如图7所示,一个或多个上部倒钩184、能量传递支架192和一个或多个下部二级附接夹188全部都直接附接或形成到后面板部分180。一个或多个上部倒钩184面向上并且具有朝向座椅框架132(图6)或框架元件开口166(图6)向外延伸的肋状钩壁204。一个或多个上部倒钩184由金属材料制成,或者可以由与后面板部分180相同或不同的聚合物材料成型而成。断裂线190是通常以后面板部分中的凹部限定的“W形配置”的薄的轮廓线。断裂线190被配置为允许乘员的半边臀部和臀部向后推动车辆座椅总成10的该部分,或允许后面乘客的膝盖在碰撞中向前推动车辆座椅总成10的该部分。一组翅片208居中地位于一个或多个上部倒钩184之间,以对准且支撑座椅框架132,同时另外防止横向运动。第一接收元件212连接在后面板部分180的顶部内边缘处,并且第二接收元件216连接在靠近面板的顶部内侧边缘的后面板部分180的两侧上。第一接收元件212和第二接收元件216被配置为附接到座椅框架132和/或第一装饰件50(图2)。第二装饰件54上的外壁172的内边缘上的附接元件220可以通过第一装饰件50的凹口136(图5)附接到凸缘144(图5),以封闭座椅框架132。一个或多个下部二级附接夹188靠近后面板部分180的底部内边缘连接,并且可以比一个或多个上部倒钩184彼此间隔得更近。能量传递支架192是后面板部分180上“U”形形状的加强区域,该加强区域作为加强件以增加结构刚性。在一些实施例中,能量传递支架192由与后面板部分180相同的材料或热塑性聚烯烃(TPO)制成,并且被定位在一个或多个下部二级附接夹188上方,其中U向上朝向后面板部分180的顶部。一个或多个下部二级附接夹188被定位为靠近后面板部分180的底部,并且通过接收槽254(图11B)附接到座椅框架132。用于二级附接夹的第一级附接使二级附接夹附接在接收槽254的顶部252(图11B)。在安全气囊展开以将二级附接夹向下推进到接收槽254的底部256中之后,用于二级附接夹的第二级附接使二级附接夹附接到接收槽254的底部256(图11B)。多个圆柱形凸台224和多个孔228形成到或附接到后面板部分180,以用作将后面板部分180连接到座椅框架132和第一装饰件50的附加装置。
如图8所示,后面板部分180的一个实施例的该后部透视图包括一个或多个上部倒钩184、能量传递支架192和附接到后面板部分180或形成到后面板部分180中的一个或多个下部二级附接夹188。能量传递支架192形成地图袋232的外边缘或饰边。第二装饰件54上的外壁172形成座椅靠背22(图1)的后外表面。
如图9所示,一个或多个上部倒钩184、能量传递支架192和一个或多个下部二级附接夹188被定位在后面板部分180上。矩形236已叠加在这些上部倒钩184、能量传递支架192和下部二级附接夹188部件上,以使后面板部分180上的矩形架构可视化。矩形架构在其短边上由一个或多个上部倒钩184和一个或多个下部二级附接夹188限定,并且在其长边上由能量传递支架192的侧面限定。
如图10所示,上部倒钩184通过框架元件开口166附接到座椅框架132。座椅框架132的框架元件开口166嵌套在上部倒钩184中,在框架元件开口166的顶边缘240和上部倒钩184的基部下方形成空间248。座椅框架132的框架元件开口166另外具有框架元件开口166的底部边缘244。上部倒钩184具有钩角A,以防止座椅框架一经安全气囊42(图1)的展开就被向后驱动。上部倒钩184的钩角A可以是从40°到50°。在其它实施例中,钩角A可以是从44°到48°、从42°到46°、约43.8°、约44.0°、约44.2°、约44.4°或约44.6°。在框架元件开口166的顶部边缘240下方和在上部倒钩184的前表面260和后表面264之间具有至少5.4mm的宽度或距离B。这个距离对于制造中生产的座椅框架132的公差冲压和公差变化是必须的。在一些实施例中,在框架元件开口166的顶部边缘240下方和在上部倒钩184的前表面260和后表面264之间的宽度或距离B是至少6mm、至少5mm、或者至少4mm。上部倒钩184的肋状钩壁204(图11A)具有至少10.4mm的厚度C。该肋状钩壁204必须是最小厚度以赋予足够的强度到上部倒钩184。在其他实施例中,肋状钩壁204的厚度是至少10mm、至少11mm、或者至少12mm。
如图11A和11B所示,图11A示出了通过框架元件开口166附接到座椅框架132的上部倒钩184的放大视图,并且图11B示出了处于其下部第一级的连接到座椅框架132的二级附接夹188。当安全气囊展开系统46(图1)被触发以展开安全气囊42(图1)时,产生展开能量并且安全气囊42首先抵靠车辆车门或车辆壁向外展开。一经展开和与车辆车门或车辆壁初始碰撞,展开能量就被传递到车辆座椅总成10,并且被后面板部分180(图10)的一个或多个上部倒钩184、能量传递支架192(图9)和一个或多个下部二级附接夹188吸收以完全消散展开能量。为了吸收和消散安全气囊42的展开能量,后面板部分180被推动并且从一个或多个上部倒钩184和一个或多个下部二级附接夹188提升和离开。座椅框架132保持附接,但是可以从一个或多个上部倒钩184和一个或多个下部二级附接夹188两者提升,以消散展开能量。在第一级附接中,下部二级附接夹188通过接收槽254连接到座椅框架132。一经展开安全气囊42,下部二级附接夹188就向上滑动通过座椅框架132的接收槽254。由能量传递支架192赋予的增加的刚度和结构稳定性防止后面板部分180从车辆座椅总成10的座椅框架132和乘客支撑件58(图2)裂开或撕裂。后面板部分180的一个或多个上部倒钩184、能量传递支架192和一个或多个下部二级附接夹188一起工作来完全消散由安全气囊展开系统46产生的展开能量。
本领域技术人员应当理解的是,所描述的本发明的构造和其他部件不限制于任何特定材料。在此所公开的本发明的其他示例性实施例可以由多种材料制成,除非本文另有说明。

Claims (20)

1.一种车辆座椅靠背总成,包含:
乘客支撑件;
悬架总成,所述悬架总成将所述乘客支撑件连接到支撑结构,其中所述支撑结构包含第一装饰件、座椅框架和后面板部分;
其中所述后面板部分包含一个或多个上部倒钩、能量传递支架和一个或多个二级附接夹;
侧安全气囊,所述侧安全气囊连接就位到所述框架元件;以及
安全气囊展开系统,所述安全气囊展开系统被配置为展开所述侧安全气囊,以产生展开能量,其中所述展开能量被传递到所述一个或多个上部倒钩、所述能量传递支架和所述一个或多个下部二级附接夹。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅靠背总成,其中所述一个或多个上部倒钩、所述能量传递支架和所述一个或多个下部二级附接夹以矩形架构附接在所述后面板部分上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅靠背总成,其中所述一个或多个上部倒钩具有从40°到50°的钩角,以用于通过框架元件开口接合所述座椅框架。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅靠背总成,其中所述一个或多个上部倒钩包含朝向所述座椅框架向外延伸的肋状钩壁。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车辆座椅靠背总成,其中所述肋状钩壁具有至少10mm的厚度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅靠背总成,其中所述一个或多个上部倒钩是一对上部倒钩,并且所述一个或多个下部二级附接夹是一对下部二级附接夹。
7.根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅靠背总成,其中所述座椅框架保持附接,但能够从所述一个或多个上部倒钩和所述一个或多个下部二级附接夹二者提升以消散所述展开能量。
8.根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅靠背总成,其中所述能量传递支架是所述后面板部分上的加强区域,所述加强区域形成地图袋的外边缘。
9.一种车辆座椅总成,包含:
乘客支撑件;
悬架总成;和
支撑结构,其中所述支撑结构包含第一装饰件、座椅框架和后面板部分;以及
安全气囊展开系统,所述安全气囊展开系统被配置为使用所述后面板部分来展开侧安全气囊以消散展开能量,所述后面板部分包含一个或多个上部倒钩、能量传递支架和一个或多个下部二级附接夹。
10.根据权利要求9所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述一个或多个上部倒钩、所述能量传递支架和所述一个或多个下部二级附接夹以矩形架构附接在所述后面板部分上。
11.根据权利要求9所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述一个或多个上部倒钩具有从40°到50°的钩角,以用于通过框架元件开口接合所述座椅框架。
12.根据权利要求9所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述一个或多个上部倒钩包含朝向所述座椅框架向外延伸的肋状钩壁。
13.根据权利要求12所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述肋状钩壁具有至少10mm的厚度。
14.根据权利要求9所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述一个或多个上部倒钩是一对上部倒钩,并且所述一个或多个下部二级附接夹是一对下部二级附接夹。
15.根据权利要求9所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述座椅框架保持附接,但能够从所述一个或多个上部倒钩和所述一个或多个下部二级附接夹二者提升以消散所述展开能量。
16.根据权利要求9所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述能量传递支架是所述后面板部分上的加强区域,所述加强区域形成地图袋的外边缘。
17.一种车辆座椅总成,包含:
支撑结构,所述支撑结构包含第一装饰件、座椅框架和后面板部分;以及
安全气囊展开系统,所述安全气囊展开系统被配置为使用所述后面板部分来展开连接到所述座椅框架的侧安全气囊以消散展开能量,所述后面板部分包含一个或多个上部倒钩、能量传递支架和一个或多个下部二级附接夹。
18.根据权利要求17所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述一个或多个上部倒钩、所述能量传递支架和所述一个或多个下部二级附接夹以矩形架构附接在所述后面板部分上。
19.根据权利要求17所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述一个或多个上部倒钩具有从40°到50°的钩角,以用于通过框架元件开口接合所述座椅框架。
20.根据权利要求17所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述一个或多个上部倒钩包含肋状钩壁,所述肋状钩壁具有至少10mm的厚度,所述肋状钩壁朝向所述座椅框架向外延伸。
