Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a tube joining device.
  • the peritoneal dialysis method uses a tube (catheter) embedded in the patient's abdominal cavity to put a prescribed dialysate into the body, and then removes water and waste products transferred into the dialysate through the peritoneum to the outside of the body. It is a method of excluding.
  • Patent Document 1 discloses a technique of exchanging fused ends of two tubes and joining them.
  • Patent Document 1 the user needs to press the joining button to start the tube joining.
  • the user of the tube joining device will also be the elderly, and some of the elderly have poor cognitive and thinking abilities.
  • Such a person may erroneously recognize that the joining button has been pressed even though the joining button has not been pressed. In such a case, the user may feel a stress that the tube joining is not started forever. Therefore, it is required for the tube joining apparatus to simplify the operation procedure performed by the user before starting the fusing work of the tube.
  • an object of the present invention is to provide a tube joining device in which the operation procedure performed by the user before the fusing work of the tube is simplified.
  • the tube joining device for exchanging fused ends of tubes and joining the tubes, wherein the tube holding section includes a groove section capable of holding the first tube and the second tube, and the tube holding section can be opened and closed with respect to the tube holding section.
  • a lid part configured to expose the groove part to the outside in an open state and to isolate the groove part from the outside in a closed state, and detect that the first tube and the second tube are held in the groove part.
  • a first detector that detects the closing state of the lid, a controller that controls the cutting member, and the controller detects the first detector. Melts the first tube and the second tube when the detection of the holding of the first tube and the second tube in the groove section is detected and the second detection section detects the closed state of the lid section. Initiate the transition to work control.
  • a 1st detection part detects holding
  • a 2nd detection part detects the closed state of a lid part
  • the section starts shifting to the control of the fusing work of the first tube and the second tube. This allows the user to start tube joining without pressing the joining start button. Therefore, it is possible to simplify the operation procedure performed by the user before performing the fusing work of the tube, as compared with the case of pressing the joining start button.
