Description

一种分离式排气的压力锅 技术领域
本发明涉及锅具技术领域,尤其涉及一种分离式排气的压力锅。
背景技术
压力锅是日常生活中厨房必备的用品之一,市场上有部分压力锅在使用中容易出现盖与锅处于半开合状态而造成锅与盖扣不住,或者在煎煮时因不注意锅内压力过高而关小火力,从而出现安全事故。现有压力锅在开合方式的操作上比较复杂,有的采用锅盖与锅体之间的错位咬合,需要双手配合才能完成开合操作,有的由于结构过于复杂,让使用者难以理解其使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种分离式排气的压力锅。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种分离式排气的压力锅,包括锅身和锅盖,所述锅盖盖放于所述锅身上方,所述锅盖的上表面安装有盖耳,所述锅盖包括上下扣合的压力钢盖和盖面板,所述压力钢盖与盖面板之间设置有一组用于箍紧或松压力盖与锅身一组对侧边的压力环组件、由所述盖耳控制调整锅内压力的气阀组合件、以及用于排气的安全阀组装件;所述盖耳包括转钮固定件和围绕转钮固定件转动的调节转钮;所述调节转钮开设有第一偏心导向槽和第二偏心导向槽,所述压力环组件设置有用于在所述第一偏心导向槽内滑动而使所述压力环组件锁紧或松开所述压力钢盖与锅身的第一圆柱,所述气阀组合件包括带有泄气孔的调节阀帽、设置有第二圆柱的锁气组件,所述第二圆柱位于所述第二偏心导向槽内且由所述调节转钮旋转而推动所述锁气组件去封合或打开所述泄气孔。
第一圆柱在第一偏心导向槽内滑动,使得压力环组件锁紧或松开压力钢盖与锅身;第二圆柱与第二偏心导向槽的设置,使得调节转钮推动锁气组件封合或打开泄气孔,从而达到排气泄压的目的;在锅内气压达到临界值时,会顶起安全阀组装件,实现自动排气;压力环组件、气阀组合件和安全阀组装件配合,使得产生的蒸汽难以从锅内逃逸,使其处于一个密封的状态,从而蒸汽积聚,形成有压环境。
所述压力钢盖上设有第一轴孔、第二轴孔、第一中心孔、滑槽和定位柱,所述定位柱设置有两个,所述压力钢盖内边沿设置有至于压力钢盖与锅身上边沿之间的锅口密封圈;每个 所述压力环组件包括滑块和压力环,所述固定环固定在所述滑块的一端,所述第一圆柱固定在所述滑块的另一端上,所述滑块开设有第一卡孔和第二卡孔;位于所述压力盖左右两侧,左侧的滑块置入所述滑槽内并且该滑块的第一卡孔套在左侧的所述定位柱上并且该滑块可通过第一卡孔沿定位柱滑行;右侧的滑块置入所述滑槽内并且该滑块的第一卡孔套在右侧的所述定位柱上并且该滑块可通过其第一卡孔沿定位柱滑行;所述调节转钮开设有第二中心孔和第三轴孔,所述第三轴孔内依次放入第一弹簧及手感柱,所述手感柱下端顶着所述第一弹簧,其上端顶着所述转钮固定件的下侧面;所述转钮固定件下侧面设置有第一转钮固定轴和固定在第一转钮固定轴上的第二转钮固定轴;所述盖面板开设有第一安装孔和供所述调节转钮置入的凹位,所述凹位内开设有第四轴孔、第三中心孔和方孔;所述调节阀帽下端为带外螺纹的进气管;还包括螺母密封圈、气阀螺母、中心螺母、锅口密封圈;所述第二转钮固定轴依次穿过所述第二中心孔、第三中心孔、第一中心孔后通过所述螺母密封圈、中心螺母将所述调节转钮、盖面板、压力钢盖锁紧,所述第一转钮固定轴下侧顶着所述凹位;所述进气管依次穿过所述第一安装孔、第二轴孔后通过所述螺母密封圈、气阀螺母锁紧在所述压力钢盖上。定位柱可方便滑块的第一卡孔滑行。
所述锁气组件包括中部开有通孔的定位件、气阀柱、第二弹簧和卡簧,所述定位件的一端开设有第二安装孔,所述定位件的另一端穿过所述方孔后进入所述凹位内,所述第二圆柱固定在位于所述凹位内的所述定位件的另一端上,所述第二安装孔与所述通孔连通;所述气阀柱的一端外周开设有圆槽,其中部设有环形凸起,其另一端穿过所述第二安装孔后通过所述卡簧固定在所述通孔内;所述圆槽内套有锁气密封圈;所述第二弹簧套设在所述气阀柱的外周,并且其一端顶着所述环形凸起,其另一端顶着所述第二安装孔周边的所述定位件上;所述泄气孔设置在所述调节阀帽的侧面,调节转钮旋转时,第二圆柱迫使所述气阀柱伸出而封合所述泄气孔或者或第二圆柱迫使所述气阀柱收缩而打开所述泄气孔。气阀柱的收缩,会退出泄气孔,从而使得调节阀帽升起实现排气泄压。
所述安全阀组装件包括第一密封圈、第三弹簧、安全阀钢球、第二密封圈、具有内腔的安全阀体、以及设有第一排气孔的阀帽本体,所述阀帽本体下部与所述安全阀体上部相接,所述内腔与第一排气孔连通,所述安全阀体的上端与所述阀帽本体接触处设置有环状的阀体上沿,所述安全阀体下端设置有与所述内腔相通的第二排气孔,所述安全阀体下部的外周设置有弧形槽以及与所述内腔相通的第三排气孔;所述安全阀钢球的上端分别开设有第一卡槽和第二卡槽;所述第三弹簧一端卡在所述第一卡槽内并促使所述安全阀钢球顶着或松开所述第二排气孔,其另一端顶着所述内腔的上端,所述第一密封圈套在所述第二卡槽内;所述第 二密封圈套在所述弧形槽内;所述盖面板设置有第三安装孔;所述安全阀体中段的直径小于所述第一轴孔的孔径,所述阀体上沿的直径与所述安全阀体下部的直径均大于所述第一轴孔的孔径;所述安全阀体中段穿设在所述第一轴孔内,所述阀帽本体的上端顺次穿过所述第二卡孔、所述第三安装孔;所述安全阀体下端位于锅内。第三弹簧对安全阀钢球施加力,从而对第二排气孔进行封闭,营造有压环境,在锅内压力超过临界值时,会顶开安全阀钢球,从而实现排气;安全阀体中段的直径小于第一轴孔的孔径,阀体上沿的直径与安全阀体下部的直径均大于第一轴孔的孔径,可使安全阀体夹持在压力钢盖上且其上下移动的距离控制在安全阀体中段位置上;阀帽本体在排气时,升起而伸出第三安装孔外侧。
所述第三轴孔内设置有凹凸面。第三轴孔内设置的凹凸面,在第一弹簧的作用下转动的手感柱,使调节转钮带有震动效果且发出嘀嘀响声提醒使用者。
所述锅身的侧面安装有侧耳,所述侧耳包括弹片和一体成型结构的侧耳本体;所述侧耳本体包括具有侧耳内孔且呈环状结构的侧耳挡圈、以及一对对称设置在所述侧耳挡圈一组对侧边上的把手;所述弹片固定在所述锅身的侧面上,与所述把手相对的所述侧耳内孔内开设有凹形方槽,所述锅身由下而上穿过所述侧耳内孔,并使所述弹片卡入所述凹形方槽内。一体成型结构的侧耳本体,可方便拆装;弹片与凹形方槽的设置,使得锅身与侧耳本体卡紧。
所述凹形方槽设置有四个,每两个凹形方槽为一组并位于所述侧耳内孔的同一侧,所述弹片的数量与所述凹形方槽的数量匹配;所述弹片的下部焊接于所述锅身的侧面,其上部朝外翻折形成倾斜部,所述倾斜部卡入所述凹形方槽内。倾斜部,有利于卡紧侧耳本体,防脱落。
所述把手上开设有用于供握持的按压凹槽。按压凹槽的设置,方便使用者握持进行倾倒食材或倒水。
所述第一偏心导向槽呈弧形走向的偏心导向槽,所述第二偏心导向槽呈弧形走向的偏心导向槽。弧形走向的第一偏心导向槽,有利于实现拉紧或松开压力环组件;弧形走向的第二偏心导向槽,有利于迫使锁气组件去封合或打开泄气孔。
所述转钮固定件的顶部设置有若干个呈同心圆分布的环形槽,所述调节转钮的外周设置有若干防滑纹。环形槽及防滑纹的设置,便于手动操作,具有防滑的功能。
与现有技术对比,本发明的优点在于:本压力锅在使用过程中只有一个转钮控制压力钢盖开合、以及锅内压力的调节,操作更简单,转钮装置整体性强,更易于清洁、耐用。

第一偏心导向槽0033呈弧形走向的偏心导向槽,第二偏心导向槽0034呈弧形走向的偏心导向槽。弧形走向的第一偏心导向槽0033,有利于实现拉紧或松开压力环0082组件;弧形走向的第二偏心导向槽0034,有利于迫使锁气组件去封合或打开泄气孔。
转钮固定件002的顶部设置有若干个呈同心圆分布的环形槽,调节转钮003的外周设置有若干防滑纹。环形槽及防滑纹的设置,便于手动操作,具有防滑的功能。
本实施例中,压力钢盖007边沿侧面开设有长形孔0075。在超高压状态,长形孔0075可将气流冲出,使得锅口密封圈013发生平移而实现泄压。
装配:
一、完成调节转钮003的组装:
1.把第一弹簧005、手感柱004按顺序放置于调节转钮003的第三轴孔0031中;
2.把第一转钮固定轴0021穿过调节转钮003的第二中心孔0032。
二、完成气阀组合件006的组装:
1.把锁气密封圈0061套到气阀柱0062的圆槽上,之后把第二弹簧0063穿过气阀柱0062;
2.把组装好的气阀柱0062的弹簧端方向一端穿过第二安装孔0067,之后用卡簧0066卡住。
三、盖面板001与调节转钮003、气阀组合件006的组装:
1.把气阀组合件006穿过盖面板001上的方孔0013,第二圆柱0065向盖面板001中心方向;
2.调节转钮003组装件由上到下,第二转钮固定轴0022穿过盖面板001的第三中心孔0015,要求第二圆柱0065与调节转钮003上的第二偏心导向槽0034相配合;
3.把调节阀帽0068穿过盖面板001上的第一安装孔0012上。
四、锅盖的组装:
1.把压力环0082组件按附图中方向装在压力钢盖007上;
2.把第二密封圈0094套到安全阀体0095的弧形槽上;把第一密封圈0091套到安全阀钢球0093的第二卡槽0098上,把第三弹簧0092卡到安全阀钢球0093的第一卡槽0097上;把安全阀钢球0093放置于安全阀体0095内;
3.把安全阀组装件009穿过压力钢盖007的第一轴孔0071、第二卡孔0085,之后把阀帽本体0096与安全阀体0095螺纹旋紧。
五、盖面板001组装件与压力钢盖007组装件组装:
1.把上述第三项装好的盖面板001中的转钮固定件002、调节阀帽0068的进气管0069分别对应穿过第四项压力盖钢盖中的第一中心孔0073、和第二轴孔0072,并放上螺母密封圈010,分别用中心螺母011、气阀螺母012以旋紧;
2.把锅口密封圈013放置于压力钢盖007内。
六、锅身015与侧耳组装:
1.把4块弹片0141按工艺焊接在锅身015上,把锅身015穿过侧耳内孔0143,使弹片0141与侧耳本体014的4个凹形方槽0142对齐,侧耳本体014往上压紧,在弹片0141的扣位下使锅身015与侧耳的凹形方槽0142卡住,从而形成一个整体。
七、压力钢盖007整体与压力锅整体配合。
1.左右转动调节转钮003,使压力环0082组件以压力钢盖007为中心张开或合上,实现与锅身015组件连接或分离。
本实施例中,盖面板001上设置有Open和Close、1档或2档位置字样,表示偏心导向槽与压力环0082组件、气阀组合件006发生变化状态的位置点。
工作原理:
1.左右旋转盖面板001上的调节转钮003能够打开或收回压力环0082组件,使到压力钢盖007与锅身015分离或合上。因调节转钮003中安装有手感柱004,第三轴孔0031内设置有凹凸面(调节转钮003下侧面的凹凸平面0023),在第一弹簧005的作用下转动过程中,调节转钮003带有震动效果且发出嘀嘀响声。
2.在压力环0082组件收拢状态下继续转动调节转钮003时可调节锅内压力。
3.当盖面板001上的调节转钮003转动至Open字样时,调节转钮003中的第一偏心导 向槽0033为最大偏移,调节转钮003中的第二偏心导向槽0034为最小偏移初始端,压力环0082组件上的第一圆柱0081位置处于第一偏心导向槽0033为最大偏移端;气阀组合件006中的第二圆柱0065处于第二偏心导向槽0034的最内端初始位置;压力环0082组件为打开状态;气阀组合件006为排气状态。
4.当盖面板001上的调节转钮003转动至Close字样时,调节转钮003中的第一偏心导向槽0033为最小偏移,调节转钮003中的第二偏心导向槽0034为最小偏移的中端,压力环0082组件上的第一圆柱0081位置处于第一偏心导向槽0033为最小偏中的中端位置;气阀组合件006中的第二圆柱0065处于第二偏心导向槽0034的内端中端位置;压力环0082组件为合盖状态;气阀组合件006为排气状态。
5.当盖面板001上的调节转钮003转动至1档或2档位置字样时,调节转钮003中的第一偏心导向槽0033为最小偏移且处地于同心旋转状态,压力环0082组件不动;调节转钮003中的第二偏心导向槽0034带动气阀组合件006往最大偏移方向偏移,气阀组合件006为锁气状态。
6.当锅内压力大于4kpa时,安全阀组装件009自动上升并穿过滑块0083上的第二卡孔0085,设置为红色的阀帽本体0096升出盖面板001而表达锅内已有压力,起到警示作用,作用在于压力环0082组合件不能横向移动张开,起到锅内有气压时压力钢盖007不能打开;当锅内气压继续上升,达到指定压力时气会从调节阀帽0068上的泄气孔排出锅外,并使锅内压力稳定在压力以内,确保压力锅正常工作;当气阀组合件006遇到堵塞时,锅内压力达到140kpa以上时,安全阀钢球0093自动上升排气并发出响声警告锅内气压力超高,告示使用者关闭热源;当安全阀组装件009跟着失效时,锅内压力上升到220至280kpa时,锅口密封圈013会自动平移出压力钢盖007侧面的长形孔0075,使锅内压力在60秒内下降到20kpa以下而在手工不复原情况下,压力锅内的压力不会再次上升。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种分离式排气的压力锅,包括锅身(015)和锅盖,所述锅盖盖放于所述锅身(015)上方,所述锅盖的上表面安装有盖耳,其特征在于:所述锅盖包括上下扣合的压力钢盖(007)和盖面板(001),所述压力钢盖(007)与盖面板(001)之间设置有一组用于箍紧或松压力盖与锅身(015)一组对侧边的压力环(0082)组件、由所述盖耳控制调整锅内压力的气阀组合件(006)、以及用于排气的安全阀组装件(009);所述盖耳包括转钮固定件(002)和围绕转钮固定件(002)转动的调节转钮(003);所述调节转钮(003)开设有第一偏心导向槽(0033)和第二偏心导向槽(0034),所述压力环(0082)组件设置有用于在所述第一偏心导向槽(0033)内滑动而使所述压力环(0082)组件锁紧或松开所述压力钢盖(007)与锅身(015)的第一圆柱(0081),所述气阀组合件(006)包括带有泄气孔的调节阀帽(0068)、设置有第二圆柱(0065)的锁气组件,所述第二圆柱(0065)位于所述第二偏心导向槽(0034)内且由所述调节转钮(003)旋转而推动所述锁气组件去封合或打开所述泄气孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的分离式排气的压力锅,其特征在于:所述压力钢盖(007)上设有第一轴孔(0071)、第二轴孔(0072)、第一中心孔(0073)、滑槽(0076)和定位柱(0074),所述定位柱(0074)设置有两个,所述压力钢盖(007)内边沿设置有至于压力钢盖(007)与锅身(015)上边沿之间的锅口密封圈(013);每个所述压力环(0082)组件包括滑块(0083)和压力环(0082),所述固定环固定在所述滑块(0083)的一端,所述第一圆柱(0081)固定在所述滑块(0083)的另一端上,所述滑块(0083)开设有第一卡孔(0084)和第二卡孔(0085);位于所述压力盖左右两侧,左侧的滑块(0083)置入所述滑槽(0076)内并且该滑块(0083)的第一卡孔(0084)套在左侧的所述定位柱(0074)上并且该滑块(0083)可通过第一卡孔(0084)沿定位柱(0074)滑行;右侧的滑块(0083)置入所述滑槽(0076)内并且该滑块(0083)的第一卡孔(0084)套在右侧的所述定位柱(0074)上并且该滑块(0083)可通过其第一卡孔(0084)沿定位柱(0074)滑行;所述调节转钮(003)开设有第二中心孔(0032)和第三轴孔(0031),所述第三轴孔(0031)内依次放入第一弹簧(005)及手感柱(004),所述手感柱(004)下端顶着所述第一弹簧(005),其上端顶着所述转钮固定件(002)的下侧面;所述转钮固定件(002)下侧面设置有第一转钮固定轴(0021)和固定在第一转钮固定轴(0021)上的第二转钮固定轴(0022);所述盖面板(001)开设有第一安装孔(0012)和供所述调节转钮(003)置入的凹位,所述凹位内开设有第四轴孔(0014)、第三中心孔(0015)和方孔(0013);所述调节阀帽(0068)下端为带外螺纹的进气管(0069); 还包括螺母密封圈(010)、气阀螺母(012)、中心螺母(011)、锅口密封圈(013);所述第二转钮固定轴(0022)依次穿过所述第二中心孔(0032)、第三中心孔(0015)、第一中心孔(0073)后通过所述螺母密封圈(010)、中心螺母(011)将所述调节转钮(003)、盖面板(001)、压力钢盖(007)锁紧,所述第一转钮固定轴(0021)下侧顶着所述凹位;所述进气管(0069)依次穿过所述第一安装孔(0012)、第二轴孔(0072)后通过所述螺母密封圈(010)、气阀螺母(012)锁紧在所述压力钢盖(007)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的分离式排气的压力锅,其特征在于:所述锁气组件包括中部开有通孔的定位件(0064)、气阀柱(0062)、第二弹簧(0063)和卡簧(0066),所述定位件(0064)的一端开设有第二安装孔(0067),所述定位件(0064)的另一端穿过所述方孔(0013)后进入所述凹位内,所述第二圆柱(0065)固定在位于所述凹位内的所述定位件(0064)的另一端上,所述第二安装孔(0067)与所述通孔连通;所述气阀柱(0062)的一端外周开设有圆槽,其中部设有环形凸起,其另一端穿过所述第二安装孔(0067)后通过所述卡簧(0066)固定在所述通孔内;所述圆槽内套有锁气密封圈(0061);所述第二弹簧(0063)套设在所述气阀柱(0062)的外周,并且其一端顶着所述环形凸起,其另一端顶着所述第二安装孔(0067)周边的所述定位件(0064)上;所述泄气孔设置在所述调节阀帽(0068)的侧面,调节转钮(003)旋转时,第二圆柱(0065)迫使所述气阀柱(0062)伸出而封合所述泄气孔或者或第二圆柱(0065)迫使所述气阀柱(0062)收缩而打开所述泄气孔。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的分离式排气的压力锅,其特征在于:所述安全阀组装件(009)包括第一密封圈(0091)、第三弹簧(0092)、安全阀钢球(0093)、第二密封圈(0094)、具有内腔的安全阀体(0095)、以及设有第一排气孔的阀帽本体(0096),所述阀帽本体(0096)下部与所述安全阀体(0095)上部相接,所述内腔与第一排气孔连通,所述安全阀体(0095)的上端与所述阀帽本体(0096)接触处设置有环状的阀体上沿(00951),所述安全阀体(0095)下端设置有与所述内腔相通的第二排气孔,所述安全阀体(0095)下部的外周设置有弧形槽以及与所述内腔相通的第三排气孔;所述安全阀钢球(0093)的上端分别开设有第一卡槽(0097)和第二卡槽(0098);所述第三弹簧(0092)一端卡在所述第一卡槽(0097)内并促使所述安全阀钢球(0093)顶着或松开所述第二排气孔,其另一端顶着所述内腔的上端,所述第一密封圈(0091)套在所述第二卡槽(0098)内;所述第二密封圈(0094)套在所述弧形槽内;所述盖面板(001)设置有第三安装孔(0011);所述安全阀体(0095)中段的直径小于所述第一轴孔(0071)的孔径,所述阀体上沿(00951)的直径与所述安全阀体(0095)下部的直径均大于所述第一轴孔(0071)的孔径;所述安全阀体(0095)中段穿设在所述第 一轴孔(0071)内,所述阀帽本体(0096)的上端顺次穿过所述第二卡孔(0085)、所述第三安装孔(0011);所述安全阀体(0095)下端位于锅内。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的分离式排气的压力锅,其特征在于:所述第三轴孔(0031)内设置有凹凸面。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的分离式排气的压力锅,其特征在于:所述锅身(015)的侧面安装有侧耳,所述侧耳包括弹片(0141)和一体成型结构的侧耳本体(014);所述侧耳本体(014)包括具有侧耳内孔(0143)且呈环状结构的侧耳挡圈、以及一对对称设置在所述侧耳挡圈一组对侧边上的把手;所述弹片(0141)固定在所述锅身(015)的侧面上,与所述把手相对的所述侧耳内孔(0143)内开设有凹形方槽(0142),所述锅身(015)由下而上穿过所述侧耳内孔(0143),并使所述弹片(0141)卡入所述凹形方槽(0142)内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的分离式排气的压力锅,其特征在于:所述凹形方槽(0142)设置有四个,每两个凹形方槽(0142)为一组并位于所述侧耳内孔(0143)的同一侧,所述弹片(0141)的数量与所述凹形方槽(0142)的数量匹配;所述弹片(0141)的下部焊接于所述锅身(015)的侧面,其上部朝外翻折形成倾斜部,所述倾斜部卡入所述凹形方槽(0142)内。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的分离式排气的压力锅,其特征在于:所述把手上开设有用于供握持的按压凹槽。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的分离式排气的压力锅,其特征在于:所述第一偏心导向槽(0033)呈弧形走向的偏心导向槽,所述第二偏心导向槽(0034)呈弧形走向的偏心导向槽。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的分离式排气的压力锅,其特征在于:所述转钮固定件(002)的顶部设置有若干个呈同心圆分布的环形槽,所述调节转钮(003)的外周设置有若干防滑纹。
