阀腔的气腔、与气腔相通的安全阀腔、与气腔相通的慢排阀腔和快排阀腔,快排组件包括快排阀杆、设在快排阀杆下端的快排阀芯座和快排压力弹簧,慢排组件包括慢排阀杆、设在慢排阀杆下端的慢排阀芯座和慢排压力弹簧;其特征在于:所述子机外壳的顶部设有顶开口和径向外侧端开口的控制腔,控制腔的底板上设有导向孔,控制腔的两侧壁板上设有下端开口的导向槽,枢接孔包括顶半圆形部和下方形部;
    还包括阀盖、快排按键、快排轴、慢排翻转键和慢排轴,阀盖包括位于中部的固定座部、位于一端的慢排盖部和位于另一端的快排盖部;慢排盖部上设有慢排阀杆通道,快排盖部上设有快排阀杆通道;
    快排按键包括按板部、设在按板部下表面垂直的导向板、设导向板下部的横挡筋和二个架板;
    慢排翻转键包括具有下开口和后开口的腔体、设在腔体后部一端内的下开口和后开口的枢接腔和位于腔体后部另一端的壁板外表面上的半轴;
    快排轴包括快排轴体和快排轴头部,慢排轴包括慢排轴体和慢排轴头部;
    慢排阀腔和快排阀腔上端分别插入慢排盖部和快排盖部内,螺钉穿过固定座部与子机主体固定连接;慢排阀杆的上端穿过慢排阀杆通道伸出,慢排压力弹簧分别与慢排阀盖部的顶板和慢排阀芯座配合;快排阀杆的上 端穿过快排阀杆通道伸出,快排压力弹簧分别与快排阀盖部的顶板和快排阀芯座配合;
    快排按键的导向板和架板经控制腔的底板上的导向孔伸入子机外壳内,横挡筋与控制腔的底板的下表面配合止位;快排轴体与架板和快排阀杆上的轴孔固定,快排轴头与架板贴合;
    慢排翻转键的腔体插入控制腔内,枢接腔穿过导向孔伸入子机外壳内,枢接腔和慢排阀杆通过慢排轴体枢接在一起;慢排轴头与控制腔的一侧壁上的枢接孔枢接、半轴与另一侧壁板的导向槽枢接,枢接腔的下端与阀盖的顶部滑动配合;快排按键位于慢排按翻转键的腔体内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种设置快慢排气的子机,其特征在于:所述慢排翻转键的腔体的下端面和枢接腔的下端面有高度差。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种设置快慢排气的子机,其特征在于:所述慢排翻转键的枢接腔的后部下端倒圆角。
  4. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的一种设置快慢排气的子机,其特征在于:所述快排按键的导向板的两端设有圆弧形滑动板,圆弧形滑动板与按板部和导向板相交,圆弧形滑动板与导向孔内的控制腔的底板的后端滑动配合。
