Abstract

一种排气可调节的汽水机的子机,包括主体、水瓶接头、外壳、锥形圈、底盖、定位座、进气组件、气嘴棒、排气阀和汽水瓶,还包括联接座、排气旋钮和排气键,联接座覆盖所述排气阀腔的上开口,所述阀杆上端穿过联接座的导向孔与排气键枢接,排气键的下表面与平面座板部贴合;联接座的圆形体部伸入圆弧形部内,排气键与排气键腔嵌合,执手部与导向缺口中伸出;所述排气键与斜面部滑动配合,滑动驱动板部与螺旋导向面部滑动配合。由于采用这样的结构,操作执手部转动排气旋钮,从而达到排气和调节排气速度的目的。

目前现有技术,一种排气可调节的汽水机的子机,包括主体、水瓶接头、外壳、锥形圈、底盖、定位座、进气组件、气嘴棒、排气阀和汽水瓶,排气阀包括设在主体上的排气阀腔、环形座体、密封件、密封垫、排气阀体、阀杆、设在阀杆下端的密封垫座、压力弹簧和螺母,排气阀腔上的导气孔与锥形圈的内腔相通;密封圈设在环形座体内,环形座体与排气阀体的下端连接,螺母与排气阀体螺合,阀杆穿过螺母的顶板伸出,压力弹簧与密封垫座和螺母的顶板配合,密封垫座上的密封垫与排气阀体底部的排气孔配合;环形座体设在排气阀腔的底部。存在问题:排气时,需要用手上提阀杆达到排气的目的,排气速度不能控制,使用不方便。

本实用新型是这样实现的:一种排气可调节的汽水机的子机,包括主体、水瓶接头、外壳、锥形圈、底盖、定位座、进气组件、气嘴棒、排气阀和汽水瓶,排气阀包括设在主体上的排气阀腔、环形座体、密封件、密封垫、排气阀体、阀杆、设在阀杆下端的密封垫座、压力弹簧和螺母,排气阀腔上的导气孔与锥形圈的内腔相通;密封圈设在环形座体内,环形座体与排气阀体的下端连接,螺母与排气阀体螺合,阀杆穿过螺母的顶板伸出,压力弹簧与密封垫座和螺母的顶板配合,密封垫座上的密封垫与排气阀体底部的排气孔配合;环形座体设在排气阀腔的底部;其特殊之处在于:还包括联接座、排气旋钮和排气键,
联接座包括圆形体部、沿圆形体部轴线的导向孔、设在圆形体部顶部的平面座板部、位于平面座板部顺时针侧的斜面部和螺旋导向面部,导向孔穿过平面座板部的中心;
排气旋钮包括执手部、下开口和侧开口的圆弧形部、与圆弧形部连接的排气键腔和设在固定腔壁板下端的滑动驱动板部;圆形体部插入圆弧形部内,排气键与固定腔固定连接,
所述定位座的周向壁板上设有导向缺口;
联接座覆盖所述排气阀腔的上开口,所述阀杆上端穿过联接座的导向孔与排气键枢接,排气键的下表面与平面座板部贴合;联接座的圆形体部伸入圆弧形部内,排气键与排气键腔嵌合,执手部与导向缺口中伸出;所述排气键与斜面部滑动配合,滑动驱动板部与螺旋导向面部滑动配合。
所述的一种排气可调节的汽水机的子机,其特殊之处在于:所述阀杆与排气键枢接的部位为方形枢接部,排气键上设有沿高度方向的方形孔,方形枢接部与方形孔之间有间隙,方形枢接部通过定轴与排气键枢接。

排气嘴穿过所述环形座体底板上的贯通孔与所述排气阀腔底板上的导气孔插接。
所述的一种排气可调节的汽水机的子机,其特殊之处在于:还包括第二压力弹簧,
所述排气阀体上设有环形挡板,所述环形座体上端与环形挡板配合;所述排气阀腔上设有径向排气孔;
第二压力弹簧套在排气阀体上,第二压力弹簧的下端与环形挡板配合、上端与所述联接座配合;
所述排气嘴的下端设在倒圆锥台形部,倒圆锥台形部插入排气阀腔的导气孔的上端内。
本实用新型一种排气可调节的汽水机的子机,由于采用这样的结构,操作执手部转动排气旋钮,从而达到排气和调节排气速度的目的。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。
如图1所示,一种排气可调节的汽水机的子机,包括主体1、水瓶接头 2、外壳3、锥形圈4、底盖5、定位座6、进气组件7、气嘴棒8、排气阀和汽水瓶9,主体1设在水瓶接头2上,锥形圈4的外翻边设在主体1和水瓶接头之间,进气组件7设在主体1上,定位座6设在主体1的顶部,汽水瓶9的瓶口与水瓶接头可拆卸连接;排气阀包括设在主体1上的排气阀腔11、环形座体12、密封垫13、密封圈14、排气阀体15、阀杆16、设在阀杆16下端的密封垫座、压力弹簧17和螺母18,排气阀腔11上的导气孔与锥形圈4的内腔相通;密封圈14设在环形座体12内,环形座体12与排气阀体15的下端连接,螺母18与排气阀体15螺合,阀杆16穿过螺母18 的顶板伸出,压力弹簧17与密封垫座和螺母18的顶板配合,密封垫座上的密封垫13与排气阀体15底部的排气孔配合;环形座体12设在排气阀腔 11的底部。
还包括联接座19、排气旋钮20和排气键21,
联接座19包括圆形体部191、沿圆形体部轴线的导向孔192、设在圆形体部顶部的平面座板部193、位于平面座板部顺时针侧的斜面部194和螺旋导向面部195,导向孔192穿过平面座板部193的中心;
排气旋钮20包括执手部201、下开口和侧开口的圆弧形部202、与圆弧形部连接的排气键腔203和设在固定腔壁板下端的滑动驱动板部204;圆形体部191插入圆弧形部202内,排气键21与固定腔203固定连接,
所述定位座6的周向壁板上设有导向缺口61;
联接座19覆盖所述排气阀腔11的上开口,所述阀杆16上端穿过联接座19的导向孔192与排气键21枢接,排气键21的下表面与平面座板部193 贴合;联接座19的圆形体部191伸入圆弧形部202内,排气键21与排气键腔203嵌合,执手部201与导向缺口60中伸出;所述排气键21与斜面部194滑动配合,滑动驱动板部204与螺旋导向面部195滑动配合。
所述阀杆16与排气键21枢接的部位为方形枢接部,排气键21上设有沿高度方向的方形孔,方形枢接部与方形孔之间有间隙,方形枢接部通过定轴与排气键21枢接。
所述密封圈14设有排气嘴141;
排气嘴141穿过所述环形座体12底板上的贯通孔与所述排气阀腔11 底板上的导气孔插接。
还包括第二压力弹簧22,
所述排气阀体15上设有环形挡板151,所述环形座体12上端与环形挡板151配合;所述排气阀腔11上设有径向排气孔111;
第二压力弹簧22套在排气阀体15上,第二压力弹簧22的下端与环形挡板151配合、上端与所述联接座19配合;环形挡板151与排气阀腔11 滑动配合,
所述排气嘴141的下端设在倒圆锥台形部142,倒圆锥台形部142插入排气阀腔11的导气孔的上端内。
如图1、图4所示,为排气阀处于关闭状态;在图4所示的状态下,逆时针转动排气旋钮20,滑动驱动板部204沿螺旋导向面部195滑动逐渐上升,排气键21和阀杆16转动并向上移动,如图1中实线箭头方向;阀杆 16下端的密封垫座压缩压力弹簧17,密封垫13离开排气阀体15的底板;汽水瓶9的气体经锥形圈4、排气阀腔11上的导气孔、密封圈14上的排气嘴141进入排气阀体15内、经阀杆16和螺母18上的阀杆通道之间的间隙排出。排气旋钮20转动不同相位,密封垫13与排气阀体15之间的间隙不同,实现不同的排气量;排气旋钮20继续转动,环形挡板151压缩第二压力弹簧22,倒圆锥台形部142与导气孔之间的间隙逐渐增大。
在图4中,逆时针转动排气旋钮20,排气量即排气速度逐渐增大。

1.一种排气可调节的汽水机的子机,包括主体、水瓶接头、外壳、锥形圈、底盖、定位座、进气组件、气嘴棒、排气阀和汽水瓶,排气阀包括设在主体上的排气阀腔、环形座体、密封件、密封垫、排气阀体、阀杆、设在阀杆下端的密封垫座、压力弹簧和螺母,排气阀腔上的导气孔与锥形圈的内腔相通;密封圈设在环形座体内,环形座体与排气阀体的下端连接,螺母与排气阀体螺合,阀杆穿过螺母的顶板伸出,压力弹簧与密封垫座和螺母的顶板配合,密封垫座上的密封垫与排气阀体底部的排气孔配合;环形座体设在排气阀腔的底部;其特征在于:还包括联接座、排气旋钮和排气键,
联接座包括圆形体部、沿圆形体部轴线的导向孔、设在圆形体部顶部的平面座板部、位于平面座板部顺时针侧的斜面部和螺旋导向面部,导向孔穿过平面座板部的中心;
排气旋钮包括执手部、下开口和侧开口的圆弧形部、与圆弧形部连接的排气键腔和设在固定腔壁板下端的滑动驱动板部;圆形体部插入圆弧形部内,排气键与固定腔固定连接,
所述定位座的周向壁板上设有导向缺口;
联接座覆盖所述排气阀腔的上开口,所述阀杆上端穿过联接座的导向孔与排气键枢接,排气键的下表面与平面座板部贴合;联接座的圆形体部伸入圆弧形部内,排气键与排气键腔嵌合,执手部与导向缺口中伸出;所述排气键与斜面部滑动配合,滑动驱动板部与螺旋导向面部滑动配合。
