使用时, 钢瓶驱动装置 6驱动小钢瓶 2向下移动, 小钢瓶 2与锥形打嘴 121配合; 小钢瓶 2内的二氧化碳气体进入气水瓶内。 然后, 钢瓶驱动装置 6向上移动, 小钢瓶 2 在气水瓶 1内多余气体的压力作用下向上运动, 当其脱离了与密封圈 122的配合后, 此 时, 汽水瓶 1内多余的气体, 经径向导气孔 71、 胶套 126的下腔体 1262与气嘴棒 7内 壁之间的间隙、 胶套 126的上腔体 1261和铜座 125吹向设置在铜件中座 124底部的过 滤网 123; 然后气体、 铁屑和残渣混合流经锥形打嘴 121, 阀座 5的小钢瓶腔 51和径向 排气孔 53排出, 起到清洁过滤网 123的作用。
如图 2所示, 钢瓶驱动装置 6包括顶盖 61、 上开口的筒体 62、 子弹门主体 63、 子 弹门 64、 压板 65和子弹门开关 66。
所述顶盖 61的下表面有连接杆 611。
所述上开口的筒体 62内有柱形固定座 621,筒体 62的底板有位于中心的导向套 622; 所述子弹门主体 63包括本体 631、 位于本体下部的螺套 632、 位于本体顶部的枢接 座 633和压板座, 一水平的弧形导向槽 634将枢接座 633和压板座连通; 本体的外周向 上有弧形卡槽 635。
所述子弹门 64包括门体 641和驱动杆 642。
所述子弹门开关 66包括上开口的套体 661和位于套体下部的固定套 662,固定套的 有二个扣钩 663, 套体的上端有卡位 664。
所述阀座 5的小钢瓶腔 51穿过导向套 622和子弹门开关 66的套体 661与子弹门主 体 63的螺套 632螺合。
所述顶盖 61与筒体 62的上开口扣合, 连接杆 611与子弹门主体 63上的弧形卡槽 635嵌合, 下端与筒体 62内的柱形固定座 621贴合, 螺钉穿过顶盖 61和连接柱 611与 柱形固定座 621螺合; 子弹门 64的门体 641与子弹门主体 63上的枢接座 633枢接, 压 板 65与压板座固定连接, 子弹门 64的驱动杆 641与位于子弹门主体 63下部的子弹门 开关 66上的卡位 664嵌合, 门体 641与弧形导向槽 634和压板 65与本体 631之间的间 隙滑动配合; 门体 641可以封闭螺套 632的上开口;子弹门开关 66的扣钩 663与阀座 5 上的小钢瓶腔 51上的扣位 54扣合。
采用这样的结构, 手持筒体 62转动时, 顶盖 61、 上开口的筒体 62和子弹门主体 63—起转动, 在转动的过程中, 子弹门主体 63与小钢瓶腔 51的外螺纹配合, 推动小钢 瓶 2向下移动; 与此同时, 子弹门主体 63转动, 门体 641逐渐封闭螺套 632的上开口; 从而达到保持小钢瓶 2与锥形打嘴 121配合。
作为本发明所述的具有一次性使用小钢瓶、 安全装置和除尘装置的便携式汽水机的 进一步改进: 如图 3和图 4所示, 所述上开口的筒体 62的底板有环绕导向套 622的导 向凹槽 623; 导向凹槽 563内有沿导向凹槽 623壁的螺旋凸块 624; 导向凹槽 624与排 气装置 9的压杆 91上端滑动配合, 螺旋凸起 625的顶部与驱动压杆 91的上端。
排气装置 9包括驱动机构和排气阀, 驱动机构包括驱动杆 91和第一压力弹簧 92; 所述下筒体 4的的顶板上, 顶板有上开口的驱动腔, 驱动腔的底板上有导向孔, 所述驱 动杆 91的上部有弹簧挡板, 下部有止位板; 第一压力弹簧 92上端与弹簧挡板配合、 下 端与驱动腔的底板配合,驱动杆 91的下端的止位板与驱动腔的底板的外表面配合止位; 驱动杆 91的上端伸出驱动腔。
排气阀包括阀盖 93、 阀芯 94、 阀杆 95、 设置在下筒体 4顶板上阀座 96和第二压力 弹簧 97。
阀盖 93与阀座 96螺纹连接, 阀芯 94套的阀杆 95的上端, 阀芯 94与阀盖 93上的 出气孔配合, 第二压力弹簧 97上端套的阀杆 95上、 下端与阀座 96的底板配合。
驱动杆 91与阀芯 94 的顶部相对。
使用时, 驱动杆 91的上端与导向凹槽 624与排气装置 9的压杆 91上端滑动配合; 需要排气时, 驱动杆 91的上端与螺旋凸起 625配合, 驱动杆 91向下移动, 并推动阀芯 94向下移动, 阀芯 94与出气孔之间出现间隙, 从而排除汽水瓶 1内的多余的气体。
如图 1至图 5所示,安全装置 11包括设置在钢座 5上的阀芯座 111、安全阀芯 112、 压力弹簧 113压力阀盖 114, 调节旋钮 8的齿和压力阀盖 114的齿啮合, 转动旋钮 8可 设定安全压力。 调节旋钮 8设置在下筒体 4和筒体 62之间并转动配合。
以上所述的仅是本发明的示例性实施方式。 应当指出的是, 对于本领域的普通技术 人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的情况下, 还可以作出若干改进和变型, 这些改进和变 型都落入本发明的保护范围和精神之内。

Claims

权利要求
1. 一种具有一次性使用小钢瓶、 安全装置和除尘装置的便携式汽水机, 包括: 汽 水瓶、 小钢瓶、 汽水瓶的瓶盖组件、 下筒体、 阀座、 钢瓶驱动装置、 气嘴棒、 调节旋钮、 设置在气嘴棒上端的放气装置、 设置在气嘴棒下端的出气控制装置、 安全装置、 排气装 置;
其中, 所述安全装置、 所述排气装置与所述瓶盖组件设置在所述汽水瓶的瓶口上; 所述阀座与所述瓶盖组件配合;
所述下筒体上设置有调节旋钮, 其与所述安全装置相配合;
所述排气装置设置在所述阀座和所述下筒体的顶板上;
所述阀座上部有小钢瓶腔, 下部有放气装置腔, 所述小钢瓶腔和所述放气装置腔相 连通;
所述钢瓶驱动装置与所述小钢瓶腔配合;
所述放气装置包括锥形打嘴、 密封圈、 过滤网、 铜件中座、 铜座、 胶套和上胶塞; 所述胶套有上腔体和呈圆锥台形的下腔体, 所述下腔体的内腔呈圆锥台形; 所述气棒嘴的上部有径向导气孔, 其与所述胶套的下腔体下部的外壁构成单向阀; 所述阀座的小钢瓶腔和放气装置腔相邻处的小钢瓶腔壁上有径向排气孔。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的汽水机, 其特征在于, 所述钢瓶驱动装置包括: 顶盖, 其下表面有连接杆;
上开口的筒体, 其内有柱形固定座; 所述筒体的底板有位于中心的导向套; 子弹门主体, 包括本体、 位于本体下部的螺套、 位于本体顶部的枢接座和压板座, 一水平的弧形导向槽将枢接座和压板座连通; 所述本体的外周向上有弧形卡槽;
子弹门, 包括门体和驱动杆;
压板; 以及
子弹门开关, 包括上开口的套体和位于套体下部的固定套, 固定套的有二个扣钩, 套体的上端有卡位;
其中, 所述小钢瓶腔穿过所述导向套和所述子弹门开关的套体, 与所述子弹门主体 的螺套螺合;
所述顶盖与筒体的上开口扣合, 连接杆与子弹门主体上的弧形卡槽嵌合, 下端与柱 形固定座贴合, 螺钉穿过顶盖和连接柱与柱形固定座螺合; 子弹门的门体与子弹门主体 上的枢接座枢接, 压板与压板座固定连接, 子弹门的驱动杆与位于子弹门主体下部的子 弹门开关上的卡位嵌合, 门体与弧形导向槽和压板与本体之间的间隙滑动配合; 子弹门 开关的扣钩与阀座上的小钢瓶腔上的扣位扣合。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的汽水机, 其特征在于: 所述上开口的筒体的底板有环绕 导向套的导向凹槽; 所述导向凹槽内有沿导向凹槽壁的螺旋凸块; 所述导向凹槽与所述 排气装置的压杆上端滑动配合, 螺旋凸起的顶部与驱动压杆的上端滑动配合。
