在本公开的示例性实施例中,如图3所示,所述贴附单元2包括标签卷轴21、离型层卷轴22、旋转部件23、设于旋转部件23上的标签获取部件24。标签卷轴21的作用是提供含有离型层52和多个标签51的标签组件,离型层卷轴22构造为缠绕离型层52,旋转部件23构造为带动标签获取部件24朝向标签卷轴21旋转或朝向输送单元1旋转,具体地,旋转部件23构造为带动标签获取部件24在标签卷轴21和输送单元1之间旋转,标签获取部件24构造为获取标签51。在本公开的示例性实施例中,标签获取部件24为吸盘,吸盘设置在旋转部件23的末端上并且构造为吸附标签51背离离型层52的侧面。
也就是说,通常标签组件具有标签51和离型层52,标签51靠近离型层52的面上具有粘性,另一面具有标志物。在此,标签卷轴21和离型层卷轴22分别自转,逐一将标签51与离型层52剥离,以使标签51与离型层52分开,在将标签51与离型层52分开的同时,标签获取部件24获取标签51,旋转部件23带动标签获取部件24朝向输送单元1旋转,从而将标签51具有粘性的一面贴至目标贴附物4。具体地,该旋转部件23配合输送单元1和感应定位单元7对每一标签进行自动贴附。
在本公开的示例性实施例中,如图3所示,在标签卷轴21和离型层卷轴22之间延伸的离型层52与目标贴附物4的顶面成0°和90°之间的角度。通过这种角度关系可以实现旋转部件23带动吸盘或标签获取部件24旋转来从标签组件获取标签51,而不会使得旋转部件23与标签卷轴21、离型层卷轴22发生干涉。
通常,输送单元1较宽,可用于输送不同尺寸的目标贴附物4,当输送较小尺寸的目标贴附物4,在持续运送的过程中,目标贴附物4不可避免会产生晃动。
为了避免目标贴附物4的晃动,在本公开的示例性实施例中,如图2a所示,所述标签贴附装置还包括设于输送单元1上的导向单元6,其构造为限定目标贴附物4的传送方向。
也就是说,导向单元6的作用是限定目标贴附物4在垂直于传送方向上的移动,这样更利于精确地将标签贴附到目标贴附物4的贴附区域中。
在本公开的示例性实施例中,所述导向单元6包括一对设于输送单元1上的导向条,其构造为容目标贴附物4在一对导向条之间通过,所述导向条的布置方向与传送方向一致。
在本公开的示例性实施例中,两个导向条可以位于同一水平面中,也可以一高一低设置,在此不做限定,二者分别设于目标贴附物4前进方向上的两侧,刚好可以容目标贴附物4通过,两个导向条的作用是防止目标贴附物4走偏,精确限定其位置。
在本公开的示例性实施例中,所述输送单元1包括传送架11,所述传送架11上设有多个并排设置的传送辊12,多个所述传送辊12滚动以传送目标贴附物4。一对导向条设于传送架11上,并且构造为引导目标贴附物4在它们之间通过。
在本公开的示例性实施例中,多个传送辊12可以直径大小均相同,并且他们的轴心处于同一平面,以使他们共同滚动时的上表面为一个平面,这样便于更平稳地传送目标贴附物4。
在本公开的示例性实施例中,如图2b所示,传送架11包括构造为安装一对导向条(即,导向单元6)的导向条安装部件8,所述导向条安装部件沿与传送方向垂直的方向延伸,并且构造为调节一对导向条之间的距离。这样,通过设置在输送单元1沿传送方向的两端处的导向条安装部件8可以根据需要轻松调节一对导向条之间的距离,以引导不同尺寸的目标贴附物4,由此扩大了导向单元6的适用性。
在本公开的示例性实施例中,如图2c所示,导向条安装部件8可以设置有供导向条的端部插入的多个孔81。这些孔81之间的间距可以根据目标贴附物4的尺寸设定。这样,通过简单地将导向条的端部插入导向条安装部件8的孔81中,便可快速地安装好导向条。
另外,如图2c所示,导向条安装部件可以设置有使导向条滑动并定位的滑动部件82。也就是说,通过将导向条安装在可以沿导向条安装部件8的长度方向滑动的滑动部件82上,并且滑动并定位滑动部件82,便可快速地以目标贴附物4所需的任何尺寸安装好导向条。需要说明的是,如图2c所示,滑动部件82和多个孔81可以同时设置在同一导向条安装部件8上,例如,滑动部件82设置在上层,而多个孔81设置在下层。这样,用户可以根据需要方便地在滑动部件82和孔81之间选用。
在相关技术中,当一个目标贴附物4需要在不同位置粘贴多个标签时,人工粘贴一般是逐一进行手工粘贴,费时费力。
在本公开的示例性实施例中,如图4所示,该装置包括两个贴附单元2,分别为设于所述输送单元1上方的第一贴附单元201,以及设于所述输送单元1侧面的第二贴附单元202。第一贴附单元201和第二贴附单元202的具体形式在此不做限定,可以是如图3所示的贴附方式,也可以采用其它自动贴附部件,例如打标机等进行贴附。第一贴附单元201的作用是向目标贴附物4的顶面和/或前后面贴附标签51,所述顶面为目标贴附物4远离传送面的面,所述前后面为目标贴附物4沿传送方向的相对的两个面。第二贴附单元202的作用是向目标贴附物4的侧面贴附标签51,目标贴附物4垂直于传送面的面为侧面。相应的,位移单元3包括与第一贴附单元201对应设置的第一位移单元和与第二贴附单元202对应设置的第二位移单元。
在本公开的示例性实施例中,在对应需要贴标签的位置分别设置贴附单元2,各个贴附单元2同时进行贴附工作,这极大地节省了作业时间。需要说明的是,第一贴附单元201可以采用如图3 所示的贴附方式进行自动贴附,第二贴附单元202可以如图5所示,标签获取部件24也可以不采用转动的方式,而是采用升降的方式,以对准目标贴附物4的待贴附区域,其原理与图3的贴附方式类似,在此不再详述。
在本公开的示例性实施例中,如图4所示,所述第一位移单元包括支撑架311。所述支撑架311包括两根垂直于传送面设置的支撑柱312,两根所述支撑柱在与传送方向垂直的方向上分别设于输送单元1的两侧。第一位移单元还包括平行于传送面设置的横梁313,所述横梁313的两端分别与两根所述支撑柱连接,所述横梁313设于输送单元1的上方,所述第一贴附单元201设于横梁313靠近输送单元1的一侧。
第一位移单元的作用是驱动第一贴附单元201上下移动,以便于向目标贴附物4的顶面贴附标签51。具体地,当感应定位单元7感应到目标贴附物4后,输送单元1静止,同时第一位移单元驱动第一贴附单元201向下移动进行贴附,完成贴附后,第一位移单元驱动第一贴附单元201向上移动,输送单元1继续进行传送,进入下一轮的感应。
在本公开的示例性实施例中,两根所述支撑柱312彼此相对的内侧均设有滑道,所述横梁313可沿所述滑道上升或下降。
也就是说,在本公开的示例性实施例中,利用支撑柱312上相对的内侧的滑道进行上升下降的移动,这样的驱动更平稳,稳妥,更利于标签51与目标贴附物4之间的精确对位。
在本公开的示例性实施例中,如图4所示,所述第二位移单元包括设于输送单元1侧面的升降架321,所述第二贴附单元202设于所述升降架321上。
也就是说,第二位移单元和第二贴附单元202可以在与传送方向垂直的方向上设于输送单元1的两侧,第二贴附单元202的作用是向目标贴附物4的侧面贴附标签51,第二位移单元用于调节第二贴附单元202的相对于目标贴附物4的侧面的高度,从而将标签51贴附至侧面的指定高度的位置。
本本公开提供的标签贴附装置中,各个组件相互配合,自动作业,贴附精度在1mm以内,较人工贴付精度较高,适用于流水线作业。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本公开的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本公开并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本公开的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本公开的保护范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种标签贴附装置,包括:
    输送单元,其构造为传送目标贴附物;
    至少一个贴附单元,其构造为将标签贴附于所述目标贴附物上;以及
    与每个贴附单元对应设置的位移单元,其构造为调节对应的贴附单元与所述目标贴附物的距离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的标签贴附装置,还包括感应定位单元,所述感应定位单元构造为感应所述输送单元上所述目标贴附物的位置,并在感应到所述目标贴附物后暂停所述输送单元的传送,同时开启所述贴附单元对待贴附位置进行贴附,并且在贴附完成后或未感应到所述目标贴附物时关闭所述贴附单元,同时开启所述输送单元的传送。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的标签贴附装置,还包括设于所述输送单元上的导向单元,所述导向单元构造为限定所述目标贴附物的传送方向。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的标签贴附装置,其中,所述输送单元包括传送架,所述传送架上设有多个并排设置的传送辊,多个所述传送辊滚动以传送所述目标贴附物。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的标签贴附装置,其中,所述导向单元包括一对导向条,所述一对导向条设于所述传送架上,并且构造为引导所述目标贴附物在它们之间通过,所述导向条的布置方向与所述传送方向一致。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的标签贴附装置,其中,所述传送架 包括构造为安装所述一对导向条的导向条安装部件,所述导向条安装部件沿与所述传送方向垂直的方向延伸,并且构造为调节所述一对导向条之间的距离。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的标签贴附装置,其中,所述导向条安装部件设置有供所述导向条的端部插入的多个孔。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的标签贴附装置,其中,所述导向条安装部件设置有使所述导向条滑动并定位的滑动部件。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的标签贴附装置,其中,所述至少一个贴附单元包括:
    设于所述输送单元上方的第一贴附单元,其构造为向所述目标贴附物的顶面和/或前后面贴附标签,所述顶面为所述目标贴附物远离传送面的面,所述前后面为所述目标贴附物沿传送方向的相对的两个面;以及
    设于所述输送单元侧面的第二贴附单元,其构造为向所述目标贴附物的侧面贴附标签,所述目标贴附物垂直于所述传送面的面为侧面,
    其中,所述位移单元包括与所述第一贴附单元对应设置的第一位移单元以及与所述第二贴附单元对应设置的第二位移单元。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的标签贴附装置,其中,所述第一位移单元包括支撑架,所述支撑架包括:
    两根垂直于所述传送面设置的支撑柱,两根所述支撑柱在与传送方向垂直的方向上分别设于所述输送单元的两侧;以及
    平行于所述传送面设置的横梁,所述横梁的两端分别与两根所述支撑柱连接,所述横梁设于所述输送单元的上方,所述第一贴附单元设于所述横梁靠近所述输送单元的一侧。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的标签贴附装置,其中,两根所述支撑柱彼此相对的内侧均设有滑道,所述横梁可沿所述滑道上升或下降。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的标签贴附装置,其中,所述第二位移单元包括设于所述输送单元侧面的升降架,所述第二贴附单元设于所述升降架上。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的标签贴附装置,其中,所述贴附单元包括:
    标签卷轴,其构造为提供含有离型层和标签的标签组件;
    离型层卷轴,其构造为缠绕所述离型层;
    旋转部件,其构造为在所述标签卷轴和所述输送单元之间旋转;以及
    设于所述旋转部件上的标签获取部件,其构造为获取所述标签。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的标签贴附装置,其中,所述标签获取部件为吸盘,所述吸盘设置在所述旋转部件的末端上并且构造为吸附所述标签背离所述离型层的侧面。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的标签贴附装置,其中,在所述标签卷轴和所述离型层卷轴之间延伸的离型层与所述目标贴附物的顶面成0°和90°之间的角度。
