根据本发明所述的一种分体式饮料机的进一步特征,所述出气装置包括出气主体、出气杆、弹簧和从动驱动件,所述出气驱动装置与从动驱动件配合;所述出气主体包括:出气杆通道、顶针通道、下接口、出气通道和二个支架,出气杆通道、顶针通道和下接口在一条轴线上,出气通道与顶针通道连通;所述出气杆包括:滑动杆部、止位盘和顶针部;所述从动驱动件包括:触发端、枢接端和与枢接端相邻的连接部,连接部具有下开口的腔体;所述出气主体的下接口插入所 述主体支架上的连接孔以致与所述主体支架固定连接;所述出气杆的滑动杆部穿过所述出气主体的顶针通道和出气杆通道并伸出出气杆通道,滑动杆部与出气杆通道滑动配合且液气密封;所述出气杆的止位盘与所述出气主体的顶针通道的顶板配合止位;所述出气杆的滑动杆部的上端伸入所述从动驱动件的连接部内;所述弹簧套在所述出气主体的出气杆通道上,其上端伸入所述从动驱动件的连接部内,其下端与所述支架主体配合;所述从动驱动件的枢接端枢接于所述出气主体的支架;所述出气主体的出气通道接通所述导气装置。
根据本发明所述的一种分体式饮料机的进一步特征,所述导气装置包括转动支架、进气定位柱、导气管和紧固螺帽;所述转动支架包括:具有下开口和侧开口的座体、位于座体顶部的导向腔、位于座体上的导向孔、位于导向腔侧的角形的枢接架和位于座体下部两侧的卡板,导向腔壁板上有导向槽;导向孔与导向腔连通且其中心在一条直线上;所述进气定位柱包括:基体、位于基体顶部的外螺纹接口、位于基体下部的导管和位于基体两侧的导向杆;所述主体支架上设有具有上下开口和侧开口的安装位,安装位的封闭端的两侧设有枢接架腔、侧开口端设置有枢接座;所述进气定位柱的基体设置在所述转动支架的导向腔内;所述进气定位柱的导管与所述转动支架的座体上的导向孔滑动配合;所述进气定位柱的导向杆与所述转动支架的导向槽滑动配合;所述导气管的一端穿过所述进气定位柱而伸出,另一端穿过所述紧固螺帽而伸出,所述紧固螺帽与所述进气定位柱的外螺纹接口螺合以致固定所述导气管;所述导气管的端部与所述出气装置连通;所述主体的缺口处的顶板上有嵌合孔,所述主体支架的安装位与所述嵌合孔嵌合,所述安装位的开口端与所述嵌合孔构成导向止位孔;所述转动支架的导向腔与所述主体支架上的安装位转动配合,所述转动支架的座体与主体支架的下表面贴合;所述转动支架的枢接架与枢接架腔滑动配合止位,枢接架的端部枢接于所述枢接座。
根据本发明所述的一种分体式饮料机的进一步特征,所述转动支架的枢接架上有顶杆;还包括压力弹簧和限位杆,限位杆的一端有弹簧座、另一端斜导向止位面;限位杆枢接在主体支架上,压力弹簧的一端与弹簧座插接,另一端与主体支架上的挡块抵靠;顶杆的端部与斜导向止位面滑动配合。
根据本发明所述的一种分体式饮料机的进一步特征,所述进气装置包括下开 口的外罩、下盖、定位耳块、进气盖、安全阀芯、安全弹簧、螺塞、排气阀芯、排气弹簧、排气固定块、排气拉环、单向阀芯、橡胶套、过滤网、气嘴棒、压紧弹簧、密封圈和瓶接头;所述外罩的顶板上有位于中心孔和导向孔,周向壁有二个嵌入槽;外罩内有二个枢接座;定位耳块与嵌入槽嵌合;所述进气盖上有阀芯腔与进气盖连通,阀芯腔的顶部有进气接口;一安全泄压腔与进气盖连通,安全泄压腔的轴线和阀芯腔的轴线垂直;二个排气腔与进气盖连通;所述排气固定块的有二个下开口的容置腔,导向杆孔与容置腔连通;所述进气盖设置在外罩内,外罩的中心孔与进气接口相对,外罩的导向孔与进气盖上的排气腔相对,定位耳块与嵌入槽嵌合,螺钉穿过定位耳块与进气盖螺合,进气盖和外罩固定连接在一起;安全阀芯设置在安全泄压腔内,安全弹簧一端与安全阀芯配合、另一端与螺塞配合,螺塞与安全泄压腔螺合;所述排气阀芯设置在排气腔内,排气弹簧套在排气阀芯的阀杆上,排气腔插入排气固定块的容置腔内,排气固定块与进气盖固定连接,阀杆穿过排气固定块上的导向杆孔;排气拉环的枢接端与外罩内的枢接座枢接,排气拉环与外罩上的导向孔转动配合;阀杆的上端与排气拉环枢接;所述过滤网与阀芯腔的顶板贴合,所述橡胶套套在单向阀芯上,单向阀芯嵌入气嘴棒的头部的腔体内,气嘴棒的头部与与阀芯腔螺合;密封圈与进气盖扣合,瓶接头与进气盖固定连接并压紧密封圈的周向边缘;气嘴棒的杆部穿过密封圈、瓶接头和下盖伸出;压紧弹簧一端与进气盖配合、另一端与密封圈配合,饮料瓶与瓶接头可拆卸配合。
根据本发明所述的一种分体式饮料机的进一步特征,所述主体上的CO2气瓶的容置腔上有进出口,还包括侧盖,所述侧盖与主体枢接,侧盖与进出口扣合。
本发明一种分体式饮料机,由于采用上述的结构,只要按压出气驱动装置就可以驱动出气装置,CO2气瓶内气体流出,然后进入导气装置,进入装置,最后进入饮料瓶,操作方便,安全装置的设置保证安全,防止饮料瓶内压力过高,消除安全隐患。而且,侧盖的设置可以方便地更换CO2气瓶。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
本发明所述的一种分体式饮料机,如图1所示,包括饮料瓶1,还包括底座2、主体3、主体支架4、上盖5、出气驱动装置6、出气装置7、导气装置8、进气装置9和CO2气瓶10。
所述主体3具有上下开口,一侧有饮料瓶的缺口31、另一侧有CO2气瓶的容置腔32;上盖5与主体3的上开口扣合,主体3的下端与底座2固定连接;底座2位于空置腔32内的部位上有CO2气瓶座,底座2与缺口31相对的部位有饮料瓶1的支撑座。
所述主体支架4设置主体3内的上部,出气装置7设置在主体支架4上并与容置腔31相对、与CO2气瓶10配合;出气驱动装置6设置在上盖5并与出气装置7配合,出气驱动装置6驱动出气装置7;导气装置8设置在主体支架4上并与缺口31相对;进气装置9设置在主体支架4上,饮料瓶的瓶口与进气装置9可拆卸连接,进气装置9与导气装置8连通且可拆卸配合,导气装置8与出气装置7连通。
所述出气装置7包括出气主体71、出气杆72、弹簧73和从动驱动件74, 所述出气驱动装置6与从动驱动件74配合。
所述出气主体71包括出气杆通道711、顶针通道712、下接口713、出气通道714和二个支架715,出气杆通道711、顶针通道712和下接口713在一条轴线上,出气通道714与顶针通道712连通。
所述出气杆72包括滑动杆部721、止位盘722和顶针部723。
所述从动驱动件74包括触发端741、枢接端742和与枢接端相邻的连接部743,连接部742具有下开口的腔体。
所述出气主体71的下接口713插入主体支架4上的连接孔41并与主体支架4固定连接;滑动杆部721穿过顶针通道712和出气杆通道711并伸出出气杆通道711,滑动杆部721与出气杆通道711滑动配合且液气密封,止位盘722与顶针通道712的顶板配合止位,滑动杆部721的上端伸入连接部743内;弹簧73套在出气杆通道711上,上端伸入从动驱动件74的连接部743内、下端与支架主体71配合;从动驱动件74的枢接端742与支架枢接715。
出气通道714与导气装置8连接接通。下按出气驱动装置6,出气驱动装置6使从动驱动件74转动,从动驱动件74使出气杆向下移动,打开CO2气瓶10的出气阀;当出气驱动装置6失去压力,由于弹簧73的作用,出气驱动装置6和从动驱动件74自动复位,出气杆72在CO2气瓶10的气体压力的作用下复位。
所述导气装置8括转动支架81、进气定位柱82、导气管83和紧固螺帽84。
所述转动支架81包括具有下开口和侧开口的座体811、位于座体顶部的导向腔812、位于座体上的导向孔、位于导向腔侧的角形的枢接架813和位于座体下部两侧的卡板814,导向腔812壁板上有导向槽8121;导向孔与导向腔812连通且其中心在一条直线上。
所述进气定位柱82包括基体821、位于基体顶部的外螺纹接口822、位于基体下部的导管823和位于基体两侧的导向杆824;导管823的外表面上有导向槽,座体上的导向孔内有导轨,导轨和导向槽配合,防止进气定位柱82转动。
所述主体支架4上设有具有上下开口和侧开口的安装位42,安装位的封闭端的两侧设有枢接架腔43、侧开口端设置有枢接座44。
进气定位柱82的基体821设置在转动支架81的导向腔812内,导向杆824与导向槽8121滑动配合,导管823与座体811上的导向孔滑动配合;导气管83 一端穿过进气定位柱82的伸出、另一端穿过紧固螺帽84伸出,紧固螺帽84与外螺纹接口822螺合将导气管83固定;导气管83的端部与出气装置连通;即导气管83与所述出气通道714连接通。
所述主体3的缺口31处的顶板上有嵌合孔33,所述主体支架4的安装位42与嵌合孔33嵌合,安装位42的开口端与嵌合孔33构成导向止位孔;所述转动支架81的导向腔812与安装位42转动配合,转动支架81的座体811与主体支架4的下表面贴合;枢接架813与枢接架腔43滑动配合止位,枢接架813的端部与枢接座44枢接。
作为一种改进:所述转动支架81的一枢接架813上有顶杆8131。
还包括一压力弹簧11和限位杆12,限位杆12的一端有弹簧座、另一端斜导向止位面121。
限位杆12枢接在主体支架4上,压力弹簧11一端与弹簧座插接、另一端与主体支架4上的挡块抵靠;顶杆8131的端部与斜导向止位面121滑动配合。如图1所示,转动支架81的导向腔812位于安装位42的开口端与嵌合孔33构成的导向止位孔内,转动支架81可以顺时针转动一定角度,转动时与导向止位孔的嵌合孔孔部配合止位;而且转动支架81转动时,顶杆8131与斜导向止位面121滑动配合限位。
如图7、图8、图9所示,所述进气装置9包括下开口的外罩91、下盖92、定位耳块93、进气盖94、安全阀芯95、安全弹簧96、螺塞97、排气阀芯98、排气弹簧99、排气固定块101、排气拉环102、单向阀芯103、橡胶套104、过滤网105、气嘴棒106、压紧弹簧107、密封圈108和瓶接头109。
所述外罩91的顶板上有位于中心孔911和导向孔912,周向壁有二个嵌入槽913;外罩内有二个枢接座914;定位耳块93与嵌入槽913嵌合。
所述进气盖94上有阀芯腔941与进气盖94连通,阀芯腔941的顶部有进气接口942;一安全泄压腔943与进气盖94连通,安全泄压腔943的轴线和阀芯腔941的轴线垂直;二个排气腔945与进气盖94连通。
所述排气固定块101的有二个下开口的容置腔1011,导向杆孔1012与容置腔1011连通。
所述进气盖94设置在外罩91内,外罩91的中心孔911与进气接口942相 对,外罩91的导向孔912与进气盖94上的排气腔945相对,定位耳块93与嵌入槽913嵌合,螺钉穿过定位耳块93与进气盖94螺合,进气盖94和外罩91固定连接在一起;安全阀芯95设置在安全泄压腔943内,安全弹簧96一端与安全阀芯95配合、另一端与螺塞97配合,螺塞97与安全泄压腔943螺合。
所述排气阀芯98设置在排气腔945内,排气弹簧99套在排气阀芯98的阀杆981上,排气腔945插入排气固定块101的容置腔1011内,排气固定块101与进气盖94固定连接,阀杆981穿过排气固定块101上的导向杆孔1012;排气拉环102的枢接端与外罩91内的枢接座914枢接,排气拉环012与外罩91上的导向孔912转动配合;阀杆981的上端与排气拉环102枢接;上提排气拉环102,排气阀芯98向上移动,达到排气的目的;排气拉环失去动力,排气阀芯98复位。
所述过滤网105与阀芯腔941的顶板贴合,所述橡胶套104套在单向阀芯103上,单向阀芯103嵌入气嘴棒106的头部的腔体1061内,气嘴棒106的头部与与阀芯腔941螺合;密封圈108与进气盖94扣合,瓶接头109与进气盖94固定连接并压紧密封圈108的周向边缘;气嘴棒106的杆部1062穿过密封圈108、瓶接头109和下盖92伸出;压紧弹簧107一端与进气盖94配合、另一端与密封圈108上的内环台配合,饮料瓶1与瓶接头109可拆卸配合。
单向阀芯103上有上开口的腔体1031、与腔体连通的径向出气孔1032和法兰,橡胶套104上有法兰和贯通孔,气嘴棒106的头部的腔体1061上有一沉孔,法兰设置在沉孔的底板上。单向阀芯103的底部与腔体的底板之间有间隙。
所述主体3上的CO2气瓶的容置腔32上有进出口,还包括侧盖11,所述侧盖11与主体3枢接,侧盖11与进出口扣合。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优先实施方式。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的情况下,还可以作出若干改进和变型,这也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种分体式饮料机,其上容置有饮料瓶和CO2气瓶,还包括:
    主体,一侧具有容置所述饮料瓶的缺口,另一侧具有容置所述CO2气瓶的容置腔;所述主体具有上、下开口;
    底座,设置在所述主体的下方,与主体的底部固定连接;
    上盖,与主体的上开口扣合;
    主体支架,设置在所述主体内的上部;
    出气装置,设置在所述主体支架上,并与所述主体的容置腔相对,与所述CO2气瓶配合;
    出气驱动装置,设置在所述上盖上,并与所述出气装置配合;
    导气装置,设置在所述主体支架上,并与所述主体的缺口相对;以及
    进气装置,设置在所述主体支架上,其可拆卸地连接所述饮料瓶的瓶口,并与所述导气装置连通且可拆卸配合,所述导气装置与所述出气装置连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种分体式饮料机,其特征在于:所述出气装置包括出气主体、出气杆、弹簧和从动驱动件,所述出气驱动装置与从动驱动件配合;
    所述出气主体包括:出气杆通道、顶针通道、下接口、出气通道和二个支架,出气杆通道、顶针通道和下接口在一条轴线上,出气通道与顶针通道连通;
    所述出气杆包括:滑动杆部、止位盘和顶针部;
    所述从动驱动件包括:触发端、枢接端和与枢接端相邻的连接部,连接部具有下开口的腔体;
    所述出气主体的下接口插入所述主体支架上的连接孔以致与所述主体支架固定连接;
    所述出气杆的滑动杆部穿过所述出气主体的顶针通道和出气杆通道并伸出出气杆通道,滑动杆部与出气杆通道滑动配合且液气密封;
    所述出气杆的止位盘与所述出气主体的顶针通道的顶板配合止位;
    所述出气杆的滑动杆部的上端伸入所述从动驱动件的连接部内;
    所述弹簧套在所述出气主体的出气杆通道上,其上端伸入所述从动驱动件的连接部内,其下端与所述支架主体配合;
    所述从动驱动件的枢接端枢接于所述出气主体的支架;
    所述出气主体的出气通道接通所述导气装置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种分体式饮料机,其特征在于:所述导气装置包括转动支架、进气定位柱、导气管和紧固螺帽;
    所述转动支架包括:具有下开口和侧开口的座体、位于座体顶部的导向腔、位于座体上的导向孔、位于导向腔侧的角形的枢接架和位于座体下部两侧的卡板,导向腔壁板上有导向槽;导向孔与导向腔连通且其中心在一条直线上;
    所述进气定位柱包括:基体、位于基体顶部的外螺纹接口、位于基体下部的导管和位于基体两侧的导向杆;
    所述主体支架上设有具有上下开口和侧开口的安装位,安装位的封闭端的两侧设有枢接架腔、侧开口端设置有枢接座;
    所述进气定位柱的基体设置在所述转动支架的导向腔内;
    所述进气定位柱的导管与所述转动支架的座体上的导向孔滑动配合;
    所述进气定位柱的导向杆与所述转动支架的导向槽滑动配合;
    所述导气管的一端穿过所述进气定位柱而伸出,另一端穿过所述紧固螺帽而伸出,所述紧固螺帽与所述进气定位柱的外螺纹接口螺合以致固定所述导气管;所述导气管的端部与所述出气装置连通;
    所述主体的缺口处的顶板上有嵌合孔,所述主体支架的安装位与所述嵌合孔嵌合,所述安装位的开口端与所述嵌合孔构成导向止位孔;
    所述转动支架的导向腔与所述主体支架上的安装位转动配合,所述转动支架的座体与主体支架的下表面贴合;
    所述转动支架的枢接架与枢接架腔滑动配合止位,枢接架的端部枢接于所述枢接座。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种分体式饮料机,其特征在于:所述转动支架的枢接架上有顶杆;还包括压力弹簧和限位杆,限位杆的一端有弹簧座、另一端 斜导向止位面;限位杆枢接在主体支架上,压力弹簧的一端与弹簧座插接,另一端与主体支架上的挡块抵靠;顶杆的端部与斜导向止位面滑动配合。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种分体式饮料机,其特征在于:所述进气装置包括下开口的外罩、下盖、定位耳块、进气盖、安全阀芯、安全弹簧、螺塞、排气阀芯、排气弹簧、排气固定块、排气拉环、单向阀芯、橡胶套、过滤网、气嘴棒、压紧弹簧、密封圈和瓶接头;
    所述外罩的顶板上有位于中心孔和导向孔,周向壁有二个嵌入槽;外罩内有二个枢接座;定位耳块与嵌入槽嵌合;
    所述进气盖上有阀芯腔与进气盖连通,阀芯腔的顶部有进气接口;一安全泄压腔与进气盖连通,安全泄压腔的轴线和阀芯腔的轴线垂直;二个排气腔与进气盖连通;
    所述排气固定块的有二个下开口的容置腔,导向杆孔与容置腔连通;
    所述进气盖设置在外罩内,外罩的中心孔与进气接口相对,外罩的导向孔与进气盖上的排气腔相对,定位耳块与嵌入槽嵌合,螺钉穿过定位耳块与进气盖螺合,进气盖和外罩固定连接在一起;安全阀芯设置在安全泄压腔内,安全弹簧一端与安全阀芯配合、另一端与螺塞配合,螺塞与安全泄压腔螺合;
    所述排气阀芯设置在排气腔内,排气弹簧套在排气阀芯的阀杆上,排气腔插入排气固定块的容置腔内,排气固定块与进气盖固定连接,阀杆穿过排气固定块上的导向杆孔;排气拉环的枢接端与外罩内的枢接座枢接,排气拉环与外罩上的导向孔转动配合;阀杆的上端与排气拉环枢接;
    所述过滤网与阀芯腔的顶板贴合,所述橡胶套套在单向阀芯上,单向阀芯嵌入气嘴棒的头部的腔体内,气嘴棒的头部与与阀芯腔螺合;密封圈与进气盖扣合,瓶接头与进气盖固定连接并压紧密封圈的周向边缘;气嘴棒的杆部穿过密封圈、瓶接头和下盖伸出;压紧弹簧一端与进气盖配合、另一端与密封圈配合,饮料瓶与瓶接头可拆卸配合。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5之一所述的一种分体式饮料机,其特征在于:所述主体上的CO2气瓶的容置腔上有进出口,还包括侧盖,所述侧盖与主体枢接,侧盖与进出口扣合。
