如图1、图2、图3所示,一种进气、排气方便的汽水机,包括主机1和子机2,主机1包括机壳3、机座4、设在机壳内的二氧化碳钢瓶、设在二氧化碳钢瓶顶部的进气主体5、进气支架6、进气连杆7和锁合件8,进气连杆7与进气主体5枢接,锁合件8与进气支架6枢接,锁合件8与进气连杆7配合;子机2包括外壳9、子机主体10、水瓶接头11、锥形圈12和汽水瓶13,锥形圈12设在子机主体10和水瓶接头11之间,子机主体10和水瓶接头11固定连接在一起,子机主体10上设有排气阀14、开关阀15和安全阀16,排气阀14、开关阀15和安全阀16与子机主体10上的腔体10A相通;外壳9与机壳3连接,进气主体5与子机主体10上的进气组 件17连接接通,与进气组件17连接的气棒18伸入汽水瓶13内;
所述机壳3上设有安装孔31;
所述外壳9上设有连接部91,连接部上设有二个平行的枢接板92,枢接板上设有半轴921和定位凸起922;
还包括具有侧开口和顶开口的枢接座19;
枢接座19的侧壁板上设有半轴孔191、工作定位盲孔192和排气定位盲孔193;
枢接座19固定在机壳3内,枢接板92穿过安装孔31,半轴921与半轴孔191枢接,工作时,定位凸起922与工作定位盲孔192配合,连接部91的轴线与水平面平行,排气阀14与枢接座19端板配合,开关阀15与锁合件8配合;定位凸起922与排气定位盲孔193配合。
如图11所示,所述排气阀14包括设在子机主体上的排气阀体141、排气阀螺母142、排气阀杆143、排气阀芯144和压力弹簧145,排气阀体141的封闭端设有阀芯座且与所述子机主体10的腔体10A,排气阀体141上设有径向排气孔411;
排气阀杆143包括驱动杆部1431、体部1432、环绕体部的圆形盘1433和驱动杆部悬空端的挡块1434;
排气螺母142包括腔体部1421、内螺纹部和设在端板的导向孔;
排气阀芯144设在体部1432的端部,体部1432与排气阀体141滑动配合,圆形盘1433与排气阀体141的端部配合,驱动杆部1433穿过压力弹簧145和排气螺母142伸出,圆形盘1433与排气阀母142的腔体1421部滑动配合,压力弹簧145与圆形盘1433和排气阀母142的端板,驱动杆 部1431与导向孔滑动配合;驱动杆部1431与所述枢接座19端板上的卡槽194嵌合,挡块1434与枢接座15的端板配合;
工作时,排气阀芯144与阀芯座上的导气孔嵌合,压力弹簧145处于自动状态;
排气时,排气阀芯144与阀芯座上的导气孔分离,压力弹簧145处于压缩状态。
所述工作定位盲孔192和排气定位盲孔193通过圆弧形导向槽连通。
所述连接部91位于所述安装孔31内,连接部91与安装孔31之间有间隙。
所述开关阀15包括设在主体支架10上的开关阀体151、设在开关阀体内的开关阀芯座152、开关阀杆153、阀芯154、压力弹簧155、开关螺母156和与开关阀体相连通的安全排气装置157,
开关阀杆153包括头部和杆部,开关螺母156包括腔体部、外螺纹部和阀杆孔;
阀芯154设开关阀杆153的头部上,阀芯154与开关阀芯座152上的气孔配合,开关阀杆153的头部与开关阀体151的内腔滑动配合,压力弹簧155位于套在阀杆上、一端与开关阀杆153的头部配合、另一端与开关螺母156的腔体部的端板配合,开关阀杆153经阀杆孔伸出开关螺母156,开关阀杆153与所述锁合件配合。
所述安全排气装置157包括排气腔1571、设在排气腔底部的安全阀芯座1572、泄压孔1573、安全阀芯1574、阀杆1575、压力弹簧和丝堵1576;
安全阀芯1574设在阀杆1575的头部上,安全阀芯1574与安全阀芯座 1572配合,丝堵1576与排气腔1571上部的内螺纹部螺合,压力弹簧与阀杆1575的头部和丝堵1576上的内沉孔配合。
本实用新型工作时,在图1、图3所示状态下,下按主机1上的按钮1A,进气连杆7转动,进气连杆7和锁合件8锁合,开关阀15的开关阀杆153与锁合件8的下端抵靠;二氧化碳钢瓶内的气体经进气主体5、子机主体10上的进气组件17、气棒18伸入汽水瓶13内;
当汽水瓶13内达到设定的压力时,开关阀15的开关阀杆153移动,并作用于锁合件8的下端,锁合件8与进气连杆7分离,进气连杆7复位,则切断气路;
在图1、图3所示的状态下,子机2顺时针转动,排气阀杆143相对于主机1静止不动,排气阀杆143使压力弹簧145压缩,排气阀芯144离开阀芯座,而排气;然后拆卸汽水瓶13,即可饮用;子机2复位,排气阀芯144与阀芯座贴合。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的优先实施方式。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的情况下,还可以作出若干改进和变型,这也视为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种进气、排气方便的汽水机,包括主机和子机,主机包括机壳、机座、设在机壳内的二氧化碳钢瓶、设在二氧化碳钢瓶顶部的进气主体、进气支架、进气连杆和锁合件,进气连杆与进气主体枢接,锁合件与进气支架枢接,锁合件与进气连杆配合;子机包括外壳、子机主体、水瓶接头、锥形圈和汽水瓶,子机主体上设有排气阀和开关阀,外壳与机壳连接,进气主体与子机主体上的进气组件连接接通,与进气组件连接的气棒伸入汽水瓶内;其特征在于:所述机壳上设有安装孔;
    所述外壳上设有连接部,连接部上设有二个平行的枢接板,枢接板上设有半轴和定位凸起;
    还包括具有侧开口和顶开口的枢接座;
    枢接座的侧壁板上设有半轴孔、工作定位盲孔和排气定位盲孔;
    枢接座固定在机壳内,枢接板穿过安装孔,半轴与半轴孔枢接,工作时,定位凸起与工作定位盲孔配合,连接部的轴线与水平面平行,排气阀与枢接座端板配合,开关阀与锁合件配合;定位凸起与排气定位盲孔配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种进气、排气方便的汽水机,其特征在于:所述排气阀包括设在子机主体上的排气阀体、排气阀螺母、排气阀杆、排气阀芯和压力弹簧,排气阀体的封闭端设有阀芯座且与所述子机主体的腔体,排气阀体上设有径向排气孔;
    排气阀杆包括驱动杆部、体部、环绕体部的圆形盘和驱动杆部悬空端的挡块;
    排气螺母包括腔体部、内螺纹部和设在端板的导向孔;
    排气阀芯设在体部的端部,体部与排气阀体滑动配合,圆形盘与排气阀体的端部配合,驱动杆部穿过压力弹簧和排气螺母伸出,圆形盘与排气阀母的腔体部滑动配合,压力弹簧与圆形盘和排气阀母的端板,驱动杆部与导向孔滑动配合;驱动杆部与所述枢接座端板上的卡槽嵌合,挡块与枢接座的端板配合;
    工作时,排气阀芯与阀芯座上的导气孔嵌合,压力弹簧处于自动状态;
    排气时,排气阀芯与阀芯座上的导气孔分离,压力弹簧处于压缩状态。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种进气、排气方便的汽水机,其特征在于:所述工作定位盲孔和排气定位盲孔通过圆弧形导向槽连通。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种进气、排气方便的汽水机,其特征在于:所述连接部位于所述安装孔内,连接部与安装孔之间有间隙。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种进气、排气方便的汽水机,其特征在于:所述开关阀包括设在子机主体上的开关阀体、设在开关阀体内的开关阀芯座、开关阀杆、阀芯、压力弹簧、开关螺母和与开关阀体相连通的安全排气装置,
    开关阀杆包括头部和杆部,开关螺母包括腔体部、外螺纹部和阀杆孔;
    阀芯设开关阀杆的头部上,阀芯与开关阀芯座上的气孔配合,头部与开关阀体的内腔滑动配合,压力弹簧位于套在阀杆上、一端与开关阀杆的头部配合、另一端与开关螺母的腔体部的端板配合,开关阀杆经阀杆孔伸出开关螺母,开关阀杆与所述锁合件配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种进气、排气方便的汽水机,其特征在于:所述安全排气装置包括排气腔、设在排气腔底部的安全阀芯座、泄压孔、 安全阀芯、阀杆、压力弹簧和丝堵;
    安全阀芯设在阀杆的头部上,安全阀芯与安全阀芯座配合,丝堵与排气腔上部的内螺纹部螺合,压力弹簧与阀杆的头部和丝堵上的内沉孔配合。
