技术领域
本申请属于包装机技术领域,具体涉及一种折舌组件、封盒装置、包装机及计算机可读介质。
背景技术
包装盒端部通常具有两个相对的主盖,为了使包装更稳定,主盖通常设置成包括用于覆盖盒口的部分和用于弯折成插舌的部分,对此包装盒进行封盒时,需将主盖弯折形成插舌,再将插舌插入包装盒。在包装盒封装时,尤其是在主盖弯折插舌的环节,还需要人工操作,机器稳定实现折舌和插舌难度较大,人工操作生产效率低,生产质量不能得到保证,生产成本高。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种折舌组件,用于弯折包装盒的主盖以形成插舌,包括具有第一斜面的第一基板,可将主盖向所述第一斜面方向弯折至第一预设位置的第二基板,以及可将主盖压至所述第一斜面上的压合件。
作为优选,所述第一基板还包括第一夹合面,所述第二基板包括与所述第一夹合面对应设置的第二夹合面,以及至少一个向靠近所述第一基板方向凸起的第一凸起部,以将所述主盖弯折至第一预设位置。
作为优选,所述压合件包括与所述第一凸起部对应设置的容纳部,以与所 述第一凸起部相互卡合。
作为优选,所述第一凸起部包括靠近所述第一基板的第一端面,所述容纳部包括与所述第一端面对应设置的第一配合面。
作为优选,所述第一斜面设于所述第一基板远离所述第二基板的一侧,所述压合件包括与所述第一斜面相应设置的第二斜面。
作为优选,所述第一基板还包括凸向所述第二基板方向的弧形的第一导向面,所述第二基板还包括凸向所述第一基板方向的弧形的第二导向面。
本申请还提供一种封盒装置,包括前文所述的折舌组件,以及用于将插舌插入包装盒内的插舌组件。
作为优选,所述插舌组件包括扣合件,以及凸设于所述扣合件上以限制所述插舌位移的第二凸起部,以及用于驱动所述扣合件旋转的第三驱动件。
作为优选,还包括设于所述折舌组件的第一基板远离所述压合件一侧的限位组件,所述限位组件包括限位件,以及与所述限位件连接的第四驱动件,以驱动所述限位件向远离或靠近所述插舌组件的方向移动。
作为优选,还包括与所述折舌组件连接以驱动所述折舌组件向远离和靠近所述包装盒方向移动的第五驱动件。
本申请还提供一种包装机,包括前文所述的封盒装置。
本申请还提供一种计算机可读介质,可与前文所述的折舌组件连接,包括预设程序,该预设程序被执行时能够实现以下步骤:第一基板和第二基板夹合以将主盖向靠近第一斜面的方向弯折至第一预设位置,压合件将主盖压至第一斜面上以形成插舌。
与现有技术相比,本申请的有益效果为:通过第一基板和第二基板的设置,将主盖初步弯折至第一预设位置,然后通过压合件将主盖压在第一斜面上,从而形成插舌,通过上述两步成型,插舌弯折程度可控,且弯折程度可通过调节第一斜面有效调节,对不同种类、不同材质的盒子都可以通过调节第一斜面的弯折角度来有效的调节,同时,有效的避免了一步弯折时对于主盖的破坏,同时可以防止一步成型时弯折位置不对导致插舌过大或过小的情况发生。

所述的实施方式仅仅是对本申请的优选实施方式进行描述,并非对本申请的范围进行限定,在不脱离本申请设计精神的前提下,本领域普通技术人员对本申请的技术方案做出的各种变形和改进,均应落入本申请权利要求书确定的保护范围内。
图1所示为一种包装盒101,包装盒101端部具有两个相对的侧盖1011,以及位于侧盖1011之间的两个主盖1012,包装盒的侧盖1011与两个相对的侧面板1013连接,包装盒的主盖1012与两个相对的主面板1014连接,包装盒撑开后的盒口1015大致呈矩形。主盖1012设置成包括用于覆盖盒口1015的部分和用于弯折成插舌的部分,对此包装盒101进行封盒时,需将主盖1012弯折形成插舌,再将插舌插入包装盒。
参考图2至图4,本申请第一种实施方式提出一种折舌组件1,用于弯折包装盒的主盖1012以形成插舌1016,包括具有第一斜面111的第一基板11,可将主盖1012向所述第一斜面111方向弯折至第一预设位置的第二基板12,以及可将主盖1012压至所述第一斜面111上的压合件13。其中第一基板11和第二基板12相对设置,压合件13设于第一基板11和第二基板12一侧,压合件13可将处于第一预设位置的主盖1012压至第一斜面111上。需要说明的是,本实施方式中,折舌组件1位于包装盒101的上方,用于弯折包装盒101上方的主盖1012形成插舌1016。在弯折包装盒101下方的插舌1016时,需要将包装盒下方的主盖1012旋转180度或将折舌组件1旋转180度,以使主盖1012与折舌组件1相对。
本实施方式提供的折舌组件1,通过第一基板11和第二基板12的设置,将位于第一基板11和第二基板12之间的主盖1012初步弯折至第一预设位置,即预弯折主盖1012,然后通过压合件13将处于第一预设位置的主盖1012压在第一斜面111上,使得预弯折的主盖1012继续弯折,从而形成插舌1016。通过上述两步成型,插舌1016弯折程度可控,且弯折程度可通过调节第一斜面111的倾斜程度有效调节,对不同种类、不同材质的包装盒101都可以通过调 节第一斜面111的倾斜角度来有效的调节,同时,通过两步成型,有效的避免了一步弯折时对于主盖1012的破坏,同时可以防止一步成型时弯折位置不精确导致插舌1016过大或过小的情况发生。
为了将主盖1012定位在第一基板11和第二基板12之间进行预弯折,具体地,如图2和图3所示,所述第一基板11还包括第一夹合面112,所述第二基板12包括与所述第一夹合面112对应设置的第二夹合面121,以及至少一个向所述第一基板11凸起的第一凸起部122,以将所述主盖1012弯折至第一预设位置。第一夹合面112和第二夹合面121夹合时,第一凸起部122位于第一夹合面112的上方,即第一凸起部122位于第一基板11的上方,这样设置不妨碍第一夹合面112和第二夹合面121的夹合。第一基板11和第二基板12夹合时,主盖1012的一部分被夹合在第一夹合面112和第二夹合面121之间,主盖1012另一部分位于第一基板11上方并与第一凸起部122接触,第一凸起部122将位于第一基板11上方的主盖1012向第一基板11弯折直至第一预设位置,此时主盖1012并未与第一斜面111贴合,而是在第一凸起部122的推动下朝向第一斜面111靠近。第一凸起部122位于第一基板11的上方,因此该第一预设位置在第一基板11的上方,实际应用时可根据主盖1012的材质或包装盒101的大小等参数设置,通过改变第一凸起部122相对于第一斜面111的位置,以及第一凸起部122的凸起高度,来调节第一预设位置,上述方式可有效的防止直接弯折成型时造成主盖1012损坏的情况发生。
为了便于压合件13压合预弯折的主盖1012,如图2所示,所述压合件13包括与所述第一凸起部122对应设置的容纳部131,以与所述第一凸起部122的相互卡合。第一凸起部122数量为多个时,容纳部131可以设置成容纳多个 第一凸起部122的一个容纳部131,也可以设置成与每一个第一凸起部122一一对应的多个容纳部131。容纳部131与第一凸起部122相互配合,在第一基板11和第二基板12夹合时,压合件13可无阻碍的将预弯折的主盖1012继续压合至第一斜面111上。具体地,所述第一凸起部122包括靠近所述第一基板11的第一端面1221,所述容纳部131包括与所述第一端面1221对应设置的第一配合面1311。第一基板11和第二基板12夹合时,第一端面1221与第一配合面1311贴紧,从而可以保证第一基板11和第二基板12夹合时不会错位,也不会影响压合件13的工作。
为了使压合件13弯折的插舌1016更加平整,作为一种优选实施方式,如图2所示,所述第一斜面111设于所述第一基板11远离所述第二基板12的一侧,所述压合件13包括与所述第一斜面111对应设置的第二斜面133。第二斜面133位于压合件13上靠近第一基板11的一侧。第一基板11和第二基板12夹合后,主盖1012被预弯折至第一预设位置,压合件13向下压合预弯折的主盖1012时,压合件13的第二斜面133与第一基板11的第一斜面111配合,将预弯折的主盖1012再次弯折,使其被压合在第一斜面111和第二斜面133之间,形成插舌1016。实际应用中,根据主盖1012所需的弯折程度设置第一斜面111与第二斜面133的倾斜角度。
作为一种优选实施方式,如图5所示,所述第二基板12上间隔设置多个所述第一凸起部122,相邻的第一凸起部122之间形成第一凹槽123,容纳部131与多个第一凸起部122对应设置,因此压合件13上形成与第一凹槽123匹配的多个第二凸起部132,第二凸起部132与第一凹槽123相互卡合。压合主盖1012时,第一凹槽123与第二凸起部132相互配合,使得压合件13和第二基 板12之间在限定范围内不会相互干涉,并精确地限制压合件13的移动范围。
作为一种优选实施方式,如图6所示,所述压合件13还包括槽孔135,所述槽孔135设于所述容纳部131远离所述第一斜面111的一侧。槽孔135与容纳部131连通,因此槽孔135可以看作是容纳部131向上的延伸,从而所述可以根据情况设置第一凸起部122的厚度,无需考虑加工工艺等情况,正常厚度的第一凸起部122可在第一基板11和第二基板12夹合且压合件13将主盖1012压在第一斜面111上时,第一凸起部122上部可在所述槽孔135内,从而不影响所述压合件12的移动和压合。
作为一种优选实施方式,如图6所示,所述压合件13还包括设于所述第二凸起部132与所述第二斜面133之间的连接面134,所述连接面134与所述第二斜面133平行。在使用时,第二凸起部132与第一凹槽123卡合,此时连接面134可以有效的进行导向,防止因安装或其他的偏差导致第一斜面111和第二斜面133错位的情况发生。
作为一种优选实施方式,如图2所示,所述第二基板12上还设有第三凸起部124,所述第三凸起部124设于所述第二基板11的下部。第三凸起部124突出于第二夹合面121,在第一基板11和第二基板12夹合时,第三凸起部124位于第一基板11远离压合件13的一侧,第三凸起部124表面为多个弧面形成的平滑曲面,第一基板11和第二基板12夹合时第三凸起部124进一步起到引导和限位的作用,保证第一基板11和第二基板12的成功夹合。压合件13下压时,第一基板11和第二基板12不会发生相对移动。
作为一种优选实施方式,如图2-4所示,所述第一基板11还包括凸向所述第二基板12方向的弧形的第一导向面113,所述第二基板12还包括凸向所述 第一基板11方向的弧形的第二导向面125,所述第一导向面113和所述第二导向面125相对设置。第一导向面114位于第一基板11端部,第二导向面125与第一导向面113相对设置,也位于第二基板12的端部,主盖1012从第一基板11和第二基板12的相对应的端部进入第一基板11和第二基板12之间,第一导向面113和第二导向面125形成一个开口较大、间距渐缩的喇叭口,从而可以引导包装盒的主盖1012进入第一基板11和第二基板12之间,防止因包装盒101移动过程中主盖移动有所偏差导致主盖无法进入第一基板11和第二基板12之间的情况发生。
如图2-4所示,本实施方式提供的折舌组件1还包括:与第一基板11和第二基板12连接以驱动第一基板11和第二基板12夹合的第一驱动件14,以及与所述压合件13连接以驱动所述压合件13压合的第二驱动件15。包装盒的主盖1012经第一导向面113和第二导向面125的引导进入第一基板11和第二基板12之间,第一驱动件14驱动第一基板11和第二基板12夹合,使得主盖1012被夹持在第一夹合面112和第二夹合面121之间,同时第二基板11上的第一凸起部122将与其接触的主盖1012向第一基板11弯折至第一预设位置,第二驱动件15驱动压合件13向下压合主盖1012,使得主盖1012再次弯折至第一斜面111和第二斜面133之间,形成插舌1016。
本申请第一种实施方式提供的折舌组件1结构简单,安装方便,用于产品包装时,可与盒胚展开、包装盒抓取、抓料等作业流程所使用的装置组合使用,也可以与主盖或侧盖的其他封装流程所使用的组件组合使用。
参考图7-13,本申请第二种实施方式还提出一种封盒装置2,用于弯折包装盒的主盖1012以形成插舌1016,包括前文所述的折舌组件1。
作为一种优选实施方式,如图7-9、图11和图12所示,所述封盒装置2包括前文所述的折舌组件1,还包括用于将插舌1016插入包装盒内的插舌组件21。
具体地,所述插舌组件21包括扣合件211,凸设于所述扣合件211上以限制所述插舌1016位移的第四凸起部2111,以及与所述扣合件211连接的第三驱动件212,所述第三驱动件212可驱动所述扣合件211旋转至预设位置。本实施方式中处于预设位置的扣合件211与包装盒101顶面(盒口1015所在平面)平行。扣合件211为多个长杆组成,本实施方式中为三个长杆相互垂直连接组成,当扣合件211处于预设位置时,扣合件211的各个长杆刚好与主盖1012表面贴合,即扣合件211需与主盖相匹配,同时可以保证插舌组件21的重量较轻,降低对于安装的强度要求。第四凸起部2111设于扣合件211的一端,且向靠近包装盒101的方向凸出,第四凸起部2111的长度根据折舌组件1折出的插舌1016的长度设置。折舌组件1弯折出插舌1016后,第一基板11、第二基板12和压合件13均要归位,插舌1016在脱离压合件13、第一基板11和第二基板12的限制时,会趋向于恢复原来平整的状态,此时插舌1016向着弯折方向的反方向恢复使得弯折角度变小,此处第四凸起部2111用于限制插舌1016的恢复,即限制插舌1016解除弯折。第四凸起部2111数量可设置为多个,各个第四凸起部2111相互间隔设置,也可设置为与插舌1016中间位置相对的一个第四凸起部2111,根据插舌1016需要选择。通过上述方式将插舌1016插入包装盒101内,可以确保扣合件211在将插舌1016插入包装盒内时,不会出现插舌1016在包装盒101外的情况发生,第三驱动件212优选为旋转气缸,成本低且易于控制。
更具体地,如图8所示,所述封盒装置2还包括设于所述折舌组件的第一基板11远离所述压合件211一侧的限位组件22,所述限位组件22包括限位件221,以及与所述限位件221连接的第四驱动件222,以驱动所述限位件221向远离或靠近所述插舌组件21的方向移动。在进行插舌1016作业时,因包装盒装入物料后有时会有少量形变,此时插舌1016可能无法有效对准,第四驱动件222将限位件221移动至与包装盒的主面板1012贴合,对其施加一定压力或位移,有效的保证了插入插舌时包装盒整体的平整性,从而可以保证插舌1016的有效性。
需要进一步说明的是,如图7-9所示,所述封盒装置2还包括与所述折舌组件1连接以驱动所述折舌组件1向远离和靠近所述包装盒方向移动的第五驱动件23。折舌组件1完成折舌操作后,第五驱动件23可驱动折舌组件1上升或下降,从而可以防止折舌组件1妨碍插舌组件的运行,同时,通过第五驱动件23的设置,可以适应不同高度的包装盒的折舌操作。
需要进一步说明的是,如图11和图12所示,所述封盒装置2还包括第六驱动件24,可以带动所述折舌组件1、所述插舌组件21、所述限位组件22和所述第五驱动件23同步移动,从而适应不同高度的包装盒的需要或者安装的需要。
需要进一步说明的是,如图7所示,所述封盒装置2还包括与所述插舌组件21连接的第七驱动件25,所述第七驱动件25可驱动所述插舌组件21上升或下降,从而与所述第五驱动件23配合,使得所述折舌组件1和所述插舌组件21均可根据包装盒的高度调节,适应不同规格的包装盒。
作为一种优选实施方式,如图9和图10所示,所述封盒装置2包括前文所 述的折舌组件1和插舌1016组21件,还包括折盖组件26,本实施方式的封盒装置2可封装如图1所示的包装盒,但不限于此种包装盒,其可完成:侧盖的弯折和插入、主盖弯折插舌1016和插舌1016的插入。具体地,所述折盖组件26包括安装架261,铰接在所述安装架261的两侧向靠近包装盒101转动的转动杆262,以及与所述转动杆262连接的第八驱动件263,所述第八驱动件263可驱动两个所述转动杆262相互靠近或远离。所述转动杆262位于所述安装架261两侧与所述安装架261可转动地连接。为了限制转动杆之间的间距,所述折盖组件26还包括设于所述转动杆262上的凸起件264,以限制两个所述转动杆262之间的最小间距,防止间距过小时,转动杆262与侧盖1011的接触位置过于靠近侧盖1011的边缘,因而无法有效的对两个侧盖1011施加压力。具体地,凸起件264向两个所述转动杆262之间凸起,从而可以限制两个所述转动杆262间距。
本申请第二种实施方式提供的封盒装置作为包装机的一部分应用于物料包装时,通常需要安装到包装机上,因此,如图7-9、图11和图12所示,封盒装置2还包括机架27,所述第五驱动件23、第六驱动件24、第七驱动件25均安装在机架27上。
本申请第三种实施方式还提出一种包装机,包括上述封盒装置,通过第一基板和第二基板的设置,将主盖初步弯折至第一预设位置,然后通过压合件将主盖压在第一斜面上,从而形成插舌1016,通过插舌组件将弯折形成的插舌1016插入包装盒内,完成带有插舌1016主盖的包装盒的封装。
参考图,本申请第四种实施方式还提出一种计算机可读介质,可与如上任一项中所述的折舌组件1连接,包括预设程序,该预设程序被执行时能够实现 以下步骤:第一基板11和第二基板12夹合以将主盖1012向靠近第一斜面111的方向弯折至第一预设位置,压合件13将主盖1012压至第一斜面111上以形成插舌1016。
本申请所述的计算机可读介质,控制第一基板11和第二基板12夹合以对主盖1012进行初步弯折,随后通过压合件13将主盖1012压在第一斜面111上以两步成型插舌1016,插舌1016弯折程度更加可控,通过两步成型,有效的避免了一步弯折时对于主盖1012的破坏,同时可以防止一步成型时弯折位置不对导致插舌1016过大或过小的情况发生。
本申请所述的计算机可读介质,可与如上任一项中所述的封盒装置2连接,包括预设程序,其预设程序被执行时进一步包括如下步骤:
S1、第五驱动件23驱动折舌组件1移动至预设位置;
S2、第一驱动件14驱动第一基板11和第二基板12夹合,使主盖1012弯折至第一预设位置;
S3、第二驱动件15驱动压合件13将主盖1012压至第一斜面111上;
S4、第二驱动件15驱动压合件13归位,第一驱动件14驱动第一基板11和第二基板12归位;
S5、第五驱动件23驱动折舌组件1归位;
S6、第六驱动件24驱动插舌组件21至预设位置;
S7、第三驱动件212驱动扣合件211将插舌1016插入包装盒101内;
S8、第三驱动件212驱动扣合件211归位,第六驱动件24驱动插舌组件21归位。
需要说明的是,步骤S1、S5、S6和S8可根据需要设置或不设置,本实施 例中并不需要,仅通过第五驱动件23将折舌组件1移动至对应于包装盒101的位置就不再移动,无需步骤S1、S5、S6和S8,若因包装盒101过高,从而导致需要折舌组件1和插舌组件21分别完成后各自操作后让开工作位置,可设置上述步骤。
本申请第六种实施方式提供一种弯折和插入包装盒的插舌1016的方法,包括如下步骤:
第五驱动件23驱动折舌组件1移动至预设位置;
第一驱动件14驱动第一基板11和第二基板12夹合,使主盖1012弯折至第一预设位置;
第二驱动件15驱动压合件13将主盖1012压至第一斜面111上;
第二驱动件15驱动压合件13归位,第一驱动件14驱动第一基板11和第二基板12归位;
第五驱动件23驱动折舌组件1归位;
第六驱动件24驱动插舌组件21至预设位置;
第三驱动件212驱动扣合件211将插舌1016插入包装盒101内;
第三驱动件212驱动扣合件211归位,第六驱动件24驱动插舌组件21归位。
作为优选,所述弯折和插入包装盒的插舌1016的方法包括如下步骤:
第五驱动件23驱动折舌组件1移动至预设位置;
第一驱动件14驱动第一基板11和第二基板12夹合,使主盖1012弯折至第一预设位置;
第二驱动件15驱动压合件13将主盖1012压至第一斜面111上;
第二驱动件15驱动压合件13归位,第一驱动件14驱动第一基板11和第二基板12归位;
第五驱动件23驱动折舌组件1归位;
第六驱动件24驱动插舌组件21和限位组件22至预设位置;
第四驱动件222驱动限位件221与包装盒主面板1014贴合,对主面板1014施加一定的推力;
第三驱动件212驱动扣合件211将插舌1016插入包装盒101内;
第三驱动件212驱动扣合件211归位,第六驱动件24驱动插舌组件21归位。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种折舌组件,用于弯折包装盒的主盖以形成插舌,其特征在于,包括具有第一斜面的第一基板,可将主盖向所述第一斜面方向弯折至第一预设位置的第二基板,以及可将主盖压至所述第一斜面上的压合件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的折舌组件,其特征在于,所述第一基板还包括第一夹合面,所述第二基板包括与所述第一夹合面对应设置的第二夹合面,以及至少一个向靠近所述第一基板方向凸起的第一凸起部,以将所述主盖弯折至第一预设位置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的折舌组件,其特征在于,所述压合件包括与所述第一凸起部对应设置的容纳部,以与所述第一凸起部相互卡合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的折舌组件,其特征在于,所述第一凸起部包括靠近所述第一基板的第一端面,所述容纳部包括与所述第一端面对应设置的第一配合面。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的折舌组件,其特征在于,所述第一斜面设于所述第一基板远离所述第二基板的一侧,所述压合件包括与所述第一斜面相应设置的第二斜面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的折舌组件,其特征在于,所述第一基板还包括凸向所述第二基板方向的弧形的第一导向面,所述第二基板还包括凸向所述第一基板方向的弧形的第二导向面。
  7. 一种封盒装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-6任一项中所述的折舌组件,以及用于将插舌插入包装盒内的插舌组件。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的封盒装置,其特征在于,所述插舌组件包括扣合件,以及凸设于所述扣合件上以限制所述插舌位移的第二凸起部,以及用于驱动所述扣合件旋转的第三驱动件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的封盒装置,其特征在于,还包括设于所述折舌组件的第一基板远离所述压合件一侧的限位组件,所述限位组件包括限位件,以及与所述限位件连接的第四驱动件,以驱动所述限位件向远离或靠近所述插舌 组件的方向移动。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的封盒装置,其特征在于,还包括与所述折舌组件连接以驱动所述折舌组件向远离和靠近所述包装盒方向移动的第五驱动件。
  11. 一种包装机,其特征在于,包括如权利要求7-9任一项中所述的封盒装置。
  12. 一种计算机可读介质,可与权利要求1-7任一项中所述的折舌组件连接,其特征在于,包括预设程序,该预设程序被执行时能够实现以下步骤:第一基板和第二基板夹合以将主盖向靠近第一斜面的方向弯折至第一预设位置,压合件将主盖压至第一斜面上以形成插舌。
