本发明涉及汽车安全系统,尤其涉及车辆座椅组件,以及包括该车辆座椅组件的车辆。
背景技术
自动驾驶汽车越来越受到关注。随着自动驾驶汽车的复杂与精密程度增加,自动驾驶汽车所需要的乘客与其的交互量减少。最终,除了某些特定动作(例如,选择目的地)之外,自动驾驶汽车将可能不需要乘客与其交互。在这种情形下,乘客可以将其注意力转移到与驾驶无关的任务。在一个场景中,前排乘客可以选择与后排乘客进行面对面的交流;也可以选择与传统车辆中车辆座椅上乘客的朝向一致,以关注车辆前方的风景和路况。相应地,前排乘客所在的车辆座椅可以设计为,车辆座椅的座椅靠背可以相对于车辆座椅的座椅底座移动,从而在车辆的前后方向上,位于车辆座椅的前侧和后侧,使得乘客可以选择面向车辆的前方乘坐车辆或者面向车辆的后方乘坐车辆。然而,现有技术中安装在车辆座椅中、为乘客提供侧方保护的安全气囊并不适于应用在上述车辆座椅中,这是因为该安全气囊仅仅是针对朝向车辆前方的车辆座椅进行设计,并未考虑到为乘坐在朝向车辆后方的车辆座椅上的乘客提供保护。

此外,空间相关术语(诸如“上”、“下”、“左”和“右”等)用于描述附图所示的元件与另一个元件的相对位置关系。因此,空间相关术语可以应用到使用时与附图所示的方向不同的方向中。显然,虽然为了易于说明,所有这些空间相关术语指的是附图所示的方向,但是本领域技术人员能够理解可以使用与附图中所示的方向不同的方向。

第一实施例
如图3所示,除了以上介绍的第一侧面气囊121和第二侧面气囊122之外,侧面气囊装置12还包括控制器和气体发生器。以下介绍侧面气囊装置12的控制器(未示出)和气体发生器(即,图3中的第一气体发生器123和第二气体发生器124)。

气体发生器用于基于控制器的控制信号产生气体以对第一侧面气囊121或第二侧面气囊122充气,使得第一侧面气囊121在车辆座椅11面向车辆的前方时展开并且第二侧面气囊122在车辆座椅面向车辆的后方时展开。具体地,在图3示出的实施例中,气体发生器包括第一气体发生器123和第二气体发生器124,第一气体发生器123被构造为用于对第一侧 面气囊121充气,并且,第二气体发生器124被构造为用于对第二侧面气囊122充气。根据本发明的车辆座椅组件不限于以上描述的实施例。例如,在根据本发明的车辆座椅组件中,气体发生器的数量不限于两个,例如,气体发生器的数量可以设置为仅仅一个,并且,气体发生器还可以设计为包括第一通气路径和第二通气路径,第一通气路径与第一侧面气囊流体连通以用于对第一侧面气囊充气,并且,第二通气路径与第二侧面气囊流体连通以用于对第二侧面气囊充气。

车辆100受到撞击时,侧面气囊装置12的控制器检测到撞击信号并且确定车辆座椅11的朝向,以输出控制信号;
气体发生器基于控制器的控制信号产生气体以对第一侧面气囊121或第二侧面气囊122充气;
当车辆座椅11面向车辆的前方时,第一侧面气囊121展开,当车辆座椅面向车辆的后方时,第二侧面气囊122展开。
因此,在根据本发明的车辆座椅组件中,一个侧面气囊用于在车辆座椅面向车辆的前方时展开,另一个侧面气囊用于在车辆座椅面向车辆的后方时展开,两个侧面气囊彼此不流体连通,而且,能够在侧面气囊膨胀展开之前对车辆座椅的朝向进行判断,以确定上述两个侧面气囊中哪一个侧面气囊需要被气体发生器充气。因此,根据本发明的车辆座椅组件在乘客朝向车辆前方乘坐和朝向车辆后方乘坐两种情形下,均能够为乘客提供保护,安全性更高。
第二实施例
如图3所示,除了以上介绍的第一侧面气囊121和第二侧面气囊122之外,侧面气囊装置12还包括气体发生器。以下介绍侧面气囊装置12的气体发生器。
在图3示出的实施例中,气体发生器包括第一气体发生器123和第二气体发生器124,第一气体发生器123被构造为用于在第一侧面气囊121中对侧面气囊充气,并且,第二气体发生器124被构造为用于在第二侧面气囊122中对侧面气囊充气。根据本发明的车辆座椅组件不限于以上描述 的实施例。例如,在根据本发明的车辆座椅组件中,气体发生器的数量不限于两个,气体发生器的数量可以设置为仅仅一个,或者,为了减少充气的时间、加快侧面气囊的充气速度,气体发生器的数量可以设置为多于两个。又例如,在根据本发明的车辆座椅组件中,侧面气囊的数量不限于两个,本领域技术人员可以根据实际情况设置侧面气囊的数量,因此,侧面气囊可以设计为彼此流体连通的多于两个的侧面气囊。

  15. 根据权利要求14或所述的车辆座椅组件,其中,所述车辆座椅组件还包括锁定装置,所述锁定装置用于锁定所述座椅靠背(111)相对于所述座椅底座(112)的位置。
