- ESP vehicle's body stability control system
- ESP Electronic Stability Program
- the vehicle's body stability control system acquired internally the main engine of the vehicle Cylinder pressure signal, combined with the target position information and the output signal of the brake light switch, and then determine whether the actual failure of the vehicle is a brake pedal failure or an internal ESP failure, so as to accurately determine the failure of the vehicle, so as to target the failure Exclude, to ensure the safety of the vehicle.
- the technical solution of the present invention can be integrated into a controller, and the controller can be set on the entire vehicle as an independent module or integrated on other control modules as a virtual function module that implements the above method.
- an independent module is used to implement the above-mentioned fault detection method, so that the stored data can be directly read from the controller when the vehicle is checked for abnormality, without relying on data from other units, which simplifies the operation.
- the vehicle controller and the body stability control system communicate with each other, and the state of the brake pedal is sent to the brake light switch, so that the body controller can judge whether or not according to the actual state of the brake pedal (user demand) Turn on the brake lights, To remind the surrounding vehicles that the current vehicle is decelerating.

- the brake pedal When the brake pedal is depressed, it means that the brake pedal is in a braking state; when the accelerator pedal is depressed, it means that the accelerator pedal is in a refueling state; and Under normal circumstances, the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal will not be depressed at the same time, that is, when the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal are depressed at the same time, it belongs to the driver's artificial abnormal operation, that is, the following steps can be performed.
- Step 1033 When the brake pedal is in the braking state and the accelerator pedal is in the refueling state, it is determined that the vehicle has an operation failure.
- the failure of the vehicle is an operation failure, which is caused by the driver's bad operating habits.
- the operation failure caused by the driver's bad operating habits may be prompted by the dashboard of the vehicle.
- the method may further include the following steps:
- step 105 when the vehicle has an operation failure, a prompt message is output to prompt the user to perform an operation to remove the operation failure.
- the controller sends the fault information to the ESP and the vehicle controller, and then the vehicle controller
- the signal is sent to the instrument panel of the vehicle.
- symbols or texts can be displayed on the instrument panel to remind the driver that the driver performs abnormal operations, such as "operation failure” or "please release the accelerator pedal” to remind the driver to cancel the current operation malfunction.
- Step 106 If the operation failure is not resolved within a preset time period, a preset strategy is used to perform an abnormal protection operation on the vehicle.
- Step 107 Send the alarm information indicating that the vehicle has an operational failure to the car networking server.
- the preset duration can be 1 minute.
- the operation failure will trigger the brake priority strategy, the vehicle controller and the ESP Will report errors.
- the controller will also send the fault information to the server corresponding to the Internet of Vehicles through the Internet of Vehicles, and save the fault information on the Internet of Vehicles server, so that when the fault is eliminated, the vehicle inspection personnel can know that the vehicle The failure is caused by the driver's abnormal operation.
- the above steps can prompt the driver of the vehicle when the abnormality of the vehicle is a man-made operation failure, thereby avoiding the failure rate due to man-made operation, ensuring the safety of the vehicle, and improving the smoothness of the vehicle operation.
- the fault information is uploaded to the Internet of Vehicles server to record the fault information, so that the vehicle inspector can accurately locate the fault based on the record and improve troubleshooting The efficiency of Low labor costs.
- step 104 when the output signal of the brake light switch meets the abnormal condition, position information is acquired to Determining whether the vehicle has an operational failure can include the following steps:
- Step 1041 Obtain the master cylinder pressure value at the target time as the master cylinder pressure information and acquire the brake pedal position value at the target time as the target position information.
- the target time is the turn-on time of the brake light switch.
- the controller will read from the ESP the value of the master cylinder pressure at the moment when the brake light switch is just turned on.
- the position value of the brake pedal and the output signal of the brake light switch (in the above steps, the voltage value of the body controller signal and the voltage value of the vehicle controller signal obtained by the voltage detector) are used to further determine the actual Fault conditions.
