所述阀体与瓶接头扣合并用螺栓固定连接在一起, 密封圏的法兰设置在阀 体与瓶接头之间, 法兰上的筒体的轴向上下端分别与阀体和瓶接头上的圓环形 凹槽嵌合; 气嘴棒的杆部穿过带外螺纹杆部的腔体、 头部位于沉孔内并液气密 封; 螺套的带外螺紋杆部与阀体上的下开口的腔体螺合, 挡盘与阀体的顶板配 合止位; 所述密封圏的腔体的呈倒圓锥台形外表面与汽水瓶的瓶口配合, 所述 气嘴棒的杆部下部穿过密封压板和密封圏伸入汽水瓶内, 杆部的挡位与密封压 板配合; 密封压板嵌入密封圏的外表面呈倒锥台形的腔体内并与腔体的底板贴 合。
作为本发明汽水机的一种改进, 所述汽水瓶自密封和 C02漏气保护装置的 汽水机还包括一涡轮和气嘴头,
所述涡轮包括圓锥柱形体和位于圓锥柱形本体的柱形部的若干条螺旋凸 起;
所述气嘴头包括位于上部的内螺紋接口、 涡轮腔和倒圓锥台形腔, 倒圓锥 台形腔的底板上有气嘴喷孔, 所述涡轮设置在涡轮腔内, 涡轮的圓锥柱形体的圓锥形部与气嘴棒的杆部 的下开口配合, 气嘴头的内螺紋接口与气嘴棒的杆部下端的外螺纹螺合。
作为本发明汽水机的一种改进, 所述气嘴棒的杆部的挡位为一设置在杆部 的挡盘;
或所述气嘴棒的杆部外表面上有环形台。
作为本发明汽水机的一种改进, 所述排气装置分为高压排气装置和低压排 气装置, 高、 低压排气装置的排气阀体与阀体一体成型制成, 排气阀体的轴线 平行且平行于同一个平面平行; 高压排气装置的压力弹簧的弹力大于低压排气 装置的压力弹簧的弹力; 高压排气装置的排气阀体上的阀芯座与阀体相通的通 气孔的直径小于低压排气装置的排气阀体的阀芯座与阀体相通的通气孔的直 径, 高压排气装置先排气、 低压排气装置后排气;
排气阀体的阀芯腔壁上有沿轴向导向槽, 所述传力杆的连接部上有沿轴向 的导轨, 导轨和导向槽滑动配合。
作为本发明汽水机的一种改进, 所述高、 低压排气装置的传力杆的杆部的 端部有在一条直径线两端的挡块;
还包括一排气拉杆和复位弹簧, 所述排气拉杆包括下开口的框体、 设置在 框体的二个竖框边之间的横杆, 设置在框体的竖边外侧的轴和设置在顶横框边 的操作部; 横杆前部二个挂位、 后部有弹簧座,
所述出气控制器的手柄悬空端穿过框体并与框体的顶横框边配合, 传力杆 端的挡块与挂位配合,复位弹簧一端固定在弹簧座上、另一端与 C02钢瓶配合。
作为本发明汽水机的一种改进, 所述手柄包括基座和弧形操作部, 框体的 顶横框边与基座和弧形操作部相交处配合。
本发明汽水瓶自密封和 C02漏气保护装置的汽水机,由于采用这样的结构, 在自然状态下, 进气装置的密封圏的外表面呈倒锥台形的腔体与汽水瓶的瓶口 的之间有泄压间隙,当出气控制器出现漏气进入汽水瓶的 C02气体经泄压间隙, 防止了汽水瓶内高压, 消除安全隐患; 在处于出气控制器出气、 进气装置进气 的状态下, 气嘴棒向下移动并推动密封压板向下移动, 密封压板作用于密封圏, 密封圏的外表面呈倒锥台形的腔体与汽水瓶的瓶口紧密配合达到气密封; 安全 可靠, 使用方便。 附图说明

为了使本发明的发明目的、 技术方案和技术效果更加清晰, 以下结合附图 和具体实施方式, 对本发明进行进一步详细说明。 应当理解的是, 本说明书中 描述的实施方式仅是为了解释本发明, 并非为了限定本发明。
如图 1至图 10所示,一种汽水瓶自密封和 C02漏气保护装置的汽水机, 包 括 C02钢瓶 1、 汽水瓶 2、 设置在 C02钢瓶 1上的出气控制器 3、 设置在汽水 瓶 2上的进气装置 4和排气装置 5 , 出气控制器 3与进气装置 4连通, 排气装置 5与汽水瓶 2内相连通; 出气控制器 3包括出气主体 31、 出气阀芯 32、 传动杆 33、 压力弹簧和手柄 34, 出气阀芯 32与出气主体 31的阀芯腔滑动配合, 出气 阀芯 32的顶部的阀杆与手柄 34连接, 压力弹簧下端与出气主体 31配合、 上端 与阀杆上的挡盘配合; 所述排气装置 5包括排气阀体 51、 排气阀芯 52、 传力杆 53、压力弹簧 54和端盖 55 ,传力杆 53从端盖 55上的导向孔中伸出并滑动配合, 排气阀体 51上有排气孔, 排气阀芯 52与排气阀体 51上有阀芯座配合、 传动杆 的连接部与排气阀芯连接, 连接部和排气阀芯与排气阀体 51上的阀芯腔滑动配 合, 传力杆 53的杆部穿过端盖 55伸出, 压力弹簧 54设置在连接部与端盖 55 之间的传力杆 53的杆部上; 排气阀体 51上的阀芯腔上有排气孔, 传力杆 53的 杆部与端盖 55上的导向孔滑动配合; 汽水瓶 2内超过设定的压力时, 排气阀芯 52离开排气阀体 51的阀芯座, 则压力经阀芯座、 排气主体 51上的阀芯腔、 排 气孔排出。
所述进气装置 4包括瓶接头 41、 阀体 42、 气嘴棒 43、 螺套 44、 密封压板 45和密封圏 46。
所述阀体 42的顶盖板的中心有下开口的腔体 421、 腔体 421的顶部的中心 有外螺紋接口 422, 阀体 42有与排气装置 5连通的泄压通道; 排气装置 5与泄 压通道连通; 排气装置 5的排气阀体 51与阀体 42的内腔连通。
所述气嘴棒 43包括中空的头部 431和杆部 432, 头部 431的直径大于杆部 432的直径;
所述螺套 44包括中空的带外螺紋杆部 441和挡盘 442; 带外螺紋杆部 441 的腔体内有一沉孔 443;
如图 6所示, 所述密封压板 45包括圓盘形本体 451、 位于圓盘形本体中心 的导向孔 452、 圓盘形本体的下端面有下开口的沉孔 453、 沉孔 453的顶板上有 圓形凸起 454、将圓形凸起与沉孔壁连接的若干条筋 455和位于相邻二条筋之间 的圓盘形本体上的导气孔 456。
如图 7所示, 所述密封圏 46包括上开口的外表面呈倒锥台形的腔体 461和 位于腔体 461上开口上的法兰 462,腔体 461的底板上有导向孔 463和与导向孔 463相通的若干个槽 4631 ; 法兰 462的径向边缘有向法兰上下表面延伸的筒体 464; 腔体的底板上有导向孔和与导向孔相连通的若干槽;
所述阀体 42与瓶接头 41扣合并用螺栓固定连接在一起, 密封圏 46的法兰 462设置在阀体 421与瓶接头 41之间,法兰 42上的筒体 464的轴向上下端分别 与阀体 42和瓶接头 41上的圓环形凹槽嵌合;气嘴棒 43的杆部 432穿过螺套 44 的带外螺紋杆部 441的腔体、 头部 441位于沉孔 443内并液气密封, 气嘴棒 43 的杆部 432与螺套 44的带外螺紋杆部 441的腔体滑动配合; 螺套 44的带外螺 紋杆部 441与阀体 42上的下开口的腔体 421螺合并液气密封, 挡盘 442与阀体 42的顶板配合止位;所述密封圏 46的腔体 461的呈倒圓锥台形外表面与汽水瓶 2的瓶口配合,所述气嘴棒 43的杆部 432下部穿过密封压板 45的导向孔 452和 密封圏 46的腔体 461的底板上的导向孔 463并伸入汽水瓶内, 杆部 432的挡位 与密封压板 45配合。密封压板 45嵌入密封圏 46的外表面呈倒锥台形的腔体 461 内并与腔体 461的底板贴合。
在静止状态下, 密封圏 46的外表面呈倒锥台形的腔体 461与汽水瓶 2的瓶 口之间有间隙, 用于排泄出气控制器 3漏气时, 将进入汽水瓶 2内的气体排出, 防止汽水瓶 2压力过高, 消除了安全隐患; 使用时, 气嘴棒 43的杆部 432向下 移动, 杆部 432的挡位推动密封压板 45向下移动, 密封圏 46的腔体 461向下 移动并与汽水瓶 2的瓶口紧密配合并气液密封; 当汽水瓶 2内的压力过高, 排 气装置 5动作而泄压。
所述气嘴棒 43的杆部 432的挡位为一设置在杆部 432的挡盘; 或所述气嘴 棒 43的杆部 432外表面上的环形台。
还包括一涡轮 6和气嘴头 7, 如图 8所示, 所述涡轮 6包括圓锥柱形体 61 和位于圓锥柱形本体 61的柱形部 611的若干条螺旋凸起 62;在实施例中螺旋凸 起 62有三条, 也可以说是有三个叶片。
所述气嘴头 7 包括位于上部的内螺紋接口 71、 涡轮腔 72和倒圓锥台形腔 73 , 倒圓锥台形腔 73的底板上有气嘴喷孔 74, 所述涡轮 6设置在涡轮腔 72内, 涡轮 6的圓锥柱形体 61的圓锥形部 612与气嘴棒 43的杆部 432的下开口配合, 气嘴头 7的内螺紋接口 71与气嘴棒 43的杆部 432下端的外螺纹螺合。 螺旋凸 起 62与涡轮腔 72的壁贴合,相邻二个螺旋凸起 62之间的间隙为气体通道, C02 气体在气体通道内形成螺旋气流, C02气体经气嘴棒 43的杆部 432的下端、 气 体通道、 倒圓锥台形腔 73及气嘴喷孔 74向汽水瓶 2内喷出螺旋气体, 螺旋气 体流使汽水瓶 2内的液体转动, 起到搅拌作用, 使气体和液体更充分地混合。
所述排气装置 5为分高压排气装置 5A和低压排气装置 5B , 高、 低压排气 装置 5A、 5B的排气阀体 51与阀体 42—体成型制成, 排气阀体 51的轴线平行 且平行于同一个平面平行。 排气阀体 51的阀芯腔壁上有沿轴向导向槽, 所述传 力杆 53的连接部上有沿轴向的导轨 532, 导轨 532和导向槽滑动配合。 采用这 样的结构, 可以防止传力杆 53转动, 动作快。 高压排气装置 5A和低压排气装 置 5B的设置可以防止制造苏打的过程中喷出苏打水。
所述高、 低压排气装置 5A、 5B的传力杆 53的杆部的端部有在一条直径线 两端的挡块 531 ; 高压排气装置 5A的压力弹簧的弹力大于低压排气装置 5B的 压力弹簧的弹力; 也可以说: 高压排气装置 5A的压力弹簧的弹力和低压排气装 置 5B的压力弹簧的弹力有一个差。高压排气装置 5A的排气阀体 51上的阀芯座 与阀体 42相通的通气孔的直径小于低压排气装置 5B的排气阀体 51的阀芯座与 阀体 42相通的通气孔的直径, 高压排气装置 5A先排气、低压排气装置 5B后排 气; 从而防止汽水瓶 2排气时, 喷出苏打水。
如图 9、 图 10所示, 还包括一排气拉杆 8和复位弹簧 9, 所述排气拉杆 8 包括下开口的框体 81、 设置在框体 81的二个竖框边之间的横杆 82, 设置在框 体 81的竖边外侧的轴 83和设置在顶横框边上的操作部 84;横杆 82前部二个挂 位 821、 后部有弹簧座 822, 排气拉杆 8的轴 83与机座枢接。 所述出气控制器 3的手柄 34悬空端穿过框体 81并与框体 81的顶横框边配 合, 传力杆 53端部的挡块 531与挂位 821配合, 复位弹簧 9一端固定在弹簧座 822上、 另一端与 C02钢瓶 1配合。 所述挂位 821为设置在横杆 82上的板体, 板体有一上开口槽, 传力杆 53的杆部与上开口槽滑动配合, 挡块 531与板体的 表面贴合定位; 排气拉杆 8转动板体作用于挡块 531 , 拉动传力杆 53移动, 传 力杆 53复位时, 挡块 531作用于板体。
所述手柄 34包括基座 341和弧形操作部 342, 框体 81的顶横框边与基座 341和弧形操作部 342相交处配合。 操作框体 81上的操作部 84, 排气拉杆 8转 动, 框体 81的横框边作用于手柄 34的弧形操作部 342, 手柄 34转动, 关闭出 气控制器 3; 与此同时, 排气装置 5排气; 使用时, 基座 341与机座枢接。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优先实施方式。 应当指出的是, 对于本领域的普 通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的情况下, 还可以作出若干改进和变型, 这也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种汽水瓶自密封和 C02漏气保护装置的汽水机, 包括 C02钢瓶、 汽 水瓶、 设置在 C02钢瓶上的出气控制器、 设置在汽水瓶上的进气装置和排气 装置, 出气控制器与进气装置连通, 排气装置与汽水瓶内相连通; 所述排气装 置包括排气阀体、 排气阀芯、 传力杆、 压力弹簧和端盖, 排气阀芯与阀芯座配 合、 传动杆的连接部与排气阀芯连接, 连接部和排气阀芯与排气阀体上的阀芯 腔滑动配合, 传力杆的杆部穿过端盖伸出, 压力弹簧设置在连接部与端盖之间 的传力杆的杆部上; 排气阀体上有排气孔; 出气控制器包括出气主体、 出气阀 芯、压力弹簧和手柄; 其特征在于: 所述进气装置包括瓶接头、 阀体、 气嘴棒、 螺套、 密封压板和密封圏,
所述阀体的顶盖板的中心有下开口的腔体、 腔体的顶部的中心有外螺紋接 口, 阀体有与排气装置连通的泄压通道; 排气装置与泄压通道连通;
所述密封压板包括圓盘形本体、 位于圓盘形本体中心的导向孔、 圓盘形本 体的下端面有下开口的沉孔、 沉孔的顶板上有圓形凸起、 将圓形凸起与沉孔壁 连接的若干条筋和位于相邻二条筋之间的圓盘形本体上的导气孔。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的汽水瓶自密封和 C02漏气保护装置的汽水机, 其特征在于: 所述密封圏包括上开口的外表面呈倒锥台形的腔体和位于腔体上 开口上的法兰, 腔体的底板上有导向孔和与导向孔相连通的若干槽; 法兰的径 向边缘有向法兰上下表面延伸的筒体;
所述气嘴棒包括中空的头部和杆部, 头部的直径大于杆部的直径; 所述螺套包括中空的带外螺紋杆部和挡盘; 带外螺紋杆部的腔体内有一沉 孔;
所述阀体与瓶接头扣合并用螺栓固定连接在一起, 密封圏的法兰设置在阀 体与瓶接头之间, 法兰上的筒体的轴向上下端分别与阀体和瓶接头上的圓环形 凹槽嵌合; 气嘴棒的杆部穿过带外螺紋杆部的腔体、 头部位于沉孔内并液气密 封; 螺套的带外螺紋杆部与阀体上的下开口的腔体螺合, 挡盘与阀体的顶板配 合止位; 所述密封圏的腔体的呈倒圓锥台形外表面与汽水瓶的瓶口配合, 所述 气嘴棒的杆部下部穿过密封压板和密封圏伸入汽水瓶内, 杆部的挡位与密封压 板配合; 密封压板嵌入密封圏的外表面呈倒锥台形的腔体内并与腔体的底板贴 合。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的汽水瓶自密封和 C02漏气保护装置的汽水机, 其特征在于: 还包括一涡轮和气嘴头,
所述涡轮包括圓锥柱形体和位于圓锥柱形本体的柱形部的若干条螺旋凸 起;
所述气嘴头包括位于上部的内螺紋接口、 涡轮腔和倒圓锥台形腔, 倒圓锥 台形腔的底板上有气嘴喷孔,
所述涡轮设置在涡轮腔内, 涡轮的圓锥柱形体的圓锥形部与气嘴棒的杆部 的下开口配合, 气嘴头的内螺紋接口与气嘴棒的杆部下端的外螺纹螺合。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的汽水瓶自密封和 C02漏气保护装置的汽水机, 其特征在于: 所述气嘴棒的杆部的挡位为一设置在杆部的挡盘; 或所述气嘴棒 的杆部外表面上有环形台。
5. 根据权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的汽水瓶自密封和 C02漏气保护装置的汽 水机, 其特征在于: 所述排气装置分高压排气装置和低压排气装置, 高、 低压 排气装置的排气阀体与阀体一体成型制成, 排气阀体的轴线平行且平行于同一 个平面; 高压排气装置的压力弹簧的弹力大于低压排气装置的压力弹簧的弹 力; 高压排气装置的排气阀体上的阀芯座与阀体相通的通气孔的直径小于低压 排气装置的排气阀体的阀芯座与阀体相通的通气孔的直径, 高压排气装置先排 气、 低压排气装置后排气;
排气阀体的阀芯腔壁上有沿轴向导向槽, 所述传力杆的连接部上有沿轴向 的导轨, 导轨和导向槽滑动配合。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的汽水瓶自密封和 C02漏气保护装置的汽水机, 其特征在于: 所述高、 低压排气装置的传力杆的杆部的端部有在一条直径线两 端的挡块; 还包括一排气拉杆和复位弹簧, 所述排气拉杆包括下开口的框体、 设置在 框体的二个竖框边之间的横杆, 设置在框体的竖边外侧的轴和设置在顶横框边 的操作部; 横杆前部二个挂位、 后部有弹簧座,
所述出气控制器的手柄悬空端穿过框体并与框体的顶横框边配合, 传力杆 端的挡块与挂位配合, 复位弹簧一端固定在弹簧座上、 另一端与 C02钢瓶配 合。
7. 根据权利要求 5所述的汽水瓶自密封和 C02漏气保护装置的汽水机, 其特征在于: 所述手柄包括基座和弧形操作部, 框体的顶横框边与基座和弧形 操作部相交处配合。
