具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
请参照图1-10,本实用新型一种带有编码器的标签剥离机,包括有壳体1、电机2、用于放置标签卷纸的放料组件4、用于回收底纸的收料组件12、用于将标签纸的底纸和标签分离的分离组件13和用于夹紧标签纸的调节组件16。
所述壳体1内设有电路装置(未图示),所述电路装置包括有与 电机2连接的编码器(未图示),所述编码器控制电机2的转动,编码器精确计算电机2转动的距离,在电路板14上设置上压辊轴711和下压辊轴712的圆截面周长等于电机2转动的距离,保证电机2转动的距离与标签宽度保持一致,所述编码器为双向霍尔作用编码器,高性能、成本低。
所述分离组件13边缘设有一传感器3,经分离组件13剥离出来的标签从传感器13的侧边经过,标签挡住传感器13的光源,传感器13将光信号转换成电压信号,传感器13通过感应标签厚度,从而检测不同厚度的标签。本传感器3为光电传感器,代替光纤传感器,成本低,同时能检测到透明标签和薄标签,剥离出的标签挡住光电传感器,光电传感器通过感应标签的厚薄将光信号转换成电压信号。本光电传感器适用于不同材质的标签,包括有普通的不干胶标签、哑银标签、透明标签、黑色及多种颜色的标签。
所述放料组件4包括有第一放料处5和第二放料处6,所述第一放料5处用于放置小卷的标签纸,所述第二放料处6用于放置较大卷的标签纸。
所述第一放料处5包括有若干滚轴7与及卡于其之间的若干限位块8,所述滚轴7用于支撑限位块8,所述限位块8用于限定标签卷纸的位置,所述第二放料处6包括有支撑架9与设于其上的卷纸轴10和挡板11,所述支撑架9固定于壳体1上,将标签卷纸穿入卷纸轴10中,再用挡板11固定标签卷纸。
所述调节组件16包括有压辊轴机构17、调节辊轴18及与其连 接的调节旋钮19,当未启动剥离机时,待粘贴的标签纸卷安装于放料组件4上,手动拉出待粘贴的标签纸先经过分离组件13再绕至调节组件16,通过转动调节旋钮19推动调节辊轴18使压辊轴机构17夹紧标签纸,最后标签纸缠绕在收料组件12上。
所述压辊轴机构17包括有上压辊轴21和下压辊轴22,转动调节旋钮19的过程,调节辊轴18受力,调节辊轴18推动上压辊轴21,从而改变上压辊轴21和下压辊轴22之间的间距。
所述调节组件16还包括两个压力调节装置20,所述压力调节装置20设于下压辊轴22的两端,转动调节旋钮19的过程压力调节装置20给下压辊轴22施加压力,从而保持压辊轴机构17的状态。
参照图8,所述电机2和上压辊轴21上均设有齿轮28,所述下压辊轴22和收料组件12上均设有电转轮29,所述电转轮29之间采用传送带30连接,电机2转动时,带动上压辊轴21转动,上压辊轴21与下压辊轴22呈闭合状态时,下压辊轴22被上压辊轴21带动,传送带30带动收料组件12转动,从而保证放料和收料速度保持一致。
所述压力调节装置20包括有滑块23、固定板26、弹簧24和连接件31,所述滑块23设于下压辊轴22的两端,固定板26上设有若干孔25,连接件穿过孔25将固定板固定于壳体1外两侧,调节辊轴18的下方设有一连接件31,弹簧24的一端连接连接件31,弹簧24的另一端连接滑块23,当转动调节旋钮19时,调节辊轴受18力推动下压辊轴22,滑块23与下压辊轴22一起移动,弹簧24受力变形,弹簧24用于保存压辊轴机构17的状态。
所述滑块23上设有一弹簧固定孔40,弹簧24的另一端连接滑块23上的弹簧固定孔40。
所述调节辊轴18的两侧均开设有一缺口32,所述缺口32旋转产生滑块23对弹簧24不同的作用力。
压力调节装置的组装过程,壳体1两侧上开设有一个开口(未图示),下压辊轴21穿过滑块23再从开口穿出,螺钉穿过固定板26上的孔25将固定板26固定于壳体1外两侧上,弹簧24的一端勾住滑块23上的弹簧固定孔40,弹簧24的另一端勾住滑块下方的连接件31。
参照图6、7、9、10,其中图9为调节辊轴旋转到凹面的状态图,图10为调节辊轴旋转到凸面的状态图;当调节旋钮19旋转时,其实是在旋转调节辊轴18的缺口32;当转动到凹面时(图9),下压辊轴22上的滑块23受到压力调节装置20的弹簧24的压力,这时上压辊轴21和下压辊轴22是打开状态(图7);当转动到凸面(图10)时,上压辊轴21上的滑块23受到压力调节装置20的弹簧24的压力减小,这时上压辊轴21和下压辊轴22是闭合状态(图6)。
所述分离组件13包括有剥离刀片14和压板15,所述剥离刀片14设于压板15的下方,标签纸穿出所述压板15与剥离刀片14形成的夹角,压板15压紧标签纸,剥离刀片14将标签与底纸分离。所述压板15连接一压板调节机构33,压板调节机构33调节压板15松紧从而适应不同厚度的标签纸。
所述压板调节机构33包括卡位齿轮34和定位条35,所述卡位 齿轮34上设置有若干齿轮位,所述卡位齿轮34安装于压板15的一端,所述定位条35安装于所述卡位齿轮34的上方,通过卡位齿轮34旋动带动压板15转动,调节压板15的倾轧度,并通过定位条35卡住齿轮位固定卡位齿轮34。
所述压板调节机构33还包括调节弹簧36和固定旋钮37,所述固定旋钮37分别设置于定位条35上和设置于定位条35的斜下方,所述调节弹簧36的两端分别钩住固定旋钮37,通过设置于定位条35的斜下方的固定旋钮37固定调节弹簧36的一端,调节弹簧36的另一端拉住定位条35上的固定旋钮35,进而拉住定位条35。
所述收料组件12为三叉结构,标签底纸回收时方便取出。
所述壳体1上设有控制面板38,控制面板38连接电路装置,其用于显示和设置标签纸张数和标签纸长度,用于设置剥离速度、设置间距和设置排数。所述调节旋钮的侧边设有一电源开关39,所述电源开关39用于关闭电源,不需要拔掉电源线。
实施例一
当未启动标签剥离机时,将待粘贴的标签卷纸安装于放料组件4上,第一放料处5和第二放料处6选其一放置标签卷纸,根据标签卷纸的大小进行放置位置的选择,手动拉出待粘贴的标签纸先经过滚轴7,防止标签纸褶皱,标签纸再穿出压板15与剥离刀片14形成夹角处,再绕至调节组件16通过转动调节旋钮19将压辊轴机构17夹紧标签纸,最后标签纸缠绕在收料组件12上。根据标签纸的宽度,在控制面板上输入标签纸的宽度,标签纸的宽度等于电机转动的距离, 因编码器实时监测电机转动的距离,编码器始终控制电机转动距离等于标签纸宽度,控制面板还可设置标签纸的移动速度、移动间距,还可自动计算已使用标签的数量。
当启动标签剥离机时,电机2转动带动上压辊轴21和下压辊轴22转动,收料组件12因传送带30动力牵动的关系也转动三叉结构回收底纸,标签纸经过滚轴7保证标签纸的平整,防止标签纸褶皱,标签纸穿出压板15与剥离刀片14形成夹角处,剥离刀片14将标签和底纸分离,分离出来的标签正好挡住了光电传感器,操作人员将分离出来的标签取出,光电传感器产生电压信号,进而对标签进行计数,剩下的底纸回收在收料组件12上。
工作原理:当传感器3检测到分离组件13上有标签时,电机2会自动停止转动;当取走标签后,电路装置控制电机2运转,并驱动收料组件12回收底纸,通过上压辊轴21和下压辊轴22压紧标签纸,从而带动底纸的传送;当下一标签位于传感器3上方时,电机2又停止转动。底纸的移动是通过电机2带动齿轮28转动,齿轮28触碰电转轮29,电转轮29之间的传送带30使下压辊轴22与收料组件12实现同步,进而带动底纸回卷到收料组件12中。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种带有编码器的标签剥离机,包括有壳体、电机、用于放置标签卷纸的放料组件、用于回收底纸的收料组件、用于将标签纸的底纸和标签分离的分离组件和用于夹紧标签纸的调节组件,其特征在于,所述壳体内设有电路装置,所述电路装置包括有与电机连接的编码器,所述编码器控制电机的转动,编码器精确计算电机转动的距离,保证电机转动的距离与标签纸宽度保持一致。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带有编码器的标签剥离机,其特征在于,所述分离组件边缘设有一传感器,经分离组件剥离出来的标签从传感器的侧边经过,标签挡住传感器的光源,传感器将光信号转换成电压信号,传感器通过感应标签厚度,从而检测不同厚度的标签。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的带有编码器的标签剥离机,其特征在于,所述放料组件包括有第一放料处和第二放料处,所述第一放料处用于放置小卷的标签纸,所述第二放料处用于放置较大卷的标签纸。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的带有编码器的标签剥离机,其特征在于,所述第一放料处包括有若干滚轴与及卡于其之间的若干限位块,所述滚轴用于支撑限位块,所述限位块用于限定标签卷纸的位置,所述第二放料处包括有支撑架与设于其上的卷纸轴和挡板,所述支撑架固定于壳体上,将标签卷纸穿入卷纸轴中,再用挡板固定标签卷纸。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的带有编码器的标签剥离机,其特征在于,所述调节组件包括有压辊轴机构、调节辊轴及与其连接的调节旋钮,当未启动剥离机时,待粘贴的标签纸卷安装于放料组件上,手动拉出待粘贴的标签纸先经过分离组件再绕至调节组件,通过转动调节旋钮 推动调节辊轴使压辊轴机构夹紧标签纸,最后标签纸缠绕在收料组件上。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的带有编码器的标签剥离机,其特征在于,所述压辊轴机构包括有上压辊轴和下压辊轴,转动调节旋钮的过程,调节辊轴受力,调节辊轴推动下压辊轴,从而改变上压辊轴和下压辊轴之间的间距。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的带有编码器的标签剥离机,其特征在于,所述调节组件还包括两个压力调节装置,所述压力调节装置设于下压辊轴的两端,转动调节旋钮的过程压力调节装置给下压辊轴施加压力,从而保持压辊轴机构的状态。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的带有编码器的标签剥离机,其特征在于,所述电机和上压辊轴上均设有齿轮,所述下压辊轴和收料组件上均设有电转轮,所述电转轮之间采用传送带连接,电机转动时,带动上压辊轴转动,上压辊轴与下压辊轴呈闭合状态时,下压辊轴被上压辊轴带动,传送带带动收料组件转动,从而保证放料和收料速度保持一致。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的带有编码器的标签剥离机,其特征在于,所述压力调节装置包括有滑块、固定板、弹簧和连接件,所述滑块设于下压辊轴的两端,固定板上设有若干孔,连接件穿过孔将固定板固定于壳体外两侧,调节辊轴的下方设有一连接件,弹簧的一端连接连接件,弹簧的另一端连接滑块,当转动调节旋钮时,调节辊轴受力推动下压辊轴,滑块与下压辊轴一起移动,弹簧受力变形,弹簧用于保持压辊轴机构呈打开状态。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的带有编码器的标签剥离机,其特征在于,所述调节辊轴的两侧均开设有一缺口,所述缺口旋转产生滑块对弹簧不同的作用力。
