本实用新型是这样实现的:一种调压式汽水机的子机,包括定位座、子机上壳、子机主体、子机底盖、锥形圈、水瓶接口、气嘴棒和汽水瓶,子机主体上设有进气座、与进气座相通的出气腔、安全阀和泄压阀,泄压阀包括设在子机主体上的泄压阀体、阀芯、压力弹簧和调节螺母,阀芯、压力弹簧和调节螺母在泄压阀体内由下而上设置,调节螺母与泄压阀体上端的内螺纹部螺合;子机主体设在子机上壳内,子机主体上部伸出上壳,锥形圈的外折边设在环绕出气腔的沉孔的底板上,水瓶接口上端压紧外折边;子机底盖与子机上壳的下端和水瓶接口连接,定位座与子机上壳连接;气嘴棒的上端穿过锥形圈、通过进气螺母与进气腔连接;其特殊之处在于:所述子机上壳还包括设在顶部边缘的上开口的圆弧形导向腔、定轴、圆弧形齿条、中间动轮和驱动轮,
圆弧形导向腔的径向外侧壁上设有上开口的导向槽、径向内侧壁上设有贯通孔;
圆弧形齿条的径向外侧面上设有操作杆;
中间传动轮包括上齿轮和下齿轮;
圆弧形齿条与圆弧形导向腔滑动配合,中间传动轮与定轴转动配合,圆弧形齿条与下齿轮啮合;驱动轮与所述调节螺母的上端固定连接,驱动齿轮与上齿轮啮合,操作杆与导向槽滑动配合;所述定位座的下端和导向槽构成导向孔。
所述的一种调压式汽水机的子机,其特殊之处在于:所述泄压阀体的内螺纹部的上部设有轴套;
所述调节螺母和驱动齿轮之间设有轴体,轴体与轴套配合。
所述的一种调压式汽水机的子机,其特殊之处在于:所述操作杆的端部设有纵向设置的驱动板,驱动板与所述子机上壳的外表面相对。
所述的一种调压式汽水机的子机,其特殊之处在于:还包括挡位件和压力弹簧,挡位件包括半球形头、圆盘体和杆部;
所述圆弧形导向腔的底板上设有上开口的圆形容置腔,所述圆弧形齿条的轴向下端设有若干个下开口的球形曲面的挡位孔;
杆部穿过压力弹簧,圆盘体位于圆形容置腔内,压力弹簧的下端与圆形容置腔的底板合,半球形头与挡位孔配合。
本实用新型一种调压式汽水机的子机,由于采用这样的结构,转动圆弧形齿条驱动中间传动轮,中间传动轮驱动调节螺母,从而达到调节弹簧弹力,制造不同浓度的汽水的目的,使用方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。
如图1所示,一种调压式汽水机的子机,包括定位座1、子机上壳2、子机主体3、子机底盖21、锥形圈4、水瓶接口5、气嘴棒6和汽水瓶8,子机主体3上设有进气座31、与进气座相通的出气腔32、安全阀9和泄压阀10,泄压阀10包括设在子机主体3上的泄压阀体33、阀芯101、压力弹簧102和调节螺母103,泄压阀体33的上部设有螺纹部331、下端设有阀芯座332,阀芯101的体部上设有轴向凸起1011、端部设有弹簧座1012,阀芯座332经锥形圈4与汽水瓶8相通,阀芯101、压力弹簧102和调节螺母103在泄压阀体33内由下而上设置,阀芯101的头部1013与阀芯座332配合,轴向凸起1011与泄压阀体33内壁滑动配合,弹簧座1012插入压力弹簧102的下端内,体部的端部与压力弹簧102配合,压力弹簧的另一端与调节螺母103端部的沉孔103A配合;调节螺母103与泄压阀体33上端的内螺纹部331螺合,阀芯10的下端与阀芯座332配合;泄压阀体33的排气孔与阀芯101上相邻二个轴向凸起1011之间相对;子机主体3设在子机上壳2内,子机主体3上部伸出上壳2,锥形圈4的外折边设在环绕出气腔32的沉孔的底板上,水瓶接口4上端压紧外折边;子机底盖21与子机上壳2的下端和水瓶接口5连接,定位座1与子机上壳2连接;气嘴棒6的上端穿过锥形圈4、通过进气螺母与进气腔32连接。
所述子机上壳2还包括设在顶部边缘的上开口的圆弧形导向腔22、设在子机主体3上的定轴34、圆弧形齿条11、中间动轮12和驱动轮13,
圆弧形导向腔22的径向外侧壁上设有上开口的导向槽221、径向内侧壁上设有贯通孔222;
圆弧形齿条11的径向外侧面上设有操作杆111;
中间传动轮12包括上齿轮121和下齿轮122;
圆弧形齿条11与圆弧形导向腔22滑动配合,中间传动轮12与定轴34转动配合,圆弧形齿条11与下齿轮122啮合;驱动轮13与所述调节螺母103的上端固定连接,驱动齿轮13与上齿轮121啮合,操作杆111与导向槽221滑动配合;所述定位座1的下端和导向槽221构成导向孔。
还包括挡位件14和压力弹簧15,挡位件14包括半球形头141、圆盘体142和杆部143;
所述圆弧形导向腔22的底板上设有上开口的圆形容置腔,所述圆弧形齿条11的轴向下端设有四个下开口的球形曲面的挡位孔113;
杆部143穿过压力弹簧15,圆盘体142位于圆形容置腔内,压力弹簧15的下端与圆形容置腔的底板合,半球形头141与挡位孔113配合;
子机上壳2上还设有挡位标识23,分为四个挡位。
所述泄压阀体33的内螺纹部331的上部设有轴套333;
所述调节螺母103和驱动齿轮13之间设有轴体131,轴体131与轴套333配合。
所述操作杆111的端部设有纵向设置的驱动板112,驱动板112与所述子机上壳2的外表面相对。
如图5、图7所示的状态,操作驱动板112,圆弧形齿条顺时针转动,中间传动轮12顺时针转动,驱动轮13逆时针转动,调节螺母103向上移动,压力弹簧102的弹力变小,汽水机7内的压力变小,即可泄压,可以用于制作低浓度的汽水;
在图1、图5、图7所示的状态下,压力弹簧102的弹力最大,汽水瓶7的压力最大,可用于制作高浓度的汽水。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的优先实施方式。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的情况下,还可以作出若干改进和变型,这也视为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种调压式汽水机的子机,包括定位座、子机上壳、子机主体、子机底盖、锥形圈、水瓶接口、气嘴棒和汽水瓶,子机主体上设有进气座、与进气座相通的出气腔、安全阀和泄压阀,泄压阀包括设在子机主体上的泄压阀体、阀芯、压力弹簧和调节螺母,阀芯、压力弹簧和调节螺母在泄压阀体内由下而上设置,调节螺母与泄压阀体上端的内螺纹部螺合;子机主体设在子机上壳内,子机主体上部伸出上壳,锥形圈的外折边设在环绕出气腔的沉孔的底板上,水瓶接口上端压紧外折边;子机底盖与子机上壳的下端和水瓶接口连接,定位座与子机上壳连接;气嘴棒的上端穿过锥形圈、通过进气螺母与进气腔连接;其特征在于:所述子机上壳还包括设在顶部边缘的上开口的圆弧形导向腔、定轴、圆弧形齿条、中间动轮和驱动轮,
    圆弧形导向腔的径向外侧壁上设有上开口的导向槽、径向内侧壁上设有贯通孔;
    圆弧形齿条的径向外侧面上设有操作杆;
    中间传动轮包括上齿轮和下齿轮;
    圆弧形齿条与圆弧形导向腔滑动配合,中间传动轮与定轴转动配合,圆弧形齿条与下齿轮啮合;驱动轮与所述调节螺母的上端固定连接,驱动齿轮与上齿轮啮合,操作杆与导向槽滑动配合;所述定位座的下端和导向槽构成导向孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种调压式汽水机的子机,其特征在于:所述泄压阀体的内螺纹部的上部设有轴套;
    所述调节螺母和驱动齿轮之间设有轴体,轴体与轴套配合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种调压式汽水机的子机,其特征在于:所述操作杆的端部设有纵向设置的驱动板,驱动板与所述子机上壳的外表面相对。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种调压式汽水机的子机,其特征在于:还包括挡位件和压力弹簧,挡位件包括半球形头、圆盘体和杆部;
    所述圆弧形导向腔的底板上设有上开口的圆形容置腔,所述圆弧形齿条的轴向下端设有若干个下开口的球形曲面的挡位孔;
    杆部穿过压力弹簧,圆盘体位于圆形容置腔内,压力弹簧的下端与圆形容置腔的底板合,半球形头与挡位孔配合。
