Description

电子烟及其雾化装置 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,尤其涉及一种电子烟及其雾化装置。
背景技术
电子烟一般由雾化装置和供电装置装配形成。现有电子烟的雾化装置包括螺纹、电极、密封件、导气管、发热组件、储液棉、玻纤管、塑胶管、吸嘴等构件,构件数量多,结构复杂,不易装配且成本高,其中发热组件主要通过焊接方式电连接,易出现虚焊、接触不良等现象,导致发热组件不能正常工作。多个构件装配形成的雾化装置整体体积较大,在电子烟中占用空间大,使得电子烟整体体积也较大,不便于用户携带。
技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种结构简单、成本低的电子烟的雾化装置及具有该雾化装置的电子烟。
技术解决方案
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种电子烟的雾化装置,包括第一壳体、导气管、雾化组件、发热组件、底座以及第一电极组件;所述第一壳体的第一端上设有出气口,所述第一壳体的第二端开放;所述雾化组件安装在所述第一壳体的第二端内,所述底座安装在所述第一壳体的第二端上并与所述雾化组件配合相接;
所述导气管设置在所述第一壳体内且两端分别连接在所述出气口和雾化组件上;所述第一壳体和导气管之间的空间形成储液腔;
所述发热组件安装在所述雾化组件上,并与所述底座之间形成有雾化室;所述底座上设有进气口,所述进气口、雾化室、导气管和出气口相连通形成气流通道;所述雾化组件上设有连通所述储液腔和发热组件的进液孔;
所述第一电极组件安装在所述底座上并与所述发热组件接触电连接。
优选地,所述发热组件包括导液主体、设置在导液主体上的发热体、分别设置在所述发热体相对两端的两个导体;
所述第一电极组件包括正电极和负电极;两个所述导体分别与所述正电极和负电极接触电连接。
优选地,两个所述导体上还分别设置有导线;两个所述导线分别与所述正电极和负电极连接进行导通。
优选地,所述正电极和负电极分别为轴向可伸缩的弹性电极;所述正电极和负电极分别与两个所述导体弹性接触进行导通。
优选地,所述雾化组件包括弹性的第一雾化座、硬质的第二雾化座以及弹性的第三雾化座;
所述第一雾化座包覆在所述第二雾化座的一端上并与所述第一壳体的内壁紧配合;所述第三雾化座嵌设在所述第二雾化座的另一端上,所述发热组件嵌设在所述第三雾化座朝向所述底座的一侧上;
所述进液孔贯穿所述第一雾化座至第三雾化座。
优选地,所述第一雾化座上设有定位孔,所述导气管的一端插接在所述定位孔上;
所述定位孔通过所述雾化组件与所述第一壳体内壁之间的间隙与所述进气口相连通。
优选地,所述雾化组件包括第一雾化座、第二雾化座以及第三雾化座;
所述第一雾化座与所述第一壳体的内壁紧配合;所述第二雾化座嵌设在所述第一雾化座上并朝向所述底座,所述发热组件嵌设在所述第二雾化座朝向所述底座的一侧上;所述第三雾化座设置在所述底座上并与所述第一雾化座相接;所述进液孔贯穿所述第一雾化座至第二雾化座;
所述正电极和负电极分别穿进所述第三雾化座中;两个所述导体上还分别设置有导线,两个所述导线分别穿进所述第三雾化座并弯折延伸贴合所述正电极和负电极的表面进行导通。
优选地,所述雾化装置还包括设置在所述底座或雾化组件与第一壳体之间的密封圈。
优选地,所述雾化装置还包括安装在所述第一壳体第一端上的吸嘴、设置在所述吸嘴和第一壳体第一端端部之间的吸嘴棉。
本发明还提供一种电子烟,包括相配合连接的供电装置以及以上任一项所述的雾化装置。
优选地,所述供电装置包括第二壳体、电芯、第二电极组件、控制组件以及支架;
所述电芯安装在所述第二壳体内,所述第二电极组件设置在所述电芯上并露出所述第二壳体的一端;所述控制组件通过所述支架安装在所述第二壳体的另一端;所述支架上设有与所述控制组件电连接的充电端口;
所述第二电极组件与所述雾化装置的第一电极组件接触电连接。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果:简化了雾化装置的构件,使其装配简单利于自动化生产,降低成本。该雾化装置与供电装置连接形成电子烟,两者上的电极组件直接接触电连接,不需设置连接组件等构件,减小电子烟的整体体积,更加便于携带。

本发明的实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1、2所示,本发明第一实施例的电子烟的雾化装置,可包括第一壳体10、导气管20、雾化组件30、发热组件40、底座50以及第一电极组件60。
第一壳体10 为筒状结构,其包括相对的第一端和第二端。第一端封闭且其上设有出气口101,第二端开放。第一壳体10内设有储液腔102,用于储存烟液。
导气管20设置在第一壳体10内,一端以过盈方式等连接在出气口101上与出气口101相连通。第一壳体10和导气管20之间的空间即形成储液腔102。
本实施例中,导气管20穿插在第一壳体10的中部,储液腔102环绕在导气管20的外围。在其他实施例中,导气管20可以一体形成在第一壳体10中。
雾化组件30安装在第一壳体10的第二端内,从而将第一壳体10的第二端封闭,进而将储液腔102封闭。导气管20的另一端以过盈方式等连接在雾化组件30上,导气管20的内部通道与储液腔102相隔绝。发热组件40安装在雾化组件30上,雾化组件30上设有连通储液腔102和发热组件40的进液孔301。
具体地,雾化组件30可包括相配合设置的第一雾化座31、第二雾化座32以及第三雾化座33。第一雾化座31包覆在第二雾化座32的一端上并与第一壳体10的内壁紧配合;第一雾化座31的侧表面和第一壳体10的内壁之间可通过凹凸结构进一步实现紧配合。第一雾化座31上设有定位孔310,导气管20的一端插接在定位孔310上;定位孔310还可贯穿至第二雾化座32上。
第三雾化座33嵌设在第二雾化座32的另一端上,第二雾化座32的外侧面还可设置卡扣与第一壳体10的内壁之间以卡扣方式固定。
第二雾化座32为雾化组件20的结构主体,采用硬质的材料如塑胶制成,保持雾化组件30结构强度。第一雾化座31和第三雾化座33可采用具有一定的密封性能的弹性材料制成,可以有效防止运输、存储、跌落过程中,烟液泄漏到雾化装置外。
发热组件40嵌设在第三雾化座33朝向底座50的一侧上。进液孔301贯穿第一雾化座31至第三雾化座33,从而烟液可沿着进液孔302流到发热组件40上。发热组件40可包括导液主体、设置在导液主体上的发热体、分别设置在发热体相对两端的两个导体。导液主体用于吸附烟液,发热体优选设置在导液主体朝向底座50的一侧;导体用于与第一电极组件60电连接。
底座50安装在第一壳体10的第二端上并与雾化组件30配合相接;底座30的底部周缘可通过台阶与第一壳体10第二端的端口扣合连接。发热组件40在雾化组件30上朝向底座50,与底座50之间形成有雾化室103。底座50上设有进气口51,进气口51、雾化室103、导气管20和出气口101相连通形成气流通道,气流如图1中箭头流向进行流动。储液腔102内的烟液通过进液孔301流至发热组件40上进行雾化,雾化形成的烟雾再沿着气流通道输出。
定位孔310通过雾化组件30与第一壳体10内壁之间的间隙与进气口51相连通,从而导气管20通过定位孔310与雾化室103、进气口51相连通。
第一电极组件60安装在底座50上并与发热组件40接触电连接。该第一电极组件60包括正电极61和负电极62;正电极61和负电极62分别与发热组件50的两个导体接触电连接。
本实施例中,正电极61和负电极62均为柱体,分别与发热组件40的两个导体直接接触,借助第三雾化座33的弹性,使第一电极组件60施加到导体上的压力较大,从而使正电极61和负电极62能够与对应的导体稳定接触,电连接性能好。
进一步地,本实施例的雾化装置还包括密封圈70,设置在底座50和第一壳体10之间,将两者之间的缝隙密封。
本实施例的雾化装置还包括安装在第一壳体10第一端上的吸嘴80、设置在吸嘴80和第一壳体10第一端端部之间的吸嘴棉90。具体地,吸嘴80通过卡扣方式套设在第一壳体10的第一端上,其上的吸嘴口与第一壳体10上的出气口101相连通。吸嘴棉90在吸嘴80和第一壳体10第一端端部之间,用于吸收冷凝的烟液,防止抽吸过程中烟液进入人的嘴内。
本实施例的雾化装置装配时,导气管20、雾化组件30、发热组件40以及底座50等以同一方向依次装配到第一壳体10中,操作简单,利于自动化生产。
如图3所示,本发明第二实施例的电子烟的雾化装置,可包括第一壳体10、导气管20、雾化组件30、发热组件40、底座50以及第一电极组件60。
第一壳体10、导气管20、雾化组件30、发热组件40、底座50以及第一电极组件60的设置可参考上述第一实施例相关所述,在此不再赘述。
本实施例与上述第一实施例不同的是:发热组件40的两个导体上还分别设置有导线41。
两个导线41分别与第一电极组件60的正电极61和负电极62连接进行导通。导线41与正电极61/负电极62之间可通过焊接、铆接等方式连接,使发热组件40与第一电极组件60之间的接触连接更稳定。
进一步地,本实施例的雾化装置还包括密封圈70,设置在底座50和第一壳体10之间,将两者之间的缝隙密封。
本实施例的雾化装置还包括安装在第一壳体10第一端上的吸嘴80、设置在吸嘴80和第一壳体10第一端端部之间的吸嘴棉90。具体地,吸嘴80通过卡扣方式套设在第一壳体10的第一端上,其上的吸嘴口与第一壳体10上的出气口101相连通。吸嘴棉90在吸嘴80和第一壳体10第一端端部之间,用于吸收冷凝的烟液,防止抽吸过程中烟液进入人的嘴内。
本实施例的雾化装置装配时,导气管20、雾化组件30、发热组件40以及底座50等以同一方向依次装配到第一壳体10中,操作简单,利于自动化生产。
如图4所示,本发明第三实施例的电子烟的雾化装置,可包括第一壳体10、导气管20、雾化组件30、发热组件40、底座50以及第一电极组件60。
第一壳体10、导气管20、雾化组件30、发热组件40、底座50以及第一电极组件60的设置可参考上述第一实施例相关所述,在此不再赘述。
本实施例与上述第一实施例不同的是:第一电极组件60的正电极61和负电极62分别为轴向可伸缩的弹性电极;正电极61和负电极62分别与发热组件40的两个导体弹性接触进行导通,这样接触稳定且便于维修。
进一步地,本实施例的雾化装置还包括密封圈70,设置在底座50和第一壳体10之间,将两者之间的缝隙密封。
本实施例的雾化装置还包括安装在第一壳体10第一端上的吸嘴80、设置在吸嘴80和第一壳体10第一端端部之间的吸嘴棉90。具体地,吸嘴80通过卡扣方式套设在第一壳体10的第一端上,其上的吸嘴口与第一壳体10上的出气口101相连通。吸嘴棉90在吸嘴80和第一壳体10第一端端部之间,用于吸收冷凝的烟液,防止抽吸过程中烟液进入人的嘴内。
本实施例的雾化装置装配时,导气管20、雾化组件30、发热组件40以及底座50等以同一方向依次装配到第一壳体10中,操作简单,利于自动化生产。
如图5、6所示,本发明第四实施例的电子烟的雾化装置,可包括第一壳体10、导气管20、雾化组件30、发热组件40、底座50以及第一电极组件60;还可包括密封圈70、吸嘴80以及吸嘴棉90。
第一壳体10、导气管20、雾化组件30、发热组件40、底座50、第一电极组件60、吸嘴80以及吸嘴棉90的设置可参考上述第一实施例相关所述。
雾化组件30包括第一雾化座31、第二雾化座32以及第三雾化座33。本实施例与上述第一实施例不同的是:第一雾化座31与第一壳体10的内壁紧配合;第二雾化座32嵌设在第一雾化座31上并朝向底座50,发热组件40嵌设在第二雾化座32朝向底座50的一侧上;第三雾化座33设置在底座50上并与第一雾化座31相接。进液孔301贯穿第一雾化座31至第二雾化座32。
第一雾化座31为雾化组件20的结构主体,采用硬质的材料如塑胶制成,保持雾化组件30结构强度。第二雾化座32和第三雾化座33可采用具有一定的密封性能的弹性材料制成,可以有效防止运输、存储、跌落过程中,烟液泄漏到雾化装置外。
第一电极组件60的正电极61和负电极62分别为柱状,设置在底座50上并分别穿进第三雾化座33中。
进一步地,发热组件40的两个导体上分别设置有导线41,两个导线41分别穿进第三雾化座33中,并且分别弯折延伸贴合正电极61和负电极62的表面进行导通。本实施例中,导线41穿进第三雾化座33并且弯折延伸的导线段可贴合在正电极61/负电极62的轴向表面上,并且导线41和正电极61/负电极62通过穿进第三雾化座33中进行定位,进而两者可稳定接触电连接。
第三雾化座33在底座50上的设置,可以有效防止烟液泄漏到底座50的进气口51处。
具体地,本实施例中,进气口51位于底座50的中间位置;第三雾化座33包括间隔相对设置在进气口51两侧的两个座体331,两个座体331之前通过连杆332进行连接形成一体的第三雾化座33。连杆332相对座体331为细长条,不影响进气口51和导气管20的连通。
座体331中分别设有通孔供正电极61/负电极62和导线41的穿设。
密封圈70设置在第一壳体10和雾化组件30(第一雾化座31)之间,起到密封紧固的作用。
本实施例的雾化装置装配时,导气管20、雾化组件30、发热组件40以及底座50等以同一方向依次装配到第一壳体10中,操作简单,利于自动化生产。
如图7所示,本发明一实施例的电子烟,包括相配合连接的供电装置以及雾化装置。雾化装置为上述任一实施例的雾化装置。
其中,供电装置可包括第二壳体1、电芯2、第二电极组件3、控制组件4以及支架5。电芯2安装在第二壳体1内,第二电极组件3设置在电芯2上并露出第二壳体1的一端。控制组件4通过支架5安装在第二壳体1的另一端。支架5上设有与控制组件4电连接的充电端口7,从而可外接电源为电芯2进行充电。
雾化装置和供电装置之间采用卡扣或磁吸方式进行连接,较于螺纹连接较为方便快捷。
供电装置以露出第二电极组件3的一端与雾化装置相配合连接,其中第二壳体1与雾化装置的第一壳体10相接,第二壳体1和第一壳体10之间可留有缝隙供空气进入雾化装置中。第二电极组件3与第一电极组件60接触电连接,两者之间不需设置连接组件等构件。第二电极组件3也包括正电极和负电极,分别与第一电极组件60的正电极61和负电极62接触电连接。
第二电极组件3的正电极和负电极分别可为轴向可伸缩的弹性电极,分别与第一电极组件60的正电极61和负电极62弹性接触进行导通,这样接触稳定。
进一步地,本发明的电子烟还可包括对应供电装置和雾化装置设置的第三壳体6。第三壳体6配合在第一壳体10和第二壳体1外,一端端面与雾化装置的吸嘴80相接,从而第三壳体6将雾化装置和供电装置包覆其中,形成外观一体的电子烟。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子烟的雾化装置,其特征在于,包括第一壳体、导气管、雾化组件、发热组件、底座以及第一电极组件;所述第一壳体的第一端上设有出气口,所述第一壳体的第二端开放;所述雾化组件安装在所述第一壳体的第二端内,所述底座安装在所述第一壳体的第二端上并与所述雾化组件配合相接;
    所述导气管设置在所述第一壳体内且两端分别连接在所述出气口和雾化组件上;所述第一壳体和导气管之间的空间形成储液腔;
    所述发热组件安装在所述雾化组件上,并与所述底座之间形成有雾化室;所述底座上设有进气口,所述进气口、雾化室、导气管和出气口相连通形成气流通道;所述雾化组件上设有连通所述储液腔和发热组件的进液孔;
    所述第一电极组件安装在所述底座上并与所述发热组件接触电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述发热组件包括导液主体、设置在导液主体上的发热体、分别设置在所述发热体相对两端的两个导体;
    所述第一电极组件包括正电极和负电极;两个所述导体分别与所述正电极和负电极接触电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,两个所述导体上还分别设置有导线;两个所述导线分别与所述正电极和负电极连接进行导通。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述正电极和负电极分别为轴向可伸缩的弹性电极;所述正电极和负电极分别与两个所述导体弹性接触进行导通。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述雾化组件包括弹性的第一雾化座、硬质的第二雾化座以及弹性的第三雾化座;
    所述第一雾化座包覆在所述第二雾化座的一端上并与所述第一壳体的内壁紧配合;所述第三雾化座嵌设在所述第二雾化座的另一端上,所述发热组件嵌设在所述第三雾化座朝向所述底座的一侧上;
    所述进液孔贯穿所述第一雾化座至第三雾化座。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述第一雾化座上设有定位孔,所述导气管的一端插接在所述定位孔上;
    所述定位孔通过所述雾化组件与所述第一壳体内壁之间的间隙与所述进气口相连通。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述雾化组件包括第一雾化座、第二雾化座以及第三雾化座;
    所述第一雾化座与所述第一壳体的内壁紧配合;所述第二雾化座嵌设在所述第一雾化座上并朝向所述底座,所述发热组件嵌设在所述第二雾化座朝向所述底座的一侧上;所述第三雾化座设置在所述底座上并与所述第一雾化座相接;所述进液孔贯穿所述第一雾化座至第二雾化座;
    所述正电极和负电极分别穿进所述第三雾化座中;两个所述导体上还分别设置有导线,两个所述导线分别穿进所述第三雾化座并弯折延伸贴合所述正电极和负电极的表面进行导通。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述雾化装置还包括设置在所述底座或雾化组件与第一壳体之间的密封圈。
  9. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述雾化装置还包括安装在所述第一壳体第一端上的吸嘴、设置在所述吸嘴和第一壳体第一端端部之间的吸嘴棉。
  10. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括相配合连接的供电装置以及权利要求1-9任一项所述的雾化装置;
    所述供电装置包括第二壳体、电芯、第二电极组件、控制组件以及支架;
    所述电芯安装在所述第二壳体内,所述第二电极组件设置在所述电芯上并露出所述第二壳体的一端;所述控制组件通过所述支架安装在所述第二壳体的另一端;所述支架上设有与所述控制组件电连接的充电端口;
    所述第二电极组件与所述雾化装置的第一电极组件接触电连接。
