汽水瓶6内的充气完毕,汽水瓶内有负压,汽化瓶拆卸不方便;如图2所示,逆时针转动汽水瓶6,进气主体81逆时针转动,设置在进气主体81上的排 气阀83随之转动,挡杆832与开关架贴合;继续转动,从而使用排气阀83的阀杆移动,打开排气阀83排气;完成自动泄压排气,此时可以拆卸汽水瓶6。
结合以上对本发明的详细描述可以看出,相对于现有技术,本发明自动关闭出气阀的汽水机中,驱动板,出气连杆转动下压出气阀的出气阀杆,二氧化碳钢瓶的气体进入汽水瓶内;与此同时,锁合扣件与出气连杆锁合;当汽水瓶内的压力达到设定压力时,压力驱动装置驱动锁合扣件的下端,锁合扣件与出气连杆的扣位分离,出气连杆复位,出气阀关闭。因此,本发明自动关闭出气阀的汽水机安全可靠,使用方便。
根据上述原理,本发明还可以对上述实施方式进行适当的变更和修改。因此,本发明并不局限于上面揭示和描述的具体实施方式,对本发明的一些修改和变更也应当落入本发明的权利要求的保护范围内。此外,尽管本说明书中使用了一些特定的术语,但这些术语只是为了方便说明,并不对本发明构成任何限制。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种自动关闭出气阀的汽水机,包括主体、底座、上盖、主体支架、二氧化碳钢瓶、汽水瓶、设置在二氧化碳钢瓶上的出气阀和与汽水瓶的瓶口连接的进气组件,出气阀包括阀体、出气阀杆和阀芯,阀体包括阀杆通道、出气通道、阀芯座和钢瓶接口;进气组件包括进气主体、充气棒组件和排气阀,进气主体上有于顶部的进气接口、位于顶部的排气阀的排气阀体和法兰;阀体固定在主体支架上,进气主体与主体支架配合;阀体与进气主体连通;
    其特征在于:还包括驱动板、减速架、进气连杆、第一压力弹簧、第二压力弹簧、第三压力弹簧、锁合扣件、设置在进气主体的压力驱动装置和开关架,
    所述上盖上有按钮孔;
    驱动板的驱动端的上表面设置按钮、另一端的两侧设置有半轴;
    所述减速架包括下开的架体、位于架体一端两侧的导向板、导向板上有弧形导向槽和位于架体另一端的端板,端板上有导向槽;
    进气连杆的一端设置有半轴、下开口的弹簧座、另一端设有触点和锁合位;
    开关架固定在主体支架上,开关架覆盖出气阀,第一压力弹簧固定在开关架上,锁合扣件与开关架枢接;驱动板与上盖枢接,按钮与按钮孔配合,驱动板的驱动端与第一压力弹簧配合;
    减速架固定在主体支架上,进气连杆的半轴与阀体上的架板枢接,进气连杆与导向槽滑动配合,进气连杆上导向杆与弧形导向槽滑动配合;第二压力弹簧下端套在阀体的阀杆通道上、上端嵌入弹簧座内,所述出气阀杆与弹簧座内的顶杆位配合;第三压力弹簧一端与主体支架配合、另一端与锁合扣件的下端一侧配合,压力驱动装置与锁合扣件下端的另一侧配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自动关闭出气阀的汽水机,其特征在于:所述压力驱动装置包括设置在进气主体上的缸筒、活塞、连杆、弹簧和紧固盖,
    紧固盖上有外螺纹、中心导向孔和沉孔,
    缸筒通过一导气孔与进气主体内腔相通,活塞设置在缸筒内并液气密封,连杆穿过紧固盖伸出,弹簧一端设置在沉孔内、另一端与活塞配合;
    连杆与锁合扣件的下端配合。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的自动关闭出气阀的汽水机,其特征在:所述开关架上有锁合扣件的枢接座、驱动装置伸出孔、位于顶部一端的第一压力弹簧的弹簧座和位于弹簧座两侧的导向槽;
    所述压力驱动装置的端部伸出驱动装置伸出孔,所述排气阀的阀杆穿过导向槽伸出开关架;阀杆的上端设置有挡杆;
    所述进气主体一端与设置锁合扣件的开关架的一端枢接、另一端的导向头与开关架上的导向滑槽配合。
