Claims (20)
- ルーフおよびキャビンを含む車両のためのモジュールであって、
チャンバを画定し、前記チャンバと流体連通する開口部を含み、前記ルーフ内に配置されるように構成されたハウジングと、
前記チャンバ内に設けられ、前記開口部を通って前記キャビンの中に延びる展開状態に膨張可能であるエアバッグと、
前記開口部を閉じるために、前記ハウジングに旋回可能に連結されたドアであって、展開中の前記エアバッグに対する反作用面を提供するために、前記エアバッグの展開に応答して前記ルーフから離れる方向に旋回可能であり、前記開口部を閉じている間は、第1の長さを有し、前記ルーフから離れる方向に旋回するとき、前記第1の長さよりも大きい第2の長さを有する、ドアと
を備える、モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載のモジュールにおいて、前記ドアは、旋回した場合に、前記キャビン内の車両搭乗者に向かって前記エアバッグを導く、モジュール。
- 請求項1に記載のモジュールにおいて、エアバッグ展開中に前記ドアの旋回を制限するための、前記モジュールと前記ドアとに固定されたストラップを更に備える、モジュール。
- 請求項1に記載のモジュールにおいて、前記ドアは、第1の端部から第2の端部まで延び、前記ドアが旋回する程度を制限するために、ヒンジが前記第1の端部を前記ハウジングに連結する、モジュール。
- 請求項4に記載のモジュールにおいて、前記ヒンジは強化されている、モジュール。
- 請求項4に記載のモジュールにおいて、エアバッグ展開中に前記ドアが旋回する程度を制限するための、前記モジュールと前記ドアとに固定されたストラップを更に備える、モジュール。
- 請求項1に記載のモジュールにおいて、前記エアバッグは、前記車両の後方方向に面した搭乗者の後方で展開する、モジュール。
- 請求項1に記載のモジュールにおいて、前記ドアは、前記ドアの旋回運動に応答して延びる入れ子式セグメントを備える、モジュール。
- 請求項8に記載のモジュールにおいて、前記ドアが前記開口部を閉じている間は、前記セグメントは互いの中に入れ子状になる、モジュール。
- 請求項1に記載のモジュールにおいて、エアバッグ展開中に前記ドアが旋回する程度を制限するための、前記モジュールと前記ドアとに連結されたストラップを更に備える、モジュール。
- 請求項1に記載のモジュールにおいて、エアバッグ展開中に前記エアバッグを前記ドアに向かって引っ張るための、前記ドアと前記エアバッグとに連結されたテザーを更に備える、モジュール。
- 請求項1に記載のモジュールにおいて、前記ドアは、前記車両のルーフライナまたはヘッダの一部として形成される、モジュール。
- 請求項1に記載のモジュールにおいて、前記ドアは、前記車両のルーフライナまたはヘッダの周りに旋回可能である、モジュール。
- ルーフおよびキャビンを含む車両のためのモジュールであって、
チャンバを画定し、前記チャンバと流体連通する開口部を含み、前記ルーフ内に配置されるように構成されたハウジングと、
前記チャンバ内に設けられ、前記開口部を通って前記キャビンの中に延びる展開状態に膨張可能であるエアバッグと、
前記開口部を閉じるために、前記ハウジングに旋回可能に連結されたドアであって、入れ子式セグメントを備え、展開中の前記エアバッグに対する反作用面を提供するために、前記エアバッグの展開に応答して前記ルーフから離れる方向に旋回可能であり、前記開口部を閉じている間は、第1の長さを有し、前記ルーフから離れる方向に旋回するとき、前記第1の長さよりも大きい第2の長さを有する、ドアと、
エアバッグ展開中に前記エアバッグを前記ドアに向かって引っ張るために、前記ドアと前記エアバッグとに連結されたテザーと
を備える、モジュール。 - 請求項14に記載のモジュールにおいて、前記ドアは、旋回した場合に、前記キャビン内の車両搭乗者に向かって前記エアバッグを導く、モジュール。
- 請求項14に記載のモジュールにおいて、前記ドアは、第1の端部から第2の端部まで延び、前記ドアが旋回する程度を制限するために、ヒンジが前記第1の端部を前記ハウジングに連結する、モジュール。
- 請求項16に記載のモジュールにおいて、前記ヒンジは強化されている、モジュール。
- 請求項14に記載のモジュールにおいて、前記エアバッグは、前記車両の後方方向に面した搭乗者の後方で展開する、モジュール。
- 請求項14に記載のモジュールにおいて、前記ドアは、前記車両のルーフライナまたはヘッダの一部として形成される、モジュール。
