技术领域
本申请属于包装机技术领域,具体涉及一种包装机。
背景技术
目前,包装机是一种将无包装的产品或者小包装的产品半自动或者自动装入运输包装的一种设备,其工作原理是将产品按一定排列方式和定量装入盒中,并把盒的开口部分闭合或封牢。目前的包装机占地面积较大且结构复杂,设备安置需要较大的空间,因此,一种体积小、结构简单的包装机是目前本领域技术人员迫切需要的。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本申请提供一种包装机,包括:
可转动的旋转件;
至少一个抓盒装置,可抓取包装盒,与所述旋转件连接以跟随所述旋转件转动;
承托件,设于所述抓盒装置沿所述旋转件轴向的一侧,以承托所述抓盒装置抓取的包装盒。
作为优选,所述抓盒装置为多个,沿所述旋转件周向均匀间隔设置。
作为优选,所述抓盒装置包括:
相对设置的两个夹合件;
以及设于其中一个所述夹合件上并向靠近另一个所述夹合件方向凸起的第一限位件,以限制位于两个所述夹合件之间的包装盒沿所述夹合件方向的位移,所述限位件可沿所述夹合件移动。
作为优选,所述承托件为环形,与所述旋转件同轴。
作为优选,还包括设于所述抓盒装置远离所述承托件一侧的导料单元,所述导料单元包括导料框架,相对设于所述导料框架上的两个导料件,以及分别与两个所述导料件对应连接的第五驱动件。
作为优选,还包括设于所述旋转件一侧的一个或多个封盒装置。

本申请提供的包装机,通过旋转件、与旋转件联动的抓盒单元,以及设于抓盒单元沿旋转件轴向一侧的承托件,使得包装盒在周向上旋转以完成装料和封盒等操作,同时,通过承托件承托包装盒,防止在装料或者封盒过程中包装盒的掉落,体积小且结构简单;通过多个均匀间隔设置的抓盒单元,可以同时完成多个包装盒的相同或不同的作业;承托件为环形且与旋转件同轴,进一步确保包装机整体尺寸的限制。

为了封装上述包装盒101,参考图2-4,本申请提出一种包装机1,包括可转动的旋转件11;
至少一个抓盒装置2,可抓取包装盒101,与所述旋转件11连接以跟随所述旋转件11转动;
承托件12,设于所述抓盒装置2沿所述旋转件11轴向的一侧,以承托所述抓盒装置2抓取的包装盒101。所述抓盒装置21抓取包装盒101后,跟随所 述旋转件11转动,包装盒101位于所述承托件12上方,可在承托件12周边设置多个封盒、装料等元件,从而实现包装机的装料和封装,且可以防止包装盒101掉落的情况发生。
本申请所述的包装机1,通过旋转件11,与旋转件11联动的抓盒装置2,以及设于抓盒装置2沿旋转件11轴向一侧的承托件12,使得包装盒101在周向上旋转以完成装料和封盒等操作,同时,通过承托件12承托包装盒101,防止在装料或者封盒过程中包装盒101的掉落,承托件12的体积小且结构简单。需要说明的是,对包装盒101的描述不应视为对本申请保护范围的限制。
作为一种优选实施方式,进一步的,如图3所示,所述承托件12为环形或环形的一部分,与所述旋转件11同轴。所述承托件12的内径和外径优选为与所述抓盒装置2相应设置,即所述承托件12的内径应使所述承托件12能够承托所述抓盒装置2抓取包装盒101时包装盒101最内侧的位置,所述承托件12的外径应能够承托所述抓盒装置2抓取包装盒101时包装盒101最外侧的位置,从而可以在不增加体积的情况下,满足一定范围内包装盒101规格的需要。

作为本实施方式的进一步优化,如图5所示,所述抓盒装置2包括相对设置的两个夹合件21,以及与两个所述夹合件21连接的第一驱动件22,以驱动两个所述夹合件21相向或相背移动,从而完成抓取和放开。两个夹合件21组成夹合组件210,第一驱动件22与旋转件11连接,从而将抓盒装置2安装在旋转件11上。如图6所示,位于包装盒进入位置的抓盒装置2用于抓取包装盒时,常常与吸盘配合,吸盘吸取包装盒101并移至两个所述夹合件1之间。
如图5、图6和图7所示,所述抓盒装置2还包括与夹合件21连接的安装件23,所述第一驱动件22与所述安装件23连接。所述安装件23上设有第一通孔231,所述第一通孔231中还穿设有第一凸起件232,以限制两个所述安装件23之间的距离。第一凸起件232为穿设于第一通孔231中的螺杆,第一通孔231可设于其中一个安装件23上,并与另一个安装件23相对。第一通孔231内可设置内螺纹,所述第一凸起件232可通过该内螺纹与所述第一通孔231连接,也可在安装件23上与第一通孔231相对应位置的固定与第一凸起件232匹配的螺母,将第一凸起件232固定在第一通孔231中。在使用时,可以通过调节两个第一凸起件232凸出或凹陷于安装件23的长度,即调节两个安装件23之间的最小距离,从而调节两个夹合件21之间的最小距离。两个夹合件21之间的最小距离可调整至略大于包装盒101的尺寸,给包装盒101留一定的移动空间,既可以防止包装盒101掉落,也可以防止损坏包装盒101。当然,两 个安装件23上可分别设置相对应的两个第一通孔231,两个第一通孔231中均穿设有第一凸起件232,通过两个第一凸起件232的配合来设置两个夹合件21之间的最小距离。同时,解决了设置一个第一凸起件232时,第一凸起件232与安装件23接触位置的撞击频率高、易损坏的问题,设置两个第一凸起件232时,第一凸起件232不会直接与安装件23撞击,第一凸起件232作为直接撞击的部件可定期更换,设备的更换和保养更加简便。此处需要说明的是,两个第一凸起件232可选用外径不同的螺杆,这样位于两个安装件23上的两个第一凸起件232对齐更加方便。
作为优选,如图5-7所示,所述抓盒装置2还包括设于其中一个所述夹合件21上并向靠近另一个所述夹合件21方向凸起的第一限位件24,以限制位于两个所述夹合件之间的包装盒101的位移,所述第一限位件24可沿所述夹合件21移动。所述夹合件21上设有滑槽211,所述第一限位件24包括与所述滑槽211相应的第一凸起部241。第一凸起部241插设于滑槽211内,通过穿设在第一限位件24和滑槽211内的定位螺栓242将所述第一限位件24定位于设定的位置上,避免在使用时因包装盒101撞击力过大使得所述第一限位件24移动,防止因第一限位件24移动使得包装盒101位置发生偏移的情况发生。更换不同尺寸的包装盒101时,旋松定位螺栓242,解除第一限位件24的位置锁定,即可根据所需的预设位置沿滑槽211移动第一限位件24,实现不同尺寸包装盒101的定位。
为了适应不同尺寸的包装盒,需要根据包装盒尺寸调整夹合件之间的间距,作为一种优选实施方式,如图5和图7所示,所述安装件23包括可与所述夹合件21相对移动并固定连接的连接部234。具体地,夹合件的端部与连接部234相对移动并固定连接,因此,两个夹合件212的相对位置可调整,包装盒尺寸变化时,调整夹合件21与连接部234的连接位置,两个夹合件21的间距即可与包装盒尺寸适应,用于夹持尺寸相差较大的包装盒时无需更换夹合件21,就能实现相应包装盒的夹持。
所述连接部234上间隔设置多个第一孔2341,所述夹合件21通过第一定位件212穿过所述第一孔2341和所述夹合件21定位在所述连接部234上预定位置。作为优选,所述第一孔2341在连接部234上呈多排平行间隔设置,所述第一定位件212个数与所述第一孔2341的排数相对应。第一定位件212与预定一列所述第一孔2341的固定连接,夹合件21因而被稳定的定位在连接部234上,可避免夹持放置包装盒的包装盒时因夹持力过大造成的夹合件旋转。
对于不同尺寸的包装盒,夹合件的夹持位置也不相同,为了调节夹合件的夹持位置,作为一种优选实施方式,如图5和图7所示,所述安装件23还包括 与所述连接部234可相对移动并固定连接的安装件本体233。
具体地,如图7所示,所述安装件本体233上设有第一导向槽2331,所述连接部234通过第二定位件2342穿过所述第一导向槽2331和所述连接部234定位在所述安装件本体233上预定位置。连接部234可相对安装件本体233移动,并通过第二定位件2342固定在预定位置,而且连接部234与安装件本体233的相对位置可连续地调节,从而连续地调节夹合件21与安装件本体233的相对位置,以适应尺寸变化较小的包装盒夹持高度的连续调节。
为了更稳定的夹持包装盒101,抓盒装置2可设置两组夹合组件210,两组夹合组件210上下排列,分别设置在安装件23的两端,夹合时可夹持包装盒101不同高度的位置。两组夹合组件210的第一限位件24安装在不同侧的夹合件21上,在夹合件21分开时,上下两个第一限位件24向两侧展开,因而第一限位件24能从两侧对包装盒101实施拦截。
进一步的,参考图3和图4,包装机1还包括抓料单元3,包括交叉设置的第二驱动件31和第三驱动件32,与所述第三驱动件32连接的安装臂33,设于所述安装臂33上的第四驱动件34,与所述第四驱动件34连接的相对设置的第一夹爪35和第二夹爪36,所述抓料单元3的第一夹爪35和第二夹爪36。夹爪的形状可根据需要调节,如图3所示,选取与瓶口形状相应的夹爪,从而可以抓取瓶状物料;如图4所示,夹爪采用板状,用于夹取柔软的物料,例如手套等。此外夹爪还可选用如吸盘等结构,根据需要选择。第二驱动件31和第三驱动件32可为电缸、气缸或其他驱动方式,从而可以控制安装臂33按照一定运动轨迹移动至预设的位置,此处第二驱动件31和第三驱动件32优选为相互垂直设置,从而可以适用直角坐标系对第一夹爪35和第二夹爪36水平位置和竖直位置进行调节和控制,计算和调节更加方便。第四驱动件34选取旋转驱动件,从而可以对第一夹爪35和第二夹爪36的抓料角度进行调节。
进一步的,如图8所示,所述包装机1还包括设于所述抓盒装置2远离所述承托件12一侧的导料单元4。所述导料单元4包括导料框架41,相对设于所述导料框架41上的两个导料件42,以及分别与两个所述导料件42对应连接的第五驱动件43。在放入物料时,两个第五驱动件43驱动两个导料件42相互靠近,然后插入包装盒101内,然后再相互远离,从而撑开包装盒101,并将盒盖定位在盒口1015外侧,防止盒盖干涉物料导入,进而实现物料的导入,在抓料单元3放置完物料后,两个第五驱动件43驱动两个导料件42相互靠近,然后从包装盒101中抽离,或者两个导料件42先从包装盒101中抽离,然后两个第五驱动件43驱动两个导料件42。导料件42优选为使用均有一定弹性形变的金属材质制成,可以保证使用寿命,上述设置更适用于可进行一定形变的柔 性物料。第五驱动件43优选为使用气缸,控制比较简单,导料件42组成为漏斗状,从而方便物料的导入,但此处需要说明的是,导料件42和第五驱动件43的数量并不限于两个,也可使用三个或四个等,可根据物料的形状设置导料件42的形状,从而设置不同数量的导料件42以及第五驱动件43。
进一步的,如图3和图4所示,包装机1还包括设于所述旋转件11一侧的一个或多个封盒装置5,通过一个或多个封盒装置5的设置,可以实现包装盒101的封装,且多个所述封盒装置5可为相同的结构也可为不同结构,以适应不同包装盒101的需要,可根据需要或者设置程序,使多个所述封盒装置5完成一个包装盒101的封装,也可一个所述封盒装置5完成一个包装盒101的封装,根据包装盒101的类型或者需要设置,如为多个所述封盒装置5,则多个所述封盒装置5可与所述抓盒装置2对应设置,以所述抓盒装置2移动和停留轨迹设置封盒装置5的位置。
可选的,参考图2、图9和图10,所述封盒装置5包括折盖组件51,所述折盖组件51包括相对设置的两个第一转动杆511,与两个所述第一转动杆511连接的第六驱动件5111,以及与所述第六驱动件5111连接以驱动所述第一转动杆511向靠近所述承托件12方向发生多段位移的第七驱动件5112。本实施方式中,第一转动杆511设置于包装盒101上方,通过第一转动杆511以及第六驱动件5111驱动第一转动杆511向包装盒101分段移动,使得该封盒装置5可以分多段将侧盖1011弯折和插入,以适应不同尺寸的包装盒101弯折和插入侧盖1011的需要。需要说明的是,图中所示包装盒101的两个侧盖1011具有半圆形卡弧,本实施方式所提供的封盒装置5并不限于封装上述类型的包装盒101,凡是具有类似的侧盖1011设计的包装盒101均可采用该封盒装置进行弯折和插入侧盖1011。具体地,所述第六驱动件5111可驱动两个所述第一转动杆511相互靠近或远离。第六驱动件5111选取爪型气缸,其重量低,成本低且寿命长,也可为其他的驱动形式,如电缸或液压缸等,可根据需要选择。第七驱动件5112可选取电缸,也可采用其他能驱动第一转动杆511分段定位移动的驱动件。
更具体地,所述折盖组件51还包括安装架5113,所述第六驱动件5111安装在所述安装架5113上,所述第一转动杆511位于所述安装架5113两侧,并可相对所述安装架5113转动。第一转动杆511的长度可根据需要设置,第一转动杆511选用镂空结构,可有效地降低第一转动杆511的重量,以降低折盖组件51的自重,从而降低折盖组件51的安装要求。此处需要说明的是,两个第一转动杆511的长度可不相同,若包装盒101的两个侧盖1011的高度不同,可以根据需要设置两个长度不同的第一转动杆511。
为了限制第一转动杆511之间的间距,如图10所示,所述第一转动杆511上设有第二凸起件5114,所述第二凸起件5114向两个所述第一转动杆511之间凸起,以限制两个所述第一转动杆511之间的最小间距,防止间距过小时,第一转动杆511与侧盖1011的接触位置过于靠近侧盖1011的边缘,因而无法有效的对两个侧盖1011施加压力。本实施方式中,第二凸起件5114为设于第一转动杆511上的螺栓,可通过调节螺栓凸出于第一转动杆511的高度,来调节两个第一转动杆511之间的最小间距,从而适应不同尺寸侧盖1011弯折和插入的需要。第二凸起件5114数量可设置为两个,即,两个第一转动杆511上各设置一个。
可选的,参考图11、图12、图13和图14所示,所述封盒装置5还包括折舌组件52,用于弯折包装盒101的主盖1012以形成插舌1016,所述折舌组件52包括具有第一斜面5211的第一基板521,可将主盖1012向所述第一斜面5211方向弯折至第一预设位置的第二基板522,以及可将主盖1012压至所述第一斜面5211上的压合件523。其中第一基板521和第二基板522相对设置,压合件523设于第一基板521和第二基板522一侧,压合件523可将处于第一预设位置的主盖1012压至第一斜面5211上。需要说明的是,图11中,折舌组件52位于包装盒101的下方,用于弯折包装盒101下方的主盖1012形成插舌1016。在弯折包装盒101上方的插舌1016时,如图12和图13所示,需要将包装盒101上方的主盖1012旋转180度或将折舌组件52旋转180度,以使主盖1012与折舌组件52相对。第一基板521和第二基板522将位于两者之间的主盖1012初步弯折至第一预设位置,即预弯折主盖1012,然后通过压合件523将处于第一预设位置的主盖1012压在第一斜面5211上,使得预弯折的主盖1012继续弯折,从而形成插舌1016。通过上述两步成型,插舌1016的弯折程度可控,且弯折程度可通过调节第一斜面5211的倾斜程度有效调节,对不同种类、不同材质的包装盒101都可以通过调节第一斜面5211的倾斜角度来有效的调节,同时有效的避免了一步弯折时对于主盖1012的破坏,防止弯折位置不精确导致插舌1016过大或过小的情况发生。
为了将主盖1012定位在第一基板521和第二基板522之间进行预弯折,具体地,如图12和图13所示,所述第一基板521还包括第一夹合面5212,所述第二基板522包括与所述第一夹合面5212对应设置的第二夹合面5221,以及至少一个向所述第一基板521方向凸起的第二凸起部5222,以将主盖1012弯折至第一预设位置。如图13和图14所示,第一夹合面5212和第二夹合面5221夹合时,第二凸起部5222位于第一基板521的上方,这样设置不妨碍第一夹合面5212和第二夹合面5221的夹合。第一基板521和第二基板522夹合 时,主盖1012的一部分被夹合在第一夹合面5212和第二夹合面5221之间,主盖1012另一部分位于第一基板521上方并与第二凸起部5222接触,随着第一基板521和第二基板522相互靠近,第二凸起部5222将位于第一基板521上方的主盖1012向第一基板521弯折直至第一预设位置,主盖1012在第二凸起部5222的推动下向第一斜面5211靠近。第二凸起部5222位于第一基板521的上方,因此该第一预设位置在第一基板521的上方,实际应用时可根据主盖1012的材质或包装盒101的大小等参数设置,通过改变第二凸起部5222相对于第一斜面5211的位置,以及第二凸起部5222的凸起高度,来调节第一预设位置,上述方式可有效的防止直接弯折成型时造成主盖1012损坏的情况发生。当然,若包装盒101位于折舌组件52的上方,则第一预设位置在第一基板521的下方。
为了便于压合件523压合预弯折的主盖1012,如图13和图14所示,所述压合件523包括与所述第二凸起部5222对应设置的容纳部5231,以与所述第二凸起部5222的相互卡合。第二凸起部5222数量为多个时,容纳部5231可以设置成容纳多个第二凸起部5222的一个容纳部5231,也可以设置成与每一个第二凸起部5222一一对应的多个容纳部5231。容纳部5231与第二凸起部5222相互配合,在第一基板521和第二基板522夹合时,压合件523可无阻碍的将预弯折的主盖1012继续压合至第一斜面5211上。
为了使压合件523弯折的插舌1016更加平整,作为一种优选实施方式,如图所示,所述第一斜面5211设于所述第一基板521远离所述第二基板522的一侧,所述压合件523包括与所述第一斜面5211对应设置的第二斜面5232。第一基板521和第二基板522夹合后,主盖1012被预弯折至第一预设位置,压合件523向下压合预弯折的主盖1012时,压合件523的第二斜面5232与第一基板521的第一斜面5211配合,将预弯折的主盖1012再次弯折,使其被压合在第一斜面5211和第二斜面5232之间,形成插舌1016。实际应用中,根据主盖1012所需的弯折程度设置第一斜面5211与第二斜面5232的倾斜角度。
可选地,如图11和图14所示,所述封盒装置5还包括用于将插舌1016插入包装盒101内的插舌组件53。具体地,所述插舌组件53包括扣合件531,凸设于所述扣合件531上以限制插舌1016位移的第三凸起部5311,以及与所述扣合件531连接的第八驱动件532,所述第八驱动件532可驱动所述扣合件531旋转至预设位置。本实施方式中处于预设位置的扣合件531与包装盒101顶面(盒口1015所在平面)平行。扣合件531为多个长杆组成,本实施方式中为三个长杆相互垂直连接组成,当扣合件531处于预设位置时,扣合件531的各个长杆刚好与主盖1012表面贴合,即扣合件531需与主盖1012相匹配,同 时可以保证插舌组件53的重量较轻,降低对于安装的强度要求。第三凸起部5311设于扣合件531的一端,且向靠近包装盒101的方向凸出,第三凸起部5311的长度根据折舌组件52折出的插舌1016的长度设置。折舌组件52弯折出插舌1016后,第一基板521、第二基板522和压合件523均归位,插舌1016在脱离压合件523、第一基板521和第二基板522的限制时,会趋向于恢复原来平整的状态,此时插舌1016向着弯折方向的反方向恢复,使得弯折角度变小,此处第三凸起部5311用于限制插舌1016的恢复,即限制插舌1016解除弯折。第三凸起部5311数量可设置为多个,各个第三凸起部5311相互间隔设置,也可设置为与插舌1016中间位置相对的一个第三凸起部5311,根据插舌1016需要选择。通过上述方式将插舌1016插入包装盒101内,可以确保扣合件531在将插舌1016插入包装盒101内时,不会出现插舌1016在包装盒101外的情况发生,第八驱动件532优选为旋转气缸,成本低且易于控制。
为了使后盖10122扣合在已封住盒口的前盖10121上,如图15和图16所示,封盒装置5还包括:封盒组件54,以及用于限制包装盒101向后盖10122扣合方向移动的限位组件55。封盒装置5可用于将后盖10122粘贴在前盖10121上,需要说明的是,本申请提供的封盒装置5并不限于用于封装图1A至图1C中的包装盒101,凡是具有类似后盖10122设计的包装盒101均可采用本申请的封盒装置进行封装。限位组件55与封盒组件54配合使用,有效的稳定了粘合后盖10122时包装盒101的位置,而且防止封盒组件54对包装盒101的推力或吸力使得包装盒101发生形变,从而保证了粘合后盖10122后包装盒101的平整。
具体地,所述限位组件55包括:第二限位件551,以及与所述第二限位件551连接以驱动所述第二限位件551远离和靠近包装盒101的第九驱动件552,以控制所述第二限位件551的位置。
所述封盒组件54包括:用于将后盖10122推至预设位置的推盖单元541,以及用于将后盖10122扣合的压盖单元542。推盖单元541先将后盖10122推到预设位置,后盖10122处于倾斜状态,压盖单元542再将后盖10122扣合在前盖10121上。本实施方式中,处于倾斜状态的后盖10122与压盖单元542接触时,两者之间的夹角相对较小,相比一步扣合、一步推平或两步推平后盖10122的方式,后盖10122受到压盖单元542的挤压减小,后盖10122的位移和形变会降低很多,后盖10122自身不易发生变形。限位组件限定包装盒101位置,从而进一步减小包装盒101封盒时的变形量,确保后盖10122扣合之后包装盒101的平整。
所述推盖单元541包括:推盖件5411,以及可驱动所述推盖件5411远离 和靠近包装盒101的第十驱动件5412。第十驱动件5412与推盖件5411连接,以驱动推盖件5411推动后盖10122至预设位置。可选地,所述推盖件5411包括凸出件,所述凸出件向限位组件延伸。凸出件端部具有导向面,导向面可在第十驱动件5412驱动下与后盖10122接触,进而推动后盖10122至预设位置。导向面可以为斜面或弧面,其在推动后盖10122时与后盖10122之间为面接触,因此摩擦力较小,而且在后盖10122倾斜时,推盖件5411不会划伤后盖10122的表面。本实施方式中,第十驱动件5412选取气缸,结构简单,成本低,且重量轻,降低了整个设备的强度要求,且易于控制。
作为一种优选实施方式,如图16所示,所述压盖单元542包括:压盖件5421,以及与所述压盖件5421连接的第十一驱动件5422,以驱动压盖件5421将处于预设位置的后盖10122扣合。具体地,压盖件5421可在第十一驱动件5422的驱动下旋转,从而扣合后盖10122。通过旋转的方式扣合后盖10122,使得扣合时压盖件5421与后盖10122的运动轨迹较为一致,后盖10122各个部位受力均匀,从而进一步减小扣合后盖10122时包装盒101的变形量,确保后盖10122扣合后与前面板10141对齐,而且包装盒101保持平整。第十一驱动件5422可使用旋转气缸或者电机等,可根据需要选择,可考虑成本或速度控制等因素,本实施方式中选取旋转气缸。
具体地,压盖件5421与后盖10122相对应的接触面可在所述第十一驱动件5422带动下与后盖10122贴合。该接触面可设置成与后盖10122完全贴合,以对后盖10122进行全面施压,便于后盖10122上涂胶的粘贴,需要说明的是,该接触面也可根据后盖10122上涂胶的位置或者均匀受力的需要设置。
封盒装置5的具体结构可根据包装盒的封装流程设置,例如,需要在同一工位完成侧盖弯折和插入、前盖插舌的弯折、前盖插舌的插入以及后盖的扣合,则需要一个集折盖组件51、折舌组件52、插舌组件53、封盒组件54、限位组件55为一体的一个封盒装置,以便在同一工位完成各个封装作业。当然,也可以在不同的工位完成侧盖弯折和插入、前盖插舌的弯折、前盖插舌的插入以及后盖的扣合各个封装作业,则设置分别包括折盖组件51的封盒装置、包括折舌组件52的封盒装置、包括插舌组件53的封盒装置以及包括封盒组件54和限位组件55的封盒装置,按封装流程将对应的封盒装置5设置在抓盒装置2的各个停留位置即可。
进一步的,参考图2和图17,包装机1还包括料仓单元6,用于存储需放置在包装盒101内的物料,所述料仓单元6包括相对设置的侧板61,设于两个所述侧板61之间的第一移动件62,以及与所述第一移动件62连接的第十二驱动件63,用于驱动所述第一移动件62按照预设压力压住物料。所述料仓单元6 还包括与两个所述侧板61连接的第十三驱动件64,用于调节两个所述侧板61之间的距离,从而适应不同尺寸的物料。具体地,第十二驱动件63可选取气缸,第十三驱动件64可选取电缸。所述料仓单元6还包括设于两个所述侧板61一端的框架65,以及设于所述框架65上的第三限位件66,所述第三限位件66设于所述框架65的横梁上,所述第三限位件66向靠近两个所述侧板61的方向延伸,从而限制两个所述侧板61之间的物料的位移。
进一步的,所述抓料单元3、导料单元4、封盒装置5以及料仓单元6均配有可以调节其高度或者水平位置的多轴的控制结构,如多轴的电缸控制等,用于调节或控制各个单元的高度或水平位置,以便完成相应操作或者适应不同尺寸的包装盒101或者物料的需要,但上述结构均可根据需要设置,并不限定本专利的保护范围。如图4所示,包装机1围绕旋转件11周围还设有机架,机架包括的竖梁和横梁,以供抓料单元3、导料单元4、封盒装置5以及料仓单元6安装。
本申请所述的包装机,在使用时,将盒胚放入至料仓单元6中,抓盒装置2从料仓单元6中抓取盒胚,旋转件11带动抓盒装置2旋转,然后封盒装置5对包装盒101一端的盒口封装,抓料单元3与导料单元4配合将放入物料至包装盒101内,随后封盒装置5再对包装盒101另一端的盒口进行封装,然后移动至设定的位置运出。对于图1A所示的包装盒101,其在经过封盒装置5封装时,首先经过折盖组件51将侧盖1011弯折并插入包装盒101,再经过折舌组件52将前盖10121弯折形成插舌1016,插舌组件53将插舌1016插入包装盒101,封盒组件54将后盖10122扣合在前盖10121上,完成包装盒101的封装。对于其他与图1A中的包装盒结构类似的包装盒,可根据盒盖的具体情况搭配不同组件的封盒装置。对于图1B所示的包装盒,其在经过封盒装置5封装时,首先经过折盖组件51将侧盖1011弯折并插入包装盒101,然后经过封盒组件54将前盖10121扣合在盒口1015上,并将后盖10122扣合在前盖10121上,完成包装盒101的封装。对于图1C所示的包装盒,其在经过封盒装置5封装时,首先经过折盖组件51将侧盖1011弯折,然后经过封盒组件54将前盖10121扣合在盒口1015上,并将后盖10122扣合在前盖10121上,完成包装盒101的封装。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种包装机,其特征在于,包括可转动的旋转件;
    至少一个抓盒装置,可抓取包装盒,与所述旋转件连接以跟随所述旋转件转动;
    承托件,设于所述抓盒装置沿所述旋转件轴向的一侧,以承托所述抓盒装置抓取的包装盒。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的包装机,其特征在于,所述抓盒装置为多个,沿所述旋转件周向均匀间隔设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的包装机,其特征在于,所述抓盒装置包括:
    相对设置的两个夹合件;
    以及设于其中一个所述夹合件上并向靠近另一个所述夹合件方向凸起的第一限位件,以限制位于两个所述夹合件之间的包装盒沿所述夹合件方向的位移,所述限位件可沿所述夹合件移动。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的包装机,其特征在于,所述承托件为环形,与所述旋转件同轴。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的包装机,其特征在于,还包括设于所述抓盒装置远离所述承托件一侧的导料单元,所述导料单元包括导料框架,相对设于所述导料框架上的两个导料件,以及分别与两个所述导料件对应连接的第五驱动件。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的包装机,其特征在于,还包括设于所述旋转件一侧的一个或多个封盒装置。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的包装机,其特征在于,所述封盒装置包括相对设置的两个第一转动杆,与两个所述第一转动杆连接的第六驱动件,以及与所述第六驱动件连接以驱动所述第一转动杆向靠近所述承托件方向发生多段位移的第七驱动件。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的包装机,其特征在于,所述第一转动杆上设有第二凸起件,所述第二凸起件向两个所述第一转动杆之间凸起。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的包装机,其特征在于,所述封盒装置还包括具有第一斜面的第一基板,可将主盖向所述第一斜面方向弯折至第一预设位置的第二基板,以及可将主盖压至所述第一斜面上的压合件。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的包装机,其特征在于,所述第一基板还包括第一夹合面,所述第二基板包括与所述第一夹合面对应设置的第二夹合面,以及至少一个向靠近所述第一基板方向凸起的第二凸起部,以将所述主盖弯折至第一预设位置。
  11. 根据权利要求6所述的包装机,其特征在于,所述封盒装置包括用于扣合后盖的封盒组件,以及用于限制包装盒向后盖扣合方向移动的限位组件。
